Its a cute beach couple photo of her and former boyfriend CHAN from SOUR CANDY. 

The two got together March 2022 but separated due to some hate and the companies choice on August 2022.

The photo was taken around July 2022 when she was spending a holiday with him and his family.

for the next episode of NEXT GEN, all participants will be divided into three teams, this time with no additional splits into A or B. the three teams will be performing existing songs in the wannabe canon, one with a cute/bright concept, one with a elegant/sexy concept, and one with a teen crush concept. the winning team will receive immunity from elimination while the members of the two remaining teams will have to rely on the judges not to be sent home. the teams and their assigned songs can be found below. the teams will all be practicing in designated practice rooms at the AXIS training building. independent practice will be expected of them between lessons and participants are welcome to work together with their teams to rehearse.

Moonbin: Rising Star of K-Pop

Moonbin is a talented South Korean singer, dancer, and actor who rose to fame as a member of the popular K-pop boy group, ASTRO. Born on January 26, 1998, Moonbin debuted as a member of ASTRO in 2016, and has since become known for his impressive vocal abilities, sharp dance moves, and charming personality.

Moonbin's journey to becoming a K-pop star began when he was scouted by Fantagio Entertainment, a South Korean talent agency, while attending a dance academy. He underwent rigorous training in singing, dancing, and other aspects of performing, and was eventually selected to debut as a member of ASTRO.

As a member of ASTRO, Moonbin has participated in the release of numerous hit songs, including "Baby", "All Night", and "Blue Flame". He has also showcased his acting skills through roles in various dramas, such as "Moments of 18" and "The Mermaid Prince".

We started the year 2022 with a bump!

January promised to be promising, but not everyone was lucky enough to start the new year peacefully. Among those on the candlestick were: Lee Taemin and his unexpected transfer from the army to public service. Still the situation of what exactly happened remains unexplained. Hwiyoung and Chani of SF9 were detained for violating regulations on being in quarantine by which the police were summoned. At the very end of the month we also got an update on former BigBang star Seungri, who pleaded guilty and thus reduced his sentence to one year and six months in prison.

February was not any quieter as, once again, we were informed of a surprising but very pleasant piece of news. Namely, Hyuna and Dawn got engaged. Of the less pleasant ones, T.O.P of BigBang left the YG label.

Wondae ended up leaving the DKZ in March after an extended hiatus due to a serious shoulder injury. His doctor was said to have recommended constant rehabilitation in the future, leading to his withdrawal from the group.

April for Exo fans brought sad news, namely, on EXO's 10th anniversary, Lay published a handwritten letter in English and Korean announcing his departure from SM Entertainment. Likewise, HYBE has no luck with its new team Le Sserafim, as Kim Ga-ram was accused of being a bully at school in April. In addition, the team itself this month was accused not only of appropriate and highly controversial choreography or clothing for the girls, but also of copying from other teams. Also unexpectedly, 2NE1 gave a surprise performance at Coachella.

In May, V, Lisa and Park Bogum closed Paris Fashion Week and AleXa won the American Song Contest. Meanwhile, TWICE became the first girl k-pop band to perform at a stadium in the US.

Jerome, Minsu and Woonggi was another of the trio of TO1 to depart the group in June.

July for the Le Sserafim band ended with the loss of one of its members. K-pop singer Kim Ga-ram after she was accused of bullying schoolmates. In July, girl group SM Aespa gave a speech at a high-level UN political forum.

In August, news of a rigged vote in QUEENDOM 2 hit the public. Many fans could not believe that Mnet was honest in its decision-making when announcing the results. Also in August, Girls' Generation returned after 5 years in a full band especially for their anniversary.

September for fans of both BTS and Blackpink was very emotional. On September 16, the music video for the title track "Shut Down" was released, but that's not the only reason the band hit the headlines recently. Around the same time, dating rumors surrounding Jennie and V from BTS surfaced again after more photos allegedly of them on a date in Jeju were leaked. On the other hand, Jeno with NCT Dream when he debuted on the runway of New York Fashion Week.

On October 14, an anonymous person claiming to be Ravn's ex-girlfriend posted claims against him on Twitter. In response, ONEUS' agency, RBW, announced that it was checking the veracity of the accusations and that Ravn would cease operations until further notice. On October 27, RBW released a new statement confirming Ravn's departure from the group.

On November 30, HyunA announces its parting of ways with DAWN. And on November 25, BlockBerryCreative announced Chuu's removal from LOONA.  Meanwhile, Jungkook was scheduled to sing with Qatari singer Fahad Al-Kubaisi at the World Cup opening ceremony on November 20.

We end December with the breakup of band bugAboo. And iKON has left YG and the group members will now promote under other labels. And NCTzen are experiencing a nightmare after four NCT members, Taeil, Johnny, Jaehyun and Jungwoo, suffered injuries while recording a commercial.

The right answer: both markets are essential for survival.

Koreans move with trends, move to younger artists. SuJu members are known as tv-personalities by the new gens more than singers, for example. BoA is still a relatively young woman (37 y.o., while Shakira is 47 y.o. and Kylie is 56 y.o.) , but her fame is only that of a "founder", her role is a revered judge on shows. Look at her album sales in the past and now. If I'm not mistaken, knets complained she was included on GOT (too old). Kyuhyun, the best vocalist in k-pop, laments he can't fill in venues. He started his 2024 tour in Seoul in 1400 seats hall.

K-pop is not the most popular genre at home, and SK is not a very big country to begin with. Seoul doesn't have big venues to give concerts.

Artists need Japan (first and foremost) and other Asian countries to last. TVXQ basically tour only Japan these years.

GOT7 is popular in Thailand, SuJu in SEA and Middle East countries. GDragon is very popular in China and other countries.

Not to forget, when there is a scandal, celebreties can get jobs abroad for a couple of years and then comeback home (ads, tours, tv-series).

Korean fans are needed because they do make the core fanbase, that buys albums and merch, streams, etc. For example, Sechkies were brought back by their fans after a hiatus of 16 years. And some singers can become loved by the general public (like Taeyeon). In addition, idols can have non-k-pop jobs back at home to support their solo and group careers (tv-hosting, acting, musicals). SF9 survives this way. The members earn on the side.

The West helped some groups as well. Ateez, BTS, Dreamcatcher. Sometimes a group becomes popular abroad first, and then gains attention back at home as well.

It was released JANUARY 9TH, 2023 but was recorded back in 2022.

THE PIECE OF9 sold a total of 179,666 copies in the first week of its release.

Honestly THE PIECE OF9 is one of her favorite comebacks they’ve done since 9LORYUS’s Summer Breeze; with KNIGHTS OF THE SUN’s O Sole Mio and MAMMA MIA!’s Mamma Mia coming in close second and third. 

In terms of line distribution, overall for this era, she ranks around the fifth spot for her lines.

Absolutely LOVES that ROWOON is back promoting with them. 

Despite how annoyingly a big and little brother he can be to her at the same time.

 This era was also a wild era for her since the two eldest members were participating in their mandatory military service. 

FANTASIES were here for her and the comeback. 

They always loved their spy / dark themed comebacks.

Very spy + detective themed. 

She had shots in a shooting range which she got to fire a few different guns.

Kyungnam and Yeona have known each since before her debut. Both were dancers in practice and in the period that Yeona was training to become a professional, they met. When she started training to become an idol, they lost touch and only got to talk again in early 2016. Yeona and Kyungnam were extremely compatible. Even their friends noticed that they had a lot of similarities — which could have been the reason for their breakup. They were so similar that they didn't have the chance to grow with one another and soon they fell out of love. It was short lived but it was a good breakup. They said to remain as friends but they didn't really tall much after that.

Her first serious relationship. Taeyang and Yeona met numerous times on music shows and award shows. With the dozens of encounters they've had since both SF9 and Seventeen were actively promoting, it was nearly impossible to have these two not be attracted to one another The two made a few small talks which soon developed into more when they got each other's numbers. Even their members were pleasantly surprised to have two of the shyest members of their groups find comfort in the other much quickly. Later on the two began dating and it turned out more serious than they thought. They considered the other their first love, but sadly the romance wasn't enough for them to last. After almost two years, the two of them finally called it off after busy schedules and conflicts over not having enough time. Yeona thinks it would've been the best because she thinks that if they stayed they would've only hurt the other more with the constant fighting. Nonetheless, the two reconnected after having some time to cool off and continued to stay friends.

This one took a long time before it actually happened. The two were in the same group together and Yeona had this philosophy that she shouldn't date any of her members after receiving so much hate over the mere thought that she was "seducing" them when she was not. All the feelings they for one another at the beginning were platonic and friendly. Yeona didn't even think she'd consider to like him, but eventually she began drawing feelings for him in 2019. At first she thought that she was just attracted to hin physically (because who wouldn't), until she began to notice that the actions Wonwoo would do in the past seemed to have a different effect on her now. Wonwoo on the other hand didn't notice any of his feelings until she began seeing Taeyang. Once he thought he was just being over protective of her but soon he realized that it was because he likes her. He kept it a secret for so long because she was in a happy relationship and because he know that she didn't want to get involved with any of the members. Then as soon as 2021 happened, they began to show more of their feelings to the other. The other members were more than happy on the other hand to see some progress between the two because they've been noticing their feelings toward the other for a while now and thought that they should leave it between them to figure it out. On October 2021, Wonwoo finally opened up his feelings after hiding for years which Yeona reciprocated. The pair have been dating since.

Miyoung sat on her bed reading. She had recently picked up No Longer Human by Osamu Dazai and was loving it. She was definitely going to reread it.

She reached for her coffee that she had on her bedside table as she reread the last bit of the current chapter she was on. She really liked the style of this author. Though she had really been liking a lot of different styles lately, seeing as she had been filling her time with reading lately. If she wasn’t filming for her channel, she was reading.

All this reading may or may not be her way of coping. (Coping with Youngbin and Inseong being gone due to enlistment.) Miyoung had no idea how she was going to deal with all of her members, if only two had enlisted and she was struggling.

Basically, in Miyoung’s mind, if she spends less time with her members now, it’ll hurt less when they leave. Was it working? Of course not. She was miserable. And she was pretty sure that her members were starting to worry, which was never a good thing.

Miyoung startled when the door to her room opened. Looking up, she saw Seokwoo and Sanghyuk walk in. She was not ready for whatever shenanigans they were about to bring, but judging by their faces, Miyoung knew that there was no way for her to avoid it.

“What do you want?” she asked, closing her book. She folded her arms over her chest, raising a brow at the two. They in turn, side-eyed each other then smirked as they walked over to her.

“We miss you,” Seokwoo said, pouting.

“We saw each other this morning,” Miyoung shook her head.

“Yeah, in passing. After you got your coffee, you came back in here and haven’t left ever since,” Sanghyuk whined, walking over to her and sitting on her bed.

Miyoung shrugged, picking at a loose thread of her sweat shorts.

“Mimi, we’re not scolding you. It’s just that this has been happening a lot. Other than practice, we’ve barely seen you,” Seokwoo said, sitting on the floor next to where she was on the bed.

She shrugged again.

“Is there a reason why you’re avoiding us?” the taller of the two asked.

“I’m not avoiding you,” Miyoung was quick to respond.

“Really, now?” Sanghuyk asked, raising his own brow at the girl.

“I’m not! I’ve just been busy,” Miyoung shrugged, though she wasn’t sure if that was going to hold up in court.

“Reading doesn’t count, Mimi. Plus you’re a fast reader. So when you’re done with a book you should have plenty of time to hang out with us,” Jaeyoon said from the doorway.

Miyoung glared at him as he walked through, the rest of the boys trailing behind him. This was starting to feel like an intervention of sorts.

“What is this?” she asked, waving vaguely at everyone as they sat at her desk, her bed, or on the floor.

“It’s exactly what you think it is,” Taeyang said, climbing over her to sit between her and the wall.

“An intervention,” Chanhee nodded.

“We don’t know what’s going on exactly, but last time you pulled away from us, you were being assaulted,” Juho said.

Miyoung stilled. They were right. She scoffed at herself, breaking her promise of always coming to them no matter what.

“You think this is funny?” Youngkyun asked, frowning.

“Listen, we can’t read you the way Youngbin-hyung can. We don’t know what’s wrong, but we can at least see that something’s wrong,” Juho said, folding his arms over his chest.

“I’m laughing, but not because it’s funny. It’s because I thought I had changed, but I didn’t. I’m still hiding things and possibly leading to trouble,” Miyoung said, running her hands through her hair.

The boys looked at each other then back at Miyoung, as Taeyang spoke up. “Then tell us.”

Miyoung covered her face with her hands. She could feel her face heating up. The fact that she was pulling away from them because she didn’t want to have to deal with the emotions that will come with them enlisting, was embarrassing.

“Are you in trouble?” Juho asked.

The visual looked up, shaking her head, “I’m not. I promise you.”

“Then what?” Sanghyuk asked.

“It’s embarrassing,” she answered, shrugging. Miyoung chewed on her lip, looking at her hands.

At that, the boys all looked at each other. Deeming it better that she feel embarrassed over unsafe, they agreed to wait for her.

“Then you don’t have to tell us now,” Seokwoo said.

“As long as you’re not in any danger,” Chanhee added.

Miyoung looked up at them. She could tell that they meant it, but now she was feeling guilty. There’s no reason she couldn't tell them. It’s not like they’d make fun of her.

She took in a deep breath then spoke up, “I don’t want you guys to go.” It came out mumbled.

“What do you mean?” Taeyang asked.

Miyoung shrugged, “Enlistment.”

“Oh, Mimi,” Sanghyuk said, grabbing her and pulling her onto his lap. She curled up, hiding her rapidly flushing face in his chest.

“Wait, Young-ah. Do you miss Youngbin and Inseong?” Jaeyoon asked.

Miyoung nodded her head.

“And now you’re already thinking  about how you’ll miss us too when we go?” Youngkyun asked.

She nodded again.

“I know that this is a serious thing for you, but God damn, this is fucking adorable,” Juho smiled.

Miyoung groaned. “Don’t make fun.”

“We’re not,” Taeyang said from behind her and Sanghyuk. He ran his hand through her hair.

“Noona, we’re not all leaving at once. You’ll never be alone,” the maknae assured.

“I know, but that doesn't mean I won’t miss each of you when you leave,” she pouted.

“Is that why you’ve been distant? You were embarrassed to tell us?” Jaeyoon asked.

“Sort of. But it was mostly because I figured if I spent less time with you guys, I’d grow less attached and it’s hurt less,” she confessed.

“Okay, my turn to hold our cute Mimi,” Seokwoo said as he pulled Miyoung from Sanghyuk’s lap and onto his. Sanghyuk squawked as she was pulled away. Miyoung on the other hand, flushed again as she was being handled like a ragdoll. (It was always like that when it came to cuddling with these boys.)

Once in the tallest member’s lap, she was turned to face the rest of her members, much to her embarrassment. Seokwoo wrapped his arms around her middle and nuzzled her neck. Miyoung squirmed.

“I’m going to tell you right now, Miyoung, that your plan was going to backfire on you so badly,” Juho said.

“I figured,” she mumbled.

“Listen, Noona. All you need to know is that you’ll never be alone, and we won’t be gone forever. Two years will fly by before you know it. Plus half of us aren’t due to enlist for years,” Youngkyun said.

Miyoung nodded. She knew all that. Still, that didn't stop her from not wanting them to go. “I know.”

“Then let’s focus on the now. Yeah the hyungs aren’t here now, but we’ll keep in contact and they’ll visit too,” Taeyang said.

“Youngbin-hyung will definitely come back if he hears that Miyoung was crying over him,” Seokwoo spoke into her neck, chuckling.

“Yah! I’m not crying over him,” Miyoung protested.

“At the moment, but if you’re missing them that bad, I can only imagine how many times you’ve had to stop yourself from crying,” Chanhee smirked.

Miyoung pouted, “Maybe it would be better if you all left.”

“You don’t mean that,” Taeyang said with a knowing look.

“No. No, I don’t,” Miyoung shook her head, frowning. The others chuckled.

“Okay. Okay. That's enough pouting. How about we order takeout and watch a movie then we can prove to Mimi that she’ll never be alone?” Jaeyoon suggested.

“Sounds like a plan to me,” Seokwoo said, standing up. He threw Miyoung over his shoulder and followed the others to the living room.

“Mimi, we love you,” Taeyang smiled, looking at Miyoung who was hiding her blush behind her hands.

“I love you guys too,” she mumbled out. She smiled despite herself.

Definitely was more excited than Chani when he discovered his bandmate would be co-MC with Harumi at Music Core, and although Hwiyoung denies with his life, the members expose him saying he asked Chani to introduce him to her.

Sanha, similar to Hwiyoung, was amazed by Harumi’s talent and bright personality. His crush is so innocent and puppy-like, with crimson blush on his cheeks and ears, cute stutters and lots of teasing from his hyungs. He would love to befriend Harumi, and he thinks because they are the same age, the friendship would click easier; unfortunately the opportunity has never approached him because of such different schedules.

First of all, both are members of their groups' international lineup. Secondly, Harumi and Ningning met on the younger one's first day at SM Entertainment in 2016, the same year Harumi made her debut - which made Ningning admire the older one even more. He knows he needs to be careful and shouldn’t overdo things and be too flashy with his relationship - no matter how supportive the fans are. On the other hand, he doesn’t want to make you feel like he’s not supportive - and, the crucial issue: he can’t help himself. He’s so proud of you he feels like he’ll burst if he doesn’t talk about you and your upcoming comeback and other activities you’re doing. He tries to keep it in and only brag to his members. He shows them all of the teaser photos of each of your comebacks, he forces them to watch the performances on music shows. He tries to get them to stream. He doesn’t care that they tease him for being whipped. Around the fans, he’s a little more careful. More formal. He ends his lives with a request to support your activities and give you love as well. It’s professional, but not one person misses the loving spark in his eyes whenever he mentions you.

Inseong ❧ With Inseong, the main target of his affection and lovesickness is you. Sure, he'll talk his members' ears off any time you put out any sort of new content, but he'll never fail to call you up and boast about having seen all of it. He'll tell you all about the little details that he enjoyed, be all smug that he got everyone to watch, and relay their feedback. He honestly just wants to make you flustered, but once he's heard your shy chuckle, he'll tone it down and be more serious. He’ll tell you how proud of you he is and remind you not to skip meals and take care of yourself. With fans, on the other hand, he'll do reactions to your new mvs during his lives and, with your permission, share some behind the scenes. At first he might try to be very laid back and tease you, laughing with the fans, but slowly he'll slip and show his proud, loving boyfriend side. He'll tell them almost absentmindedly with a gentle smile on his face that you prepared a lot and to support you as much as they'd support his group.

Jaeyoon ❧ Very excited any time you have new content coming up, whatever it is. It’s about the only time he can multitask efficiently, bragging to members about how talented you are, blowing up your phone with messages of encouragement and pleas for spoilers, and sending his fans your way to support you and give you lots of love. If allowed, he’d make a whole entire vlive into a listening party of your new album. He’d give his honest reaction to everything, but it’s so obvious he’s in love and unable to be objective. Still, his giddiness would subside as he’d remember the hardships you’ve gone through to finish everything, which he’d also mention to get everyone to appreciate how hardworking you are. He’d be praising you endlessly until whichever unlucky soul happens to be within earshot puts an end to the madness. But that just makes Jaeyoon turn off the vlive and go gush to that member. After some time of you two being together, they learn it’s better to stay away from him and mute the group chat notifications whenever you’re having a comeback.

Dawon ❧ Physically cannot shut up. While he’s usually rather lowkey in talking about your relationship publically, when you have a big project coming up or a comeback, he has to tell everyone, be it his family, your family, his members or his fans. He’ll go live to talk about the new content, even going as far as calling you - with your consent - to give you a chance to promote yourself to the audience of the vlive. He, of course, does some more promoting at the end of the live too, but that’s only because you deserve it. And because he loves you and you’re so talented and hardworking… - that’s basically the entire live. He’ll brag about you to the entirety of the company too and nobody can stop him. Not that anyone tries anymore, the members are just happy they get a break for a while. Speaking of the members, they’re suddenly, mysteriously, more talkative during your promotions, texting you several times a day to cheer you up and remind you to be careful. Almost as if someone is reminding them to do so.

Zuho ❧ He’s the one who gets your comeback the most traction but only because he cheats. He’d mention you frequently on sns and during vlives, sure, but the thing that spread like wildfire among the fans is when your new album dropped. Juho thought it’d be a great idea to show not only his reaction, but to drag the cats into it too. He’d try to get them to chill with him on the couch without any success, which was already hilarious, just for them to come running to him once he started playing the music and your voice came on. The clips of him watching them in disbelief and sulking would go lowkey viral among both his and your fans. With his members, they like to tease him by pretending they don’t know anything about your activities even if they sent you quick congratulatory messages already. He’ll whine and pull up his phone, explaining the comeback schedule in great detail or showing them parts of the showcase and performances. His instagram account would also suddenly become quite active with him posting stories with pictures of him watching your contents with the kitties.

Rowoon ❧ Wherever he is, whenever he gets to talk about his current or upcoming projects he’ll always end his answer by mentioning your activities too and asking the fans to support you as well with a well-practiced professional phrase. It’s happened so often that it became a meme among the boys, so especially if you’re around they’ll immediately start adding that phrase to whatever Seokwoo says. It makes him a little flustered, but it’s actually very endearing. Besides if you ever tell them to stop it, you’ll only get to hear that he brought it on himself with how much he brags about you and makes them watch your contents. He’ll even ask some of them to please watch out for what the media say about you if he’s too busy, because if there are any rumors or hate for something, he wants to comfort you without you having to mention it first. If your comebacks happen to overlap, he’ll make sure to promote your comeback as much as theirs during vlives - so of course the fans tell on him to the other members and the live becomes a public roasting session. But he loves you, so it’s okay.

Yoo Taeyang ❧ The king of getting his members to stream your new mv and album. He’ll use anything he can from blackmail to that one tiny little favor they owe him. He makes sure they give you proper feedback too, not just vague fighting! texts. He’ll of course supply them with bits of trivia you’ve told him about the meaning of certain symbols in the lyrics and mv too. Taeyang would also try to film a dance challenge with you if your schedules allowed and post a selfie of the two of you a couple days later to remind the fans to go support you. He would be reluctant to talk about you too much during vlives though, valuing the privacy of your relationship but he’d go about it in a joking manner. He’d pretend he doesn’t know what the comments are talking about mentioning you, pretending he doesn’t know you or that he forgot all about your comeback or whatever. He’ll teasingly pout that the fans like you more than him, but just before ending the live he’ll remind them to go stream your mv.

Hwiyoung ❧ Whipped and easily flustered, but not among his members. They know all about you, and because he always tells them whatever news there are concerning you, they try to scan the media for any information about you to catch him off guard by knowing first. Then he gets flustered and pouty with them too. He tries to keep your relationship relatively private so he tends not to speak too much about you with the fans. But they are curious, of course, so whenever there's a comeback or other of your projects coming up, they’ll spam the comments of his lives with questions about you. Whether to really get inside information or cute clips of Youngkyun getting shy with the amount of interest, nobody knows. He’ll tell them to wait for the official announcements and to support you, a flustered smile on his lips and a loving spark in his eyes. Overall, he wouldn’t share too much with the fans or the public, because as proud of you as he is, you’re also an idol and so the privacy of your shared life and relationship is all the more precious and must be protected.

Chani ❧ Generally pretty lowkey, but will scold the members if they don’t watch your performances and mv. If they ask him questions about something he knows you’ve mentioned in an interview or some video, he’ll refer them to the source instead of telling them to get you at least some more views. He’d try to avoid MCing shows you’re on to avoid the inevitable questions and teasing by the other hosts and later the members, but even if it did happen, he’d stay professional and remind everyone they’re there simply to interview you about the comeback and to promote your new album. He might mention you once or twice during your promotion on his sns and ask the fans to give their love and support too, maybe tell them so during a live too, but overall he’d be pretty reluctant to mention you too much. He’s proud of you, of course, but first - he likes to keep things private, second - you deserve the recognition because of your own efforts and not his promoting, and third - it’s his live and his fans.
