Very important information!

Long story short an anon insider from Hoyoverse is stating that while raising awarness on social media apps is great. We should take a step further and start dropping reviewing on any Playstore Site that has Genshin.

Express why you are dissatisfied and use hastages to bring more awarness. As for right now the Playstore reviews are dropping that it went from a 4 star review to 3.0 review. Hoyoverse is desperately trying to get reviews back by adding bots.

We shouldn't be just doing this with Genshin. Do this with ALL HOYOVERSE GAMES. Honkai Star Rail, Tears of Themis, ZZZ, etc.

HSR is facing the same problem as Genshin with Boothill being Native American coded, Penacony reloving around Jazz but have no Black character, Aventurine being Romani etc.

YEA YES!! I tried talking about this in my Hoyoverse boycott post, but I only touched on it briefly- but Hoyoverse games IN GENERAL are the overall problem. Tears of Themis has issues with being orientalist- and just shitty. Zenless Zone Zero apparently has actual blackface! Not good! Uhhh- outside of the record store on one of the little record poster thingies I believe. Honkai impact third has… straight up racism, and a subpar character plot about learning to love your skin color no matter what and she just goes “ummm actually no :)”, and oh my god I haven’t talked much on Honkai Star rail on this account but ykw I’ll go further into it.

Boothill- Boothill is based off of Native American culture, and is supposed to also be Latino. In the CN ORIGINAL translation of the game- his planet is named after two very real Native American tribes, his backstory recreates the same colonization that happened to native Americans specifically- calling Boothill’s people savages, and putting them in reservations after completely carpet bombing his planet, killing most of the population, and destroying the ecosystem. However, despite this Boothill has nothing to show for his heritage, or the fact that he is based around native, and Hispanic people except for the fact that he’s a cowboy- and even then sometimes I feel like he’s played up in game as like actually stupid for comedic relief when he’s not stupid AT ALL. (Sorry, Boothill’s one of my favs and a bad hyperfixation so I’m super passionate about how he needs proper representation)

Aventurine- aventurine is called a slur by sparkle, both sparkle and dr ratio point out specific racist stereotypes against aventurine that are usually targeted at Romani people which is who aventurine, and his entire home planet are based off of (that’s why I’m not a huge fan of Dr ratio x aventurine personally. Dr ratio isn’t racist imo, he’s just lowkey fucking mean and said the wrong thing to the wrong person). Aventurine’s backstory is also fucked in my opinion, and the way people in the fandom take his backstory and treat him as a character only really started getting bad bad after we found out he was Romani, but that’s a fandom issue- it’s still something to comment on.

Arlan- while Arlan is the darkest character Hoyoverse has made to date, he also has his talent names beeee references to slavery. Straight up. “Shackle breaker”, “frenzied punishment”, “swift harvest”, and then his eidolons- “breaking free”, and “hammer and tongs”. Not cool, kinda fucked up.

And that’s just the characters I can think of off the top of my head- not including Jade and her shit cause I know she has some stuff that’s like fucked up about her and ik she’s racist I just haven’t done my research on how she is racist and like gathered all the evidence basically lol, but that’s also just the characters, not to mention what you said anon- how penacony is based off of the jazz age but has no playable black characters? Girl whatttt? Gimmie a slay ass like black singer who’s besties with Robin, cmon now- don’t a coward Hoyoverse, you know DAMN WELL that she would sell too.

Hoyoverse games overall are like this, so please pay attention to all Hoyoverse games, and Hoyoverse mostly only listens to the App Store reviews so PLEASEEEEE go and review bomb ONLY Hoyoverse games. Start with Genshin and Honkai Star rail, go to Zenless Zone Zero and Honkai Impact 3rd then finish with Tears of Themis, don’t do it all at once if you can’t!! Just go review all of them one stars!!

Do you play honkai star rail? It's from hoyoverse as well, THOUGh apparently it's not for everyone because a lot of people dislike the turn combat system and that it isn't as open world as Genshin nor does it have the same co op mechanic, but the characters are nice.

I'll be honest... I don't really like HSR. I get why some people get tired of it, the gameplay loop it's just too boring for me, I like turn-based combat gameplay tho (In some games, not this one) I just find that the game becomes really repetitive when you reach late game, especially with farming and things as such. But I do love some characters from that game (they're mainly the reason I keep coming back to play it) My favs are Blade (ofc), Jing Yuan, March, and Danheng. SUSHANG. SUSHANG MY FUCKING BELOVED. I main her, she's the best, the prettiest girl in the game frfr, I just wish she was a character from another game so I could play with her more lol (I mean she's in Honkai Impact 3rd technically but that game gives me PTSD)

This is the music that kept me awake and sane in Diadem, haha xD Seriously, their songs has both so incredibly aggresively positive vibe and are great pieces of music. +the videos are hilarious- without a fail those makes me smile wide or even laugh every time.

2: Samudrartha, from Honkai: Star Rail ost

Star Rail's ost is generally amazing, there's many songs in this game that I love. This one played in one of the epic moments in story and is tied to a character I especially adore. And that vocal is incredible!!!

3: AURORA "The Seed"

I always, ALWAYS return to her music- it's magical, ethereal and yet so powerful. She has one of the greatest voices ever and her songs are incredibly poetic and alluring. Also her choreography, the alluring movements, visuals- all this adds to this magic. I love each and every songs of AURORA but this one is also special for the powerful message it has. "Suffocate me So my tears can be rain I will water the ground where I stand So the flowers can grow back again" ^ this. this is pure poetry and it hits so damn hard.

4: Hurts "Illuminated"

And sometimes you just need a vibe like this~ It's also a song that I tend to link to some of plots I share with RP partner.

5: Vesna "My sister's crown"

Another powerful song. One of the very rare things that are good about Eurovision (screw this circus otherwise)- more people get to know such diamonds. You should as well.

The Unknown God wasn't interested in mortals. She had more important things to do or worry about. The universe, the stars, the chaos - or even revenge. All those things fell apart when it was stated you didn't feel well. She saw mortals, Gods or other divine beings as pests. Worms, which only could wiggle under her feet.

The only one who was treated as human or being with feelings was you. She knew who you were, but even so she didn't treat you as threat or someone higher class. Asmoday treated you like you two were at the same position. She liked you, you were different. A being who wasn't born from this universe or stars. You, unlike these annoying blonde pests, were simply yourself. Magnificent, beautiful like stars on the sky. Shining high, like one of the god's bloody cubes.

You two got along. You had special privileges. She would let you braid her hair, which most of time would flow slowly in the air. You could touch her. Her skin was so in-human, yet you were'nt disgusted. It felt like you just touched an snowflake. A icicle which never melted.

Despite her arogant god like apperance and character, inside was a girl.

A girl with such a fragile heart. After all, even ice could get crushed or melted.

You often could find her in your bed, laying in mermaid position. She didn't care it was improper. You two were friends, a really good ones.

So what, if half of your acolytes gave her vindictive looks? They were just jealous, annoing pests. They never could be in her position. They didn't understand you like she did. Of course you would choose her. A fragile snowflake, so elegant dancing in the winter air. Not some uninteresting mortals who never did anything to be more original. There's a lot of stones or rocks, so unpretty and so common. Just like them.

Today was one of these day where she would stay at your place. Limbs layed out, covering half of your king sized bed. She was thinking. The winter's coming. Would you like to get a present from her? If yes, what would make you happy?

Reaching her hand high in air, still laying in bed, she looked at it. She would do everything just to see your smile.

talking about past me playing hsr cause. idk i like talking.

since im not sure if im going to be doing much with her so brr

(ive seen full quantum teams and now i get how they work but idk if id ever do so since i prefer playing my favs ngl, and any weaknesses i dont have on my main team i can switch in with a support [as in someone else's] so. any story bosses without imaginary weakness im kind of fucked though LOL.)

in all honesty

there is a period in my playing hsr history where i quit the game. i came back obviously (for aventurine lOl) but so (i played the game cause hoyo. also honkai. but i quit so i could focus on genshin entirely. then genshin took too much space so i switched back to hsr haha. i remember playing honkai impact a LONG time ago on mobile but at one point i stopped. i dont know why.)

anything before that period i honestly dont remember that well but

i have silver wolf (i recently found out she can implant weaknesses on enemies lOl. apparently past me did not read what characters did)

i also had 5 star dan heng and clara (i remember because i was so confused on how clara was played. idk what i did with 5 star dan heng i dont even remember getting him 😭)

like like listen i still have what all my teams back then were cause when i changed them i went to the next number

(it was either destruction trailblazer or preservation trailblazer. no idea where i was in the story at that point)

so this is likely how long i was playing? keeping in mind i probably logged in very infrequently

its. kind of interesting to try to think 'wtf was i doing a year ago'

also its been long enough since i came back that i cant remember exactly where i stopped in the story. all i know is that i hadnt done phantylia yet, and it was either i stopped somewhere where we're in the the water area (??) deciphering the the the vidyadhara thingys on the stone wall (im i cant remember this shito k)

or i stopped before that i just remember doing that part more because i was kind of confused

i have no idea. (also idk why i pulled for silver wolf or dan heng. i think i just pulled because i could. i know this because silver wolf isnt a favorite of mine [and i pulled based on favorites instead of if theyre a good unit or not..]. idk about dan heng tho. i like dan heng now but idk if past me liked him or not. i have like vague memories of pulling sw but none for dan heng.)

If you only can play visual novels in your pc I can recomend you the one i just started to play! Its called Reverse: 1999, is also a gacha game, is a visual novel but has a combat that is turn based with cards! I think it wont cause troubles to you pc!! If you can play it dont forget to tell me <3

I haven't play Genshin in a while because i felt a little tired and I don't really like the combat based on elental reactions buuuut I love the characters <3333

I guess that male characters from Genshin my favorites come from Fontaine, I totally love Lyney, Freminet and Neuvillete, the three of them are completely diferent from each other but I completely love them!!! Also, i love Wriothesley gameplay, the man literally said Nah i'd win and start punching the enemies with a bare fist, I also totally love and hate Zhongli (stupid old man I love him), Bennet, Razor, Gaming, Gorou and Freminet are my babies and I will protect them with my life <333 and I loooooove Venti's gameplay, he may not be the best by now but I just love him too much <333

And for female characters I hold a really close to my heart Rosario and Kuki Shinobu since they were some of my first characters and helped me a lot!! I love Beidou and Kuki because they are so cool and badass and stronge and girls and pretty and and 😳😳 okay okay, for being extremely cute I love Noelle, Barbara and Lynette, they are so cute, but if we talk about cuteness Nahida and YaoYao are my cutie babies <3333 also, i loooooove Fischl and Furina for their personality, I used to dont like them at all but I end up loving them so much

The characters tend to look kinda eh at times, but man, are the backgrounds cool.

A bunch of characters nobody cares about, but in the manga they thought they'd be able to get people to join them in Balbadd, but here they're just. Going there, I guess.

And Wriothesley from Genshin Impact. I'm still processing that, lol. Other one I'll always recognize bc of Magi is Kaji Yuki (Alibaba). Funnily enough, he voices one of my fav Pokemon character - Clemont. Imagine my surprise. Man, maybe I do have a type.

I love low quality Magi.

He looks normal in the anime. Kinda nostalgic, good. Also, the wording seems to be a bit different, but mostly the sentiment remains.
