How would the public react to SephGeal becoming public knowledge. There’s definitely someone who would say “I knew it and everyone called me crazy”

Yeah it's Genesis. He started to suspect something was up the minute he showed Angeal his Sephiroth poster when they were kids, and Angeal responded by staring a little too long before going "yeah... you're right, he's cute," to which Genesis responded: "Angeal, I didn't say he was cute, I said he was cool."

The sephgeal shippers in the Keepers Of Honor and Silver Elite are ecstatic and throw a party. There are riots from the sephgen and gengeal shippers. The ags shippers are also happy. People who don't agree with Sephiroth dating a man (or anyone at all) are livid. Reno is 2000 gil richer from bets. Lazard is 6000 gil richer from bets. Zack refers to Seph and Angeal as mom and dad now. Tabloids are on fire. The gossip channels only talk about them. Heidegger threw a fit when Reeve showed up to a meeting wearing a sephgeal shirt (mission accomplished, Reeve).

Was taken into custody by security after he blasted a dangerous fireworks show to commemorate the union of his two best friends. There is a possibility that Sephiroth pre-Nibelheim was on medication for some sort of psychological issue that could be anxiety / insomnia / depression / ptsd / (paranoid) schizophrenia, etc., or even a certain combination of these. Not taking his medications for 7 days in the basement library could worsen his condition a lot. It could be easily an intentional act on his side to stop taking them cause at that point he didn't intend to be collected and couldn't care less about his public image either.

Him being on medication would also give some additional explanation for his ever so calm nature and how he could be so seemingly unaffected by his best friends' death earlier.

Just imagine him suppressing all his grief about Angeal for weeks so he could function at his job normally.... then breaking down on the first night in the library....

What an easy prey he was for Jenova.

SephGeal slice of life routine + NSFW?

Snippets from their life include:

• Being complete idiots around each other, Sephiroth coming up from behind Angeal and jump-tackling him so Angeal has to give him a piggyback ride.

• Cooking together, with Angeal standing behind Sephiroth helping him stir. Angeal knows he's doesn't need to do it, but he can't help but wrap his hands around Sephiroth's waist, placing gentle kisses on his shoulder while he softly tells him what a terrible cook he is (Sephiroth hits him with a dish towel).

• Getting ready together in front of the mirror before work, but Sephiroth makes it increasingly difficult for Angeal, because he keeps showering Angeal with kisses and distracting him.

• Angeal being the only one who can make Sephiroth laugh, and Sephiroth being the only one who truly understands Angeal. Their late-night conversations either ending with Sephiroth nearly spitting out the drink Angeal made him from laughter, rosy-cheeked, silver hair messily pulled back, or with Angeal showing rare tears to Sephiroth, with his hand in Sephiroth's while Sephiroth places gentle kisses over them.

• Sephiroth's excuse for not wanting to go out that night being "motion sickness", so Angeal proves that he's a liar by picking him up and spinning him around the apartment. Sephiroth's legs are wrapped around his waist, they're laughing as Sephiroth tells him to stop, and now they're collapsed on the ground laughing.

• Touches in public, like Angeal settling his hand on Sephiroth's lower back, tempted to go lower but mindful that they're in public.

• Bonding over Angeal's father's death and how Hojo is dead to Sephiroth.

• Angeal casually tucking Sephiroth's hair behind his ears during conversation.

• Sephiroth under Angeal, legs wrapped around his waist, pale skin completely flushed, hand gripping the sheets and face buried into the opposite pillow.

• Angeal over Sephiroth, with one hand around his neck and the other tugging at his hair, mouth parted open as his eyes roam Sephiroth's body.
