[BG+] BUGFIX - Update 7/23/2024 broke Sim bodies. This fixes us. 🌺

🔄 8/8/2024 - [✔️] Glasses were fixed, eyelashes were broken, and our spines are still broken. This mod is still required.

✒️ EAxis broke or improperly modified 18 Deformer Maps that affect the shape of our bodies and specifically our spines. Male sims with Feminine Frames will see their spines raising out of their backs, Female sims with Masculine Frames will see their spines sinking into their backs and Female and Male sims with Default Frames will experience the aforementioned issues when intentionally or unintentionally (because of EAxis' continued use of incorrect PartFlags) wearing clothing made for the opposite frame. This mod restores the old Deformer Maps and fixes all of us.

💬 I Want To Believe™ that EAxis will officially fix us eventually. I explained the problem and the solution on AHQ. I will "refresh" these files when they do, if they actually modify the files and don't just restore them like I have. It might be a good idea to keep this in your Mods folder permanently now that we know EAxis can screw with us like this. If it happened once, chances are it can happen again.

💜 Thanks for the engagement and the reblogs and ♪ you're welcome! EAxis is taking too long and seeing my sim that way was making me sad and angry. If it wasn't for a random Body Preset mod giving me some insight and two of my not-yet-updated simmer friends graciously exporting and sharing a ton of files from 1.107.151.1020 with me until I found the culprit, this fix might not have happened so soon. I'm currently working on AnimXGenWear but when I've got some time I will add a tutorial to the Progress & Discussions post linked above showing you how to do this in the future in the event I go MIA. Keep in mind that for right now, unless you've got access to 1.107.151.1020 files, you cannot do this because the Deformer Maps are still broken. Cheers!

👾 I should have left this in. In case you noticed it, the Glasses Distortion described HERE possibly cannot be fixed by mods. I tracked the culprit to the actual EXE file.

👹 FIVE (5) updates, TWO (2) new Kits, ONE (1) upcoming FOMO Event, ONE (1) announced Expansion Pack and still no fix for our bodies. RuneStone my dark love letter to you this year. I have put love, blood and many hidden secrets into these objects. Some you can only find during gameplay, others will only show themselves when you aren't directly looking.

RuneStone is an 68 asset large set full of Gothic, dark and mostly functional items. I'm going to list a few highlights below the catalog. It is mostly BGC, but what needs a pack will be properly named as such.

A pocket door is a door that slides into walls. It's especially nice to look at in dark academia builds and haunted mansions.

A SHROMP that acts as an anti-monster toy. Many thanks to @surely-sims for the original iconic SHROMP!

A rounded bar to fill out small rounded spaces. These are seamless, so don't hesitate to put them into your turrets or belfry.

Lots of visual effects that you can toggle on and off.

A see-through dungeon floor, anyone?

Two TVs that don't look like TVs. Who has a flatscreen in an medieval castle? One slots to things, the other has slots.

Stairs. As in, a staircase you use in BB mode. Not much else to say there.

Dormer windows and matching fake roofing, as well as enough stained glass to make a cathedral weep in joy.

This set is tagged as Vintage and Storybook furniture style and will behave appropriately in-game.
