If you HAD to ship Seto Kaiba with someone who wasn't Kisara, who would it be?!

Ohohohohoh I love this question🤭 I actually have many ships involving Seto and one of them is Azureshipping, so Seto x Anzu, because I like how she's the only one who stands up to him and I think he would like that.

Also, she's always associated with Dark Magician Girl, who in her past human life was Mana, and Mana was Seto's Millennium Ring Priestess when he became pharaoh after Atem, so I think that's really cool🫶 (if you want to check this out, there's a panel in the last manga nukber where Seto is shown with his Priests and the one substituting Mahad is Mana!)

I also ship him with Ishizu, it'd be logical considering my theory about how the Ishtar family garded both the Necklace and the Rod (once owned by Priestess Ishizu and Priest Seth). After Kisara's death it could be that Pharaoh Seth married Priestess Ishizu and left the Necklace and the Rod as heritage.

Small Marik Drabble

Content: Marik Ishtar x Reader; Seto Kaiba x Reader (implied)

Marik was your first love

His personality drew you in, the way he dressed drew you in, the way he carried himself, his looks, just...him.

It turned into a sort of "will they wont they?" if you two were going to be a thing. You both liked each other, it was obvious you did, but the actual initiation of a relationship hadn't happened

You were devastated when he turned out to be bad and began hurting your friends

You had decided to abandon anything you could have had with Marik, and focused on beating him to save your friends

Marik wanted so badly to reconcile with you after battle city, but he got scared and went back home without saying anything to you personally

Fast forward some odd years, and you're engaged to Kaiba

You had been dating for some years and your wedding date was around the corner

Marik was back in town since Yugi had told him about the engagement, and the upcoming engagement party. He planned on congratulating both you and Seto at said party

But when he saw you...oh my God, it was like all the feelings he had years prior came rushing back to him. You looked so beautiful doing literally anything, he couldn't keep his eyes off of you

Ishizu tried to talk sense into him, you're getting married to another man, but Marik just wouldn't listen. The heart wants what it wants

Eventually, he did get you alone...

"Anyone told you you look beautiful tonight?" Marik asked as you gathered your things in the empty room, he in the doorway.

You chuckled politely. "Yes, many have tonight. Thank you, Marik."

"What about ethereal? Stunning? Jaw-dropping?" Marik took a step towards you with every compliment, hands in his pockets.

"What're you doing?"

"Nothing." He spoke with a small smile. "Just...admiring."

You felt bad. You loved Seto more than anything, and yet here you were with Marik...but you weren't doing anything right? So this technically wasn't wrong. Marik took your silence as an invitation to get closer, however.

"I'm so sorry I didn't return sooner."

"It's- it's alright, Marik." You spoke nervously.

"Are you...sure you don't want to come back to Egypt with me? Forget about Domino city?" Marik finally took his hands out of his pockets and held your hands in his gently.

"Marik, I...I can't believe you'd ask me that. I'm getting married in a few months, I have all my friends and family here, my job, I-"

Marik broke your tangent by kissing you. On the lips. On the night of your engagement party to another man. Losing yourself for a moment, you kissed back. You could feel yourself yearning for him, yearning to leave with him. No. No, this was wrong.

You broke away and stepped around him. "Get out."

Marik's smile immediately fell. He was still for a moment, and only when you repeated your demand did he say something. Though it was barely above a whisper, and if you hadn't been paying attention, you don't think you would have heard it.

"You're really gonna marry him?"

You nodded. "Yes."

Marik bit his lip before nodding. "I have to go."

He shoved past you, and you felt your heart break for the second and final time from Marik.

To celebrate the apparent removal of tumblr’s nsfw ban, here’s some blueshipping smut from my latest uploaded fic that I wasn’t sure if I was gonna get away with posting before x

Seto found Kisara in the bedroom, seemingly passed out on top of the covers. Gently, he sat down on the bed next to her.

“Kisa…”

He brushed his hand lightly against her arm.

“Hn…?”

She stirred, eyelids fluttering a few times before she came to. Her face shifted into a groggy smile.

“Hi, there” She said softly, propping herself up against the headboard “Has Ishizu gone now?”

“Yes”

Seto climbed into bed next to Kisara and pulled her close. She curled up against him, contentedly resting her head against his chest while he combed his fingers through her hair.

“What did she want, then?”

Seto sighed.

“I’m not sure exactly”

He used his free hand to rub his temples.

“She’s always cryptic, and going on about strange things that don’t mean anything”

Kisara looked up at him.

“You don’t sound as if it’s nothing, though. You sound worried”

Her tone was pointed and alert. Seto met her gaze.

“I am, somewhat” He admitted “But I’m not gonna look into it any further until Monday, because someone…”

He leaned down to kiss Kisara on her forehead.

“…thinks I should take the weekend off”

She broke into a grin.

“I’m very proud of you, Seto”

She sat up and kissed him, and Seto could feel the smile still on her lips when they pressed against his. He responded in turn, leaning back against the headboard while pulling her onto his lap. With both arms wrapped around her he kissed her deeper and more forcefully, while once again sliding the silk kimono down her shoulders. Her body trembled.

“Now, don’t think I’ve forgotten what you did before leaving me to deal with that woman” Seto crooned, hooking his index finger under Kisara’s chin, and slowly sliding his thumb across her lower lip.

He savoured the effect this simple move had on her. Kisara’s cheeks were pink and flushed now, warm to the touch, and her eyes lit up with an almost feverish shine.

“I suppose you want me to finish the job” She inquired coyly, moving her hands to Seto’s chest.

Kisara began to undo his dress shirt. Deliberately, she took her time between each button, noticing how Seto’s breathing deepened the further down she got. By the time she reached the last button, his chest was heaving.  

Seto couldn’t take it any longer. He ripped the shirt off himself before using his full strength to press Kisara down into the mattress. Now on top of her, he pulled her into another intense kiss, and she pushed her body up against his. As she did this, Kisara felt the undeniable bulge in his trousers, and she wriggled one hand loose in order to undo them. But before she could, Seto grabbed her by the wrist.

“Oh no my love, you’re not getting it that easy” He purred, quick to lock her other hand in the same kind of grip, restraining her with ease. Both Kisara’s hands were now pinned above her head, and she looked up at him, mesmerized and wilfully, gloriously defeated.

“Seto…”

Her voice was low and needy.

He smiled triumphantly.

“That won’t work, dear”

Still holding her hands in place, he leaned down and kissed Kisara’s neck. Her skin was warm and soft against his lips, and the kiss soon turned into a bite, just hard enough that Kisara let out a strangled moan.

Seto kept one hand around her wrists while using the other to pull her long hair into a ponytail. He twisted it back so that her face was tilted upwards, looking straight into his. Her deep blue eyes glittered with frustration and desire, her lips parted and swollen. He eased his grip on her hair, combing it out so that it lay draped over her shoulder.

“God you’re beautiful” He murmured, now tracing his free hand along her cheek and jaw. His dark eyes burned with an almost obsessive glint. Kisara watched him intently, looking up at him through slowly batting eyelashes.

“So release me”

Seto grinned.

“Beg me”

Kisara blinked.

“What?”

She was at the edge of her tether now, pent-up urges rippling through her body.

“You heard me”

Seto was more than a little worked up himself at this point, but he enjoyed teasing her far too much to back down yet.

He knew he wouldn’t actually upset her; she understood full well that he was merely playing a game. But she also knew that he was an ice-cold strategist who never took a loss until he’d pulled out every stunt, and that he loved watching his opponent squirm beneath him.

Kisara drew a deep, shuddering breath.

“Please, Seto” She whispered, her voice soft and imploring.

His smile widened, and she could feel his already stiff crotch hardening against her.

“What was that darling?” He asked sweetly, pulling up her skirt and tracing his fingers slowly along the inside of her thigh.

Kisara bit her lip to try and suppress a moan and closed her eyes to keep them from rolling up into her head.

“Please, Seto” She now sounded hoarse with the effort of containing herself “I’m begging you, please let me have you. I can’t take it”

Even in this pleading, powerless state, there was nothing pathetic about Kisara. It would have been clear to anyone that while she surrendered, she did so freely and gracefully.

Seto felt the rush of commanding yet another battle ebbing away and be replaced by a strong wave of love and respect for the woman in bed with him. Still smiling, he let go of her hands, and instead used them to remove Kisara’s dress and underwear entirely.

“That’ll do” He praised, unbuckling his belt and throwing the rest of his clothes to the side “You’re too sweet when you’re desperate”

Kisara grabbed him by the neck and pulled him down on top of her, bucking against him in a way that she knew would get her what she wanted. Unwavering, she looked into his eyes.

“You’re a cruel man, Seto Kaiba” She scolded, burying her head in the crook of his neck as he positioned himself. His small chuckle tickled her nose going down his throat.

“I know. And today you deserved every bit of it”

He entered her with a guttural groan, and Kisara’s gasp had barely left her mouth before she was seeing stars. She clung onto him tightly as he thrusted at a dizzying pace, one that might have hurt had she not been so fully in tune with his motions.

When she came, she thanked her lucky stars that she was not on top, because the force of it was enough to rob her of all strength and sense of her surroundings. Perhaps she blacked out with overstimulation for a moment, as she was only vaguely aware of Seto finishing inside her, then collapsing at her side with a heavy thud.

Her senses returned as she felt him pulling her back to him and drawing the covers over their exhausted bodies. He held her as close as he could, and she could feel his heart beating furiously inside his chest.

They lay together in silence for a while, just trying to catch their breath and come back to reality. At length, Seto squeezed Kisara tighter, planting a soft kiss on the crown of her head.

“I love you, Kisara” He murmured, straining to speak as sleep overtook him.

“I love you too, Seto”

She felt his limbs grow slack as he drifted off beside her. His heavy bangs dropped down over his forehead, and his eyelids fluttered for a second before going still. Kisara smiled to herself as Seto began to snore lightly.

Unlike how much I multiship jou with anyone I’m pretty stingy with who I pair kaiba up with 😂

The only two people I like with him is jounouchi & ishizu. I get the appeal of the other ships with him they’re just not my cup of tea but for the most part I can tolerate them.

Actually a set x seto wouldn’t be bad aesthetic wise 🤔 lol but on the topic of set/Seth/whatever you wanna call him I recognize kisara was prob his 1st love but lemmie tell you I do not care lmao. I despise exotic lady with unimaginable power that either sacrifices herself for a man or gives her powers up for a man plotpoints with a passion. Stand up!! Look at this absolutely adorable fluffy baby.

He’s so sweet with everyone that’s nice to him, it’s impossible to think he’d be into occult stuff.

But he’s so invested in it, that it makes him look even more innocent and adorable.

Okay, first of all, he has a much stable sense of confidence, in a way that unlike Seto who has a booming confidence, but it only acts as a defense mechanism, Ryou’s confidence is more stable and linear.

If he likes you, he’s more likely to be able to say it much easier and direct.

I mean, he would make an effort and ask you out in a very sweet way.

Most likely, he’d take you out on a broad game pub date where the two of you would play lots of card and board games, including some duel monsters and it would be lots of fun and nothing competitive.

Nice music, some nice beverages and super fun games.

After that, you’d go walk around the city and chat about lots of stuff, including some of the occult stuff he’s into.

Bakura Ryou Gets Activated

He won’t stop talking about all the stuff he’s into, all the little things he bought online, all the cute collections he has and other things that fit his aesthetic that he’s still looking for.

If he gifts you something occult or game related, that’s his way of telling you at the beginning that he cares deeply about you and if you start being genuinely interested in these, things, he’d be over the moon with glee.

He is also interested in travelling, history and culture, so he’d love it if you’d like to join him in his trips of knowledge, learn new things together and discover the world step by step.

Whenever you tell him new trivia and interesting facts about whatever subject you’re interested in, his heart skips a few beats because OMG you’re like him and you want to know more and more about so many different things!

Ryou would like to take 1820472104 pics with and of you and loves making albums of you two together, each album with a different theme, so every time he looks through them, he gets reminded of how happy he felt every time he was around you, and still is, even now.

He’s a huge fan of hand-made things, so no matter how bad they are, as long as they were made by you, his heart is a literal rainbow of glee and he kisses and hugs you soooo much because he’s just that happy.

He’s just so happy to be able to spend time with you and just be himself with nobody to judge, because you would understand him, and let me tell you, Ryou Fluffy Bakura would love you endlessly.
