Okay, so I’m conflicted about what happened here. On one hand, I’m glad Curious Cat has come to help them, as it’s pretty obvious that the team are way in over their heads when it comes to dealing with the Ever After. And I’m glad that they seem to genuinely care about team RWBY.

On the other hand, it feels like every time Ruby is about to actually crack, something interrupts her. And at this point, what Ruby needs is a good breakdown. We know it’s coming, but the longer it gets delayed, the worse it will be.

This has been happening since volume 8:

Every time she’s on the verge of really letting her emotions out, something happens and she pulls herself back together.

Until we’re left with this poor, broken girl:

This poor girl is going to snap, and honestly she needs to. Holding everything inside is what’s led her here.

I just know that it’s going to destroy me when we finally see it happen.

Yeah guys, I’m still thinking about it.

I genuinely think the BotW/TotK Zelda is my favorite Zelda.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Sheik and Tetra. I have a soft spot for the Zelda in Twilight Princess. And Zelda in Skyward Sword probably has one of the best dynamics with Link.

However, BotW Zelda is just such a lovable dork, always wanting to learn, rambling on about things she finds interesting. Ready to infodump a ton of fun facts about anything and everything at the slightest show of interest.

The way she was willing to sacrifice her humanity in order to get Link the sword all fixed up and still helped in the final battle with Ganondorf. Twice!

The way she sadly gets so flustered when anyone shows her so much love and compassion, especially if it’s a parental figure.

The way she tries so hard because she wants to help, because she feels she needs to.

The way she is kind even when she could be jaded because of the way her father treated her.

The way the line “I felt something… like a warm, loving embrace,” makes me want to curl into a ball because it’s what she deserves!

Y’all can rag on her voice actress all you want but I think she does a fantastic job. Especially in TotK.

So Wordgirl canonically admitted that she fights 50 villains once a day by herself (and Huggy, of course) and she never has a chance to relax on live television.

Do the people watching this think about this? That a 10 year old is sacrificing her personal life for them and they never show actual appreciation about it?

Is this what it's like being a Wordgirl fan? Because I don't know if this is better or worse than being a Miraculous Ladybug fan.

Also, I'm astonished that no one made fanfics or prompts about this.

Sometimes I think about when Minthara first joins camp after you save her from Moonrise. She sits in her tent, alone at night, surrounded by strangers who she believes have every reason to kill her. She sits there paranoid, feeling that they will just kill her at any moment for any reason. You have earned a small sliver of her trust, but not completely. And she goes along with you and everyone because she really doesn't have much of a choice. And it's not like her fears are unfounded, some of the companions do state their reservations about her when she is first recruited (and one of the companions actually does want her dead if a certain datamine ever gets added to the game).

She only comes to completely trust you when you allow her to read your mind. But, it doesn't clear her of any paranoia with the other companions. She only trusts them because you trust them, and she trusts you.

In spite of this paranoia and fear, she is still willing to risk her life to protect them and save them from whatever trouble comes their way. Even if she won't admit it, she does care about all the companions in camp. Yes, even the wizard. But she feels that none of them will ever lift a finger for her and will let her die when she needs help the most.

One of the many reasons why Orin kidnapping her is so heartbreaking. Because ALL of the companions want to go and save her and get her back from Orin. And one of them is extremely outraged and pissed that Orin had the audacity to take her Minthara away from her. The one time the companions show unanimous love and support for Minthara, she isn't even there to hear it. If only she knew how much they wanted her back, she would probably stop being so paranoid of them.

And she attends the reunion party still thinking that nobody likes her and they all hang out without her. When in reality, they all love her. She is surrounded by people who love her, and she thinks they hate her and are still plotting to kill her. And it's all because she wasn't there to hear how much they do care about her.
