Prince Obi-Wan/Knight Cody fic

I'm trying to plot out an old idea I had for a Codywan medieval AU fic where Obi-Wan is a Prince and Cody is a Knight. In the fic, Dooku is the current King, while Obi-Wan and Anakin are his grandsons (with their father, Prince Qui-Gon, dead). All the clones are the Knights. I can't decide, in this situation, what planet I should name this royal family's kingdom after.

Padme literally had more training to rule at age 14 than Dooku did running Serenno at age 60 and I genuinely believe the only reason he wasn’t immediately deposed was because Jenza was just so happy to have her only non-psychopath family member back (...an opinion that would age like milk) that she secretly fixed a lot of his early calamitous floundering behind his back.

Short Scene, no Promises that it will ever be more.

Short little scene from a fic I had hoped to post for Christmas, but my Writers' Block held firm, and this was all I got. Might be added to one day, might not. In grave danger and near death, Tech begins to hallucinate visits from people from his past. I really liked Romar and was sorry we didn't see him again. Spoilers for ""Ruins Of War," episode 2x2 of The Bad Batch, I guess?

“Ace…?”

Tech’s brow furrowed, crackling the stripe of dried blood trailing from his hairline.

“Ace! Ace, wake up!”

He rolled onto his back and tried to open his eyes. Only one person ever called him Ace.

Through heavily lidded and cold eyes, he detected the presence of another figure, there at the bottom of the pit with him. As his vision cleared, somewhat, he was befuddled to see an older man with white hair and a matching moustache.

“R-Romar?” Tech choked, incredulously.

“At your service!” said Romar brightly with a little bow, chuckling in relief. “You scared me, son… I thought you’d left us for a minute, there.”

The last time Tech had seen Romar was on Serenno, when the squad attempted to acquire a portion of the separatist Count Dooku’s extravagant War Chest. On that mission, Tech had to contend with a fractured femur in addition to fleeing the Empire.  He, Echo, and Omega took shelter at Romar’s domicile, with dubious permission from their grouchy host. However, any hostility or resentment toward the clones was soon smoothed over by Tech’s technical mastery. He had helped Romar to restore a corrupted data archive of pre-war Serennian culture. The self-named ‘survivor’ had been overjoyed and agog.  

Tech shook his head slightly, trying to clear it of the swirly, smokey memories and the ghost of remembered pain in his femur. The cold bit into him, drawing him back to the present, and he tried valiantly to stop his teeth chattering. “Wh-wh-why are you here?

“Same as last time,” Romar said jovially. He knelt beside Tech and reached out to tousle his wet and icy hair. “Thought you might need some help… and I was right!”

“But… but how… are you here?” None of this made sense, even to Tech’s cold-addled yet exceptional brain. “How did you get here? How did you find me?”

“Blah blah blah, too many questions,” Romar said dismissively. “I’m not actually here at all, I’m just a figment of your imagination.” He folded his arms sternly. “Now… what’s all this dank I hear about you giving up? I won’t have it, Ace; you’re stronger than that!”

Ohh, please tell us more about the Serennorian biolody: I love it when little xenobiological details can be woven into everyday temple life: (Little Dooku with feral hunting instincts, chasing prey the size of Yoda. Precious.) And that opens up sooo many possibilities for play: Does this mean he has to follow a more meat/fish-based diet? Does not adhering to such a diet lead to anemia in Serennorians?

In the Butterfly Universe, Stewjon is a world that has isolated itself from the rest of the galaxy for centuries. Since its inhabitants are only accustomed to the foods found there, Mini-Obi-Wan cannot tolerate a lot of the standard foodstuffs in the temple. Sifo comes from an ocean world whose inhabitants traditionally eat mainly fish, marine mammals and seafood. Dairy products and cereals have not been available for so long that the genetics of the inhabitants have fully adapted. Sy can only tolerate these things in small quantities.

But Serenno? Ohh, please, dear crative miners. I need more details.

not to be a fanon girlie on main but I think we should consider taking away the 'human' label from Dooku

he comes from a planet that has at least one magic space dragon, was under Sith hegemony for a while and according to wookiepedia has enough of a chiss population that they count it distinctly.

honestly, the exact details I don't care about. Are most serennians part chiss? did the sith do some fucked-up genetic fuckery and alchemy on them that still has unexpected influences on their behavior/immune system?? Did they just evolve funny because that's the same planet that gave us the magic space dragon???

like. if we can decide that no, stewjoni are their own thing, then surely we can give the same treatment to Serenno

serenno and mandalore being in the same neighborhood entertains me greatly as an enjoyer of worldbuilding like

mandalorians are based on multiple historical seafaring peoples. and they're a fairly aggressive warrior culture for the most part, too. surely they fucked with the planets around them. surely they raided and pillaged a little, or maybe even settled.

what i'm getting at is i think it would be funny if serennian and mandalorian royalty were related and count dooku is, idk, satine's 28th cousin thrice removed and will casually drop that in a conversation (and it's not like that's a huge leap of logic either bc all royals are related anyway)

Good day everyone!

Recently I've realized two things. Firstly, my tight university schedule keeps me away from making content as often as I would like to; therefore, the blog seems dead. Secondly, I have never posted any of my pencil doodles here. So, today I'm fixing both problems at once! There are some Nyx x Dooku ideas again (absolutely random g/t and vore fluff).

I think I should warn my followers, I won't be able to write long stories in the near future due to my studies.

Yet, I will try to figure something out to satisfy those who have sent me asks.

I always assumed the deal with Count Gora hating Dooku for being Force sensitive went back to the ancient Sith occupation of Serenno, his own house being tainted by association with the very people his family allegedly defeated.

But I was rereading the cursed book and the opening scene where Jenza is robbed, she's specifically going on about how she doesn't care about the money, but she really needs back this special crystal that belonged to her grandmother? And her mother is gonna kill her if she loses it?

How much funnier is it if Gora hated Force sensitives because of a very annoying ex-Jedi mother-in-law??
