Meet Shawn Bullard – The Man Behind The Drone Radio Show

There has been a lot of speculation and buzz when it comes to the talks about the commercial, private, and national security usage of drones. People have been debating about the pros and cons of the same in earnest. But the real buzz is taking place over the Drone Radio show where Shawn Bullard is sharing some ground breaking insights and ideas about the same.

There is always more to things than what meets the eye be it the drones itself, the Drone Radio Show, or the man behind it – Shawn Bullard. And what makes him the right purpose to publically talk about such politically sensitive issues over the radio? Well, Mr. Shawn Bullard is the president of the Duetto Group which is a government relations firm based on Capitol Hill. Previously, he has also been a part of the senior congressional staff under a long-serving member of the House Armed Services Committee. His work with the government and beyond is commendable and that makes him a reliable spokesperson about the issue.

Having served on multiple boards which includes the prestigious Royal Aeronautical Society, the National Press Club, and the Schar School of Policy and Government, all of this adds definite merit to what he has to say on his podcast which has been making a lot of buzz lately. So, if you haven’t checked it out yet, you are definitely missing out on something important and interesting.

What might come across as something interesting to the ladies is that it is the same Shawn Bullard who was a part of the show Match Made in Heaven. Yes, ladies, he was the eligible bachelor who participated in the show given his penchant for spontaneity, and for the best part of it, he really winged it well. He was the self-made millionaire on the show and was looking for the right woman to date, and the rest is history, ladies.

Currently, Shawn Bullard has been actively pursuing his interests and keeping up with the work that he has been doing with the government in the public relations department. He has become quite the known face in the Capitol Hill lane. All you would want to know about him and the work he has done in the past keeps adding to the merit.

Here, we have a sincere man, one who has built himself a fortune and is actively working with the government in whatever capacity he can serve. When we told you that there’s more to Shawn Bullard than what meets the eye, we definitely meant it!

Recently he has been active on his podcast – The Drone Radio show where he can be heard talking about federal policy initiatives when it comes to drones and how they are going to be used. There is a security and privacy issue around this aspect and Shawn Bullard is doing his best to keep things simple.

NOTES: Act one has three major blackouts: the scene between Arabian Nights and One Jump Ahead, the scene between One Jump Ahead and Proud of Your Boy, and the last 22 minutes of the act, which is all of Friend Like Me and Act One Finale. There is also a head that blocks center stage and the action is often lost behind it. Act two is much better with no blackouts and only some heads on the bottom that are worked around well. It’s filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. There’s a lot of chatter and rustling from the audience, but the sound is otherwise excellent. Includes playbill scans.

My battery died during the last song, but it starts at the very beginning with only one drop out during dialogue.

NOTES: Closing show! Or “rock concert” if you ask Christy Altomare. Yeah so this is a pretty obstructed video. Everyone was really excited so people were standing up, people were moving around, and honestly I had a little trouble paying attending to my viewfinder with all of the tears streaming down my face. Like Beetlejuice I would say it’s mostly like highlights, but all of the things that happen in the center part of the stage are captured really well and the video is DEFINITELY Christy centric. “Journey to the Past” is complete and gorgeous and you will cry. First act starts around when Anya meets Dmitry and the second act starts during “Crossing A Bridge.”

Blue Sky Communities launches Hillsborough affordable housing project that’s ‘going to impact a lot of people’

The affordable housing to be provided at the Preserve at Sabal Park “is going to impact a lot of people,” Thaddeus M. People are in bad situations, around bad influences and they make bad choices and bad decisions. MANGO — With rents rising and affordable housing becoming a leading issue in the Tampa mayor’s race, Blue Sky Communities of Tampa is launching construction on a 144-apartment complex for the working poor.

"These are families that have jobs, but they’re only making $10 or $15 an hour, so where do they live right now?" Blue Sky president Shawn Wilson said Thursday. Probably either in a nice apartment that costs $1,500 to $1,800 a month or a substandard one, maybe in an area with a crime problem, that costs $600 or $700 a month.

The Preserve at Sabal Park, he said, aims to combine safety and amenities (a pool, clubhouse, high-efficiency appliances and an after-school program for children) with rents within those families’ budgets, Wilson said.

Rents will range from a projected $418 to $898 per month, depending on family size and income. For example, a family of three renting a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment would pay $494 a month if they made less than 40 percent of the area’s median income (about $23,000 a year) and $782 a month if they made less than 60 percent ($34,560 a year).

"You’re not going to find a brand-new unit (elsewhere) like this for anywhere near that price," Wilson said.

The Preserve at Sabal Park will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on 23 acres in unincorporated Hillsborough County at the corner of Williams Road and E Broadway Avenue, about a half-mile east of Hillsborough Community College’s Brandon campus.

Financing for the $30 million project, which is expected to open after 14 months of construction, consists of $24 million from federal, state and Hillsborough County public funds, and $6 million in private bank financing. Affordable housing is desperately needed, County Commissioner Kimberly Overman said, especially with 1,700 people a month moving to Hillsborough County, which is contributing $551,000 to the project.

Advocates have begun hoping that more state funds will be available for this kind of project now that Gov. Ron DeSantis has proposed a state budget that does not, as in years past, sweep money out of the state’s trust fund for affordable housing and spend it on other things.

That trust fund is "intended for a purpose, and we need to return to those purposes," said state Rep. Lawrence McClure, R-Dover.

In partnership with Metropolitan Ministries, a second phase is expected to start in October with 112 units focused on providing housing, on-site case management and services for tenants emerging from homelessness.

"These families that are going to be served … I was that family," said Thaddeus M. Bullard, 41, who is better known as World Wrestling Entertainment star Titus O’Neil and who has helped Metropolitan Ministries raise more than $1 million. "My mother was raped at a very young age, at 11, had me at 12, against the wishes of a lot of people. We grew up dirt poor in government housing. There were several times when lights weren’t on and things weren’t available."

But Bullard said he found life-changing encouragement and acceptance at the Florida Sheriff’s Boys Ranch.
