A Linked Universe meets The Dark Crystal AU! I don't even remember what started it at this point. I remembered that the Dark Crystal and Age of Resistance are things I like, blinked, and woke up three days later with an AU and a bunch of art.

The designs and the story are a wip and for fun so expect a lot of variation! (I have a few different beginnings, ideas for different designs, etc)! :D

Here’s my pitch on how it would go down IF Optimus Prime met Shattered Glass Megatron and vice versa.

If Optimus Prime saw Shattered Glass Megatron, he would not believe his optics and think it wasn’t real until SG Megatron would would say-

“What the Primus-“ before getting tackled by Optimus Prime, Megatron would think bro was tryna fight him but nah, he just tackled hugs the guy and they just hug for a long time. what if gaster in a future chapter calls out the audience for speculating so much about him. the guy canonically has some amount of access to Real Life Social Media. like i started this mostly as a joke but there are definitely some real metanarrative opportunities for a character with recklessly curious impulses, and possibly a fragile sense of self, having nearly limitless access to streams of debate over whether or not he’s a bastard. rude to talk about someone who’s listening etc

I swear if Jace ends up having a religious reverence for Porter, I'll perish. If it ends up that he was the one who put the idea of killing a god in Porter's head, perhaps because then everyone would be able to see the man he's known the way he always seen him.
