Hey guys! I’m back from my lovely #shambhala vacation. I spent the first part of today catching up on emails, and getting myself organized for the week. 🤪⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I had such an amazing time at @shambhala_mf and it was so exciting to finally be able to share my art with people on a large, yet personal, scale. I hid decorated tubes containing posters and stickers around the farm, and gifted some of them, along with a 𝐥𝐨𝐭 of stickers, to the lovely individuals I had the pleasure of meeting along the way. 🥰⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I still have some prints and stickers left, so I’m thinking I’m going to add them to my Etsy shop this week. 🌟🌟HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🌟🌟 and my #topnine! 💕 it’s fun to look at my top nine, because 2018 was such an eventful year and because nine is the most auspicious number in feng shui! it’s like a instagram bagua map 💫 these photos remind me of my successes (which were also risks) and just all the wonderful things that life presented to me last year 🙏 i was surrounded by lots of sacred arts, dharma, flowers, and opened up to the world a bit more 💞 i was loved and supported by my family (hubs @cymerman1, and the fur babies @javierandpearl). i wouldn’t be where i am now without them 💕 my book was published, fully illustrated in color and hard copy! it was so delightful to write the new copy but also to see it come to life with all the support of my publisher @rylandpetersandsmall 💫 i made space with ritual and heart, to move into a teaching role. and to share my sound current 💞 travels! work, studies and my teaching took me to france, greece, los angeles… 💫 transformations in body, speech and mind - through @shambhalaart @ramayoganewyork and though starting my new business @mindfuldesignschool with my work wife partner @morrisfengshui 💕 and… from #chogyamtrungpa “You may life in a dirt hut with no floor and only one window, but if you regard that space as sacred, if you care for it with your heart and mind, then it will be a palace” 🙏 thank you 2018. and welcome 2019!
