Well, I don't think I've drawn it happen in any of my self indulgence specifically? But I did draw the bounty hunter with drawn in rays before, because I tend to give Sun and Eclipse that feature for practicality (makes things easier in terms of fitting places) but also as emotive feature. I guess I never checked with Naff if they actually can do that, and don't remember if it ever happened in Sleuth Jesters or the derivatives, so I'm not sure if I'm being accurate there. But hope that answers your question!

Nsfw headcanons for Laios under the cut (gn unspecified partner for Laios)

Warnings: NSFWish, probably ooc, reader insert implied?, probably not very sexy because I used this for character analysis.

A = Aftercare (what they’re like after sex)

Laios is very attentive, though he's also very insecure when it comes to engaging with others. So I imagine he'd be a little clumsy, though very eager to provide the best aftercare for his partner. He's also very cuddly.

B = Body part (their favorite body part of theirs and also their partner’s)

The favorite part of his own body are his hands. They are strong and calloused, and he's used them to protect others and to create new stuff! (Aka, cooking) the fact that those hands can also help him please a partner is a plus.

On a partner? Probably lips. I imagine Laios struggles to read people's facial expressions (the 'tism go brr) but seeing his partner's smile is reassuring. He also really likes running his thumb over them and maybe getting his fingers nibbled.

C = Cum (anything to do with cum, basically)

Very!! The main driving force for the act. Laios is constantly kissing and checking with his partner. He loves them so much and this is a physical way to convey those feelings!

He holds hands with his partner, kisses their face and neck and tries to keep them as close as possible, the mental image of melting into a puddle together comes to mind.

Doesn't do it often, but when he does it's more of a thing of connecting with his own body than getting rid of any urges. He won't be able to get off unless he's in a good mood.

Has a wee bit of a praise kink that he doesn't fully understand.

Probably his partner's bed. He shares a room with Falin, so intimacy on his place is a no-no. I think his biggest driving force is an emotional connection. He craves to be understood and loved, so feeling that coming from his partner will make him want to show his appreciation in a physical way.

Probably jealousy is another good way to make Laios seek out his partner. He wants reassurance, to kill any doubts in his mind and any lingering feelings of inadequacy.

Also adrenaline too! Sometimes when the blood is pumping, his mind wanders. If he and his partner just were in a situation of danger, the physical reminder that they are there, alive and safe will make him desperate to feel them.

Doesn't like/understand degradation, and wouldn't do anything that he felt could hurt his partner.

He prefers to give, and lives for pleasing his partner! He's not very skilled at first, but he's very observant and receptive, so he gets the hang of what his partner likes even if they do not say so themselves.

However, after getting head himself, he's hooked. He loves it, he loves the look on his partner's eyes and the physical feeling is overwhelming on the best possible way.

P = Pace (are they fast and rough? slow and sensual? etc.)

Usually slow and sensual, unless he just had a life or death situation with his partner, then he's desperate and anxious.

Would love to roleplay as a monster with their partner but when he did bring up the idea he got laughed off and passed it off as a joke. It was not a joke.

I like to think that it would kind of mimic his silhouette, length slightly above average and overall on the thicker side. The widest point is right after the head.

Not very high at all. I kinda imagine Laios on the gray sexual spectrum so, it only becomes a thought after he begins pining for his eventual partner. It starts with him wondering how soft their hands would be, how about their neck and lips? And it eventually escalates to wandering thoughts of intimacy.

Once he does become intimate with a partner, he longs for intimacy more than he longs for sex itself.

Z = Zzz (how quickly they fall asleep afterwards)

Origins: When looking through the welcome home website Ren noticed something that wasn't there before. Thinking it was a new clue she clicked it only for her screen to glitch and tendrils grabbed her. When she woke up she found that she wasn't in her body in fact she was in the body of one of the characters, wally darling. While get used to his new life he realized he could communicate with his friends from the human world and he let them know about his situation. He also realized he wasn't just a wally but a home as well. Now he has to hide this secret from his neighbors and possibly fine a way home.

What are your headcanons vis a vis Peridot's masculine presentation. Is it just a simple "masc Peridot go brr" (which is completely valid and chill), or is it like, Peridot came to Earth and he vibed with the masculine traits of humans.

it's definitely a "masc peridot go brr" situation, don't get me wrong. but if we're gonna make it make sense, here's what i got.

on homeworld there's no concept of gender. you only got your gem type and the corresponding job it has. peridot has no problem with this, he fills his purpose just fine, albeit with modifications. on earth, however, things are glaringly different. the first human peridot meets is steven (a boy). he learns about earth and humanity from steven, he steals and wears steven's clothes when he's not looking. he watches old tapes of shows and finds himself relating to and projecting onto a male character, and can't relate to any of the female characters. he finds this odd, as he shares the same pronouns with the female characters, but hearing the pronouns of the relatable male character gives him a strange giddy feeling. he decides to make a self-insert fan oc with the new set of pronouns, and dresses the oc in a similar style as the canon character he relates to. he starts cosplaying as his oc, and tells everyone to refer to him as the oc's name and pronouns while cosplaying. this feels GOOD. soon peridot finds he doesn't want to drop the "act" and takes this up with anyone who would listen. eventually someone figures out what's going on and directs peridot to some resources so he can delve more into this identity thing. peridot reads up on everything there is to find about gender identity and soon reports back that he'd like to transition, at least socially. who knows if T works on a gem? peridot is skeptical that any physical changes can be made through human means, and so tries his hand at discovering Gemstosterone himself!

OK SO first oc’s name is haitani reiko. if u havent already noticed she is in fact a haitani 😭 her nickname is sleeping beauty bcuz for abt like 2-4 years she’d been in a coma n shit but during a battle the haitani brothers were in against another gang she had woken up 🤯 and as the good bros they are they immediately left the battle to see their sister. so its kind of a given that theyre a bit overprotective of their lil sis. but she doesnt like how her whole identity in the gang world is being the younger sister of the haitani brothers so she wants to go out n kinda create her own identity yk? she isnt rlly a fighter but she joins a few minor gangs to get her name around. and i dont rlly think im gonna write her in anything rn cuz her character is rlly weak. but here is an old fanart i did of her :3 (i do have a picrew of her that i’ll show u at the end of this ask <3)

next is i think my fav child, futamo aisume<3333 im not even gonna lie he was kind of a self insert oc but i still love him 😭 hez written as shion’s child hood best friend, having the nickname “the great’s shadow” so hez kind of the side guy that patches up shion when hez injured, but he can still fight. he was in tenjiku w shion but once they were defeated shion kinda just left him behind (also cuz he went to jail lol) so idk prob wakasa took in futamo and brought him into brahman. hez got a similar kind of loyalty as sanzu to mikey and koko n inui and hez rlly blunt. the black cat to shion’s golden retriever imo<333

and last but not least there’s takumi! ngl i kinda just doodled him a bit in an old notebook but i loveddddd him. hez basically just bonten’s bartender, the guy who deals with everyone’s worries n someone they all trust to vent to a lot. sometimes all of bonten go to visit him at once but most of the time they all just go for a quick drink by themselves. takumi’s closest to maybe ran ig? ran’s a bit of a flirt to everyone so hez naturally like that when he meets takumi, and like takumi was kinda just like this is kinda funny, i like this guy. so he kind of matches ran’s energy at a subtle level. i wanna say takumi is an ex gang member from like a different region but when he moved to tokyo and started looking for a job, he had his connections from the past that led him to bonten.

so yeah! a bit messy kinda made some stuff up on the spot but those r my ocs<3333 love them all v much and i miss them so much my ocs era was good. so so good. but here are their designs :3 (in order of reiko, aisume and takumi)

6. Single or multiple POV?

i tend to lean towards multiple pov—dual at the minimum. i just think it’s so difficult to limit telling the story to one simple perspective especially when the story itself is much broader than the narrow view the pov protagonist would have. tbh every wip that i have that has a single pov i struggle to write with more than multiple lol.

19. How do you keep yourself motivated?

LMAO. when i finally decided to start writing things and doing things for myself and taking pressure off from trying to get published or noticed i realized there is never a lack of motivation for me lol. i think about my ocs and stories as often as breathing tbh. when it comes to actually writing actual prose in itself, that’s kind of a different story. i’m usually too tired to commit so i think i stay motivated by compromising? doing things i know get the brain go brr energy going like writing outlines while i’m at work or talking to my partner (or friends but usually my partner lmao) about stuff going on in my wips and it overrides the desire to give up lol.

25. Favorite part of writing?

MAKING CHARACTERS!! absolutely the best part.

35. What scene/story are you least looking forward to writing?

hmm. i think any middling parts where i have to give exposition are what i’m least looking forward to. it’s not as dramatic as like being oh this characters struggle or death or something because like i REALLY enjoy writing emotionally intense scenes so i’m excited for those. i just hate writing the build up to get there 💀

problem with me is i hardly write linearly 💀 (so if you specifically were wondering valen this is why i struggle writing fics so much LOL). the earliest line i have written for paramour is from chapter 2 (sorry you’re getting the whole tiny snip bc that’s all i have lol)

ohhhh that’s a good question. most honest to god self insert character is probably jake deluna from purple haze. i don’t talk about this wip much bc it’s backburner but it’s a very personal wip meaning a lot of it in many aspects is coming from my personal life but overdramatized and changed slightly to fit the narrative of the characters. jake and i are very alike, especially to who i was when i was like 20-21-ish lol.

Not going to lie, I saw the reblog, about how you should start writing and you would gradually improve.

That’s a true fact. But it’s also about you reading and following people who have gone through the same struggles they went through.

For example, writer’s block, self conscious, and just the lack of motivation. These things affect how you write.

I’m going to be honest, I remember back when I was a 9th grader, I used to suck horribly at writing papers. When I tell you horribly, I mean my teacher used to criticize me harshly. But now that I look at my current writing, in my first year of college, my god. I am glad that I pushed myself to write better. Hell looking at my senior year in high school, my writing has improved slightly. And I remember I used to criticize myself with people around me.

Am I going to write tho? No, I’m a little self conscious about that. But I love to proofread and give feedback. I love giving positive feedback!

But I hope anyone who’s getting into writing, then do it!

I can’t imagine the amount of research, planning, and drafting, that all the finished product goes through.

I agree with all of this! Not only do you learn and improve by practicing, but reading and following others people's works is an incredible way to learn as well. I learned more from my writing friends than I did in college (i went for a creative writing degree to put it into perspective. Went for one year, but still)

I never actually started writing stories until I was around 11. I started by writing inukag fics on Fanfiction.net lmao and I was TERRIBLE. Like, not to demean myself or anything, but I definitely wasn't a natural at writing. I was very lucky to have an older writer encourage me and keep in touch with my works as I continued to write and progress.

When i migrated to tumblr and started writing Captain America reader insert works, I was introduced to a whole new community of people who were very kind and generous enough to give me tips, proofread, and encourage me to write. Tbh, Cho (whom isnt on tumblr anymore unfortunately) was probably my biggest hypeman and I was lucky to have them by my side all the way from 2011 until about 2018-2020, when they left tumblr.

Writing is never going to be easy no matter how much skill or years of experience you may have, but when you have other writer's and people that are willing to stand by you and teach/guide you, it makes it a fun and rewarding journey in the least.

Also ngl buddy but I wing everything I write. I never plan, draft, or have a solid idea of what I want to write. I just write as I go tbh because I've never been able to stick to a real plan, especially for longer works (like East of Eden, Blood Pact, or En'Ca Minne), but i appreciate that you think of it that way!! It makes me happy to know that people enjoy my writing honestly because I used to be scared to share it (i still get that way when writing for a new character. Leon is the most nerve-racking character to write for ngl)

Tbh you never stop growing and improving as a writer, and it's so rewarding when you have people who read your work and tell you about how much they enjoyed it, what specific thing they liked, make fanart, etc. I swear, you learn from your supporters JUST AS MUCH as you learn from reading other writing/from other writers. I stay as humble as I can because honestly, I wouldn't be where I am had I not had the support that I've had since starting.

For any newbies who might want to post or are having a rough start: join writing communities. Reach out to other writers. Join discords, group chats, pages specifically for/of writers. Ask questions!!! Research writing mechanics, tips, research, write down any ideas/plot bunnies that come to you. Istg the hard work pays off, and if you need help with your work being seen, never be afraid to ask for help! I love supporting other writers and trying to keep up with them/reblogging their works because of how rewarding it is to see these writers get happy about support.

For any seasoned writers: support the newbies. As a "big" writer, you have way more influence over new writers than you think. I wouldn't have gotten to where I am had I not had extremely supportive "big time" writers that helped support me just as I supported them. It really does go a long way. Not only that, but why not? Why not support newbies and support them and watch them improve and grow? Wouldn't it be just as rewarding? Almost like teaching your own siblings/kids.

I never did understand how writers could let their follower count dictate their life and get arrogant about their own writing becauzse tbh there is never a cap on growth and improvement. Not only that, but i cant understand writers who get mad af about other writers asking for a bit of support. If you're intimidated by other writers or are "afraid they'll be better" perhaps take a step back and humble yourself and remember when YOU first started.

You didn't get "big" from doing absolutely nothing. Be humble. Support each other. Writing should never be, and has never been, a competition. We're all just idiots who like to write once in a while.

1: Is writing cathartic or stressful for you?

It’s usually cathartic! Although I have a tendency to put a lot of pressure on myself so sometimes it can be very stressful.

6: What are some topics you will never write about?

Ummm kind of hard to say. I think it depends on what I’m writing. For like… fanfic I have a lot of topics I don’t feel comfortable addressing simply because of the genre. However, I write not-fanfiction too (like poetry and narratives and stuff) which I would feel more comfortable broaching darker or more complex topics with because I don’t feel like I would have to censor any of it to fit the world of whatever media I’d be writing for if it was fan fiction. Also, for me, poetry tends to be a lot more personal where as narratives/creative writing allow me to focus on something/somebody else (although there’s sometimes a fair amount of projection). I feel like this answer is very vague but idk, sorry.

10: Who has been your favourite character to write about in [insert fic]? What do they bring to the fic?

Nico in my Take on Me series!! I just really like that series and I think it’s cool to write a very self confident and somewhat cocky Nico but still let him have his moments of insecurity and weakness and have times where needs support. That whole series is like… my pride and joy.

17: What has been the proudest moment for you so far since you started writing?

So this is like… irl, but a year or so ago I had a poem I wrote be published in a literary journal! I was honestly kind of surprised because it was a slam poem so it was very much meant to be heard but I was still selected for a print publication. It was exciting! As for fanfic, I get very excited whenever people rec my fics. It makes my heart go brr so whenever I see someone else talk about reading my stuff, I’m very thrilled, lol.

24: Which fic of yours do you wish people would ask about more? Why?

dandelion rings and other reasons to love you! It’s my favorite thing that I’ve written and whenever I see that people have commented on it or left kudos I get so excited. I’m not even super sure why I like it so much, I just vibe with it a lot. I think it’s really cute and I like the fluff and I’m such a fan of married young solangelo.

Nexus ~ Girl is chosen to bear the weight of a thousand worlds when she is unexpectedly named "The Nexus" and given the power, and the responsibility, to protect the multiverse. Unfortunately they also control the presses, and successfully frame her as a supervillain when she tries to expose them. Just a teenager with a vendetta, eh?

Monopoly - Someone bet I couldn't make an interesting series based on Monopoly (yes, the game) so here we are. Also maybe an accidental endorsement of socialism idk I'm not 100% sure what that looks like in application but anyway that wasn't intentional but it is what it is.

Avatar: The Last Airbender ~ Follow a young member of Prince Zuko's crew as she navigates this changing world (this is a fun one in that I actually wrote it as I watched through the series so the character actually makes decisions with no ability to know what happens next or would be convenient down the road)

Invader Zim ~ You know that really gifted kid who is given all these opportunities because of their potential but they're just not interested so it looks like they're a catastrophic failure who's doing nothing with their life? Yeah that's Invader Ari, a fairly tall and thus elite, Irken who wants nothing to do with the empire and was finally cast aside to Earth where the Tallests figured there was a decent chance she and Zim would kill each other. Well, I can't say they haven't tried.

Jurassic Park ~ This is a weird one in that this isn't a fanfiction and I didn't write it. It's just a series of dreams that some people on YouTube thought were neat and asked me to post em on Ao3 🤷

first off yes i made a whole squad of my own characters because nobody else can tolerate my rambling- ANYWAY here we go long post

FIRST!! i made this character as a self-insert and just kinda went "yk what? yes" so here she is! this is an older ref but boom

shes miyane sakiko!

since im unoriginal i made her like, a super distant relative of the uchiha clan so she has her own sharingan which is probably kinda swaggy. she doesnt have family and actually moved in with the uchihas at like age four i think lmao, then itachi said "no💖" and killed em while she was out at the academy helping clean up (and originally trainin w sask). she got back a bit later than sasuke did and saw the whole clan dead and went "what? the bALLS?" then she like lost sasuke and then later got transferred from one class into irukas like, the day after the genin exams and that made an odd # of kids in the class so three for each squad wasnt possible. until later on when she was assigned her own squad she was put in as a temporary fourth member of team 7 (BECAUSE I CAN) also dont ask why because idk but she has the same earrings as orochimaru under her hair because i love them and have them irl

anyway she gets married to gaara in the end because im a simp okay next character

in a way to describe her, shes like, the cool teacher that does the job right by connecting with the students but also being just so cool outside of teaching too... shes very swaggy and also very skilled at taijutsu! also that jutsu she's doin with the fire, she calls that a "flamethrower jutsu" but its like a one-person combo jutsu she just. makes the fire go brr with the wind lmao, shes very eccentric. also she has shoes with the higher wedges because thats super swaggy!! shes just all around swaggy lmao, but i completely forgot to draw her konoha headband. probably wears it like around her other thigh (the one w/o the kunai bag) tbh. ALSO HALF OF HER HEAD IS SHAVED!! HOW SWAGGY IS THAT??
