Oooh! this is a fun question!

pet versions

1- Penny Ling. She's just a bear. Bears have good shapes.

2- Minka. Her face is very simple and her body is kinda just a bean with limbs.

3- Russell- Again, he has pretty simple shapes. His limbs are hard to proportion but his head is very easy to draw so it makes up for it.

4- Zoe. sometimes it's hard to get her head the right size under her hair but she's mostly simple.

5- Sunil. His face is very easy but I have absolutely no clue how to draw his body right and how to pose it.

6- Vinnie. Whenever I draw him, I can never make him look Gecko-y without making him look bad. He is fun to draw tho.

7- Pepper. I have no idea how to draw Pepper. Her head in particular is difficult for me.

Human versions

1- Vinnie. Idk he's just the kinda guy I draw a lot with easy to capture facial features.

2- Sunil. His facial features are all my favorites to draw (down turned eyes and hooked nose) but his body type isn't something I draw very often. Luckily he mostly wears baggy sweaters!

3- Zoe. She also has an easy face to draw but her hair gives me problems occasionally.

4- Pepper. Not much to say. Sometimes her hair isn't quite right but most of the time she looks fine.

5- Minka. Drawing her is not the hardest thing ever but she never looks the way I imagine her.

6- Penny Ling. I gave her a dumb haircut and now I have to figure it out every time I draw her. I also am not quite sure how to draw her face in a way I like.

7- Russell. His face never looks the way I want his to and his hair never comes out right. Human Russell is my mortal enemy.

what happened that I wish hadn’t: feels like I could just rephrase what I just said to put it here too. Additionally, honestly, s6B. Like, s6A fully ended on a photo-finish moment? And then they tagged another half season of ABSOLUTE bullshit on that was aggravating and exhausting. s6A was honestly... not that bad, I mean, it was better than s5 (which is just such a low bar lol like it was very hard to get worse and inexplicably they managed to do it by making s6B), they could have ended on an okay note

fifth -> romeo and juliet. controversial perhaps…i think i would appreciate it maybe if i were to revisit it now because i read it so many years ago now but i did not like it all that much…honestly i found it a little dull..

fourth -> the tempest. again i did not love this one…in fact of all of them i remember the least about this one it was just. i have no notes i am just indifferent to the tempest..

third -> twelfth night. twelfth night! i did it at a level for my englit course and while i did not enjoy it while i was studying it i have more of an appreciation of it looking back…i tend to prefer the tragedies but twelfth night is a good time i was too harsh on it back then (and bitter over the poorly worded exam question i got on it) xx smthn smthn dost thou think because thou are virtuous there shall be no more cakes and ale like okay girl say that!

second -> hamlet. which i read last month! really liked it i still haven’t sat down to watch the andrew scott production yet which i need to do…i’ve never seen any production of hamlet actually xx it was so good when i read it though i understand why it’s a popular one xx

While we're on the subject of love, how did you and Yusuke get together? He always struck me as some degree of aro or ace, just more dedicated to art than anything deeper than friendship.

I'm... Kind of a bisexual disaster. I get smitten really easily, and Yusuke was no different. We kinda got off to the wrong foot at first, we thought he was stalking Ann, the whole thing about making her uncomfortable as a nude model, all that jazz. But we definitely were worried about him when dealing with Madarame, too, it was hard to not worry about how he was being treated. I kinda wrote my own feelings off at first as "I'm the Leader, I'm supposed to have this at the forefront of my mind, I'm just worried about this victim", but I just accepted that I was completely lost as soon as he awoke to his Persona.

You should've been there, you'd fall hopelessly in love with him if you'd seen him accept the truth and form his resolve firsthand. I'm a sucker for righteous anger.

I didn't really do anything about it at first beyond my usual flirty jokes that I do with EVERYONE, he was dealing with a lot, we were dealing with a lot, I didn't want to shove more on him to deal with suddenly, and I was a little worried about overstepping boundaries, being the Leader and all. Plus the whole being terrified of how he'd react because I'm not out. But there was this time we went down to Mementos together because he wanted to get some inspiration while dealing with art block, and he got really angry at Shadows for DARING to interrupt him, so we got to fight side by side. And I ended up just... Blurting it out that I liked him. I personally blame the adrenaline. But it worked out, he was also interested, and we started dating. And I swear to GOD, I'm going to keep that boy well fed if I have to break into his dorm and leave him leftovers, he makes me want to go full househusband mode.

You are very perceptive, though, he is ace, and I respect that. I admire him for his passion, his dedication to his craft, his ability to just be unapologetically himself, it's more than just thinking he's cute. Though I won't lie and say that isn't part of it.

After all the semi-finals I really wasn’t feeling impressed with Melfest this year, but I actually quite like the final in general. Six of my personal DTFs are here, with one (Now I Know) staying in Andra Chansen, and only one (Länge leve livet) failing to make it through a semi. Being Sweden, it’s a given that all these songs are well put together – well produced and very polished.

Two songs in particular stand out to me from this line-up. The first is unsurprisingly the rock track Six Feet Under, which I was very excited by when I heard it! If there’s a rock track at Melfest there’s a solid chance it will be my favourite entry. The stuff that makes it here is generally rather formulaic, never anything experimental, but it’s always decent quality. I found the chorus of Six Feet Under very memorable, and the singer has a fantastic rock vocal – I loved when he belted that top note at the start of the final chorus! I also really enjoyed the cyberpunk aesthetic of the staging.

Then there’s Tattoo. I first want to say that I love how this was staged, it was easily the most exciting and interesting performance to watch. I do also really enjoy it as a song. It’s a catchy piece of dance pop, very well produced even by Sweden’s standards, impactful yet accessible with it’s familiar sounding beat. Loreen elevates it further live, with her powerful, distinct voice, and artistic performance. I don’t enjoy it as much as I love Statements, but it’s a very good entry nonetheless.

Tattoo should win easily tomorrow, it stands head and shoulders above anything else in the contest. I struggle with this one a little, however, because I think if I heard this from someone other than Loreen I’d definitely consider it a notably good pop song, but wouldn’t see it as a potential winner. However, it’s also very hard to separate her from it – her calibre as an artist is undeniable. I don’t know if this is winning Eurovision, but I think it’s fair to consider it. Of course, until tomorrow we don’t know for certain that she’s going, I’d be very intrigued if someone else did manage to beat her and get the ticket to Liverpool instead, but it’s a conversation I expect we’re going to be having for the next couple of months.
