AAAAA NYANYANYANYA YES THIS IS VERY CANON!!!!!!
They often do duo missions together, either because they were hired for a job that required both of their skills or because Jest got bored and wanted to spend time with Fang.
She has an odd way of showing attraction, as when she's not being the worst person ever and hitting Fang over the head with her whammer bat, she asks if they can go out and do dubious nonsense. Either it be simple things like burglary or insane crazy shit, but it's mostly Jest who manages to get things from 10 to 100 fast.
Fang often obliges as long as he's able to get something out of it, but outside of the misadventures, he genuinely gets a kick out of spending time with her when she isn't being too crazy.
If they have time, they get snacks together. Sometimes it's hot dogs sometimes it's cinnamon buns.💕💕

Gone with the Leaves
Pairing: Tommy Shelby / Wife Reader
Summary: Despite your happy marriage to Tommy, you feel an undeniable jealousy towards Lizzie. Perhaps a day in the forest will do you some good.
ao3 link
A/N: I'm starting a tag list, comment if you want to be added :)
-
“You write like you’re running out of time,” mused Lizzie Stark, former prostitute, now Tommy’s secretary. “They have typewriters for those types of things, y’know?”
You saw the volley of cannonballs that launched and subsequently landed on Tommy’s desk as the words left her mouth. It wasn’t that you expected more of poor old plain Lizzie, but you thought that the time she had spent lying on her back staring past the shoulder of a customer at the ceiling would have taught her to read a room. Nevertheless, she stood there, quite amused with herself, smiling stupidly at your husband.
Tommy, who had been sitting at his desk all afternoon attending to letters, the ledger, and god knows what else, peered up from the paper. “What did you say?”
This time, it was your turn to be amused. He pointed accusingly at Lizzie, who by then had realised her impetuous mistake. Her wide eyes fluttered to you desperately, like a bee that had indulged itself in so much pollen that it became stuck in its own honey. No, that was putting it lightly. She looked to you like a frightened child who knew exactly what kind of trouble they were in.
You made sure you looked the other way.
“It was only a silly joke,” came her spluttering apology.
Tommy squinted, and his mouth curled into a frown. Smoke chased the deep exhale from the cigarette hanging between his lips. Your husband carried this terrifying look to him that many feared. Without the peaky cap to cover his striking blue eyes, you saw his glare cut away the cords in Lizzie’s throat with just one look. How could poor Lizzie defend herself from eyes that had witnessed nightmarish things?
“I’m not clear. Is it funny that I sign my letters by hand, or are you above using ink now that you have graduated from the bed to the desk?”
Lizzie’s mouth wormed into a thin line, yet she still looked to you for help. Of what help she thought you would possibly spare, you weren’t sure. For once, Lizzie used initiative and showed herself out.
Your heels clacked across the wooden threshold of your husband’s office. Now that no one was there to disturb you both, you sat down on Tommy’s lap. By then, he was leaning back on his chair, work abandoned for the time being until he could wash the sour sight of Lizzie Stark from his eyes.
“You know I don’t like her,” you said plainly.
There was no need for fake smiles or lies with Tommy. You knew him, and he knew you.
Tommy exhaled loudly, stubbing out the last of his cigarette on his ashtray and taking a swig of whiskey before his calloused hand found your waist.
He clears his throat. “It’s only business with her.”
“I know, but that doesn’t mean I like her any less.”
Tommy loved you, not Lizzie Stark, yet you couldn’t stomach the undeniable jealousy that arose with her presence. Perhaps it was a natural inclination women had toward their lovers. Lizzie had never done anything outwardly wrong to you. So, what was it then that turned your plain teeth into hissing fangs?
Everyone knew that Tommy was one of her paying customers before you met him, but so were all of Small Heath. You never felt insecure in your relationship with Tommy; there was no need to feel threatened by a prostitute. Yet that wouldn’t stop the catty feline that emerged from its slumber when Lizzie’s wandering eyes battered at your husband.
No. Lizzie Stark would never know what it felt like to be loved by a man like Tommy. What you held in your hands each night was a transcendental, unconditional type of love—one that surpassed the heart and soul, which drew two beings together in the most unconventional yet fitting way. The way that covers kept you warm at night, Tommy watched over your hearth and kept the fire burning, even if he were on the other side of the country.
You closed your eyes, leaning into the valley between Tommy’s neck and shoulder as you listened for the bah-dum-bah-dum of his heart. They sat together in silence, cherishing each other’s presence, while Tommy rested his cheek on your head. Outside, the world waited, barking at their front door and scratching at the delicately carved wood. Even the rain lashed at the windowpanes, playing together like one elemental orchestra.
The hand not resting on your waist rose to gently stroke up and down your arm. You shivered, but it wasn’t from the cold.
“I think you have some work to attend to in the bedroom,” you mumbled into his neck.
Your nose searched for the spot where he applied his aftershave.
“Eh?” Came his gruff response.
Your hand wandered down his suit in answer.
-
The sheets were bundled around Tommy’s naked waist when you sauntered back over to the bed with his case of cigarettes in hand. Gratefully, he took the case from your hand, wrapping an arm around your shoulder to pull you into the warmth of his chest. Then he began the usual routine. He fished out a cigarette to offer, but you shook your head no, so he slid it once, then twice, across his bottom lip. On the bedside table, he grabbed the half-empty matchbox to light the cigarette.
Tommy was the resident chain smoker in your house. With an appetite for tobacco and whiskey, you often wondered just how he sustained himself throughout the day. Of course, there were the home-cooked meals at Arrow House waiting for his return, although that didn’t stop you from worrying any less. It was pathetic, really, sitting all alone in his study, twiddling your fingers, and sitting beneath his portrait like you were praying to him. Tommy was no god, no matter how much he tried to convince everyone else. Yet whenever headlights passed the window and lit up the office momentarily, you would stand up and peer out, hoping to spot your husband exiting the car.
He cleared his throat, drawing your attention back to the present. You loved watching the way the cigarette shifted between his lips when he spoke, even more when his hooded eyes looked over at you. Tommy was a man of few words, simply because he didn’t need language to communicate. His body spoke for him in tongues for all his enemies to understand. And more importantly, in a way your body understood.
Your hand abandoned his tattoo to stroke a thumb across his full bottom lip. Lust swelled there, eager to chase the rest of the night away into a haze of pleasure until the sun rose. As tempting as it was, you sighed at the thought. You would rather spend this time taking in your husband, remembering the fine details across his face and body, from the scar in the hollow of his cheek to the rough texture beneath his shoulder blade where a bullet was once lodged. You wanted to trace the sockets of his eyes the way a blind person would, treasuring each valley, mountain, and cut of skin as if it were to disappear the second you stopped touching him.
“You’re beautiful,” you decided, bathed in candlelight, tangled up between the sheets and Tommy’s arms.
Tommy’s brows furrowed, and the cigarette hung dangerously loose from where his lips curled into a frown. He grunted, clearly dissatisfied with your words. Tommy wasn’t beautiful. He was hard, ambitious, and unmovable force.
Beautiful was a conventional word savored for the finest women. To you? It meant so much more. Crafted in a way that would cause people to stare, sure, but there was also a poetic sense to the word. The type of beauty you would use to describe a well-written novel or heart-wrenching poem. Thomas Shelby stood for something, and that was beautiful.
“Then what are you, eh?”
A lazy smile floated onto your face, so much so that you had to bite your lip to refrain from looking devastatingly pleased at his answer.
A woman, a dreamer, a friend, a reader, an achiever. “A wife.”
He huffed, raising his eyebrows playfully.
Why was it that most women felt like they could only fit the frame of one? With Tommy, you were never limited to the endless possibilities. You treasured being a wife the same way you treasured your other roles. Marriage wasn’t the end all be all. Perhaps that’s another lie men spun—that perfectly capable women stopped existing as soon as a diamond ring slid onto their finger. How sad, you thought, to waste away all that potential when men were still free to pursue stupid ideas like war and dog fights.
Tommy was unbothered by traditional ideas like that. Change powered his ambition; he had no time for parallel lines. You could be his wife, a writer, a singer, or a mother—whatever you wanted—and he wouldn’t think of you any less.
You hummed, chasing that cigarette from his lips and stubbing it out in the ash tray by his bedside table. Tommy didn’t seem too heartbroken about it. In fact, there was some mirth in his gaze. His hands traced up your naked spine, pulling your body further into his until you could smell the smoke in his breath.
“Yes,” he breathed in loudly through his nose, “my wife.”
-
The following day, you were invited to the Basnett's hunting party. You would’ve been more enthusiastic to write about your excitement to attend if the whole ordeal hadn’t been so troublesome. Because a few days prior, when you were visiting your husband’s office, you had caught sight of the letter on Lizzie’s desk, a letter that was supposed to reach you days earlier.
“What’s this?” You asked.
“Oh, nothing interesting,” Lizzie had said, too occupied with filing her nails while on the clock.
You kept your composure for the sake of keeping the peace. You didn’t wish to disturb Tommy if he were to walk by.
“This is a letter addressed to me,” you pressed.
“Oh.” She stopped for a moment, then leaned over to read the letter you had pulled from the messy pile. “No, it’s addressed to Tommy.”
“Mr. and Mrs. Shelby,” you hissed quietly, with emphasis on the missus.
“Hm, I didn’t notice.”
“You are paid to notice.” You fought the urge to comment that she was paid for other things not long ago. “How long has this been sitting here?”
Lizzie tapped her cigarette ash into the tray. “The post boy dropped that lot off yesterday.”
Even if it was only two days late to reach your hand, by society’s standards, that may have well been taken as you snubbing the invitation. Frustratingly, you had to cancel your plans that day and personally deliver your letter to the Basnett’s door, citing some excuse of it having been lost in the post.
“That woman is up to no good.” You said glumly that night into Tommy’s chest.
“I’ll speak to her,” he promised in that stoic tone of his.
Whether he had been true to his words, you weren’t sure because Lizzie made an effort to avoid you when possible.
“Oh! Mrs. Shelby! How wonderful for you to join us! Come in, come in. The men are readying their rifles for the hunt outside. How exciting!” Gushed Lady Basnett, shooing you into the atrium of her lavish mansion.
Your riding boots clacked across the floor before being muffled by an intricately woven rug. You stared up at the chandelier, childishly wondering if it would hit you if it were to fall at that moment.
“Right this way, Mrs. Shelby!” Lady Basnett ushered excitably.
You debated if all her energy was for show—to please her husband and be the good wife he expected of her. After she showed you through to the veranda and down to the circle of wives who had gathered under the trees while their husbands readied for the hunt, you decided that no, she must truly enjoy planning social occasions like this, as evidenced by the way she kissed Sarah’s cheek in greeting with a wide grin.
It pleased you to know that Lady Basnett found joy in something. Ever since her eldest died in the war, she has been known to be a bit of a recluse.
“Oh, what a beautiful ring! May we see it?” Doe-eyed Catherine asked.
She was one of the younger wives, like yourself. Catherine married an older man, twice her senior. Many of the wives here faulted her for it behind her back, but not you. You saw more of yourself in her than you did in any of the other women. Because, despite the age gap, the girl seemed to be utterly head-over-heels in love with a man society deemed old-fashioned for her. And how could you blame her when you swore an oath to a gangster of all people?
You obliged and let the wives twist and turn your hand to better inspect the diamonds on your ring finger.
“It’s perfect!”
“How many carats?”
“My Mary would be so jealous!”
After dutifully showing your wedding ring, you noticed the men beginning to mount their horses.
Catherine hooked her arm around yours. “Come on, we are going to be left behind!”
She jovially pulled you along the stone tiles at a speed that made you grateful for wearing riding boots. The backyard was grand in the sense that the acres they owned stretched vastly into the nearby forest. Although there were impressive features, like the hedge they had grown into a maze and the trees that were shaped into birds.
“Lady Basnett owned an aviary of budgies. Dear little things they were, she was devastated when they all escaped one night after the groundskeeper forgot to close the door,” Catherine commented, having noticed the way your head was turned.
You laughed, because you could precisely picture Lady Basnett as the type to fawn over little budgies.
Catherine led you to the horses, where some of the wives were already perched, waiting for the party to leave. None of them carried rifles, but rather wicker baskets strapped to the saddle for the picnic they planned to have at the top of the hill while they waited for their husbands to finish hunting.
Together, you set off, having mounted the back of Catherine’s mare. Deeper into the forest you went, the black mare trotting over loose dirt and rocks. Both of you remained at the end of the pack, preferring to keep to yourselves in light conversation.
Then it all happened so suddenly. One of the rifles went off up ahead, and a flock of birds rushed at you from the break in the foliage, startling your mare. You gasped in shock and reached for Catherine’s jacket to hold on, but only skimmed her. She went face first into the dirt while you were swept into the air like a leaf and fell with the grace of a rock. The ground thundered as the mare galloped into the distance.
“Fuck!” Catherine spat.
(On her fall she had taken a mouthful of soil and leaves.)
“They’ll come back,” you tried to reassure her.
-
Hours later, the two of you still had not been found.
“I was a prostitute before George found me, y’know.”
No, you didn’t know.
“That’s why I’m so young and he so old,” she smiled fondly, laughing as if it were the most normal thing.
You couldn’t find it in your heart to dislike her because of her circumstances. She was your friend, and a true one at that.
What was it that Tommy said? The past is the past.
-
The sun began to set when one of the men from the hunting party found you both huddled together under a tree. Kindly, he let the two of you ride the rest of the way back despite your hesitance to mount another horse.
When you returned to Lady Basnett’s, with Catherine in arm, the sun had been set for at least two hours. You hadn’t realized what trouble you had gotten yourself into until you noticed Tommy’s Bentley parked in the crowded driveway of the mansion. Men stood at the gate, armed and waiting. Catherine opened her mouth to remark how ridiculous it was, but you kept your lips sealed after recognizing the guards to be Peaky Blinders.
Tommy had to be beside himself.
A young boy who was playing between the cars popped his head out when the gates squealed open. His ears perked up, and he ran inside, clutching his peaky cap, to probably inform the adults inside of your arrival. People pooled out onto the front steps, the women covering their hearts and sighing with relief, and the men holding their hats to their chests. But when your husband, Tommy, came storming out, they parted like the red sea.
He stalked across the gravel like a predator, his eyes trained on you with an unblinking stare.
“Are you hurt?” He ignored Catherine, cupping your face and frantically looking between both your eyes as if you would disappear.
Upon further inspection, his eyes were bloodshot, and the white sleeves of his blouse were bundled into the golden garters. Your hands itched to muse his disheveled hair into place, but with all the curious onlookers, you thought better of it.
“No.”
George, Catherine’s husband, was quick to whisk her away inside. You heard Lady Basnett’s voice trailing after them: “Oh my, what a terrible thing. Come now, let me pour you some tea.”
Unfortunately, tea wouldn’t make up for any lost ground with Tommy.
“We’re going.”
You knew better to open your mouth to disagree. This was Tommy being afraid and carrying on. He retreated into himself. It didn’t look pretty or like he cared, but he cared; you knew he cared. It was only that no one else was allowed to know that the great Thomas Shelby felt any emotion.
At Arrow House, he swallowed two glasses of whiskey before saying a word. You were pulling at the hem of the overcoat that Tommy had shook off his shoulders to give you for the ride home. Your fingers just couldn’t stand the anxious silence that rang throughout the room.
“What the fuck happened?”
He stood in front of you, stoic as a soldier but cracking around the exterior thanks to his hand, which itched for the cigarette case inside his pocket. (A nervous tick of his.) You grab his hand between your own before he can fish out the case.
“The horse got spooked. It bucked Catherine and me off, but we’re fine.”
His thumb rubs across your knuckles as he looks past your shoulder out the window.
“Do you know where I was when I got the call? Eh? I was handling some business when Lizzie came in and told me some posh old woman was on the line, saying you were missing.”
He exhaled sharply, dropping his gaze to you, where you noticed his eyes soften.
“I thought…” He broke off.
His chin dropped, and he went to itch his nose with his other hand.
“What did you think happened? Is there something I should know about?” Concern leaked into your voice.
“No,” he huffed, clearing his throat. “It doesn’t matter. You’re home, and you’re safe.”
You bit your lip to stop yourself from saying anything that might push him over the edge. He was fragile in a state like this in the sense that he pushed the stronger, more vivid feelings to the side because you were his wife, not a Peaky Blinder. No, you would never be, even though you married one.
Often, you would wish you could turn into the leaves that swept off the pavement and into the air. Imagine then how much easier life would be for you both—to forget the animosity of life and rise above it all, breathe in that crystal air, and then finally exclaim the truth because up there no one could hear them or cared enough to try anyway.
Cautiously, you let go of his hand and traced your fingertips up to knead away the tension in his jaw.
“Thomas… Do you remember what you asked of me? To help you with the whole fucking thing—”
“From now on—”
“Thomas—”
“From now on, let me know where you are going. I will organize a guard to watch over you.”
‘You write like you’re running out of time,’ Lizzie’s poorly placed joke from the start of the week reverberated in your skull.
Was he?
“I need you,” he breathed, the smell of whiskey fanning over your senses.
You nodded, pressing up on your toes to kiss him. A soft breath escaped him when you pulled away.
“You have me.”

She's always been beautiful. She’s the sort of pretty that when she walks into the room, everyone’s head turns toward her.
Today though… shit. She looks straight up sexy.
Max punches me in the arm, realizing I'm not paying attention to whatever he’s saying. But I can’t stop looking at her, long legs and a tiny black dress is all I can see.
As she gets closer, her hair bouncing with every step, I realize that it’s the type of hunger that will only be satisfied by my lips on hers.
There is one slight issue, though. “Sis!” Max grins, messing up her hair as she pushes him away, “Nice costume. You get it half off?”

you
“You're so turning into our dad!” I roll my eyes at Max as he laughs and whips his arm around me, pulling me into a forgiving half hug. He's the mad hatter, cute since I saw Pierta in her Alice costume a few minutes ago.
I scrunch my face up before looking up at Lando. God… Lando. His eyes are practically setting me on fire, looking up and down my body. He's a skeleton.
Looking ridiculous hot in all black, his costume is made by the makeup on his face. An illusion of bones with black and white.
“Hi, Lando. Happy Halloween” I say sweetly as he brings his cup to his painted lips.
“Lookin good, Y/n.” He gives me a slight smirk and I can feel Max’s annoyance before he starts complaining.
“Lando. No!” Max says as if he’s some sort of dog.
“I didn’t do anything!” He puts his hands up in defense before looking at me, “Want a drink?” I flash him a smile, fangs and all. He raises a brow at my favorite bit of my costume.
A vampire is not basic, It’s classic!
“She wants nothing from your grubby hands!” Max says immediately, his mad hatter hat tilting on his curls.
“Grubby!?” Lando scoffs as I laugh, but I see my friend in the crowd and squeal, leaving them both.

How weird would it be if I said I want her to bite me? Fuck, it sounds weird doesn’t it? I don’t care. She’s been dancing with P for the past thirty minutes, downing at least two drinks and moving her ass in a way that should be illegal.
There’s fake blood on her chest and mouth. A mouth I'm desperate to kiss.
I’ve known her forever, and I would never admit it to Max… but I've always had a bit of a thing for her. How do you tell your protective best friend that you’re hot for his younger sister?
The answer is that you don’t.
But this feels different. We’re older, we’re both hotter, and I swear I saw her checking me out.
Max has disappeared and there’s a girl by my side in an instant. I take one look at her, get disappointed that she’s not Y/n, and leave.
I spot her at the bar.
I tug on her hair and she lets out a little scream before she turns and sees me. Her mouth contorts into a mischievous smirk, her nose scrunching. “Two vodka shots.” I nod at the bartender, standing close to her. “I like your costume.”
She looks bored, “Think I look hot?” When she turns to get my reaction I just tilt my head a bit, biting back a smile. She knows I do.
“Well I think yours is a bit underwhelming.” She sighs as I scoff.
“Hey- P spent an hour on this!” she giggles, “What would you rather me be?”
She thinks for a moment as the bartender slides us the shots, “Hmm… a driver?” Her body shifts towards me, holding up the vodka and smiling innocently.
“Very funny.” I take my own shot, tapping the table and downing it without breaking eye contact.
“You here alone?”
She leans against the bar, “Nope… my friends are here somewhere.” She breaks eye contact, surveying the packed crowd.
I lean in closer, “I mean did you come here with a guy?”
She narrows her eyes at me, “No.”
I can’t help but smile, teasing her is my favorite activity. “You open to leaving with one?”
She blinks, biting her bottom lip, “Lando…” I know i’m playing with fire but I don’t care.
“What?” I say innocently, “For safety reasons.”
She lets out a little laugh, “I’m not fucking you in the name of safety.” I frown.
“You’re losing your little flirty spark, Fewtrell.” I lean closer, my arm resting on the bar, “You grow up, finally?”
“I grew up.” She nods, “But I'll never lose my spark.” She looks offended, my eyes flick down to her body… her chest… her lips.
“Prove it.” Her hand goes to her hip.
“You gonna flirt with me all night or actually make a move?” Spark is still there. 1000% still there because the way she’s leaning into me makes me hard.
I glance at the people drinking and dancing, seeing Max instantly in his hideous hat. He's not looking at us, but I know he’s gotten a vibe tonight when I was staring at Y/n’s ass.
“You really want me to make a move in front of your brother?” I ask her and I can tell she’s torn.
Y/n has always been close to Max, but she was always known to be troublesome. I liked her more for it. She would sneak guys in when their parents were away and Max would always call me, purposefully being loud about how much he could bench to scare the guy away.
“Let’s dance.” My hand slips to her waist, tugging her closer. She gives me another suspicious look, “Come on… I wanna see the way you move for me.”
She rolls her eyes, “Take you and your one liners somewhere else.” She starts walking away, but I follow.
“Don’t act like you don’t love it.” I take her hand finally, tugging her into the crowd and pulling her close to me.
“Don’t act like you don’t get off on it.” I bite the inside of my cheek as her hand moves to my neck and into my hair.
“You’re so fucking hot.” I should probably think twice about telling this to my best friend's sister, but why lie?
She throws her head back, laughing. She shakes her head and keeps dancing. The neon lights swirl around us as people push and scream over the music. I can practically feel the djs mix in my body.
Y/n’s hand goes to the back of my head again, standing on her toes to yell in my ear. “I don’t want to smudge your makeup.” I think I'm about to faint.
I shake my head, making her look at me in the eye to make sure she’s serious. She’s staring up at me, a brow quirked as if she’s daring me.
My lips are on hers embarrassingly fast.
Gripping her waist, I slip my tongue in her mouth. The fake fangs scrape against me but I'm too focused on her so close to me to care.

I've spent an unhealthy amount of time wondering what it would be like to kiss Lando. Now I know that my younger self was completely wrong.
He’s possessive and rough, holding me close and sliding his hand up my body, to my neck. He tastes like makeup and alcohol, my hands holding his neck and tugging at his shirt.
It’s too loud for him to hear me say his name. He bites my lip and I let out an involuntary whine. He's smirking against me when I tug his shirt, pulling back.
I smile at him, catching my breath for a second just to make sure this is real. “I love this song.” It's ‘little black dress’ by one direction. The song that I played every day of my teenage years whenever Max and Lando were bugging me.
I laugh, leaning back as he rests his head on my shoulder, pressing a kiss to my skin. I turn his head to face me again, kissing him softly. “Maybe I'd be okay with going home to a guy.” I say in his ear.
“You better be talking about me.” His face is serious but I can’t help but laugh, slapping his arm before kissing him again.
“Of course it’s you, muppet.” I’m kissing him again. I get lost in a haze of smoke and music, melting into him as he breathes against me.
He’s kissing my neck now, moving his hand down past my back. Then he’s gone.
He’s off me in a second, “What. The. Fuck!?” It’s Max. “No! No! No!” He looks like he’s about to kill Lando.
“Hey…” I think Max it’s going to be okay until a smirk breaks out on Lando’s stupid face. “What if I told you I'm really drunk?”
Max’s fists clench, “Lando-” He turns to me, looking pissed off, “I can’t even with you!”
I push my hair back, shrugging and wiping my mouth. I look at Lando who’s about to laugh, his mouth is smudged with blood, black paint, lipstick.
“My sister!?” He yells, getting the attention of few around us.
“I- Okay look! I didn’t. I mean! Yeah… She’s hot!” he goes through options, clearing giving up as he looks at me. Max loses it then, “Yup!” Lando turns and fucking bolts.
Max is screaming and i’m laughing, it’s almost too comedic. The crowd basically parts as Lando hurries past, my brother chasing after his best friend.
When they’re about to be out of view, Lando turns, “Yo, Vamp!” He calls out, running backwards with a scared and mischievous expression on his face. He brings a hand to his head, mimicking a phone before breaking out into a grin, “Call me!”

Part 2
Superman froze.
There was a monster in the middle of the room. It had a humanoid shape, but its general form was incomprehensible, unable to be understood even by Superman. Something white resembling clothes covered its body, but it was stained crimson. Rivers of blood dripped onto the floor in puddles.
The creature was clutching at two smaller beings, who were desperately clawing at its back and cape, whimpering. The creature made noises alongside them, a strange sort of wheezy noise.
Superman looked around at the torn apart corpses on the floor. Limbs laid askew and organs were separated from bodies. Everything smelled like blood and fear.
The creature made another soft sound and Superman finally realized what it was doing.
It was crying.
“… excuse me?” Superman asked, because he wanted to know everything, “are you alright?”
“… disgust me,” the creature mumbled.
“I’m sorry?”
The being turned and its glowing red eyes struck Superman and froze him in his place in fear. The color was unlike anything he had ever seen, like fire and death and glowing ashes from complete and utter annihilation. The creature was crying brightly colored, acidic tears that trailed down a green face, with each droplet rolling down its cheek and burning holes onto the ground.
“You humans disgust me!” The creature roared, flashing sharp fangs that could break through bone. “I held myself back! I tried to be a good person! A better person! I tried so hard to make good decisions and be a good king and a good family! And this is how you repay me?! By hurting the ones I love?!”
Superman’s gaze involuntarily darted downwards, to the two other beings. They whimpered, and Superman suddenly realized that they were this creature’s family. They were sluggishly bleeding and they were also crying softly, the same tears flowing down their faces as they sobbed.
Superman’s heart simultaneously broke in two and dropped to his feet from fear as the creature snarled.
“I was too kind. I should’ve eradicated all of your worlds! Every single one of you will die for hurting them!”
Superman floated an inch back and the creature bristled like it was an offense, wispy hair flaring like a roaring flame before it prepared itself to lunge forward, and just as Superman readied himself to fight, a woman stepped in front of him and a whip immediately wrapped itself around the creature’s throat, holding him still.
“Danny! Calm yourself! We’re fine!” The woman said, and Superman immediately snapped back to attention.
“What do you need for me to do?” He asked, and the woman, who was bravely defending herself against the creature, waved a hand for him to leave.
Superman blinked. And then he stayed, watching. The creature calmed, still crying, but now it— he just looked sad, brows furrowing as he then reached for the woman with another sob, not dissimilar to the children in his lap, “Jazz!”
The woman stepped forward, dropping the whip without a second thought, and enveloped him in a hug. “Shhhh,” she said. “You did so well. You protected the kids. You did well.”
She calmed the creature with a few more words, stroking the creature’s hair, and after a few long moments, where Superman started to feel like a fifth wheel, there was a bright flash, and the creature that once had white fiery hair and luminescent skin, turned into a normal man with pale skin and long, raven locks.
Superman’s eyes widened. The woman finally turned back to address him and said, “I’m sorry, can you take Dan, please? I’ll take Danny and Ellie.”
Superman nodded, drifting down to carefully handle the now unconscious man. He was surprisingly light, despite his bulky frame, and he was also undoubtedly beautiful. His eyes were closed, but he had a shadow of fear over his face. Superman gingerly held him close, a mixture of worried for the man, afraid of him, and also very confused at the entire situation. The man stirred, causing Superman to tense, but then he only buried his head into Superman’s shoulder.
A shiver ran down Superman’s spine. He felt irrationally conflicted within himself with how close the man was to tearing his throat out.
“I’m sorry, but can you please explain to me what happened? Who are these people? What is this place? What happened, and who is this person? Who are you?”
The woman nodded, picking up the two children. One of them tucked his head into her shoulder, but the other hissed at Superman, bright blue eyes flashing as she bared tiny little fangs. Oddly enough, Superman felt extremely endeared.
“I’ll tell you everything. Just take us out of here first.”
Superman nodded, and off they went.
(Side note: I have a hc that the name ‘Danny’ is very important to Dan and Dani, since it is a name that they chose for themselves. However, since Danny is considered more important, they ‘surrendered’ the name to him, but only Jazz really knows how much they like being called “Danny,” which is why she uses it to calm the two down or address them, and then uses “Dan” and “Ellie” anytime else.)

You flashed your auntie an adorable smile when she complimented you about your pink dress. "Tha-thank you Mrs.baji" "aii look at you, you've grown up so much!" Grown up? You looked like a big girl now, you giggled at the thought. Big girl.. yay!
"I hope it wasn't a trouble coming." Mrs.baji said with a hesitant expression "not at all!" Your mom chimed in "we wouldn't miss your house warming party for the world!" You mom continued. Mrs baji chuckled, "oh! Y/n dear, won't you go see kei?" Your smile dropped at the thought of him. You nodded your head no, "I'm sure he's busy- I wouldn't want to trouble him" your voice slowly growing faint. "Don't be silly! You two love playing with each other- remember the times where you'd be in his room all day playing, and wouldn't even want to go home" yea, right- 'playing'. You let out a nervous chuckle but thankfully both the older women were pulled by other guests. You sighed out of relief. 'Need water' you went to their kitchen to get a cup of water cause all of a sudden your throat went dry.
You took out a cup from the cupboard and filled it. "What do we have here~" your blood went cold at his voice, you turned around but got startled at how close he was. "He-hey i-itoko-san" you gulped, he flashed you his infamous grin which showed his sharp fangs. "Well hello there baby cousin~" His breath fanning over your ears. He was always so, so much taller than you. And his muscular frame, his huge hands, his long hair dropping over his broad shoulders, his bruised knuckles it made you so wet. He licked his lips "why didn't you come over to me hmm? Do you not like me anymore?" He said with a hurt expression. But in his mind he knew it was all a facade. You gasped, "no! Kei you know I'd never be like that... its just that-" "it's what huh?" He said a little louder, which scared you. You remember his reputation when he was a teen, buring cars, stripping people and beating them up. "No-no I just thought-" "hmp your not my favourite cousin anymore!" He mentally cringed at himself when he said that, you'd always be his favourite, forever no matter what. "Wha-what?" He smirked. Gotcha. Now he just had to play a little mean, but he knows his mean demeanor gets you so wet. "I'm going to c/n, she's more nicer than you" your breath hitched. You never liked c/n, she was always so mean and said nasty things to you. He rolled his eyes and walked away, you grabbed his muscular forearm "don-don't say that! I'm sorry" you mumbled your apology though he heard it. His grin reached both his ears. "Ok then.. prove it" He leaned in towards you at the perfect point to see you cleavage. The pink dress was so skimpy, didn't you realise it? He'd been starting at you all night. Hoping you'd come over to your 'kei' and greet him cutely like always. "How?" You asked looking up at him with your glossy eyes. Fuck he could feel his cock hardening in his pants, you were always go eager to please him, he found it so damn cute. "Let's play" you gulped. "Do-do we have to?" Huh? What was wrong with you today? You were always os eager to play with him, to let him use you. "So you don't like me huh!" Your eyes widen "NO! i-ill play" you blushed when he smiled.
Baji took you to his room, it was so much bigger than his previous one. He took your hands which made you a blushing mess, you were so ashamed of yourself on how you blushed and got wet with your older cousin. "Ok since you look so cute today ill let you choose, doctor or fire fighter " you bit your lower lips, you looked cute? He was always so good with his words. "Doc- Doctor" you saw Baji smile "Alright then, let's play~"
"Is everything ok doc?" You said nervously "hmmm" Baji continue inspecting you pussy. It was so hard- for him to not make out with your cute clit, to just shove his fat cock in and make you cum all over his cock, like he used to. Back then too you were so eager to make him happy, oh how you let him use you to his disposal. You remember eveytime you came over he'd take you to his room and use you, after wards he'd cuddle you and that's why you never left his room. You liked how he held you. You even let his friends use you! Mikey made you cum so hard with his cock in your asshole, and chifuyu made you feel so good when you sat on his face. All because Baji told you to do so.
"Ok so ms.l/n does it hurt over here?" Smug bastard asked you with his fingers rubbing tight circles on your clit. "Ngh~ ye-yesss~ doc" you bit your lower lips to contain your moans from spilling out. "As I thought, don't worry I have a cure" Baji grinned looking at your blissful expression. "Pleaseee doc~ make me feel better.. it hurts" Baji nodded. "Don't worry I'll make you feel so, so much better"
"Ahh~ ooh~ doooc~ feels good~" Baji continously sucked your swollen clit, with his nose resting on your mound. He let go of your clit with a pop "you ready pretty~" he asked. You blushed when he called you pretty. You nodded, Baji stood between your legs as he undressed himself. His tanned abs, his muscular pecs, his strong biceps, his even more muscular thighs, he was so dreamy, you loved your cousin soo much. "Alrighty then! Your turn" His voice encouraged. Your panties were already under his pillow, so you took off your pink dress revealing your cutesy pink bra which had a bow in the middle. He roughly grabbed your bra tearing it off. You gasped "be-be a little gentle kei-" he just rolled his eyes at you. He grabbed your ankles, pulling you towards him. "Y/n~ your so cute, your like my cute little pet~" he pinched your perked nipples. "Ngg~ you think I'm cute?" You asked with your voice shivering "the cutest~ not only cute but really pretty tooy/n-chan" you turned red with his words covering your face with your hands. "Now, now why you gettin' so shy on me, you love playing with me remember" you nodded when he took your hands off your face pinning it above your head with his one hand. "So why so cold to me? You don't hate me do yaa?" He paused before he put on a feverish face "wait? Did you tell auntie about what we play?!" He asked looking a little concerned. "No... you told me not to say anyone" he breathed in relief. "G-good, don't tell anyone okay? Otherwise we won't get to play anymore and we won't get to see each other, you don't want that... do you?" Your eyes widen, not being able to see kei? You'd probably die. You shook your head frantically. He smiled "See, your so nice to me, your such good girl" you bit your lower lips when he said that. "Now.. let's play ok~"
"Fuck you feel so fucking tight princess~ so good fo'me" he grunted. You couldn't focus anymore, his thumb playing with your clit. His fat cock piercing you with no mercy. He let your hands wrap around his neck and his other hand wrapped tightly around your waist. He bit your neck and sucked dark red hickies. He pulled one of nipples with his teeth "such pretty nipples baby". Your make up that your mom did for you was running down your face. Your mascara running down your face, your lip gloss smeared every where even on bajis lips. "Ahh~ kei~ i- I love yoooou~" you moaned with your head thrown back, clinging on him. Baji grinned before letting out a grunt "i-i know baby- fuck- your gonna cum aren't ya? Can feel you clenching- ooh Fuck~" he pulled your hair and kissed your roughly, shoving his tongue down your throat. He looked down at where the two of you were connected and he almost came right then and there seeing the white ring forming around his cock. Your clung onto him more arching your back. "Hmmpf- feels so good kei~" you boosted his ego. He smirked holding you tightly, his pelvis snapping on yours. His thrusts started getting sloppy and before you knew it, you were shaking as you came all over his cock. He thrusted few more times and pulled out as he released his seeds on you tummy. He rolled off towards your side as you were panting "fuck, that was amazing" you nodded. He got up from his bed and gave you one of his shirts that was so dam big on you. Without showering or washing up, he came back to bed and pulled your small frame towards him. You hugged his large torso while he hugged you tight in his arms. "Hey tomorrow ken and mitsuya are coming over, you remember them right, well let them play with you ok." You happily nodded your head, anything to make your favourite cousin happy. He smiled "good girl, your still my small baby ok" it was clearly a statement and not a question. "Am not a big girl?" You asked looking up at him with your doe eyes. He let out a deep chuckled "nah, your my small little baby cousin" he kissed the top of your head. You hid your face in his bare chest in embarrassment. "But don't tell your mom ok, or you won't be favourite cousin anymore" you agreed, after all he is your favourite cousin, kei.

➳ C/W: VAMPIRES ‼️‼️, minor wound, blood (duh), biting/vampire feeding, double penetration, hints of Scud's mommy kink
➳ A/N: I wrote doc title for this as “DTFx2” cuz of the lettering, not even realizing the “down-to-fuck” till later, plus it being 2 partners – I cooked on this title. BUT ANYWAY I AM FUELING THE VAMP!DARYL FIRE AND VAMP!SCUD TOO BECAUSE THIS IS A PLAGUE AND I AM ILL AND I WILL SPREAD IT

You stretched your arms up over your head, leaning forward against the counter in front of you. It was another slow weeknight, no customers present, hindered by the fact the bar was tucked away in some deader part of the city. It was pretty boring, but you got paid for kinda just diddleling around a lot of the time. You rhythmically tapped your fingertips against the surface, but straightened up when the door jingled open.
“Fuck, I was about to start praying you two would show up. ‘Ts borin' as shit in here,” You laughed as two familiar faces walked in from the night; Daryl and Scud. They were your regulars, stopping by most any time you were on shift. And you heard from coworkers sometimes they'd show up, see that you weren't there, and just leave.
You never found it creepy though, it wasn't like that. They were always very respectful towards you, kind of chivalrous, but not obnoxiously. They'd always buy a drink and tip heavy, or just straight up give you money – and would scare off the actually creepy drinkers: the one's that'd prey on a woman as if she was frail. You didn't require them, having pepper spray and a gun beneath the counter, but they gave you extra security. And we're good company.
Scud, who you knews real name was Josh – the more ‘loverboy’ one of the two – popped by most nights after work. He was really sweet, having grown a soft spot for him and letting him bend the rules; like allowing him to smoke a joint, or three, inside, so long as he shared them with you. He claimed he was a sort of engineer, which you found a little surprising given you'd never seen him without the skunky smell of weed wafting around his figure, but it's not like it mattered to you.
Daryl, on the other hand, was much more reserved, and you'd be lying if you said that didn't intrigue you. He appeared older, and more of a rarity, seeming to drift in and out of town: which made sense given that scratchy, deep southern accent he carried.
“Ain't gon’ pass up seein’ ya, moonshine,” Daryl grinned as he sauntered up to take a seat, Scud following right behind and taking the one opposite him. ‘Moonshine’ is what he always called you, given you were a bartender, and it was ironic because you never saw either of them till after sundown. “Shift slow?”
“Painfully,” You groaned and rolled your eyes. “Ion even know how we get enough profit to keep this place open. Not sure anyone in our staff remembers the last time we saw the owner in person. I swear this is some money laundering scheme.”
“‘Least your gettin’ paid, yeah? My boss don't even got me onna regular schedule,” Scud tisked, reaching into the pocket of his large, layered jacket and pulling out the container he kept his joints in. “Ya wanna J?”: To which you nodded and he passed you one. Daryl's observant gaze watched your every movement, as he typically did.
“Ya get yer nails done, darlin’?” He asked, squinting his pale blue eyes and setting his hand out as you lit the joint.
“Hm?” Your eyes flicked to him, understanding, and you set your palm in his hand so he could see. Pressed to your nail beds were coffin acrylics, painted a rich red, the gloss making them almost bloody. “Jus’ got ‘em done this morning. Figured if ‘m gonna be sittin’ here twiddling my thumbs half the time they might as well look good.”
“Looks perfect on ya.” Your gazes locked together for a moment, hypnotic in a way as his irises seemed to pulse, then suddenly shift down. He loomed closer and ran his thumb over your fingers, appreciating the gleaming texture that reflected in the dim light.
“Real pretty momma's,” Scud added as he took a long drag of his smoke, holding it for a moment before skillfully exhaling in a long plume that dissipated and began to fill the small space with a haze.
“Mm, thank you boys,” You turned a little, offering a bashful smile at their endless complimenting – they showered you with affectionate comments every time they came in. “Either of you want somethin’? It can be on the house, think the workers drink more than customers.”
“‘Ll take'ah whiskey – ‘nd m’payin’ ya anyway, angel,” Daryl replied, fishing for his wallet and passing you bills that more than doubled the price of a shot. Frankly you felt bad sometimes, like you were taking his money, but gave up a long time ago with trying to decline. He insisted.
As you went to grab the iconic bottle of Jack Daniel's off the shelf behind you, your elbow stuck out a bit too far and knocked over a large glass you'd been using for water, sending it to the floor where it shattered. “Ugh, never complain that you're bored at work. Fate'll always make ya clean.”
You quickly poured the auburn grog into a shot and slid it across the wood countertop to Daryl, dropping to your knees to pick up the larger shards.
“Fuck!” You seethed, accidentally slicing open the palm of your hand by sweeping it over the edge of a fragment in the other, your joint nearly falling from where you'd pinched it between your lips. Both men bounded from their stools to look over, simultaneously uttering ‘Ya alrigh's?''s. You half-clutched your fist and rose to be level again, hitching your breath with a small whine as striking pain electrified your nerves.
Blood quickly began to spill from the gash, running down your wrist and upper forearm before dripping to the floor a couple times as Daryl snapped to grab a clean rag from behind the bar so you could hold pressure, moving so fast he registered as just a whoosh. As your eyes were shut in pain, theirs were blown open, locked onto the crimson that tinted your skin. They could see the microscopic way it gushed a bit more from every beat of your heart.
Tendrils of that sweet, mind warping scent curled through the air and around the pair's bodies. God it smelled so damn good – you smelled so good. They didn't wish you harm, but they'd just been agonizingly waiting to someday, by some chance, get to smell the life-giving fluid that pumped through your veins without the blockage your skin created, keeping the complete experience inside of you. And they could only dream of getting to taste it…
You spun back to face them, and swore for a second, the color of both their blue eyes had altered to match the plasma soaking into the grey washcloth in your grip – their faces flat like they hadn't eaten in years and you just baited the idea of a gourmet feast. But once you blinked, they were back to azure, concern etched across eyebrows and frowns. Maybe it was just the shitty brilliance of the bar.
“‘M fine, jus’ being mindless I guess. Scud, how the hell are ya smokin’ and working with wires ‘n soldering shit,” You shook your head, blaming your incident on the brain fog from weed, although it was a poor excuse given it should not have taken effect that fast. Perhaps you were just embarrassingly locked on auto-pilot.
“Ya look like yer bleedin’ bad, princess. Lemme see.” Daryl beckoned you over and took your hand. His body tensed, that dangerous feeling of his canines extending creeping up. It took all he had to not press his mouth to you. He knew better, he had control. You let him remove the rag, examining the cut and finding it to be quite deep, him stating it might have to be closed
“We don't got any medical stuff here ‘sides maybe a few bandaids. I'd be surprised if anybody else came in ‘ere tonight so I'll just close up ‘n deal with it home. Sorry to cut our chat time short guys…” You gave a half frown, taking an unsteady inhale and trying to mask the aching in your extremity. You smothered the joint, enjoyment ruined.
“Don't gotta apologize mama's. Wantcha to be okay,” Scud commented, mirroring your expression. Looking between him and Daryl, you felt there was some synergy connecting them, like they were communicating despite both staring at you.
“Why don't we take ya home, mebbe have me patch tha fer ya, hm?” Daryl suggested, readjusting his leather jacket as he tilted his head slightly.
“Oh, no. I don't wanna bother either of ya with that…”
“‘Ts no bother, sugar. We wanna make sure you're safe. ‘Ts late, dark, ‘nd you're bleedin’. Don't want anythin’ bad happening to ya,” Scud explained, his every word ending on a sort of mewl as he plucked his joint from his mouth to speak clearly.
“Alright – just cause I know you two will follow me to check anyway.” You grabbed your things, Daryl and Scud helping to close up the bar so you didn't further injure yourself, then leaving with you. It was reasonable for them to come with, and this wouldn't be the first time. And this wasn't the safest part of town, so it wouldn't hurt to have them.
❥-》》—————➣
When you returned to your apartment, both of them praised your designing of the interior, having not been inside before. To you it wasn't much of anything special, but again, it was just in their nature to say kind things to you.
You nodded Daryl in the direction of your bathroom so he could grab some ointment and gauze, going to sit on the couch as Scud plopped beside you. You easily could've nursed it yourself, but if there was anything you really knew about Daryl, it was his tendency to always be doing favors – and not letting you decline.
“Y'know… I know a way tah make that heal faster than any dressings could,” Scud broke the silence, dragging his gaze over your frame, and landing on your hand where you still held the soiled rag. He couldn't fucking take it anymore. He didn't have the control that Daryl did.
“What do you mean?” You now faced him, confused at the way his breathing seemed to grow a bit heavier, chest puffing further out despite his lazy posture. But he straightened some, scooting closer to you and reaching for your hand.
“Just trust me on this…” He was salivating, bottom lip practically trembling with anticipation. He was so close, access to your fresh blood right there. God how he ached for it every time he saw your beautiful face, just so damn entranced by you. He tried not to completely lose his mind as he neared your palm.
“Um… yer gonna get it infected doin’ that.”
“Won't.” And his mouth hovered right above it.
“Seriously, Scud, what are you doing?” Now you were concerned, tempted to call Daryl back. Was this some weird sex thing? His way of trying to seduce you? Taking ‘kiss my boo-boo to make it feel better’ a bit too far. But you sensed this… energy, radiating off of him, drawing out your naïve trait of curiosity. Something felt different about him, although you guess it always did – but only now could you really perceive it, having him so close. “What are you? ”
Scud's eyes flicked up to yours, blue flipped across the scale of hues to match the color you'd caught a glimpse of at the bar – the color of your blood, and those flawless new nails. “Whadda ya think I am, sweetheart?”
As his lips peeled back with a grin, you could see the lengthy, pin-sharp fangs that descended from the roof of his mouth, glistening with his famine. Your mouth fell open, pupils dilating as realization worked through your brain. Oh shit. Oh, shit..? You didn't speak, but didn't know what to say anyway.
He chuckled at your reaction. “Jus’ relax, mama's.” Finally. His tongue darted out, dragging a long lick over the front of your wound, causing you to wince and jerk a little. It didn't particularly hurt, but was so odd at the start. Scud held back a moan, but couldn't help his remarks: “Mmm, you taste so good… bettah than I ever imagined…”
You swallowed thickly, watching him work saliva over your tender flesh, and lapping away any remnants of the blood that ran down your arm. He stared intensely into your eyes as he drew a long, excessively slow lick up your limb and back to the wound. You felt it begin to radiate, an unfamiliar warmth centralizing over the cut but spreading out into your entire palm.
He brushed his lips against your fingers with a featherlite kiss, and reluctantly pulled away, letting you watch branches of skin connect together from both sides, color quickly shifting back to your normal tone, and your hand completely unscathed. You flexed your tendons, feeling it for yourself. It was completely healed, a two-week time lapsing into under a minute.
“Why'd ya show ‘er.” Daryl's voice was stern, silently standing behind the couch and startling you as you whipped around. You should've figured – it wouldn't take that long to find simple first aid in your bathroom.
“Known ‘er for long enough, D. Why let'er suffer with some gash if we can just heal it for her?” Scud replied and shrugged innocently. But his wording was key; ‘we’.
“You're both vampires,” You nodded dryly as Daryl grumbled something under his breath and came around the couch to sit on the other side of you. Now the ‘moonshine’ was really ironic. “Okay… I assume if you were gonna drain me ya woulda done it by now.”
“Don't tempt me, baby,” Scud smirked, and Daryl shot him a harsh glare. “What? Sure she appreciates the healin’ at least!”
“Yeah, I do… but it's weirdly intimate, no? Just, wetly runnin’ yer tongue all over someone, gathering saliva on their skin, tastin’ the irony remnants of their blood-”
“Quit talkin’ like that,” Daryl hissed, your sight passing back to him, watching his adam's-apple bob and his jaw tense. His eyes reddened as well, and it dawned on you how teasing your choice of dialogue must've been for them.
“Or keep goin’. Like hearin’ your gorgeous voice say such pretty words,” Scud wet his lips, volume just above a whisper. You felt trapped between two sides of a spectrum, both equally covet… and you were way more into it than you would ever want to admit. Your jaw laxed with a weary breath, mind wandering further ahead than you liked it to. “But you're right, can be real intimate.” His voice dropped lower as he neared you, keeping sights intertwined.
“You're torturing me momma's… pleas’... would give anythin’ to feel ya,” He almost whimpered, puppy dog eyes peering up at you. “He would too, he's jus’ a lil’ more shy.”
It'd be the fattest lie of your life to say you didn't find him attractive, both of them. Closing the door behind you some nights after they'd walked you home, tempted to just bring them inside. How many times you muttered dirty words as your legs tangled in your bedsheets and you touched yourself, imagining how they'd sound in Scud's whiny hitches, or Daryl's gravelly grunts…
You reached up, taking Scud's chin in the light hold of your acrylics and bringing his mouth to yours. He directly melted, turning to puddy from that alone and cravingly dabbing your lips with his tongue. When you pulled back, he tried to follow, pining for more. But you wanted to be fair, and switched to the other man.
Daryl looked like he didn't know what to do, that effort of displaying confidence broken the second the gate he'd been waiting outside of for so long actually opened. But a quick ‘C'mere’, and the curling of your pointer finger brought him to you expeditiously, rough lips chafing over your moisted ones. He shoved away his groan, not quite ready for that yet.
“This ain't gonna stop at kissin’, right?” You checked on an exhale, both their eyes boring into you from either plane, the patterns of their breathing reworking themselves. Dropping it here would be teasing you now.
“S’ain't gon’ stop less ya want it to, moonshine,” He rasped, irises captivating and luring you back to him, clawed hand coming to his cheek – that made the groan slip. He inhaled sharply, ardently guiding his tongue into your mouth, which definitely made Scud jealous.
The engineer brought his hands to your waist, toying with the seams of your shirt as Daryl harshly tugged you closer to him, gaining momentum, growing hungrier. He explored the entire cavity of your mouth, feeling the heat of your gums, the smoothness of your teeth in comparison to his canines, and drew a moan from your throat, hints of a smile crinkling.
“Yer not good at hidin’ whatcha want, honeysuckle,” The southerner purred, trailing down to your jawline as Scud's lips pressed to the nape of your neck. You weren’t sure if he could tell by your body language, or was able to read your mind or something; all the near whorish thoughts running through your psyche.
“Then you should know how long I've thought about this.”
Daryl immediately hooked his strong arms under your thighs, shoving Scud back to stand up off the couch, your legs instinctively latching around his torso as he started to leave a hickey on your neck and find his way to your bedroom.
Scud awkwardly stood behind for a second, shyly glancing to the floor, feeling literally and figuratively pushed aside by the other's dominance. “C'mon Scuddy,” You mouthed, and he looked like he came in pants right there – hurdling to track after you.
Daryl roughly threw you onto the edge of your bed, simultaneously ripping your shirt up over your head. He reached down for the button of your jeans, quickly popping it out and tearing them off, leaving you in just your lacey, red bra and panties.
“Jeez, you ‘nd fuckin’ red, woman.” He bordered on a growl, sliding off his jacket and tossing it to the floor. You sat upright on the rim the mattress, aiding Scud in dropping his many layers, but he teetered like he just wanted to fuck himself senseless with all it still on.
Both them now shirtless, you raked your nails down their chest, taking extra notice to follow the lightning-like scars carved into Scud's abdomen to your left. You let out a breathy curse at their defined v-lines and mouthwateringly sexy happy trails, discarding Daryl's belt, and gently cupping his pulsing erection through his jeans – the same through Scud's cargos.
One twitched, then the other, and you chuckled. “You two really want me that bad, huh?” You questioned, beaming up through your lashes with a flirty smirk: but that mischievous temping simmered seeing the pure lust on their features. They looked like they were gonna eat you alive, and honestly… you wouldn't mind it.
You undid their pants to drop them down, and with some sort of unspoken permission translating between the three of you, they pounced forward, resistance snapping like twigs. Scud hauled your body up the bed and instantaneously found your lips, already gasping into your mouth. His hands each found one of your breasts, fondling and pawing impatiently through your bra.
Daryl grabbed your hips, tugging you back down a little and drawing a wet lick from the hem of your panties up your navel, holding you to him as your spine arched. He kissed and sucked at the delicate skin on your pelvis and inner thighs, leaving behind litters of those gentle bruises on the surface, spotting across the curves of your body. His fangs grazed you as he worked, a persistent reminder of what a feral vampire could just take from you – but he was a humble man, and prefered to give.
You directed Scud to strip your bra, given he'd basically lost all ability to function the second your clothes were off, and even worse once he was on you. Now with your chest fully out, he was gone. He greedily sucked one nipple into his mouth, kneading the other like a cat, while Daryl curled a finger around the hem of your panties, deliberately running from side to side before he suddenly ripped them away – literally ripped. “Promise ‘ll buy ya new ones, babydoll.”
Whatever deeply guttural noise that erupted from you when Daryl's tongue made contact with your cunt was everything but holy. Your hips bucked up into his face so rapidly it almost caught him off guard, his palms splayed out on your thighs and his mouth latched onto your clit. He sucked in rapid pumps, before trawling down then back up and spreading your folds. He lapped up every bit of your pooled wetness, taking a deep inhale and the hidden claws in his fingertips nearing shooting out as his toes curled.
“Fuck! Yer pussy smell's'so fuckin’ good.” His words came out as near snarls, reverberating against your core. Should the view of him not have been obscured by Scud, you're sure you would've came at the sight of him so deeply intoxicated by just the scent of you. “‘Nd tastes so goddamn lovely.”
“‘Ts not fair, man, ah wanna taste ‘er-”
“Nah. Ya got ‘er hand, pussy's mine.” Now he was snarling, possessive crimson eyes stabbing into the other man as he'd turned to look back at him, burying himself deeper into your cunt and earning another wild moan. Scud frowned a little, but you brought your hands to his hips and readjusted him to be sitting on your chest, legs on either side of your body.
“Don't worry, baby.” And you rolled down his boxers so his dick was free: fully hard, tip swollen up and flushed with color, absolutely weeping for you, and it bobbed with a twitch. You wrapped your hand around the base, giving a few pressurized strokes as he bowed forward over your head and straight up whimpered in your ear, aching and pulsing and starved of touch and attention.
“Oh-.. God, momma's… t’so good…” He wove his fingers through your hair to tug lightly at the roots and anchor himself. But the second you put your tongue on him, he jerked forward and shoved into your mouth, cumming abruptly. He couldn't help it, you were; “Jus’ so warm…”
Still you swallowed it down, swiveling the tip of your tongue along the underside of his head, prolonging his high. You weren't surprised; with how frenzied he was, acting like he'd been edged for far too long – which you supposed he had, based on how he talked earlier – you pegged him for the kind to cum fast. He probably wanted you to actually peg him too.
Daryl tipped a domino by chuckling at the early orgasm, the sound waves making you moan around Scud's cock, which in return made him slide a bit deeper again. Daryl started to hum, and removed one hand from your thigh to slip two girthy fingers into you, curling them up and pressing into that sensitive spot in your walls. He focused his mouth on your clit, drawing it in with suction while he rapidly wagged his tongue, soon pumping his fingers in and out of you, and your moans picked up.
The shallow edge of Scud's claws inched further out and held your skull, careful to not scrape into your skin, but exigent nonetheless. His breathing descended into ragged heaving against the side of your head as you worked his cock like you knew every little thing that got him going.
“Getch'yer dick outta her mouth so Ah can hear ‘er cum,” Daryl barked, breaking contact from you for just a moment. Scud groaned, wanting so badly for you to deepthroat him, but he shifted over to the side, knowing Daryl would forcibly do it anyway. Now he moved impossibly faster, fingers stretching you open and filling the bedroom with wet noises from how he had you dripping.
Getting to hear you clearly now sent him into overdrive, grunting against your clit while Scud just laboriously returned to toying with your boobs. “C'mon girl, jus’ cum. Cum fer me. Wanna see yer gorgeous face.”
“Jesus, Daryl-” Your sentence split, and you cried out, trembling legs coming together and forcing him flush against you. You rode his face, a hand flying down to tug at his shaggy locks and assisting you in rolling your hips. He clutched you bruisingly hard, nearing ripping into you.
When your limbs relaxed again, he lavished long licks over your cunt, swirling the tangy, sticky nectar of your release over his entire mouth. “Mos’ perfect fuckin’ thing.”
“Pleas’ mommas, can I fuck ya?” Scud pleaded, cupping your face to catch his distress. Sharing was hard when one party was so much more controlling. Poor thing needed you.
But seeing Daryl yank down and discard his boxers, hard cock visibly throbbing and tip shaded red, he needed you too. And you could tell a blowjob just wouldn't settle it for either of them. “Fuck, just-.. both of you fuck me.”
“Can ya handle two, sweetheart?” Daryl exhorted, swiping a strayed bit of hair from your forehead and deftly tucking it back, slightly softened eyes checking for sincerity in your expression. With your nod, they acclimated to desire once again.
He flipped onto his back, and manhandled your body overtop of him, your back flattened on his chest, and Scud hurriedly positioning above. Daryl kept your legs spread apart with his, reaching around and palming at your breast while going down to slick himself between your soaked folds, slapping himself against you a couple times. “Ya tell us if s'too much, alrigh’?”
“Yea, yeah- please, just fuck me already,” You wailed as he angled you down and slipped deep into you, Scud giving you a second to adjust before coating spit over his shaft, and gently guiding into you as well.
Your back arched as Daryl held you firm, whining in delectable pain as they strained you further open than you ever had been, your acrylics digging into his waist beneath you. Scud layered himself onto you, sucking another hickey into your chest then rocking his hips a couple of times.
When you handled it well, Daryl took it as a cue to join him, plodding more in his thrusts to still give you the opportunity to bail if this wasn't to your liking. Your eyelids fluttered closed, head lulling back to rest on Daryl's shoulder as your heavy breaths fell in line with the pace. When Scud pushed in, Daryl would pull out, and vice versa: always keeping you full while maintaining the motion that granted so much ecstasy to you three. Every one of their filthy noises sounded incomprehensibly better than you'd ever pictured.
Scud mewled against you, head buried into your breasts and giving quick pecks or licks any time he wasn't being uncontrollably vocal. Daryl did the same, groaning into your shoulder and hair.
“Takin’ us so good, arentcha darlin’? So wet, pussy so tight,” Daryl hushed into your ear, hooking up faster and faster following each of his thrusts like the speed was on a multiplier.
You twisted fingers in the back of Scud's head, triggering a loud whine when you tugged on the roots of this hair and that metal choker he always wore. He started to waver, weakly humping you like his brain was fried and just focusing on staying as deep inside you as he could. “Mmm… mommy, I… ‘m so hungry. Please…” The hinges of his jaw started extending on their own, humid exhales dampening an area by your neck. Tasting hints of your blood earlier spawned a black hole that decimated the sinkhole he'd previously had caving in over time. In the near year he'd known you, that urge to just feed from your tender flesh was all he ever thought about. And now, warm walls of your cunt wrapped around him, urging him to another orgasm… He couldn't wait much longer, he was starving.
Daryl planted his feet to make up for Scud's faltering rhythm, the strengthful build of his hips and thighs making it easy to lift you. He was trying so hard to focus on just fucking you, but as the other vampire's imploring got the best of him, he started to follow suit. “Ya know yer'a damn tease, righ’ moonshine? Lookin’ so sexy all tha time, tha seductive scent ah yers… Fuck, I kno’ ya taste like heaven…” He craned his neck up, applying pressure to your carotid artery with his tongue, feeling everything he wanted pump through you at a rapid rate.
You took in a shaky breath, vivacity emanating from the both of them and encircling you. Their dicks throbbed inside of you, the drifter pistoning while the engineer hunched, but that just wasn't enough, and it made the craving so much more pressing. Their pairs of fangs rested on the edges of your skin, tracing over it, each on one side.
“Shit… just do it-.. Jus’ fuckin’ do,” You panted, and it happened so fast you barely even realized it. Scud's bite was eager, being more frantic and on your left: Daryl's more longing, savoring the feeling of piercing into your silky flesh on the right. They drew long siphons into their throats, sultry crimson flooding their systems as their eyes blazed a mutual color.
A strangled moan ripped from your being, your consciousness floating in a haze. Daryl fucked you faster, empowered by your smooth blood, grunting savagely as his razor-edged talons dug into your breasts, Scud's on your waist: but they were so careful to not rip you up.
“Mmmnngh… oh, gods momma, m’gonna cum…” Scud lost any last sense of his composure, curving his spine and slicking out of you to cum over your pelvis. He whimpered like an injured dog, anchoring himself with the teeth lodged in you, grinding against you a few times to ride out the bliss as he messied your body with lengthy ropes of white. Waves of body-wracking pleasure made him writhe around on your chest, lost in some other realm.
“Fuck… cum fer me again, dollface. Know yer good fer me,” Daryl mumbled against you, driving into your cunt with every newfound bit of liveliness he garnered from feeding on you. Your brain stopped working at this point – those red acrylic nails scratching at Daryl's thigh with your left, and Scud's back with your right.
You felt lightheaded, loss of ichor incapacitating you even as they'd ceased thirsting, just keeping fangs planted in your muscles. The crest of euphoria floated your soul to nirvana, Daryl's tip brushing past one specific golden point in your walls and shoving you off the cliff of your climax, tightening his hold on you as you bowed and bucked, vision stripped from your senses.
Your pussy spasmed and massaged around the southerner's cock, and with a final few abusing thrusts, he withdrew and spilled his own load over your folds, resistant moans rumbling from his vocal cords. All three of your chests heaved intensely, fighting to steal any oxygen from the lust-filled atmosphere of your bedroom.
Daryl's hands drifted to your midsection to push up and roll Scud off of you to the left, knowing he was too much of a fucked out mess to do it himself. He gently laid you between the two of them, smoothing a caring hand over your chest and pressing a kiss to your upper arm. “Ya feelin’ okay, moonshine? Didn't take too much, righ’?”
“Yea, ‘m good.., jus’ need a minute,” You wheezed, eyes shut and soma trying to recuperate. Daryl peeled himself from the bed, going to wet a rag, and fetch some water and food. Returning, he compassionately cleaned away the cum smeared across your curves, supporting you as he helped you drink and all – then gathered extra layers of healing saliva over your puncture wounds just to make sure they'd seal over.
He soothed you by tracing patterns with his calloused palm, the three of you resting for a long while and wrapping thoughts around what just happened.
Scud snaked his arm around yours and cuddled right up against your side, keeping lips pressed against you with his whiny hums. “Wanna feel more'ah ya mommas…” To only say he was needy was an understatement, he was full on reliant – vampiric endurance adapting the role of an exponent for such.
“Let ‘er rest.”
You brought your nails to Scud's scalp, gently scratching his head and he practically began to purr. Even if Daryl shoved him off, you appreciated how benevolent he was to you, and could tell he felt less-than right now, lacking your focus. “That spit of yours work on swellin’ too?”
He nodded with a mumbly ‘Mhm…’
“Then how bout'cha lick my pussy till it feels better, ‘nd we'll keep goin’ till botha ya are ran dry, hm?” You suggested, planting a kiss on the top of his head and sensing the energy shift.
And they were both on you all over again in an instant.

She really didn’t mean it.
It was only a mistake when the lit butt of her cigarette grazed over Charles’ forearm while trying to put it out in the ashtray.
Charles gasped softly at the burning sensation, watching as the small dark mark engraved with minuscule maroon grills faded into his dermis and turned back to his regular pale, porcelain-like skin on the surface in only a matter of seconds.
“Oh shit, I’m sorry” She stumbled upon her words as he reached for Charles’ arm, her breath reeking heavily of tobacco.
Charles looked up at her with his eyes widened.
“That was..” His voice was barely above a whisper.
“Uncareful, I know.” She thought she finished the sentence for him, a wave of guilt washing over her.
“No, I mean, it’s healed already anyway, but..” Charles rambled, fidgeting with his own fingers, “It felt..."
"It felt how?" She asked, her voice gentle and caring.
"I.. I would like you to do it again sometime." His voice cracked. Charles' eyes were filled with something between lust and shame.
She initially thought she’d hurt Charles, even if it was for a few seconds before his skin regenerated, but now she’s tripping over something very, very interesting that they’re discussing over the morning breakfast and she wants to know more.
“You like breaking your skin and watching it restore and repeating it again?” she asked as she watched his eyes start glowing a bright shade of jade green.
Charles flashed a broad smile and his fangs showed, the sharp points digging in his lip, “Yes, amour.”
I'll have so much fun with him, she made a mental note and took another sip of her coffee.
"No, fuck... please..." Charles begged, his voice high-pitched in a state of desperation as she stopped moving around his length again.
He tried bucking his hips, but she pushed him back down with her body, keeping him grounded to the bed.
"You won't be getting anything if you keep doing that, bad boys don't get what they want, you know?" she hissed, leaning down to grab the lighter and pack of cigarettes from the nightstand.
Charles nodded and gripped the sheets beneath him, his knuckles turning white and his eyes darkening.
"Maybe I'll let you come when I finish my cigarette." she teased, lighting up a gasper. The smell of smoke filled the room, sinking into the bedding.
She inhaled, keeping the smoke in her mouth. She bent down, grasping Charles' jaw into a kiss and puffing out in his mouth, then pulled away.
He let out a soft moan and breathed in, taking the smoke all the way into his lungs, then exhaled. The grey fumes blew out and dissipated into the atmosphere. A dark shade of red started spreading from his cheeks down to his chest, his eyes shut and lips upturning into a smile.
She started grinding on him again, increasing the pace and taking another smoke every so often.
Charles was a moaning mess beneath her, slurred whimpers being punched out of his lungs. He reached out to place his hands on her waist.
His thighs started trembling slightly as his climax was approaching, and she stopped her movement again, blocking him from getting to his high.
"Please, please.. I've been good now.." Charles whined, his breaths coming out in bone-tired pants.
"I'm not done with you just yet," she taunted him, bringing her cigarette down to his sternum and dragging it along the skin, the burn marks forming a heart shape on his flushed chest, "You're so pretty." she praised, then tossed her cigarette on the nightstand.
Charles groaned, feeling the piercing pain slowly fade away as the burns healed in a few seconds. The fire of the burn contradicted the usual coldness of his skin.
She moved her hips again, keeping her palm where the marks had healed. "Come for me" She gazed into Charles' eyes and saw nothing but pure lust.
"Fuck!" He came with a loud moan, his mouth gaping, his fangs visible. His mind was jelly, filled only with the pleasure of the moment.
After the aftershocks of his orgasm, she laid down next to him on the bed, enveloping them in the comfort of the blanket.
"That was.. oh my god.." Charles turned on his side and wrapped his arms around her waist.
She chuckled, "I didn't think I'd enjoy burning you with a cig that much either."
"T-thank you.."
"I think we should take a shower. And I'll put lotion on you too, I still want to take care of you." She smiled, "And we need to open a window too, it smells like a goddamn ashtray in here."

I love MJ. Peter must have really been devastated by her being affected when he was outed as Spider-Man. I have a few questions! You mentioned in the original universe she had a relapse — was it just the same universe changes that made Peter a criminal that caused there to be an MJ that was an addict? Would the venom have caused her to die in a while like most people, or no because Peter became her supplier and had presumably good control? Wouldn’t she have known the reasons he had hesitated to kiss long eventually, since he had to tell her everything to help with the venom thing? And does his venom just… come out automatically after a bit with anything, or is it possible for him to have situations where it’s not involved at all for a time? I’m sure he misses her and usually MJ and Peter are friends before they get together in many canons, so I’m really happy that he’s able to be her friend in the new universe and didn’t lose her entirely 🥺 even if he basically had to reform the relationship from scratch. (Also if Peter and Marko were such good friends, why was he willing to put him and his loved ones in danger by telling everyone?) all of this is very cool and fun ty for sharing.
So OG-MJ was an addict before she ever knew Peter(and before everything with the knock off venom.) She had been sober for two years at that point, and continued to stay sober for a few years after she and Peter officially got together.
However, Peter was always gone, flaking on all their special dates/anniversaries etc. He'd make plans and then never show up, or cancel at the last minute. And despite being super affectionate with his words, was always really physically distant. All of this left MJ feeling really alone and angry, as she was dealing with her own abandonment issues (foster care).
Eventually, everything was just a perfect storm of frustration (struggling with her boss, Peter flaking on another date, a new job opportunity not coming through) that she ended up reconnecting with some old friends who convinced her to try 'this sick new upper'.
The issue with manufactured venom (gonna call it Aurora) is that in it's impurity, it had extremely degenerative effects at lower doses. Peter's venom, while just as bad, was 'cleaner'. He can secrete it at will, but his body starts automatically pumping it when he gets excited (not to mention his fangs do not retract!!!) (They are very sharp!!!)
As for Marko, he'd been Sandman for a while before he revealed Spiderman's identity. Not only was he mentally very unstable, but he'd been very bitter over Peter going 'straight'. They were supposed to be ride or die, but Peter kept drifting away and eventually cut ties with him when it was obvious that Marko was never going to leave the lifestyle.
Then one day, during a fight with Spiderman Marko just...recognized the body language, the words, just...something clicked, then broke. Because not only did Peter leave Marko, the guy who had his back all those years in prison, his supposed 'ride or die' was also fucking Spiderman. The guy who had been actively fucking up Marko's life for years. The enemy.
Payback was an easy decision for a guy who held tight to grudges.
And for the kicker, he didn't even sell the information, just gave it to JJ for free-- that's how much he wanted to hurt Peter. Later, he would really regret it, but it would be too late at that point.
After Marko threw Peter's life into the fire, he and MJ had a blowout fight. At the height of it, MJ told Peter to 'prove he loved her' and used her own addiction as a way to control his time and attention after being starved for so long (kind of holding herself hostage).
Yeah...it all kind of went to real shit after Lmaoo
Once again, thank you SO much for the support and all these amazing asks!! <3 <3

Falling Apart (Lilia Calderu x reader)
Chapter four
Available on AO3
Warnings? - Light smut
Lilia blinked. How was she off the road? Where even was she? She had a cup of herbal tea by her side. The divination witch brought it to her nose and sniffed it. Scanning her eyes around the room, the curly haired woman stared at the fire. it was a cosy set up. Homely. But far out of her price range and that made her wonder. Suddenly she felt a head nestled against her neck. She jumped and the figure behind her gave a soft throaty chuckle. Lilia turned her head so that she she could see the figures face. Her mouth fell open. It was you. Snuggling against the older witch like it was merely habit. Lilia could smell the perfume coming from you. "It's nearly time... again." You frowned in a purr and wrapped your arms around her. "I'm certain you enjoy it more then I do." You smirked smugly and kissed her neck. Lilia found herself smiling... Enjoying the gentleness of it.
As Lilia leaned into your light touches, your eyes changed into that gorgeous golden colour that made her swoon. But your didn't turn into slits, in fact they were rather wide. Almost as if you were admiring her in this state. She felt your claw-like fingers dig in to her slightly. "Minnie." You paused, walking around the chair to face the divination witch. You lowered and sat on her legs. Stroking her cheek, Your eyes returned to normal and you softened. Lilia opened her mouth then closed it. You tilted your head. Confused by her hesitance.
The older witch fixed your glasses and you leaned into her extended touch. Welcoming it. "We can stop. Watch a movie? Cuddle instead?" You started to list off various ways to spend the evening. But you didn't seem disappointed. You seemed happy. Lilia laughed suddenly and kissed your lips. You were silenced. You leaned in and your demeanour changed once more. Almost becoming predatory and Lilia caught herself revelling in it. Your mouth travelled to her neck. Sharp fangs trailed along her pale flesh. Heat pooled in her stomach. Your eyes stayed trained on her face. Looking for any kind of regret or hesitance. Lilia bit her lips shut as her hands pulled her on your thick locks, trying to suppress her moans. Smirking smugly, you bit deep in her her neck. Drawing a little bit of blood. Her fingers tangled in your hair as she let out a weakened yelp of your name. Your rough tongue licked away the sweet red liquid. "I think we can both agree I'm better then a vampire." Lilia smirked at your smug comment and gently guided your chin towards her. She kissed you, slightly desperate. Her fingers weaved their way out of your hair and towards your light purple dress. Unbuttoning it.
When Lilia reopened her eyes, everything changed. Everyone in the coven was staring at her. Why? What just happened. Her eyes were incredibly glazed over and she blinked in away. She noticed your hands were on her elbows. Holding her upright. Your brows were tight and your eyes were full of concern. When she looked back at the group she noticed the mix of judgemental and pitiful looks. "Lilia?" You whisper her name softly, drawing her attention to you. The older woman didn't bother to mask her confusion. "Are you alright? You stopped walking then... yelped my name? Did something bad happen? Do you remember?" You questioned slowly. Carefully. Trying not to overwhelm the older woman.
Lilia swallowed and grounded herself. "Pardon?" She asked, beyond confused and Agatha groaned in annoyance. Your head snapped in her direction as you glared daggers at the woman. Agatha waved you off. "I... do not remember." Lilia managed out. It was the truth. She couldn't remember.. it was just blank. And it frustrated her. You gave a tight smile. Telling Lilia is was okay.
"Okay!? It's not okay! She could have seen something terrible and our only clue is your name!" Jennifer snapped and stormed towards you without thinking. You glare and stand straight ready to defend the older woman behind you. Agatha bit the inside of her cheeks. As much as she hated to admit it. Jennifer had a point. Lilia had yelped your name specifically. What if you were in danger? She glanced a Rio. Eyes almost begging. Rio held her gaze. But didn't react. it was almost chocking. "It's not my fault, dopey here can't remember." She said lowly. Agatha laughed at her comment.
"Say that again, Kale, and I'll turn you into a mushroom next." You snapped at the potions witch. Jennifer stared wide eyed as you got defensive. "I pity you, Jennifer." Your hiss cut through her. Everyone went quiet. The threat of being turned into mushroom is something that would usually make one laugh. But seeing what you did to those goblins still played in their heads. Lilia also stared wide eyed at your threat. And just like that.. The group continued walking. You let out a breath you didn't realise you were holding. "Come on.." You hummed at the older witch. Walking by your side, The older woman stayed close. Alice joined your huddle and the three of you walked in a line. You could see the next trial in view. You shared a glance with Lilia. But before anyone could continue, Alice walked off. Clearly not wanting to go into that house. "Alice!" You called after her but the younger witch didn't listen. Agatha chased after the young protection witch while you stood like a fool.
The group followed after Agatha and Alice but the road led back to the next trial... Like magic. You suddenly felt nervous. No escape. Agatha shrugged as she slowly began to walk down the road. You took a deep breath and followed your old mother figure. As you approached the doors of the house. You glanced around as Agatha talked about the moon on the door. "The fire phase." Teen announced and you fiddled with your rings. Alice looked incredibly nervous. You softened and watched the young witch. Agatha opened the door and walked inside. You gave Alice's arm a gentle squeeze before walking inside. You gasped once you looked at your clothes. You were no longer covered in sticky green blood and you felt fresh. You smiled. Feeling clean. You then looked to your clothing. You were wearing fur coat and a flowy dress. Your heels were high. Almost to high to walk in. "Don't eat anything. Don't drink anything. Don't touch anything." Alice ordered. Rio smirked.
Agatha wasted no time in looking in the mirror. "Check me out!" She grinned as she checked herself up and down in the mirror. You stared for a moment. Lilia did not look like herself. Her hair was cut short and was pitch black. She wore a silver jump suit that hugged her curves with a yellow covering. Her neckline was a low v that showed the slightest bit of cleavage and wore jewellery that looked like diamonds. You felt your cheeks heat up the more you looked the older witch over. It suited her. She looked beautiful. Lilia noticed you staring and were quick to look away, clearing your throat.
"I mean, we're an album cover waiting to happen." Teen hummed, impressed. You glanced at the teenager. Cringing at his hair.
Lilia smiled at the boy. "The road changes for the coven." She figured. Rio grinned like mad woman as she asked what was to happen next. You glanced at the divination witch and watched as her smile fell. "A test." she answered with little emotion. Rio rolled her eyes and looked Lilia up down. Catching your attention.
Teen quickly raised his hand "Ooh!" He brightened, clearly having an idea in mind while drawing the attention of the coven. "I was just thinking about the invite on the mantel, maybe there is like a riddle or kick off for this one too?" He thought and he wasn't half wrong. It was a decent suggestion. And with that in mind, you walked around looking for any clues. Your brows furrowed as you noticed Lilia staring at the windows... Windows that held images of dark torture done to your kind and any believed to be your kind for centuries. Slowly you approached the older woman as she stopped in front of a certain window and stared at it. Joining her side, you didn't dare speak a single word. Your ear buzzed when the older woman whimpered and looked away from the sight. You watched her, sorrow in your gaze as she wiped away a tear.
You took in a deep breath. "Life can be cruel." You whispered in an attempt to comfort her. But the older woman didn't respond. Thinking you might have over stepped. You took a step away from Lilia and went to walk away.
"Don't." You stared at her for a moment but she didn't look at you. You question whether you really heard the words or if it was just your imagination. You approached her and stood close. Without warning, her hand fell into yours. You stilled. Unsure of how to react until you gently gave her hand a reassuring squeeze. You wouldn't leave. You would stay until she asked you to leave. Hopefully that would not be soon because for the first time in a long while, both your mind and hers felt at peace. But peace was short lived as Agatha snapped your name. You rolled your eyes. Sighing, You let go of Lilia's hand. Giving the older woman an apologetic look as you left to find Agatha.
Lilia watched you go with her lips in a thin tight line. Sparing one last look at the window, Lilia walked off to see if she could find anything of use. Suddenly, she lost her balance and gripped onto the wall. The world felt like it was spinning. Lilia's hands her no longer gripping the wall but flesh. She jumped back in shock. Her eyes widened as she stared at her.. Unusual position. You were laying beneath her, your wrists tied above your head. She noticed the deep scratch marks on her back. Bleeding ever so slowly. Had you done those? "Lilia?" You ask in a curious tone, you eyes full of worry. Lilia swallowed, staring at your bare chest and shoulders. Heat glowing from her cheeks. She run her hands over the dark red marks. You raised and eyebrow. "Admiring your work?" You laughed and teased. Lilia softened and leaned over you, stroking your cheek. Confused by the sudden change in your lover, you leaned in her gentle touch. "Lilia?" You questioned only to be shut up by a deep kiss. You melted. You struggled momentarily against the bindings against your wrists. The urge to touch her overwhelming.
The older witch smirked into your kiss. Enjoying your desperation "Easy, Kitten, you'll hurt yourself." She whispered in your ear then nibbled your neck. A moan escaped your lips. Lilia's eyes remained soft despite what she was doing to you and that had you hooked like a fool. It was dangerous. Lilia marvelled in the fact that there was no Agatha Harkness to take you from her now. There was nothing that evil woman could do about it now to keep you away from her. Her fingers ran down your sides and your back arched up. You had shut your eyes cause the divination witch to pause. "Let me see your eyes, Baby." She urged you to open your eyes. Golden. The colour they would always go when you would have higher level emotions.
She backed up slightly and made herself comfortable between your legs. You swallowed as her fingers ghost over your thighs as you gasped. So close yet so far from where you had wanted her. A loud slut worthy moan left you when her warm tongue go up your entrance. You hips bucked in your her mouth and she caught your movements quickly. Stilling them. She repeated her licking motion, trying to aim deeper while her fingers teased your clit. You were practically crying her name. "All wet and bothered. So much so that you were forgetting the-" Suddenly the rope snapped. Lilia's eyes widen while you smirked, revealing your large fangs. Cats were often cocky. And you appeared to share the trait. Lilia pulled down on your hair. Exposing your neck. Giving you a look warning in her darkened eyes before kissing you roughly, ignoring your whimpers while her hand messaged your breast.
Suddenly the world was spinning again, she was no longer clutching your marked flesh but a hard cold stone wall. Breathing heavily, the divination witch tried to regain her composure. What... was that. Another vision? But why couldn't she remember? what was important that she would be having so many and not remember? Was she losing her mind? Was everyone right? She took in a deep breath, trying to stop her panting. She straightened and squeezed her eyes shut. There was a trial to complete. She noticed Alice looking at a photo of her mother and approached with a sad smile. Meanwhile, You flicked through some old book that were on the desk. As you did, some speakers went off. You tilted her head and looked up as Rio's voice echoed through the sound waves. "You get your power... and I get my bodies." She spoke seductively. No way in hell. Your nose crinkled. You began to question everything Agatha had planned for you. You glanced at Lilia, Alice and Jennifer. All looking as bewildered as you.
You glared at the recording room, where Rio and Agatha were. Agatha faked a gasp. "Hey! That's my coven you're talking about!" She shouted. "I'm not that kind of witch anymore!" She ended the speakers. Well, you knew that was a lie. The others rushed forward and demanded an explanation. You frowned and kept your eyes on Agatha as your raised an eyebrow. The older witch faked her shrug. Suddenly there was a shrill scratching nose. Damn your overly sensitive ears. You clutched them as you looked around for the source. You were unable to focus and your head felt incredibly light. You felt your senses bounce around in your body. It was until Agatha was stomping on the record player. You breathed out a sigh of relief but your ears were ringing.
"We've been cursed." Lilia said serious. Well, Shite.

Michelle sat by the creak and scrubbed away at the dirty purple skirts Agatha always wore. She ignored the fresh batch of tears running down her cheeks. Huffing annoyed, she thought about little Nickolas scratch. What right had she to mourn? He was Agatha's baby. Not hers. Swallowing thickly she tried to think of other things. Not that sweet little boy whose face was probably being eaten away by the maggots by now. "Michelle." Rio's voice came from behind her. God not her. Anyone but her. Agatha would be furious with her if she dared speak to Rio after what she had done. Rio's brows furrowed when the young woman ignored her. Michelle scrubbed more aggressively. Perhaps if she pretended Rio wasn't there then she's go away. Rio rolled her eyes. "Michelle." She called again before getting no response again. Sighing, Rio took a seat near her.
Exhausted Michelle took her hands out of the water and rested them on her knees. Rio softened and touched the younger woman's only for her to pull away like Rio had burnt her. It hurt Rio to see both of her witches not wanting her touch. "I'm not supposed to talk to you." The transformation witch sighed, defeated. She then hugged her knees and refused to look Death in the eye. Rio watched at she began to nibble at her nails. A bad habit that she always did when she was nervous.
"Stop that." She hissed and pulled Michelle's fingers away from her teeth.
The action also made Michelle accidently look Rio in the eyes. The younger woman held Death's brown gaze. And for the first time, she saw how truly horrible Rio looked. Under her eyes there were bags. Her eyes red from tears. Michelle swallowed as she gently touched Death's cheek. "Why did you do it?" She hissed, tears rolling down her cheeks. Rio's eyes widened and she tried to move away but Michelle had her trapped.
Rio swallowed thickly. "I didn't want to take Nicky." Rio replied looking away, squeezing her eyes shut.
Michelle scoffed. "I didn't ask if you wanted to, Rio." The younger witch snapped at the original green witch. Her eyes then softened and she released her hold slightly. "I.. just want to understand why? Why give us all this time if you were only going to take it all away!" Michelle exclaimed. Rio stared for a moment, gobsmacked.
Brown eyes scanned Michelle's face. "It's balance that must be upheld. Death is unavoidable." She began slowly. "Nicky was a still born, Michelle. I gave him as much time as I could without throwing the balance off too much. It was his time since he left Agatha's body." Rio whispered as she thought about the easiest way to explain this to the transformation witch. "Please understand. He was my son too. I never wanted to...." She swallowed. "I did what I could. I just wish you could both see. I gave Agatha everything. Surely you must see the risk I made for her." Michelle gripped Death's hand tight as she thought about her words. Good god, she was a fool. Slowly Michelle burst into sobs and fell into older woman's body. Why couldn't things just go back to normal. Where it would just be her, Rio, Aggie and Nicky.
The two sat like that for a short while. Michelle wiped her tears. "You should go before Agatha sees you." The younger woman swallowed. Rio nodded. For now she would leave. Rio spared a kiss on her the forehead.

Ticking engulfed the air. You glanced nervously over the group. "Does anybody else feel.... Lighter." Lighter? The hell was the younger woman going on about? If anything, you felt heavier. You brows furrowed and your lips became thin as you watched the younger witch roll her shoulders back. You eyed the younger woman then shared a worried glance with Agatha. Then, before you knew it. Without warning, Lilia began to gasp and scream in pain. The hairs on the back of your neck stood up at the sound of the older witch's noises of agony. Without hesitation you quickly went to her side and aided Alice in lowering the screaming woman to the ground.
"IT BURNS!" Lilia cried out. Jennifer screamed at Alice. Ordering her to protect the Divination witch. The smoke coming from Lilia's body made you panic further. You looked to Alice, Eyes pleading. The younger woman bit the inside of her cheeks then grabbed Rio's knife from her hands. Stabbing it into the wooden flooring, Alice began to drag a circle around Lilia while chanting a protection charm in Latin. You watched in horror as Lilia went still once Alice had completed her circle. You knelt to her level and called her name. Lilia groaned as she sat up slightly. Tears in those wise eyes of hers. You gave a gentle worried smile and offered your hands to her. She accepted your gesture, whimpering as you helped her rise to her feel. Staying inside the circle. You ignored Agatha's piercing eyes.
Teen tried to come up with a solution as Lilia clutched your arms. Her eyes scanning your face. Like she was looking for something. "So breaking a cruse..." He began. "Smudge sticks? A salt bath? What if we locate and reason with the witch that casted the curse?" He hummed his suggestions. Trying to hide his panic.
Agatha sighed, her defences still up. "Once vengeance is loosened, you can't reel it back in." She explained to the teenager. "So what do we do?" Teen asked.
Lilia frowned. "The only way to end a curse is to face it." Lilia turned to look at Alice, you followed her gaze and blinked. Just then, Jennifer also fell as she screamed in utter agony. Your eyes went wide and Lilia's grip on your arm tightened as she watched the scene. Alice was quick to repeat the chant that she did to Lilia to Jennifer. Your nose cringed as you smelt burning flesh. Carving the same protection circle into the floor. Jennifer panted and exclaimed as the burning sensation ended. You breathed heavily and watched it end. Teen was quick to point out the deep horrid scars on Jennifer's shoulders. Lilia tensed and let go of you. "Do I have one too?" She asked worried.
You raised an eyebrow, utterly confused as you took a step back. Lilia reached for the jumpsuits neckline and pulled it down from the shoulder. You looked her up and down and something clogged in your throat. Her burn was deep. Painful to look at. Lilia looked around everyone's faces. Nervous. Your ears twitched and your eyes flickered from normal to golden. Something was here. Something evil. Your teeth gritted and you tensed. You took a subconscious step back, Feeling in danger. Teen shouted about the backwards record and Alice was quick to check what it was but before she could answer Agatha grabbed her and forced the protection witch to look at her. "It's you, isn't it! You brought it in here, didn't you!?" Agatha growled as she kept herself between Alice and the group, ignoring Teen's protests.
"I didn't think it was real!" Alice cried, tears welling in her eyes. "I thought it was me! That it's my fault that I can't keep a job, That everything I touch turns to shit." She spoke with a quiver in her voice. You heart swelled the more you listened to Alice's cries. You noticed Jennifer still. Her dark eyes turning soft as Alice spoke. "That I couldn't save her." She breathed deeply then reached to show you all her own scars on her shoulders. Agatha glared at the marks. "I convinced myself that they were birthmarks." You eyed the scars. The scars that matched Lilia's. "Even though she had the same ones." You frown as she referred to her mother.
Jennifer glared for a moment. "Wait." she frowned, taken aback. "Are we talking about a generational curse?" She asked.
Lilia was the first to take pity on her. "Oh you poor thing-" But that was short lived and Jennifer interrupted the older woman.
"POOR US!" She spat. "Now we have her family's old ass curse!?" She cried in anger.
Alice whispered an apology. Her emotions on high. Suddenly, Teen groaned and the wind picked up. Before you knew it the boy was flung in the air, causing you to gasp as he smashed through a recording studio's window. You followed Agatha's lead as she rushed into the studio. You watched wide eyed as the teenager sat up slightly, Alice ran past you and helped him, moving the glass away from him. "Hey." He smiled weakly. "I got attacked by the curse.. does that mean I'm part of the coven?" He hummed with hope in his eyes. "Blessings and burdens alike." Agatha breathed out in relief. She appeared by your side but did nothing more.
Lilia gave him a strained smile. "Not a lot of blessings with this lot, kid." she hummed and searched the room for your face. You kept looking at the teenager, Unaware of her stare. Agatha noticed though and she did not look overjoyed by the stare. Jennifer shouted. Asking if Teen was okay. Your face tense. She had not left the circle.
Agatha scoffed while leading the group back to the main area. "So what now?" Agatha hissed at the potions witch. "You live in that circle now?" She barked and glared at Jennifer up and down. The potions witch practically nodded along. Rio smirked and leaned into Agatha, asking her what the plan was. Agatha flicked her hair and looked around until her gaze landed on Alice. She was staring at the instruments and suddenly it clicked. "You're right. That's the solution." Agatha pointed out but Alice was quick to disagree. "We have to play Lorna's Ballad." Alice scoffed at her words. "All signs point to a jam session." Agatha shrugged.
Alice looked between you and Lilia. Eyes begging for some sort of help. "What good will it do?" She asked. "The ballad opened the road! We did that. We're here!" She exclaimed, very against singing that song. You sighed and rubbed your forehead. This was giving you a headache.
"Lorna's version is different though." Teen thought out loud.
Agatha thought aloud for a moment. Wondering what Lorna wanted from the road. Alice looked confused as the blue eyed woman circled herself. "To save her daughter." Rio hummed as she played with her knife. Making direct eye contact with Agatha.
Agatha turned to look directly at Alice, her eyes narrowing as she approached the younger woman. "You should have burnt to a crisp years ago but you're still here." The amusement dripped off of her tongue. You frowned. Lovely, Agatha. "Sullen and aimless but alive." You tilted your head as Agatha continued to work out the puzzle. "That's because at any giving moment somewhere, someone is playing that song that you hate so much." Alice's eyes scanned Agatha's face. "Lorna's balled Is a protection spell. It protected you." She hummed.
Looking around, Lilia's eyes filled with slight hope. "And maybe now it can protect us?" She questioned with a soft eager look. You nodded along with their thought process. It could work. It could protect you all. Agatha panicked as another screech echoed through the air. The curse was angered. You flinched and accidently hissed. Agatha asked who was good at piano then immediately looked at Lilia. Lilia gave a light laugh. "Oh no, no. I studied the zils." She smiled widely. You looked over the older witch as she spoke. Amusement layered in your eyes. "And a little pan flute." Pan flute? You smile gently. Forever intrigued by Lilia's many mysteries.
Agatha went on to question the group. Getting more and more frustrated with each dismissal until her eyes made an immediate eye contact with you. You swallowed thickly as you avoided eye contact. "I did not waste getting you all those lessons for you to bail on me now, Minerva." She hissed. You glared for a moment. This was fine... "Now pick up an instrument and play!" She snapped. Damn it. Alice had taken her place by the piano, Teen by guitar, Rio on the drums, Jen on bass and Lilia with her zils. You fixed your glasses and tried to relax yourself. "Oooh! Alice." Agatha spoke while fixing the microphone. "Play it right... Play it well and maybe we wont die." You gave Lilia a gentle look, trying to reassure you both. And with that... Alice began to play.
A few repetitive chords in, Agatha began to yelp in agony. Your eyes widened and you nearly rushed forwards but Lilia grabbed your arm tightly. "Aggie-" You said panicked as she began to burn. Agatha waved you off and you stared gobsmacked as she ordered you all to keep playing. You nearly called her name again but resisted the urge. Agatha began to sing and your brows furrowed in fear as she panted her words. You began to play while keeping your gaze fixed on the witch that had raised you.
As the song continued, The curse grew more angered. Biting the inside of your cheeks, you tried to hide your nerves. A yelp went through you as fire scorched up through the walls. "GREAT!? FIRE!" Lilia cried, her fears matching yours. Agatha glared at Alice, commanding her to play like a true witch. As Agatha continued to sing, you kept focus on your instrument. You ears twitched and you gritted your teeth as another shrill screech echoed through the air. Suddenly a smell lurked around the room but the others seemed oblivious to it. You cringed at the smell of metallic blood. What the hell? You scanned each member. Your eyes locked onto Teen's. The boy held your gaze. You tilted your head but didn't immediately notice anything weird. You went back to focus on playing. When you glanced in Lilia's direction, You noticed she had a different percussion instrument and had to blink twice to make sure you won't going mad.
Alice gasped suddenly and stopped playing. "The curse!" She managed to get out. "I see it. I can see it." She whispered in disbelief as the curse screeched. "I can kill it." She smiled in determination. With those words, Alice began to play and sing once more, raising the song with a key change. Before you knew it, The younger woman's shoulders were on fire. You took a step back in fear. The room suddenly felt ridiculously hot as the fire on Alice's shoulders worsened. Alice finished the song with a perfect belt. The curse suddenly went silent and turned into ash, falling like snow. The ticking ended and everyone let out a sigh of relief. Agatha chuckled, relieved it was gone. The piano then opened, catching you by surprise. "The exit!" She smiled, overjoyed.
The Teenager smiled but looked deathly pale. "We did it... Yay." He said weakly. Teen's balance wobbled and his eyes rolled back into his head. You were quick to catch the boy before he hit the ground. You looked around his body and noticed the shard of glass. Shit. Your hands immediately went to the wound in a pathetic effort to put pressure of on the wound. The coven began to panic. Agatha most of all.
Managing to exit the trial, You all made a group effort to carry the teenager over to tree stump and laid him down. Convenient. But you paid little mind to it. You bit the inside of your cheeks as you took the glass shard out of his side. As you did you transfigured into a cloth and held it against the open wound. There was so much blood. You pressed down. Trying to place as much pressure as you could onto the wound. "What else can we do? What else can we do?" Agatha asked in a hurry, Supporting teen's head.
Lilia fidgeted and tried to offer the blue eyed witch support. "He's young... He's strong." but that was not received well as Agatha wasted no time snapping at the divination witch. Causing the grey haired witch to flinch and retreat momentarily.
"Don't!" Agatha spat then her gaze fell on Rio. Her tears ran down her cheeks as her eyes softened. Rio tilted her head. seemingly take back by Agatha's vulnerability. "Don't." It was weak.. almost like a beg. "Jen." Agatha sobbed towards the potions witch. "What do you need, Jen? What do you need?" She cried as Jennifer began to debate on the best approach to heal Teen but the potion witch's mind was blank in her shock and panic. "Jen!" Agatha yelled, desperate. Jennifer stammered as she thought. Stammering about water and moonlight. Alice wasted no time in finding something bowl like and finding a puddle for water. Rio watched in interest. "Hurry! Hurry!" Agatha urged. You looked to the older witch and your lips became thin. Once Alice gave Jennifer what she needed, the potion's witch wasted no time as she stood under the moonlight and began to chant in Latin. You could of sworn that Lilia had said something but you had just missed it. Too focused on the situation at hand. Once Jennifer had finished, she swatted your hands and cloth away from the wound and began to rinse it with the water. Teen groaned in agony and Agatha barked at the potions witch. "You're making it worse!" She yelled.
You touched Agatha's arm and the woman stilled, desperate eyes meeting yours. Agatha breathed heavily as she watched Jennifer rinse the wound. You tilted your head as it began to close. Your eyes widened and your smiled, relieved. You glanced at Agatha as she leaned against you. Searching for some sort of comfort. With a wipe of a cloth. The wound was gone. Like it had never even been in the first place. "Look what you did." Lilia said as pride swelled in her eyes as se spoke to Jennifer. Jennifer smile in disbelief.
"We should move him somewhere more comfortable." Jennifer whispered and the group nodded in agreement.
--I_I<-)0(->I_I--
After collecting more wood for the fire, You re-joined the group in their huddle. Lilia's eyes glistened as she noticed your approach and she patted the spot next to her. Welcoming you to sit by her side. You accepted the gesture but sat on the floor beside her rather then on the rock. Leaning your back against it. Rio watched you like a hawk. Not once had you attempted to speak her. In fact, it was as if you weren't even acknowledging her. You groaned exhausted, still covered in blood. You tried to catch up to the conversation at hand. "I never really just identified as a witch." Jennifer was talking deep in thought. You tilted your head. This was the first time you were seeing the softer side of the Potion's witch and you defiantly preferred it. "I'm an eleventh generation root worker and a midwife." You let a weak smile escape at her words. Lilia's face lit up and she looked almost excited as she took in Jennifer's words. Practically interested when the potion's witch mentioned about being a midwife.
Alice softened. Looking absolutely bewitched as Jennifer spoke. "How were you bound?" The protection witch asked, intrigued. Her head tilting as she watched Jennifer.
You shifted, also now very interested about the topic at hand. Jennifer thought for a moment. As if she were debating what to share. "I was invited to the brand new obstetrics association of greater Boston." She sighed as she kept her gentle gaze on Alice. "To share my expertise." You watched with the tiniest of pity as the potion witch frowned. "It was a trap. I still don't know how he did it. Bound me without Magic." Her thoughts ran with her and you could see the wheels turning in her head. She took in a deep breath. "so much for 'do no harm'" She hummed sarcastically. Your smile became thin at her words.
The protection Witch hugged herself and smiled. Almost as if comforting herself. "When Mom died, I stopped believing everything she ever taught me." Your brows furrowed at her words. Poor thing. "I was so angry." She whispered then shrugged. "Part of me hoped that the road wasn't real. So that I could stay angry." Jennifer watched as Alice went quiet, concern in her eyes. "Because..." Alice trailed off, unable to find a reason.
Lilia gave a small comforting smile to the younger woman. "Now you know... It was all for you." Alice rocked slightly and smiled weakly. It was a comforting thought. To know that her mother did it all for her. "And that makes you sad..." Lilia continued. "Sad is better then angry." You glance up at the divination witch. Your eyes scanning her face. Alice nodded along to Lilia's words
"Here." Jennifer hummed and gave Alice a bowl... of something. "Put this on your pressure points." Alice looked utterly confused and asked why. "Because it smells nice." She grinned at the protection witch. Alice became slightly flustered and thanked the older witch. Jennifer then looked at your and tilted your head her head. "How come you weren't brunt today?" She asked curiously. To your surprised, Jennifer wasn't rude about her question, simply intrigued.
Thinking for a moment, you took off your glasses and wiped them down. "Well, I think it would be correct in thinking that I wasn't burnt because I am not apart of the coven." You hummed as you thought about what could be the cause. Lilia's eyes snapped to you. Alice looked confused and questioned why that was. You placed with your claw-like nails. "Transformation witches are... sometimes seen as lesser witches. But that all differs on opinion. The most we are supposed to do is transform into an animal that matches our soul with a few other magical abilities. However, there are others that are given way more gifts. The most well known one being Michelle Smith. My older sister. She always preferred the word Transfiguration instead of transformation. Not that it made a difference." You explained, seriously. Rio tensed slightly at the mention of your older sister. Jennifer seemed confused and shared a look with Alice and Lilia. "We are seen as guides for a coven but never as a member. I don't know why. It just.... has always been. Perhaps it's because we're sometimes seen as more animal then witch. There has never been a coven that has accepted a transformation witch as proper member." You shrugged and sighed.
Lilia twisted her rings as you spoke. Her eyes flickered over your form as you finished. "Well," She began slowly. "Then our coven will be the first." She hummed, determined. You stared at the divination witch for a moment. Your eyes were full of admiration. Rio raised an eyebrow and she cleared her throat causing the two of you to stop staring at each other. In an attempt to lighten the air, Lilia changed the subject. "You know, the worst part apart being a witch?" She asked. "All the misconceptions and rumour mongering. That we talk to ghosts." you smirked as the grey hair curly witch complained. "That we've all got an extra nipple." She hissed. You chuckled under your breath.
Rio straightened and stopped playing with her knife. "You guys don't have extra nipples?" She asked. "I'm covered in nipples." Lilia cringed heavily as the green witch spoke. "You wanna see?" She asked the divination witch. Smirking slightly.
The conversation continued and the fire was glowing bright. The group had moved on to talking about the scars each member had gained over the years. Lilia smiled widely. "Check this out." She hummed proudly and revealed her lower neck. You raised an eyebrow at the sight of the scar. A puncture wound on her neck. "A vampire bite." You felt your chest grow bitter at the sight of the vampire's mark. "Right before I knocked out his other tooth." Alice and Jennifer laughed, Alice had moved spots a little to sit closer to the potions witch. Lilia softened as she went into her thoughts. "You know... we really kind of hated each other at the beginning but now-" The woman stopped. As if she had been paused. Now? You watched her as she zoned out completely. Alice and Jennifer laughed and you couldn't help but join in. When Lilia returned she gave the group the most innocent look of confusion. You grinned. "Huh?"
Jennifer laughed lightly. "Lilia... Where do you go?" She asked. Just then, Agatha returned and Your eyes locked with blue. She looked exhausted with worry. Alice asked how the teenager was. Agatha shrugged saying about him being mouthy. You grinned and leaned back slightly. "Agatha, why don't you show us your battle scars." Jennifer urged the older witch.
Agatha grinned and rolled up her sleeve and revealed her scar on her elbow. "knitting needle to the elbow. Ever heard of the daughters of liberty?" She asked. When the group denied she smirked. "Exactly." You smiled widely. A part of you missed this. Then she pulled up her shirt slightly to reveal a large... canine bite wound. "Coyote." You stilled when the animal left Agatha's mouth. She had said it almost fondly? Rio eyed the scar then immediately looked away. Almost as if she were ashamed.
"I've got a scar." Rio suddenly said.
"No, you don't." Agatha said bitterly.
"Yes, I do." Rio argued back.
Alice and Jennifer shared a glance. And with that Rio began her story. "A long time ago, I loved someone. And I had to do something I really didn't want to. Even though it was my job." You watched as Rio swallowed. Completely ashamed. Like a kicked puppy. "And it hurt them. She is my scar." She glance over to Agatha. You softened as you watched the two. Agatha left to go stretch her legs and you frowned. Looking between the two. That... was it?
Rio rolled her eyes and cleared her throat. Chasing after Agatha. But before she could get much further, Lilia grabbed her arm. Her eyes narrowed. "Don't think for a second that I've forgotten what you said in the sound booth." Lilia said seriously. You watched the interaction closely. Your eyes narrowed. Rio scoffed and pulled her arm away, Hissing at the older woman as she did. You hissed back catching the original green witch off guard. She stared for a moment the left. You glared as she did. Lilia looked greatly uncomfortable.
Silence fell amongst the group. You sighed and began to play with your nails once more. "So... Since you turn into a cat and share the... traits.. does that mean you get a heat?" you coughed at Jennifer's question, despite how innocently she asked.

Adar x Fem!Elf!Reader
Part One, Two, Three, Four- New lives.
Summary- Adar has to protect what's his.
TW: Assault, attempted SA,
Mordor, Land of shadow. A new home land for Uruks and those men who swore their allegiance to Adar. Its ash sky shadowed rolling hills of burnt trees and half decimated villages. Yet life prevailed.
The men of the land knew how to tend it and now under their Lord worked to turn soil. The earth was then dug up and the burnt land buried under fresh dirt from below. The old crops were pulled, any surviving to be planted again or used to feed the people.
Life was hard under the smoke. The seaman's horses had been hunted down and now food was growing scarce and tensions where on the rise. The few livestock left were found and rounded up, far too few to feed everyone in the months to come.
Winter was still far off but the thick black clouds above blanketed the frigged air from the suns warmth. In the chill you hugged Gurbaur closer. He'd stopped fussing to be free after a few moments in the cold and now huddled close to your neck. He'd already grown so much from when you'd first met, now able to run on his short legs.
You kept your head down as you passed through the village. Many homes had been badly damaged when the mountain first split. With so much to do most holes had just been boarded up or covered in cloth. The newer men were here, awaiting their orders, fresh burns marking them now as people of Mordor.
They didn't look kindly on you however. Whilst the Uruks had been strangely sweeter since the mountain, something you'd chalked up to their happiness in their new home. The once southlanders looked at you with increasing bitterness. You'd started to wear your hair over your ears but it seemed in vain. You'd been singled out as the outlet for their hate. The she-elf without Adar's mark.
You reached the largest building left standing, a stone structure that had once served as a tavern. This was now where Adar planned for the future of his children. Glûg stood guard at the open door, his expression splitting into a fanged grin as you approached. You returned his smile, letting it lighten your heart before passing into the large room beyond.
Adar stood over one of the large tables, a map laid out beneath his splayed arms. You watched his brow furrow, allowing yourself to appreciate his features openly while his eyes where preoccupied. You admired his strong arms clad in dark chain mail and his large veined hands before announcing yourself.
"Melda..." He rasped, rising to his full height and stepping towards you. His hand laid on his armor, above his heart, before he took your free hand in his own.
He'd been different since the founding of Mordor. Bolder, brighter and infuriatingly charming. Your sure your constant blushing and stumbled words were obvious to him and yet he kept you here. Stranding you on the knifes edge, teetering so very close to something more. Something that ignited a fire within you.
"My Lord." You dropped your head in a bow. Your breath stuttered when you felt the cool tip of his gauntlet beneath your chin. He raised your face back to him, trailing the metal gently up your cheek and tucking your loose hair behind your ear. The sensation on such sensitive skin heated your skin despite the cold.
He turned from you, a loose smirk still pulling at his lips, to great Gurbaur. The boy babbled at him, baring more fanged teeth in his smile. Adar took him from your arms, bouncing him and cooing. The sight made you melt on the spot.
"One of my children has returned from the woods quite badly injured. I hope you can spare your Amya" Adar spoke to Garbaur. If you could blush any brighter, Adar referring to you as mummy would certainly do that.
...
Adar wished he could've had you stay. Warm his side as he labored over the building of his kingdom. His children came and went, bringing new problems to his attention. The least he could do for them was sacrifice time with you to ensure their wounds were properly treated. In turn the least he could do for you was watch Garbaur. The boy currently sat with Glûg as Adar studied the map, planing for new homes, farm lands, ect. Though his mind kept drifting from the task.
Adar was no fool, he'd seen now that the thundering in your chest around him was not fear. Your heart, that's what you'd called him in the barn and you were his. He would not claim you yet though, he would take it slow for you, let you come to him at your pace. He was sure it would take some time for you to want to hold his blighted face again. Maybe even more to stop shuddering under his touch.
He was lost in memories of your soft hand on his cheek when Garbaur tugged on his tunic. The hour was drawing late and the scant light was failing to penetrate the clouds. Adar asked Glûg to take him to the other little ones to rest. He would find you.
The injured were taken to a home with a smashed out entrance. It hadn't been repaired yet as it made carrying in those who couldn't walk easier. Adar suspected to find you here, having lost track of time in your focus. You'd always treated his children with utmost importance. Not leaving their sides until you were satisfied they would heal with no complications. It was yet another thing about you that he adored.
You were not to be found here however. His Uruks and a few men rested peacefully on bedding or in cots. He spotted the scout that'd been injured today and roused him. He'd just laid to rest not long before Adar had come in. Adar frowned, a pit growing in his gut.
"Your Lady just left Lord Father..." The scout paused, his face scrunching.
"What is it my child?" Adar pressed.
"'s just. She seemed jumpy 'bout something. I asked but she told me not to worry, just to rest." He said moving to rise. Adar placed a firm hand to his shoulder keeping him in place.
"And she's right, you are still injured my son. Sleep, I will find her." Adar ordered gently.
He left their infirmary swiftly after that. Adar's heart raced as his keen eyes darted around the village. Uruk walked across dirt paths back to their beds and families. The night watch stretched at door steps, preparing for their duties ahead. Mothers called for their children and children ignored them for a few moments more of play.
Then a shout. Half strangled out, barely heard even by him and he was running.
...
You held your gut, doubled over and air knocked from your lungs. You coughed trying desperately to draw air despite the pain in your chest. A hand to your throat forced you upright again, squeezing as your vision blurred with tears.
You'd almost finished with the scouts wounds when you'd caught sight of a man lingering by the broken stone entrance. He leaned there as casual as he could but you could see the nervous energy he held. The way he never stopped twitching or looking when he thought you wouldn't see.
It wasn't far back to Adar, just across what would've been the village square. If you walked quickly you'd be there in minutes. If you ran you could be there in less but you couldn't. With the tensions you'd noticed these last weeks it would only make more trouble. Best, you thought, to just head out as if nothing was out of the ordinary.
You'd barely made it past the first building when you were grabbed. A sweaty hand clamped over your mouth as you were dragged further into the gap between buildings. You'd never asked for your sword back, never felt a need for it before now. Still you had fight in you and manged to stomp down hard on the man's foot.
For a moment you were free, until a hand grabbed your dresses neckline, tearing it. You turned to the assailant, landing an unsporting kick to his groin. They'd forgone any honor in this fight when they'd attacked you as a group.
You fought them off the best you could but a group of five men against yourself unarmed proved beyond your ability. Your arms ached where you'd blocked hits and you'd failed to notice the now limping man's fist before it struck your temple. You yelped but that was when the fist hit your gut.
"Let's see what makes you so special then." The man holding your throat grunted. You clawed at his hand, his wrist, as far up his arm as you could reach but it didn't loosen his hold.
"Probably lifted her skirt for the Lord Father..." Another spat. He pulled a dagger from his belt before using it's point to tear a split into your skirt from your hip. He jumped back as you tried to kick him, only to catch your ankle.
"Don't see her mark here..." He grinned. You choked out protests, squirming to get away from his grimy hand trailing down your calf. "Maybe it's someplace else."
You felt the cold air more keenly now. Aware of just how much your dress had torn at the neck. That if it weren't for your stay, that you'd be bare to them. They seemed to notice your dawning horror and it fueled a cruel laughter amongst them.
"Nah, don't think he marked any part of her. She's just a toy for those animals I bet. You've see that spawn of hers!" The man at your throat barked.
He slammed your head back against the stone wall behind you. Letting you crumple to the ground in a heap. Your vision was filling with dark patches as you fought to stand, to run. Above you the sound of belts undoing made your blood run cold.
"My turn..." One growled.
You pressed your back to the wall, using it to try leaver yourself up on shaking legs. You went to meet the man's eyes to resist with everything you had but they were gone. His whole head seemed to have vanished and for a moment there was silence. Like a felled tree his body tilted then collapsed all at once into the mud with a wet thwack.
The sound seemed to break the trance and the other men were suddenly running or on their knees, groveling. Adar stepped past them, the commotion having drawn him and his children to you. You saw Glûg beyond him, his face harder than you'd ever seen it, with a twisted blade held to a whimpering man.
The adrenaline seemed to leave you then and you pitched to the side on unsteady feet. Adar was there in a flash, his cloak unclasped and pulled round your shaking form. You clung to its warmth, his scent, as your fear broke free from your mask. Hot tears streamed freely down your cheeks and through their blur you watched Adar's children drag back the ones that ran.
Adar himself stood steadying you, his hand feather light against your shoulders. You saw him glance down at you, his expression unreadable though his jaw ticked. He gave his orders in black speech and ushered you away from the scene.
You didn't need to understand his words to get their meaning. Before you'd even made it half way back to the old tavern building you'd heard the violence begin. A part of you wanted to clutch your ears and deafen yourself to the sound. Another deeper, shameful part relished the sound of those men meeting foul fates.
Adar stayed close but after your steps became more sure his hand left your shoulders. You missed the touch, the anchor to the moment that kept your mind from spiraling into what if's? It wasn't until he returned to your sight, sat next to the fireplace that you felt your mind snapping back.
"Andúnë..." Adar whispered. The crackling of the fire was the only other sound save your short fast breaths.
Adar was crouched by the chair he'd left you in. His expression was tight, a hard line between his furrowed brow. In his hands he held a dark tunic and some britches. You managed to will yourself back into motion, taking the clothes from him. He left you to get changed, only returning from the second floor of the tavern after calling out to you.
He paused for a moment, looking down from the steps at you. You considered his expression a moment and agreed you must look strange. Whoever the clothes belonged to they were certainly not a good fit. The tunic, likely meant to stop at the thigh, hung low to your knees but tight around your hip. The short trousers reached your ankles but were tight around your legs. You were glad the tunic hid the straining seems.
"I will find something more fitting in the morning." Adar spoke at last. "There are furs on the bed, I will find something warm to eat."
Adar moved to leave and without thought you reached out. Your hand grasped around the cool metal of his chain mail, gripping his elbow. Adar stopped, his bare hand settled over your own and you relished the warmth.
"Don't go." You whispered.
"I will send for a meal then." Adar responded.
He spent the evening by your side. A comfortable silence settled over the scene and you felt your heart lighten. When your stomach was full and your eyes began to droop, Adar lead you upstairs. He left you to crawl into bed, wrapping yourself in the soft fur and blankets.
...
You awoke slowly with the sun. The dull glow was soft behind the curtains and the pain in your skull was nothing but a memory. The events of the previous day felt distant but you knew you'd have to face the world again soon.
When you relented and left the warmth of the bed you took in the room. Last night you'd been so tiered and it'd been so dark, that you'd not appraised anything before collapsing into the furs. It was sparse, either looted for useful items recently or never having had them before. Just a simple table sat opposite the large bed, a wooden chair beside it and a basen atop it.
On the chair there rested a change of clothing, one you assumed now Adar had brought in the night. You hoped it'd not been a bother, you had a home, friends, all because of him. The idea that you were a nuisance now began to worm it's way into your mind.
You tried to shake loose the thought, instead running your fingers over the new dress. It was elven, you believed, maybe from the watch tower? A deep forest green, with subtle embroidery in an identical coloured thread. Ivy patterns looped and traced down the bodice and hung loose down the length of the skirt. You removed your clothes, folding them gently on the bed and slipped the new shift and dress on.
You twirled a little, lost in the way the billowing sleeves and skirt danced like the branches of a great willow. You didn't notice Adar's figure until the spinning had you giddy.
"It's beautiful, thank you Adar." You beamed.
"Beautiful." He parroted before his eyes drifted down and a grimace set his expression.
It stung a moment before you remembered your injuries. Likely now the cut over your eye would have scabbed and a deep purple bruise would be forming there. You could only imagine how your throat may look. If the mark would a have the distinctive shape of that man's fingers.
"I want you to stay here." Adar said firmly.
"But..." You began before Adar met your gaze. His eyes were intense, wild but also tinged red with dark circles formed bellow. He'd not slept.
"Thrak is bringing Garbaur to see you, he'll do so every morning." Adar explained but your mind had shifted to the bed you'd spent such a good nights rest in.
"Where did you sleep?" You said.
"What?" Adar rasped.
"Last night. Where did you sleep?" You reiterated. You caught an almost guilty look before he answered.
"Downstairs and I will continue to." He answered.
"No." You crossed your arms.
"No?" Adar almost chuckled.
"No. I will not sleep up here knowing your down there laying on the floor or something." You said.
"There is bedding, I..." Adar began.
"Then take it up here." You said more firmly.
Adar relented and as you ate a morning meal he hauled more furs and a bedroll up the stairs. There was something very amusing watching such a domestic scene unfold while Adar was still clad in his armor. You realised then that you weren't sure you'd ever seen him in less, though the thought brought a blush to your cheeks.
He rejoined you as soon as his task was done, just as you prepared to leave the table. You turned in your seat to face him but didn't need to crane your neck. He'd dropped to his knee by you and now held out a sheaved dagger.
"I want you to have this." Adar said in a low throaty whisper.
You took the blade, pulling it from its scabbard as you did. The metal was the same dark grey of uruk blades you'd seen. It lacked the distinct curve to it, as well as the jagged design. Instead it seemed all too familiar. It was Adar's. His own dagger, it's pattern mirroring his sword.
It seemed too precious then and you moved to push it back to him. His hands fell on yours then, curling around them and returning the blade to it's scabbard. You looked to him but his eyes were cast down, long strands on dark hair covering much of his face.
"Keep it on your person always. Concealed." He said like a prayer. "I will fetch your sword too."
In that moment you saw in him the heavy weight of guilt. That in his mind what had happened were somehow his own fault. You brought a hand gingerly to his face. If he'd chosen he could've dodged it, pulled away but he didn't. You pushed the hair from his face and gently cupped his jaw. His eyes flicked back to your own and were filled with such a sorrow it made you ache.
"This was not your doing." You assured him.
He scoffed at that but didn't move from your grasp. He seemed to lean closer in bringing his own bare hand to press against yours. Your heart quickened at the action and you felt a heat across your skin. It was quite the sight, Lord Adar clad in his armor on his knees before you.
"It was my men, on my land." He growled before his face softened again.
He moved your hand from his cheek to his lips and pressed them into your palm. The kiss against the now white scar, your promise to Thrak almost a year ago. The heat in your body seemed to pool lower and you felt almost dizzy when he spoke.
"You are mine to protect."

Closet Shenanigans
Summary: After failing to successfully get past wards on a very valuable chest, Astarion and Tav set off just a few alarms and decide to try and out run the guards chasing them, that is until Astarion quickly pulls Tav in the only hiding spot he could find.
A cramped and cold castle closet.
Tags: pure fluff, neck kisses, rough kisses, teeny bit of fang play but that's about it, sfw!! And wc is 1.7k
A/N this man has me in a chokehold so badly right now 😩 but i just wanted to write smth that has been in my brain for a good minute, so enjoy 💕
Rules, Requests, and More!
“ASTARION,” Tav yelled over her shoulder, her lungs burned as they took a sharp turn around a corner. Her boots slid against the velvet carpet they trampled during their escape.
Tav let out a small yelp as she couldn’t gain traction on the soft carpet and quickly threw out her arms to catch herself. Tav lets out a hiss from her arms scraped against the carpet, but she knew she had to ignore the aching pain from her wrists and keep running.
The echoes of impending trouble, which sounded a lot like heavy armor clanking together, bounced off the stone walls and drowned out the duo’s gasps for breaths. “YOU–” gasp “–SAID THAT–” wheeze “THIS WAS GONNA BE A STEALTH MISSION.”
“I KNOW,” Astarion yelled after her. “IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE.”
Her legs felt like they were on fire as beads of sweat slowly rolled down Tav’s forehead. “I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOOD AT PICKING LOCKS,” she wheezed, wiping her brow as they made their way down a large set of stairs.
As they tried not to slip down the stairs, the clanking of heavy armor became thunderous, easily dwarfing the sound of her pounding heart, Tav heard the shouts of the guards telling them to stop running.
“I AM TAV,” Astarion said, running alongside her now, his normally calm and rich voice now breathless and stressed. “But how was I supposed to know that the chest would have more than three spells protecting it?” He growled through gritted teeth, making Tav spare a glance toward the vampire.
His usual well-swept-back hair was now plastered against his forehead, causing him to brush away the few strands that fell in his eyes. Astarion’s face was a beet red that Tav would normally find delicious but she could see that it was all from exhaustion and boiling anger.
She felt bad for yelling at him like this, Tav knew it wasn’t his fault, but from the stress and fear from running for her life, she couldn’t help but lash out. Her eyes slid away from Astarion and back to the hallway, Tav could sense that they were getting close to where the others were waiting for them outside.
Relief began to flood Tav’s system as she could see the last stairwell that led toward one of several castle exits. As she threw out her hand to keep herself balanced when rushing down the stairs, a tight grip wrapped around her wrist yanked her off her path with a yelp.
A hand then covered Tav’s mouth as she let out a sharp yelp. Instinctively, Tav tried to squirm from the tight grasp, trying to claw at the hand that had slid across her waist to bring her taught against a torso.
“Quiet now darling,” Astarion murmured in her ear as he pulled her backward, causing her to stumble over her feet before he moved the hand that was clamped over her mouth downwards. Tav heard a distinctive click as Astarion loosened his tight grip. “You wouldn’t want us to be caught now?”
Tav ignored the way his low rich voice sent shivers down her spine as she began to look around her new surroundings. Tav’s eyes slowly adjusted to the darkness, the musty smell around her confused her deeply as she tried to shift around.
“Astarion,” she whispered, holding up an arm, extending it slowly only to be quickly met by a rough stone wall. “Are we seriously hiding in a closet?”
“Did you want to be caught?”
“Well, no,” Tav starts, dropping her arm to her side as she shifts from foot to foot, finding that her back brushed against his chest with every movement. “But I would have appreciated a bit more room.”
“Sorry darling” the vampire hummed quietly, shuffling in place while trying his hardest not to press against Tav. “But this was unfortunately the best I could find.”
Blush began to rise to Tav’s cheeks as she could feel every rise and fall of his chest against her back, still heaving from their long run. His hands hovered around her hips and left feather-light touches with each small movement either of them made.
Her pounding heart felt like it was echoing in the small closet as she felt Astarion’s hot breath against the back of her neck. A shiver ran through Tav as they heard the sound of heavy boots and clanking armor come around the corner where the closet was.
Silently Tav prayed to keep the tiny closest unnoticeable as the guards stopped seemingly right in front of the large oak door. Panic began to sink its claws deep into Tav’s ribs, her breath quickened as she heard the near-silent mutters of the guards.
Leaning toward the door, Tav pressed her ear against the cold wooden door. To her, the guard’s conversation sounded just like faint whispers, but Tav hoped with every fiber of her being that they would leave soon.
She would hate to be stuck in the closet with Astarion almost pressed against her any longer.
And speaking of whom, a shiver runs through Tav as Astarion’s feather-light touches run across her waist. Slowly, he wrapped his fingers around each side of her hips and gently leaned over her.
Quietly to not alert the guards only a mere few feet from the door, Tav shuffles her weight from foot to foot in hopes that Astarion gets the message. Instead of getting the quit while you’re ahead, all Astarion does is softly hum in amusement as he presses his front against her to place a gentle kiss on Tav’s neck.
Tav’s head began to swim, her focus on the guards slipping as Astarion pressed more feather-light kisses against her neck. A small squeak left Tav as Astarion pressed a much harsher kiss below her ear. Slapping a hand to her mouth, Tav froze as she felt her face flush with color.
Swallowing harshly, she tried to hear if the guards had noticed her slip-up, but all she could get was “They couldn’t have gotten so far, we shall have every guard looking for them.”
Astarion left a kiss right behind her ear, earning him a jab to the side and a hiss of his name. “They’re going t-to find us,” Tav said lowly, hoping only his ears picked it up. “Assstarion,” she quietly moaned as he chuckled lowly and nibbled on her ear.
Warmth began to pool in Tav’s gut as one of Astarion’s hands moved to tuck a few fallen strands behind her ear. Effortlessly, he then moved to pull down the collar of her tunic to press his face into her neck and sighed. Wriggling in his tight grasp, Tav moved her hand to the side of his head, her fingers sunk into the silky soft curls.
She meant to pull his head away, but Tav had just curled her hand into a fist as Astarion dragged the very tips of his long fangs across her shoulder. Slowly he inched up her neck making Tav’s head swim as she fought to stay quiet.
The guards had stopped muttering sometime ago, but Tav could still barely sense their presence from outside the door. Her body felt like it was on fire as Astarion scraped his fangs back down her neck, no doubt leaving angry red marks that she’ll have to remember to cover up later. With a hum, his soft lips return to her fiery skin and Tav silently wishes he would never stop, or at least pick this up when they weren’t in the middle of an escape.
Gritting her teeth, a long hiss left Tav’s throat as Astarion dug his fang into her soft skin. It wasn’t deep enough to draw blood but Tav knew she’d have to cover it up when they got back to camp. She tugged harshly at Astarion’s curls before standing upright again.
“Be careful love,” he whispered in her ear, the hand wrapped around her waist playing with the edges of her tunic. “I would hate for us to be caught.”
“Y-You ass,” Tav replied, swallowing down a moan as he pressed a small kiss to the deep bruise on her neck. “This is not the time.”
“I beg to differ,” Astarion hummed as he pulled Tav even closer to him, enjoying the heat that radiated off of her. Tav opened her mouth to say a quiet retort but she quickly shut her mouth with an audible click as she realized that the guards had begun to walk off. The crunching of their heavy boots became louder and louder, Tav’s hand slipped from Astarion’s soft hair and slid over the vampire’s cold hand on her wait as the guards shuffled past them.
With the guards now gone, all the anxiety left her body in waves as she let out a long groan in relief as Astarion squeezed her hand in reassurance. Wrapping a hand around the cool doorknob, Tav slowly let the closet door swing open as Astarion’s hand slipped from hers and dropped them to his side.
“The coast seems to be clear,” Tav whispered as she slinked out of the closet, her ears intently listening for any signs of danger while her hand hovered over one of her daggers. “Though they will no doubt have all the exits heavily guarded.”
“Then we must be extra cautious,” Astarion replied smoothly, slipping out of the small closet and closing the door silently behind them.
“You’re one to talk about being cautious,” Tav frowned, folding her arms across her chest as she glared at the now smirking vampire. “You nearly gave us away!”
“Hmmm maybe,” Astarion hummed, his eyes glinting in the torch-lit hallway. “But it sounded like you enjoyed it.”
Tav moved her hands to her hips as blush crept up to her face, knowing that she didn’t look half as intimidating as she had hoped. Taking a few steps to close the small gap, Tav looked up into Astarion’s blood-red eyes before smacking him on his shoulder.
“Now darling,” Astarion chuckled, grabbing the hand that had just smacked him and pulled Tav to his chest. “How about we start heading back to the others?”
“Best idea you’ve had all day, love,” Tav agreed before planting a small kiss on his lips.

11. Astarion x Reader 👀
We're not going to worry about how long it'll take me to answer these. We're not going to talk about it. Listen, I'm trying so hard to not make these into whole things, I just want to treat them like writing exercises, but I physically can't not finish smut once it's started.
From @astarionfreak's smut ask game ~ other entries
11. "I touched myself last night thinking about you." "I know."
Tags/Warnings: reader isn't gendered but has a vulva, blood/blood drinking, p in v sex, somewhat rough sex (reader gets a little feral in this one)
You're not subtle about it at all.
Every time he catches you staring, you quickly turn your head. At one point you even just shift your eyes, trying to pretend you're looking at something behind him. But there's no way he isn't at least a little suspicious.
Since the night you let Astarion bite you, the tension between the two of you has been palpable. Something about having him pressed down on top of you, his lips on your neck and his hand cradling your neck in a way that was disproportionately gentle set something on fire inside you. You really thought that you could just get over your little crush if you got it out of your system. Sate the need and you could go back to just being friends... Or whatever you are with him.
But it had the opposite effect. Now, his very presence turns you on. The wind catches his scent and you instinctively press your thighs together. He grins after making some sassy remark to Gale, and the glint of his fangs in the light makes your mouth go dry. You even need to suppress a moan when he gets a particularly impressive kill. You really hope no one heard that one.
So now, sitting around the campfire with the rest of your companions, you're just trying desperately to appear normal. You laugh absentmindedly at whatever joke Karlach just made while in your mind, Astarion's railing you up against a tree. It's only when you realize that Wyll has been trying to ask you a question for the past 90 seconds that you know you're too far gone to be in polite company.
"Sorry, I'm just a little out of it, long day," you make the excuse lamely. "I'm going to turn in a little early, I've got a bit of a headache."
"Do you want something for it?" Shadowheart asks with a frown. "I've got some herbal remedies that might help."
"I'm fine, I think I just need some rest." You force a smile onto your face. "'Night, all." You walk back to your tent stiffly, speeding up to cover the last few meters quickly. Your breath wracks through your body and your blood pounds in your ears. You've never - never - gotten this worked up over another person, never mind a man. Honestly, he's not even really your usual type, you'd normally be much more likely to pursue someone like Shadowheart. But she so clearly has a thing for Karlach, and that's not something you'd want to get in the way of.
But this pale, devastatingly handsome vampire elf has your desire in a chokehold.
You light a lantern inside your tent and take out your journal to sketch. You try to conjure some of the imagery you saw today to keep your brain off Astarion. Scratch and the owlbear cub playing. The terrifying harpies that almost lured one of the tiefling children. Astarion's blade dripping with harpy blood while his bright red eyes sparkle with mischief and the thrill of he kill.
Fucking hells.
You eventually put your journal away and lay down on your bedroll, staring at the ceiling of your tent while the others continue to chat and laugh outside. You listen to their conversation die down, their goodnights, and finally the distant sound of crickets and other nighttime fauna. Your eyes start to grow heavy, or at the very least bored of looking at the support rods in your tent.
You only realize that you've drifted to sleep when you're startled awake by a soft tapping on the canvas flap that separates you from the rest of camp.
"Y-yes?" Your voice is shakier than you'd like, although it's not like a vicious creature would politely knock on your makeshift door. The flap lifts up to reveal the literal last person you'd like to see right now.
"Hello, darling," Astarion grins in that irresistible way that he does. "I wanted to check in on our fearless leader. You've seemed dreadfully jumpy all day."
"Oh! Um." You can feel the heat rising in your cheeks. "I'm.. fine. Thank you, Astarion." You nod your head in a gesture of dismissal, but he doesn't move.
"Are you sure? You're positively flushed." His smile suggests he knows more than he's letting on. You chew on your lower lip to distract you from the growing ache between your legs.
"I'm perfectly fine, Astarion, thank you. Good night." You reach to close the tent flap but he holds onto it. Your fingers brush against his and it's like a jolt of lightning passes between your hands.
"I'm not buying it," he hums, dropping his voice. He pushes his way into your tent and you scramble backwards. The last thing you need is for him to touch you - you might not be able to control yourself if he does. "Now tell me, what's had you so hot and bothered all day?"
"N-nothing," you stammer, wishing you could just disappear on the spot. He raises an eyebrow and you backpedal. "Well, fine, I think something Gale cooked isn't sitting quite right with me. I was... embarrassed." The lie rings hollow even to you.
"Come now, love, we both know you're a terrible liar." He crawls towards you on his knees, a predator stalking his prey. Your breath catches in your throat. "Do you have something you need to confess?"
You're trapped. You've run out of room in the tent to back away, and Astarion has all but crawled on top of you. His scent is intoxicating and his eyes gleam in the low light. The words tumble out of your mouth before you can stop them.
"I touched myself last night thinking about you."
"I know." The grin that curls across his face is fiendish. Your heart threatens to beat out of your chest.
"You know?" Then you gasp suddenly. "The tadpole..."
Astarion lets out a bark of a laugh, loud enough that you're worried it might wake your other companions. "Darling, I didn't need a tadpole to figure that one out. Like I said, you're a terrible liar." He nudges his knee closer to the apex of your legs and you can feel your arousal making your underclothes wet. "What I want to know is, how did you picture me? My head between your legs? Did I have you on all fours in the forest? Or..." His lips ghost against yours now and your head feels dizzy with lust. "Or perhaps I had you pinned down in this very tent, taking my time as I had my way with you?"
Your instincts take over and you close the minimal distance between you, pulling him down on top of you as you ravage his lips. You claw at his clothing, no longer interested in maintaining decorum. He tears at the laces of your breeches, pulling them down below your hips and exposing your dripping cunt to the open air. A cry rips through your throat as he licks a thick stripe up your slit, and his chuckle rumbles deep in his chest. He pulls up on his knees and grins down at you, open and wanton, as he slips out of his pants.
"So very eager," he hums as he frees his cock, engorged and already dripping. A shudder runs through you as you see it, and you yank on his shirt and pull him down to meet you. You kiss him roughly, catching his lower lip in your teeth as you hook your leg around his waist.
"Shut the fuck up and fuck me, Astarion," you hiss through gritted teeth, and you groan loudly when he easily sinks in up to his base.
"Someone wants the whole of camp to hear," he growls in your ear as he begins to slowly thrust into you.
"Then you better make it quick so we don't wake them," you snarl in response, all pretenses having vanished. You tangle your fingers into his hair and press his face to your neck. You feel his lips stretch into a smile just before he sinks his fangs into you, the icy shard of pain melting into the heat of his mouth warming with your blood.
You jut your hips up into him, desperately chasing your release as he drinks his fill. He fucks into you, hard and messy, and before long you're feeling the pressure building in your core.
"Gods, Astarion, don't stop," you gasp hungrily in his ear, and he increases his pace to a punishing rhythm. You're starting to grow faint from blood loss just as your orgasm comes crashing down on you. Your walls clench and shudder around his length and he tears his mouth away from your neck, his expression wild and bloody. A few more broken ruts and you can feel him spilling inside you, the feeling his pulsing cock prolonging your own climax.
The two of you eventually still, covered in a sheen of sweat and panting heavily. Your ears strain to hear if there has been any disturbance in camp to indicate that your other companions heard anything. Outside your tent remains, thankfully, silent.
"Well then," Astarion exhales quickly as he slides out of you. "Darling, if it's going to be like that, then you just need to invite me next time."

Tav's Gift
-----------------------------------
Fandom: Baldur's Gate 3
Warnings: None. Just fluff.
Pairings: Astarion x Fem!Reader
Summary: You give Astarion the ultimate gift. The gift of sight through your eyes.
------------------------------
You sat by the fire with your companions, when you noticed Astarion missing. You didn't have to look far, you peered over your shoulder and saw him, looking into his hand mirror. You furrowed your brow and stood.
You approached him slowly. Given he was invisible, he saw your reflection immediately. He sighed,
"It's been two hundred years, you know." He said to her, you were quiet.
"Two hundred years, since I've seen my face. I don't even know what I look like. Not since my eyes turned red and I grew fangs." Astarion explained solemnly. Your brows knitted together in empathy.
Astarion got frustrated and spun around to face you.
"I wished there was some way, I could see myself again. My face is just some dark shape in my past. Another thing I lost." He said as he angrily threw the mirror to the ground. You grew bold and spoke,
"You have nothing to worry about, it's a very good face." You told him.
"Is it? What do you see when you look at me?" Astarion questioned, hopeful. You approached him and stared into his eyes; you took in every detail of his face.
"What?" Astarion asked curiously.
"I see you." You replied,
"And what do you see, exactly?" Astarion questioned you.
"I'll be your mirror, what do you want to know?" You asked him. Astarion didn't even hesitate to respond.
"I want to know what the world sees when it looks at me. What you see."
"Strong, piercing eyes." You started, Astarion smiled,
"Oh, go on." He said.
"That dangerous smile." You purred, Astarion held his head high.
"Very good. Now just tell me I'm beautiful and we can call it a day." Astarion said boldly.
"You're beautiful Astarion." You replied in a honeyed voice, Astarion looked emotional for a brief moment before sticking his nose up.
"Observant."
"Mirrors aren't much use, but being reflected in someone else's eyes?" Astarion explained,
"Well, I could do worse." He added.
----------------------------------------
Months had passed on, You and Astarion were lovers at this point, the Shadow Cursed Lands tainted everyone's morality in the party.
Astarion laid in bed, reading a book. You were lying next to him, your head on his chest as she made small circles across his skin with your fingers.
"Do you remember our mirror conversation?" You asked suddenly, Astarion looked down at you.
"How could I forget? You called me beautiful." He teased playfully. You looked up,
"I found a way." You said, Astarion cocked his brow at you.
"To show you, your face through my eyes." You explained. Now you had his attention,
"Truly?" He questioned with wide eyes. He set his book down and the two of you sat up together.
You took a deep breath and held Astarion's hands in yours. Both of you closed your eyes and you pushed into Astarion's mind with the help of your tadpoles.
Before he knew it, Astarion was looking at himself. He gasped audibly.
---------------------------
"I'll be your mirror, what do you want to know?" You asked him.
"You're beautiful Astarion." You said in a honeyed voice, Astarion looked emotional for a brief moment before sticking his nose up.
----------------------------------------
Astarion saw his piercing ruby eyes, his delicate features, and his tuffs of silver hair. He was truly seeing himself and better yet, he was seeing himself through his lover's eyes. The woman he cherished more than anything in the world.
It was a beautiful miracle. That made the vampire tear up.
You pulled away from him, both of you opened your eyes.
"That was truly remarkable, please, show me more." Astarion told you, you chuckled.
"Anything for my beautiful star." You said, Astarion cracked a genuine smile as he took your hands once more.

Dead silent in the dragon au? I'm a sucker for them and I do like dragons
(Sure :D)
Part 4...?
Cassandra observed the lair of the Ghost King, a powerful dragon who was said to have an undiscoverable lair and a hoard full of mysterious treasures. In reality, while it had been hard to find, it was rather ordinary. She had seen bigger. Her own sire and guardian had a lair that was based entirely on an underground cave system and he had riches that had knights and lords from various kingdoms and countries coming to kill him every week.
The Ghost King’s lair was still impressive, just not what she had expected from the various rumors she heard. The lair was modestly sized and on the bigger side, and located inside of an abandoned human castle. The hoard itself was a collection of strange objects that she could not decipher.
Perhaps human object lovers like Jason, who collected books, and Damian, who had only just started to collect swords, would know.
Cassandra was a little confused by this collection, but the Ghost King’s scent was pleasing and some of the things he had were sparkly, so she wasn’t too ready to leave yet.
She perked up at the sound of growls and fire breathing. She flapped her little wings and climbed onto the ceiling with her claws. Quickly scurrying outside, she watched wide eyed as a beautiful white dragon was digging his teeth into a beefy yellow dragon. The white dragon was on the smaller side, leaner, but he had sharp fangs and claws and they were able to tear into the flesh of the other dragon easily.
The other dragon blew fire and wailed, but the white dragon pulled back to breathe out ice and trap it before digging back in, blood spurting and dripping from mortal wounds.
Cassandra watched in awe as the dragon flapped his wings for extra strength. Said wings were large and wide, colored white with black at the tips.
Most amazingly, they were feathered wings. The rest of the dragon’s body was scaled, but those feathered wings rose high and mighty, like clouds and mist.
The white dragon roared and then in one vicious move, bit down on the neck of the other dragon, reared his head back up, and then tossed it to the side, where the yellow dragon whimpered and then flew away with a flap. The white dragon bristled, snarling, before wiping away the blood on his snout.
Cassandra shivered at the raw strength of this dragon before she gave a low purr and crawled back inside, where she dropped from the ceiling and then began scenting the strange hoard. She was determined to meet this dragon for herself.
The Ghost King came back inside his lair, pausing as he registered her scent before he cautiously approached. When he saw her, he froze in place for a long time before he spoke.
“Hello. I am Danny, youngest son of the Nightingales.” He gave a bow, discreetly trying to rub off more of the blood on his pearly scales. His two pairs of eyes blinked at her, green and bright like emeralds.m
Cassandra gave a bow. “I am Cassandra, oldest daughter of the Waynes. What is your hoard made of?”
Danny, the Ghost King, crept towards her and said, “It’s my collection of astrology items. Human made things that let you see the stars.” He paused in front of her. “I love the stars. These things help me see and study them.”
Cassandra gave a turn, eying the hoard in a new light. “Fascinating. I’ve seen many hoards, yours are one of the most different.”
“… you like it?” He asked, tail wagging.
She nodded.
“You’re beautiful,” he said, tail wagging even more.
Cassandra paused. She had never been called beautiful by another dragon before. Her black scales looked muddy and they were freckled and scarred. She was not slender like other dragons, because she was a fighter, not a flier.
For a moment, she was extremely self conscious in front of this beautiful, white dragon who was King and powerful and interesting and gentle.
“I… I know that I am not the ideal mate, but I can protect our nest. I’m the best fighter in my family,” Cassandra said.
Danny leaned down and then nuzzled her. “You’re beautiful. No one has approached my lair or hoard before and stayed. Your scars are comets and your scales look like a starry night. I’m strong, but I hate fighting. With you, then maybe….”
Cassandra purred and rubbed against his chest, their scales making sparks together.
Danny returned the rumbling purr and then asked, “May I formally court you?”
She chirped happily. “You may.”

Fading Light
Summary: Tav changed in order to be with Astarion. She never minded adjusting her life to be with her vampire but the guilt he feels for taking her away from her life is only growing. Something has to give eventually.
Content Warnings: She/Her Tav
Word Count: 2.2k words
╔═══*.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.*═══╗
She’d always considered herself to be adaptable. She had to be, considering everything that had happened to her in the very recent past. From the moment she woke up on the awful mindflayer ship to the climax of it all, nothing had been a given. She’d been forced to change to save her friends so she had to be rather accepting of new situations.
It was why she had figured becoming nocturnal wouldn’t bother her much at all.
She’d hung dark curtains in her room to prevent the sun from waking her during the days. If she missed it, all she would do was wake up earlier and step out to watch it set before Astarion joined her for the night.
She didn’t mind living like that. Sometimes she missed things with her friends but she made the effort to see them and they responded kindly. She'd adapted.
But Astarion hated it.
He watched her wistfully when she made her way to the door during the sunlight hours – forced to leave early to pick up groceries or something while the merchants still sold their wares. He’d give her a kiss on the cheek and wish her well but she’d be a fool to miss his mood after.
She tried to bring it up and he artfully dodged around the idea. He’d always been far too good at avoiding topics.
The day it started getting worse started when she lost track of time early in the morning. She’d built a solid relationship with various traders and workers around the city. Those who knew things and could send her down the track to a potential cure if they came across it. Mostly what that meant was dealing with their ridiculous requests though.
Could you find my lost necklace (taken by his sister to pay off her gambling debts)? My daughter went missing, could you find her (she ran away to marry a hobgoblin, of all things)? Somebody’s stealing my goods, find them (rats).
This time though, they found the missing caravans by following the scent of rotted meat until they came across gnolls. They took barely any effort to get rid of but they’d set up their den in some old, crumbling houses.
And she could never pass down the opportunity to investigate.
The stone walls had been destroyed in a fire and, as she nosed around, she came across various herbs and poultices that promised this house may have been an apothecary’s stopover. Most of the stone walls had crumbled but a few stood and it was while she opened one of the drawers that she felt him creep up behind her.
His lips brushed against her throat, barely there but enough to send shivers of gooseflesh over her skin.
She tilted her head to the side in an invite and he nipped at the sensitive skin with a small chuckle. The chill of his breath over the shell of her ear drew an embarrassingly small sound from her throat. He muttered something she couldn’t quite hear and nipped at her earlobe with sharp fangs.
She fought the flush on her cheeks, turned around and kissed him. Iron lingered on his frozen lips as he pushed her against the walls. Her fingers crept up the front of his armour until she found purchase to pull him close.
No matter how often he kissed her, her heart raced just the same as it had that first time by the river. But he touched her with such reverence now; held her like he wanted to make sure she never left.
Not that she planned to.
She tilted her head back to draw a small gasp of air and he immediately fell on her throat; nipped at her collarbone and drew stuttered breaths from her lungs.
But the pulse of pleasure as his fingers skimmed her thighs quickly disappeared when she spotted the edge of the horizon beginning to lighten. The sun had begun to rise and they were still far from the city. They had to get moving soon.
She released her hold on his armour, her fingers aching from the grip she’d had. The slight concern pulsed in her veins and overthrew anything else. “We need to leave ‘Starion.”
“Aw,” he complained and looked up at her with a wicked glint in his eyes. The one that she knew she’d do anything for. “You weren’t scared of some dirt the other night,” he purred. “Are you worried about the gnolls judging us?”
She laughed and he took the opportunity to kiss her again. She moaned into his mouth as he eased his way past her lips. How easy it was to lose herself in him. She could spend the rest of her life in his arms and be perfectly happy but to do that, she needed him to not burn into ash.
She broke the kiss with every ounce of her willpower. “The sun’s coming up.”
He turned to look over his shoulder and an immediate distaste darkened his expression. “Right,” he said. “Forgot that sunrises are one of those things I’m not allowed to see anymore.”
He stepped away and she desperately wanted to draw him back. The sudden change in his mood hurt her though she knew she wasn’t the cause.
“We can continue when we get back to the house, if you want?” she offered.
Astarion nodded dismissively but the energy had disappeared into the air with her words. She knew he’d be in a poor mood for at least the rest of the day and she really couldn’t blame him. He’d grown to love the sun over their adventures. It had very nearly changed her decision at the end of it all.
Sometimes she wondered if there had been a way to keep him safe. She worried she hadn’t looked hard enough for the solution.
They hurried to get back to the city. Every ray that crept over the horizon sent another stab of fear into her heart. This area was exposed and once the sun made its appearance, hiding would be a difficult thing.
She almost tripped over the gnoll bodies before she remembered to grab something from the caravan to prove she found it. Even then, she had to leave half her pack behind and hope the various bandits in the area had enough self-preservation not to go sniffing around a den.
She didn’t really trust them to have the intelligence though. She’d had to go find enough of them for their worried friends.
Even with their half-sprinting, they nearly ran out of time and a soft ray caught Astarion’s arm as he ducked through the door, causing him to hiss in pain before he vanished into their house.
She paused in the frame, her attention turned to the sun in half anger and half admiration.
Though she’d adapted to being nocturnal, she did miss the sun. Though she may wish it stayed away so she could spend more time with Astarion outside, she couldn’t help but enjoy the warmth it left on her skin.
Strange how she’d never even appreciated how different life would be without it until she had to make the decision to stay away. It had been her choice but it was his curse. She hated to imagine how much he must miss being around in the daylight hours.
She stepped inside the dark house and closed the door firmly behind her. A few of the wall candles had been lit for her and so she made her way to their small library where he’d settled on one of the loveseats, his arm raw and his attention on the blank book in front of him.
“I’m sorry I lost track of time,” she said though she knew it wasn’t her fault.
She gathered the balm she now kept scattered around the house and gently began to treat the parts of the skin that had been touched. Thankfully, it looked like it wouldn’t blister this time.
“I keep forgetting,” he admitted. “Never thought I would.”
“We’ll just need to be more careful next time. I’ll go visit the merchant later today and see if this is the right caravan. He better pay me well for this.”
She didn’t mean in gold. No, she often traded her services for information on their products and their sources.
Astarion traced the line of her jaw with his fingers, tilted her head toward him and brushed his lips against her own. “You’ve been looking a little weaker than usual,” he mused. “I can’t help but wonder if maybe you’re missing the sun. I hear it’s important for most.”
“I see the sun enough,” she said. “If I needed to be out there more, I’ll just wake up earlier but the city is far too boring without you there.”
“Flatterer,” he said with a laugh she didn’t quite like.
When Astarion laughed properly, the corners of his eyes crinkled in the best way possible. She loved to kiss him on those marks and so she noticed when he laughed without them.
“We’ll find a solution eventually,” she said firmly.
“Well, I can’t say I’m too enthralled by the idea,” he admitted, his tone cooler. “The last two opportunities I had to walk in the sunlight ended up destroyed forever.”
Her blood chilled at the implication and her smoothing of the balm over his arm paused. “Those weren’t options,” she said after the silence stretched too long. “Either one meant you’d be sacrificing something of yourself.”
“Apparently,” he said. “But we don’t really know what would have happened unless you’ve turned into a psychic while I wasn’t looking.”
She’d always thought he appreciated how against his ascension she’d been. Even not knowing much about vampires, she had the idea that that type of power didn’t come without cost. He’d have been giving up more than just his curse in order to walk in the sun.
“Astarion…”
“But it’s fine,” he said. “I still have my soul so that I can stay trapped up in another house for the rest of my life. Except this time, I get to keep somebody else captive with me. Fun.”
She frowned and slowly retracted her touch on his arm. “I’m not trapped,” she said. “I can leave whenever I want to. I’m choosing to be here with you.”
“You’re choosing to be with me,” Astarion said as though she didn’t understand. “But I don’t think you’re choosing to live without the sun. If we could choose right now to make it possible to live a normal life with me, would you take it?”
“That’s not fair.”
“Isn’t it?” he asked. “Because it seems to me that you aren’t willingly giving up your daylight, you’re sacrificing it.”
She crossed her arms. “Even if it was a sacrifice, it’s my choice.”
“It shouldn’t be. Daylight compliments you too much. You have no idea how beautiful you look when sunshine dapples your skin and flushes your cheeks.” He smiled at her and she winced, knowing he meant to charm. “When I see you in the sun, I know I’m looking upon beauty itself.”
She wouldn’t be distracted by the ceaseless flattery. Not when she knew what he was implying with it.
“If you’re feeling caged up, we can always travel,” she said. “I’ll organise for somebody to watch the house and we can start exploring further than the city’s reach.”
She’d been wanting to stay in one place for a short while to recover from the incident with the mindflayers. It had been somewhat long enough, she figured, that she should be able to head out without worries. A couple of weeks of travel might even do her some good.
The others had been keeping an eye out for any information but they were busy with their own lives. Though maybe one or two of them might be willing to join for an adventure or two.
“There’s no point,” he said. “Darling, let’s not keep pretending we’re going to find a solution we like. Power comes from sacrifice.”
“Not of your soul,” she said. “Or of your mind. There’s a way.”
“You don’t know that.”
“I’m sure of it.”
Astarion stared at her for so long that she felt he might be trying to read her mind as they once were able to. Part of her missed that. She’d liked being able to understand what he wanted easily, even when he tried to hide it.
“Alright,” he said. “If you’re so sure, we can pack after you’ve rested. Come on, let’s get you to bed.”
“I’ll send a letter to Wyll so long,” she said and got up. She met his beautiful eyes and tried not to melt into them. “But just so you know, I’ve always loved the moon far more than I ever did the sun.”
In some ways, she expected it. Part of her knew, even as she drifted off to sleep and he pressed a small kiss to the side of her head. She fell asleep with her hands knotted tightly in the fabric of his shirt, as though it would be enough to keep him there no matter what.
When she woke up in the evening with her heavy curtains pulled aside and a fresh breeze blowing in through the windows, she didn’t need to check to know she wouldn’t find him in the house.
She did anyway. Walked from room to room with a blanket over her shoulders and a sinking heart and when she returned to the bedroom, she moved his pillow to see if a dagger still lay under it.
And seeing it missing was the final thing before the tears started to fall.

Hi, Can you for Nezuko!reader x Whitebeard crew. So just basically in the Demon slayer world Nezuko was hit with a blood demon art and just appeared on Whitebeard ship.
(Extra if you want: Nezuko wanting to be friends with Izou because he has pretty kimonos)
-They didn’t know where you came from or even what you were, when you suddenly dropped out of the sky, literally, from what looked to be a fiery portal made of black fire, landing hard on the desk of the Moby Dick.
-You looked like a teenage girl when you first arrived, looking terribly injured, one of your legs and both of your arms missing, growling darkly at them all like you were some kind of animal.
-When you suddenly grew your missing limbs, instantly healing your wounds, many thought they were in for a fight, until you realized you were in the sunshine, which used to hurt, but it didn’t, and you calmed, looking up at the sun in awe.
-Whitebeard lowered his weapon first and the others quickly did the same, following his example as you calmed down, not aggressive anymore but you shocked everyone by your form changing to that of a child’s, shrinking down before you tipped over and were fast asleep.
-You slept for several days, curled into a little ball in Marco’s room, as he was the one watching you, minding your status, as well as inspecting you, finding that you had fangs and claws like a demon, but no demon they had ever seen before.
-When you woke up, you wandered around like a lost puppy, like you were looking for something, peeking into rooms, looking under tables, following others around, hoping they would lead you to your brother, who didn’t arrive with you.
-When you arrived on the deck, looking up at the massive man known as Whitebeard, not being able to find your brother, you fell to your rear and tears quickly welled in your eyes as you started crying, your mouthpiece falling from your mouth.
-You quickly sent the ship into a panic, wondering why you were crying, but Whitebeard could feel something, like he could sense the reason behind your tears as he easily picked you up, putting you on his knee, trying to comfort you, “It seems Y/N is missing someone- perhaps that portal she came through had someone she left behind and can’t get back to them now.”
-You looked up at him through teary eyes, his words sounded right, like what he was explaining, as you couldn’t find your big brother. Whitebeard announced that you were now adopted by him and his crew and everyone on the ship became your big brothers.
-You were a curious child, always exploring and popping up in the oddest places, and you would follow certain crew members around like a duckling, with your favorites being Izo, because his clothes were familiar to you, Thatch, because he always made you tasty food, which you could now eat, Marco, who was like your protector and you slept with him, and Whitebeard, because he felt safe and comforting.
-Despite not looking overly powerful, you quickly proved yourself when the marines tried to attack, attacking your new family, and they were all stunned when your form changed to your teenage form, showing that you were able to change forms based on how much power you had stored.
-When you shifted into your adult form, however, the vines covering your skin, your fangs and nails growing, you quickly handled business, easily taking care of the marines who dared to attack your family.
-When you arrived back on the ship Izo ran to you, scolding you for being so indecent, as your kimono had fallen open, showing off your chest and legs, while you tilted your head, confused by his anger before you shrank back down to your teenage form.
-Whitebeard just boomed with laughter, finding it amusing that you were so strong, at least physically, as they all knew you were a bit fragile mentally, as you would cry at random times, looking up at the sky or out across the ocean, missing whoever you were missing.
-There were also times when you would remember your mother, when you would see one of your brothers needing comfort, mimicking her, comforting them in your own way, doing your best.
-You were a surprise on the ship, but you weren’t unwelcome, and you felt safe with them, and while you never stopped looking for and missing your brother, you at least had a family who you could call your own in this new world.
