I'm guessing I'm probably not the first person to point this out but is it not rather illogical that Alister hates Gozaburo Kaiba for being a war profiteering bastard and therefore dedicates his life to revenge on Seto, the guy who a) kicked Gozaburo out of Kaiba Corp, leaving him a penniless failure b) nullified the company's entire weapons development program and c) sorta killed Gozaburo in the virtual world? Feels like Alister should be shaking Seto's hand and buying him a drink, not trying to do a vengeance on him.

I've been working on a project for a while, and it's DOMA related. If anyone has noticed, there's no DOMA merch, and I LOVEEE THEM. So it's sad to see that basically, all the merch they have is the sticker sheet created by judgearts. I say something pretty often, it's simple but it's "someone's gotta make it". So I did, well I'm planning on it. I've finished designs for keychains for the members of DOMA. I'm still working on scrapping enough money to open both a bank account and manufacturing for the keychains. I'm planning on using vograce as my manufacturer and hopefully in the future, I can use them for future products for Etsy.

I'll hopefully post more updates soon when I have the money to manufacture them TwT

On today’s episode of “OH”, courtesy of conversation with @hopefulstarfire

Alister’s sub name, Amelda, translates from the German name Irmhild, which means “all encompassing fight”. Miruko was possibly romanized and translated from Mirko, Slavic for “peace.”

In the dub, Alister’s name means “mankind’s defender,”; his brother Mikey derives his name from Michael, translating to “gift from God” and also the patron angel of the military.

It’s been literal years since this season aired and it’s only just now hitting—Alister and his brother were themed after War and Peace.

Of course Alister wouldn’t care how far he’d go to face Kaiba and make the man pay for what he lost. Of course Alister’s going to rain down Hell on the ones who destroyed his life. Of course there are no more limits to watch for, of course he’d go so far as to self-destruct in their second duel.

Why?

When Alister lost his brother, peace was never again an option.

This was a bad bitch that I wish got more attention in the show. He had so many good moments in the beginning... I wish she got some meaning or equivalent the way Blue Eyes did.

Toon Dark Magician Girl is used by Amelda ("Alistair" in the dub) while he was pretending to be Pegasus J. Crawford ("Maximilian J. Pegasus" in the dub). Its stats are the following:

Anyway Dartz is their version of Doc Scratch in away, in the post scratch Yugi's (D)ancestor The Star Child (Heba) was taken by Dartz and raised into becoming a being known as The Uruburos a powerful entity who will become the instrument of the world's destruction and rebirth.

Dartz's created the gang known as the Felt who help carry out their planet's true purpose and live on the newly exiled Earth awaiting the arrival of their true master The Great Leviathan.
