Like if someone has stubbornly decidet on something there is very little other people can do.

I am just pointing out that other people face equal issues or even worse and still take one for the team.

She got the virus last year and one of the effects was that her brain noise became temporarily quiet and she said she loved it.

Remidns me of someone who had syphillis which also did something nice with their brain ... which was actualyl a symptom of the brain dying ... so yeah ...

She refuses, mainly on the basis is that her immune system will be fine. ... Her faith in her body to fix itself is stronger than her sympathy for other people.

That's why I point out other peoples plight ... becasue I know it doesn't change anything ... like you can't shame a raccoon for being a raccoon ... but you can let others know that this is a person that chooses themselfes over everyone else ... you can shame others for sitting down with the raccoon at the trash can

I have very strong opinions on vaccines becasue my sister wasn't vaccinated against whooping caugh unlike me and my other sister (because the pediatrishian decided it was no longer necessary ... ) and she of course got it ...

And like ... she was sick for weecks ... all in all it tock several months for her to bounce back and she was a strong healthy child ...

So yeah ...

I gave up after she came to me and told me she almost didn't want to get the vaccines in order to spite me because I would talk about COVID deaths, about how important the vaccine is to the people around you, and she thought I was talking about her in a negative way. It had nothing to do with her.

You need a better roommate.

Like if one rooms with other people one has to make accomodations

For example, We never had a cat because my dad is allergic ... while my mo loves cats and would have loved to have one ...

people with needlephobia are not anti-vaxxers or vice-versa so maybe don't demonise them for having a phobia they can't control and still getting the vaccine. anti-vaxxers aren't afraid of a needle, they're just fucking stupid.

You don't actually know that I live with someone with needlephobia who has used it as her main excuse while accusing me of trying to force her, so I'm going to ignore your assumption that I'm demonizing her.

I have been thanked by some needlephobics for coaching them through it, by the way. You probably didn't know that either, and it's okay.
