And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay. Then We placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging. Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, and We made the clot into a lump [of flesh], and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah, the best of creators.
Allah doesn't know how babies are made. He thinks that babies come from sperm, that the woman is just "a firm lodging," has no idea bout the ova, and thinks that the baby grows from the inside out, with the bones developing before the flesh.
The celestial lord and creator of the entire universe has an understanding of embryology comparable to a ignorant seventh-century Arabian warlord. Funny that.

Why Muslims hate exmuslims ? via /r/atheism
Why Muslims hate exmuslims ? I'm exmuslim in Egypt, I never hated anyone when I was muslim, I never hate christians, jews, or atheists. Although Islam itself encourage you to hate everyone who's not muslim You should hate christians because they insulted God by saying he has a son You should hate jews because they said God is poor and handicap and Ezra is his son (while in fact Judaism never said that) You should hate atheists because they become atheists for emotional reasons and they wants to commit adultery and drink alcohol (I became atheist due to scientific errors in the quran which is believed to be the literal word of God) Even though I'm secretly an atheist in Egypt, but my family and friends started to suspect the fact that I'm atheist because of my opinions and they don't see me pray anymore and since then their treatment of me changed My bff when he suspected that, he started to ignore me and no longer speak to me like he used to. My family treatment changed and I have to pretend to pray in front of them. And I'm fed up with all this hate in the media (like interviewing an atheist and then kick him out of the studio in a live broadcast) and I'm fed of this pure evil incitement to kill apostates by clerics. And here's a genuine question: Why? Why Muslims always complain of islamophobia in the west and at the same time incites to kill the apostates ? They prevented some christians from building a church in Egypt few days ago and when I said that was wrong my dad said that I'm just a hypocrite and saying that to make the American government make me live in the US lol For the context: I'm a 21yo medical student and I do USMLE to work as a doctor in the usa and he knows that. And what made me furious is the Muslims in Germany that wanted a caliphate lol They want to kill us in our countries and in the west too 🙄 They literally making use of democracy and free speech to eliminate democracy and free speech !! I've never seen such a hypocrisy and obsequiousness in my entire life !!! Submitted May 01, 2024 at 11:15AM by Man_of_Medicine (From Reddit https://ift.tt/V2HRWef)

➡ WHY WE WORSHIP GOD ?
God calls on us to acknowledge Him through His signs. God has made it our responsibility to recognise Him. This is part of the test of this life.
• Reason 1: Beginning of the Universe
The first reason for believing in God relates to reflecting on the origin of the universe.
• How did the universe come to exist? • Did it come from nothing?
• From nothing, comes nothing. So, obviously not.
• Did it create itself? No, this is irrational. It is like saying a mother gave birth to herself.
• Has it always existed?
No, modern science concludes that the universe is not eternal and had a beginning.
• Was it created?
Yes. Believers believe something beyond the universe created it – The Creator. But who created God? God was not created. Unlike the universe and the rest of creation, God is eternal, has always existed and has no beginning.
• Reason 2: Order of the Universe
Another simple reason for believing in God is by pondering over the order of the universe using the following logic:
Anything that is ordered indicates intelligence. Our solar system is highly ordered with intricate systems, laws & patterns. The order in our universe indicates the intelligence of the Creator! Many features in the universe clearly indicate it to be specially designed to support life. If these measurements were slightly different to what they currently are, life could not exist.
Examples:
• Ozone Layer.
• Thickness of earth’s crust.
• Oxygen % in the air.
• Distance from sun.
• Relative size of sun, earth & moon.
Could a large complex universe form by coincidence, without supervision?
It should be noted that Islam encourages scientific research and reflection. The role of science helps us describe the many observed patterns that God places in His creation and appreciate the extent of His power and wisdom.
• Reason 3: Revelation – Quran
The Quran provides a strong argument for the existence of God and it is unmatched in its style, wisdom, guidance, eloquence as well as its uniqueness in how it addresses the reader.
• No errors or contradictions.
• Pure & clear descriptions of God.
• Pinnacle of arabic linguistic beauty.
• Revealed via Prophet Muhammad who was illiterate.
• Preserved – no alterations in 1400 years.
• Deep insights into human behaviour. • Memorised by millions of people.
Contains scientific facts not known at that time, “On earth there are signs for those with sure faith; and in yourselves too, do you not see?”
(Quran 51:20-21)

I mean this in the least sociopathic-sounding way possible, but people really need to get reacquainted with the concept of infant mortality and the fact that it is, in fact, natural, and that there is nothing immoral about infant death unless it is enacted upon a healthy child with malicious intent, of which abortion does not qualify.
A fetus is not alive. It is a lump of flesh with half-developed organs and the possibility of becoming a living thing. It is incapable of surviving outside of the womb, and if there is an error in its development that will prevent life after birth, or it will cause harm to the mother, it is normal for miscarriage (ie: spontaneous abortion) to occur. There is nothing immoral or unnatural about this. It's nature. It's not a tragedy. Moreover, it is common. Bearing offspring is a heavy blow to resources that often results in death, so the bodies of many mammals are hardwired to abort in case something goes wrong. There is no 'death' involved, because what was aborted was never alive. Moreover, abortion, like I said, is not at all uncommon in the natural world- if anything, it's intentional. Nature selects for the breeding animal that survives long enough to try again, not for the successor that endangers it. And while humans certainly have the strongest parental instincts out of all the other species on earth, and have managed to figure out all sorts of loopholes to keep our offspring alive, that doesn't change the fact that infant mortality is not just common, its natural. Ask any breeder or livestock caretaker, and they will likely have at least one story about some infant dying despite their best attempts to care for it, because babies are fragile and producing offspring is a gamble. Being human does not exempt us from this, though it certainly does make us intensely irrational about it. We are not exempt from being animals, and to be an animal demands the survival of a fit individual.
Additionally, even if there was some hard confirmation that a fetus was a living being, the life of the parent still takes precedent over the life of the child. This shouldn't even be a debated topic. It's like saying that killing a murderer in self-defense is morally wrong; it's not, and that's not even a long stretch to make, because even with all of the medical equipment known to man, human mortality during childbirth is still a huge problem, even among healthy individuals who have a high chance of surviving. It is an intensely traumatic, painful experience that can cause severe damage to the body and lasts for the good portion of a year. That the fetus does not intend to cause such damage does not negate the fact that pregnancy is an extremely stressful affliction, and that the person who is forced to deal with it must be given the option to escape from it no matter what their circumstances are. Forcing them to carry a child is inherently immoral. Full stop.
And if you want to weave religion into this topic: abortion is legal in Judaism and, while debated in Islam due to there being no laws regarding it in the Quran, is allowed in many Muslim countries that did not have an extremist group instituted into their government by America. Only extremist Christians raise such a spiritual stink over this matter, and it's pretty much unequivocally because their religion demands disrespect of female entities, rejection of scientific analysis, forced breeding to spread their ranks, and the genocide of anyone who does not confirm to their religion. Putting aside the other extreme social issues tied with it, it is religious suppression to force non-Christian individuals no matter how you swing it.
(I also bring this topic up because I've seen people who are livestock caretakers being ruthlessly harassed for having infant deaths under their care despite the lack of negligence + people assign morality to animals for acting naturally, but that's an entire other can of worms altogether)

TAFAKKUR: Part 396
ISLAM AND SCIENCE: Part 1
POLARIZATION OF MUSLIM OPINION
The relationship between Islam and Science has been a point of scholarly discussion for a long time. Seven hundred years ago, al-Ghazali expressed fears that some mathematical knowledge may lead to the denial of God. A similar fear was expressed more recently by the American convert to Islam, Maryam Jameelah who wrote:
Modern science is guided by no moral value, but naked materialism and arrogance. The whole branch of knowledge and its applications is contaminated by the same evil. Science and technology are totally dependent upon the set of ideals and values cherished by its members. If the roots of a tree are rotten, then the tree is rotten; therefore all its fruits are rotten (Jameelah, 1983).
Their view does not demonstrate a consensus. Al Afgani wrote that
…those who forbid science and knowledge in the belief that they are safeguarding the Islamic religion are really the enemies of that religion (Keddie, 1983).
Muslims seem to have been historically polarized into those who reject scientific discoveries as ‘dangerous’ and those who look for co-existence with scientific development.
HISTORIC BACKGROUND
Most discussions on Islam and science have been limited to the many great achievements of Muslim scientists like al-Biruni, al-Tusi and al-Khwarizmi. Most look beyond the pitiful position the Muslims are in today and remember that:
At its peak, about one thousand years ago, the Muslim world made a remarkable contribution to science, notably mathematics and medicine. Baghdad in its heyday and southern Spain built universities to which thousands flocked. Rulers surrounded themselves with scientists and artists. (Ghiles, 1983).
We must remember that Arabic was the language of science from the 8th to 11th centuries. This period marked the birth of European algebra with the translation of a treatise by al-Khwarizmi ’s-a fact that prompted Ghandz to recognize that ‘Al-Khwarizmi is more entitled to he called “the father of algebra’ than Diaphantus because Al-Khwarizmi was the first to teach algebra in an elementary form and for its own sake (Ghandz, 1936). The Muslim tradition did not reject those who came before them. The studied the works of Euclid, Archimedes, Apollonious and the like. Respect for the predecessors and a desire to develop this early work lead to the great discoveries of Islam. Knowledge is the property of God. It is always being revitalized. Cultures are interdependent in this respect. Hoodbhoy (1991), critical of the notion of Islamic Science, admits that ‘today we remember Nassir al-Din al-Tusi for his trigonometry, Omar Khayyam for his solution of cubic equations, Jabir Ibn Hayyan for the ingenuity of his chemical apparatus and al-Jazari for his intricate machines. Among the great scholars of Islam are the following:
The mathematician, Thabit lbn Qurrah (826-901ce)
The astronomer, Abul Qasim al-Majiriti (d. 1007ce)
The astronomer, Qutb-al-Din al-Shirazi (12336-1311CE)
The scientists, the Banu Musa brothers
The physician, Ibn Sina (980-925ce)
The physician, Muhammad al-Razi (865-925ce)
The writer on optics, Ibn al-Haitham (965-1039ce)
The philosopher and scientist, Abu Yusuf al-Kindi (SO l-873ce)
The commentator on Aristotle, lbn Rushd (1126-I 198cc) The geologist, Baha al-Din al-Amili (1546-1621ce).
The list is endless. Many of these scholars had memorised the whole Qur’an and excelled in their religion. Europe borrowed from the Muslims but rarely acknowledged the fact.
IS THERE A CONFLICT BETWEEN SCIENCE AND ISLAM?
Islam promotes the material and spiritual well-being of Man. It enjoins its followers to seek and utilise knowledge for the betterment of their life on earth and in the Hereafter. The Messenger used the most up-to-date weapons in battle, laying down the principle that we must never fall technologically behind. This was not true of other religions. On the authority of St. Augustine, it was forbidden for a Christian to believe that there were people living on the other side of the earth. The world was believed to be flat, and, if there were people on the other side, they would be standing upside down-and this was unacceptable to the Church. Similarly, on the authority of St. Paul, Christians were required to believe that disease, famine, pestilence, and air pollution were caused by demons. Vaccination was therefore forbidden in Christianity. This took place while al-Razi was already making advances in the field of inoculation.
Muslims were not exempt from persecution by their own authorities. Al Kindi, popular in the court of Caliph Maimun had to flee when al-Mutawakil took over. Al Razi lost his eyesight when, on the instructions of the amir, he was hit with his own book.
IS THERE SCIENCE IN THE QUR’AN?
The Quran is a book of guidance. It was the motivation and driving force behind many of these scientists. The Quran offers hints that could lead to major discoveries if followed up diligently. Modern day scholars have studied at length Qur’anic references to science subjects, and produced texts in areas of astronomy, embryonic biology, the movement of bees, the mountains, the composition of the earth, the plants and a variety of other subjects. Even those that wish to deny the assertion that the Qur’an contains scientific hints have to concede defeat when they examine verses like those found in the chapters of Yasin, 36-7, 40; al-Shams1-4; al-Anbiya, 30; al-Rahman, 7; al-Naziat, 28 and many others.
The Qur’an gives vital hints which include important insights and encouragement to undertake new forms of scientific research.
Although, scientific knowledge is only part of the general guidance to be found in the Qur’an, there are some modern scholars who have made research into science found in the Qur’an a full-time preoccupation.
Some of the work done by these scholars has been very useful. It has reawakened Muslims to the value of their inheritance and rekindled the desire for further research and given it sanction from their own Holy Book. However, some scholars, in my view, have overstepped the boundaries and exposed Islam to Western ridicule and nourished the inferiority complexes of those Muslims that still need proof that the Qur’an is revelation from God.
When in 1961, an Egyptian scientist, Muhammad Jamaluddin El-Fandy published a pamphlet entitled On Cosmic Verses in the Qur’an, he was cheered in the Muslim world: but in the West, scientists smiled patronizingly, satisfied that if the Muslims were going to rely on them to prove the accuracy of their Divine Book, then they could not have much to offer. The trend had only just started. Azizul Hassan Abbasi, a Pakistani neuropsychiatrist asserted that he had managed to find in the Qur’an modern cures for diabetes, tuberculosis, stomach ulcers, rheumatism, arthritis, high blood pressure, asthma, dysentery and paralysis. In the end, the claims turned out to be more intellectual amusement.
In 1976, Maurice Bucaille, a French surgeon, published The Bible, The Qur’an and Science and with it sparked off a wave of excitement in the Muslim world. Bucaille subjected both the Bible and the Qur’an to rigorous tests against the findings of modern science in the fields of astronomy, geology, animal and vegetable sciences, and human reproduction. He concludes:
The Qur’an most definitely did not contain a single proposition at variance with the most firmly established modern knowledge. Modern Man’s findings concerning the absence of scientific error are therefore in complete agreement with the Muslim exegetes’ conception of the Qur’an as a book of Revelation (Bucaille, 1978).
The Muslims were excited. Their book had been ‘proven’ correct. Bucaille’s sweeping suggestion that modern Man’s findings concerning ‘the absence of error’ were endorsed by the Qur’an was missed by an excited Muslim community. The marriage between the Qur’an and modern Man’s ‘scientific’ findings was a completely happy one. His conclusion that it is impossible not to admit the existence of scientific errors in the Bible’ was also swallowed wholesale by the Muslims.
Muslims had always taken on faith the belief that the Qur’an, being the Word of Allah, did not contain any errors; and that the Bible, in its present form, is not a true revelation from God. But now they had ‘scientific proof’. The rules of the game had changed. Modern science had been accepted by a cross-section of Muslims as the umpire between the scriptures. Bucaille became a hero among Muslims. At those conferences where he was not invited, he was generously quoted by a variety of people including highly learned Muslim scholars. The time-bomb that Bucaille had set could be detonated by the emergence of a scientific ‘Salman Rushdie’ with a formula that finds scientific error in the Qur’an or proves the scientific accuracy of the Bible.
In April 1985, Keith Moore, Chairman of the Anatomy Department of the University of Toronto’s School of Medicine, ‘discovered’ the agreement between Islam and contemporary knowledge on the subject of embryology. He joined Bucaille on the conference circuit presumably further confirming that the Qur’an was scientifically correct.
Much of their work has undoubtedly benefited the Muslim community, but where, the likes of Bashirudin Mahmud, a Pakistani nuclear engineer, suggests that Jinn, whom God made out of fire, should be used as a source of energy to combat the energy crisis, the trend they have set leads us into total absurdity. Sayyid Qutb described the whole exercise as ‘a methodological error’, and has insisted that while the Qur’an contains guidance on scientific subjects, it is not a scientific textbook.

New Muslim Articles of the Year
In 1977 Dr. Gary Miller, professor of mathematics and logic at the University of Toronto. And Canadian missionaries Make the decision to serve Christianity by revealing scientific and historical errors in the Holy Quran. For the benefit of him and his fellow missionaries in calling on the invitation of Muslims to convert to Christianity.
Fidelity in education This brings out his study and opinion better than many of the Muslim writings who have written introducing the Quran.
After Dr. Gary Miller best analyzed the Quran The first thing that surprised is Challenge phrases that appear in many places such as
ولو كان من عند غير الله لوجدوا فيه اختلافاً كثيراً '
"If it comes from someone other than God, they will find a lot of differences in it."
فأتوا بسوره من مثله '
"Bring one surah that is like the Qur'an."
Dr. Gary Miller took the stage in a defiant, but ultimately moved. In 1978, he announced his acceptance of Islam after a thorough study of the Quran.
Some of the results of Dr. Gary Miller study are stated in the book: The Amazing Quran.
1. No writer in the world dares to write a book. And said that this book has no errors But on the other hand, the Quran tells you there is no mistake, it challenges you to find mistakes and you will never find them. ”
2. Miller considered the verses that
قل إنما أعظكم بواحدة أن تقوموا لله مثنى وفرادى ثم تتفكروا ما بصاحبكم من جنة إن هو إلا نذير لكم بين يدي عذاب شديد.
"Say (Muhammad), I only remind you that Stand up for Allah (at a time) two and one. And ponder (It will be apparent that) your friends are not mad. But he is only a warning to you of facing severe punishment. ”
And describes the results of an experiment conducted by researchers at the University of Toronto to study. An effective 'group chat' was experimented with different numbers of panelists. And compare the results The results showed that the maximum effectiveness of the conversation was when the number of interlocutors was two. And effectiveness will decrease if this number increases.
3. There is a complete surah (chapter) in the Quran called Surah Mary, which Mary is unmatched in the Quran. While there were no Surah, Aishah, or Fatimah, in the same way Jesus did. Which are mentioned 25 times in the Quran. While the Prophet Muhammad is mentioned only 5 times
4. Surah Al Masad Was revealed 10 years before Abu Lahab's death and he had a 365 x 10 year chance to prove the book was a lie. But what are the challenges? Abu Lahab did not accept Islam despite the pretense. How can the messenger be sure that within ten years what is said in the Quran is true? If not, a gift from God
5. In many cases the Quran is challenged as a new knowledge. By saying "You and your people do not know"
Miller commented on the matter, “There is no religious scripture that speaks like this. By providing information to readers and saying that this is new !!
This is a challenge like no other. What if Makkah residents lie - albeit impersonating - and say: You lied. We knew this before. Or if a researcher lied claiming to know the Qur'an challenges these information is new. But all of that did not happen.
Dr. Miller cites what is mentioned in the new Catholic Encyclopedia under the heading The 'Quran' includes many studies that attempt to disrespect the truth of the Quran by saying, "The Quran is like a illusion of a sick person." Or the inspiration of spirits and demons Or being taught by some human beings Or taken from the Old Testament ... etc "
Dr. Miller concludes: 'Over the centuries There are many theories about the origin of the Quran. But there is no theory that a reasonable man can consider to be reliable. ”
Dr. Miller said, The church, which intended to adopt these theories, denied the truth of the Quran. Also reject all these theories. But there is no courage to accept the correctness of the Muslim viewpoint.
Dr Miller said that some people said Muhammad falsely lied to be a prophet. But what actually happened was found On the day that Ibrahim, Muhammad's 2-year-old son, died. A solar eclipse occurs. People said It is the miracle of the Prophet. The eclipse happened because of the death of his son. But Muhammad became extremely angry at those words and said that the eclipse was a phenomenon of Allah. Not related to anyone's death
Dr. Miller said that if Muhammad was a liar, pretending to be a prophet. Would follow the social trend and said, "You see, I told you that I really am a prophet. Even the sky mourned the death of my son. "
May Allah repay Dr. Miller for a fair study of God's Bible.
However, before entering Islam Dr. Miller has participated in discussions on Islam and Christianity. Together with Shai Ahmed Deedat, which Dr. Miller Straightforward discussion Until the Muslims who heard it were praised and expected that one day he would accept Islam.
After accepting Islam, Dr. Miller took the name Abdul Ahad Umar and worked at the University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia. Petroleum University in the Emirate for many years. Before he fully devoted himself to the spread of Islam. By writing a book And organize television programs, radio, lectures and online media

Faith versus Logic 4
Does God really make couples?
Click here to read the previous part of this article
There is a similar complication about weddings, in which case it is said that God makes the couples or the couples are made in heaven… Look at the wedding cards – somewhere you will find written that couples are made in heaven. Otherwise, on the rest of the earth, Pandits match the Kundalis and make them couples and somewhere else the pairs are even set without the matching by a Pandit/Kundali—  somewhere they set by themselves.
The common understanding and belief of our society are also that God makes couples and that’s why vocals of the songs like “Rab ne banaya tujhe mere liye, mujhe tere liye” can be heard.
Now let’s consider this question with reasoning—  can it practically happen?
Suppose this is so, then first of all the casteist character of God emerges in front—  because in almost all religions, most marriages are fixed in the same caste, Pandits are also found to match the Kundalis of the same caste.
Why brother— wasn’t this system anthropogenic? In the early stages of human civilization, there was nothing like this, with the development of civilization human chain kept dividing into religions and castes, with them marriages too started to become homogeneous in the same way – means after looking at humans, God also turned a racist. Is man through God or God through man?
How Homo sapiens won the battle of survival?
Then there is also a belief in the case of God that God does not make mistakes. Is it so? how many marriages in the world, end at the threshold of Divorce. In western countries, marriage merely lasts for a few years and the situation in Muslim countries is just slightly better.
Tumblr media
Talking about Western countries, at least three or four marriages are done by a man or a woman in their lives—  that eventually means the same amount of divorces. So how come, wrong pairs are made on such a large scale? That means if God makes Couples then in this case he makes horrible mistakes.
Biased characterization of God
Then it also reveals the masculine face of God— from past to present, thousands of such men may be found who had ten, twenty wives to sixteen thousand queens… but hardly a woman, with ten or twenty husbands will be found.
There are thousands of examples in Muslim countries where one man has more than one wife— but no woman will be found with more than one husband. Now don’t cry about the social recognition – because if God makes couples then this responsibility will fall on him.
Then one face of God will look like an unjust to you – in older times you will find plenty of people with names like slaves/kaneez/laundi/mistress who were never matched— even today people like Kalam, Atal, Ramdev, Maya, Mamta, Jaya may be found in our society who lived alone and went alone or will go alone.
Why was the happiness of that of a couple not written in all these cases— is it not injustice? Don’t say it was their wish – Neither would this have been a will of Modiji, otherwise why would he have been alone – but at least the marriage took place.
Then there is another trend nowadays, of gay couples— where the boy is determined to live with the boy and a girl with the girl, and in many societies of the West, it is already recognized and now it is allowed in India too. Now, this is just opposite to the reproductive nature, how God is making such a mistake?
Couples are also made in Live-in relationships, just like in a marriage, the difference is just of the certificate— Suddenly the attitude of God becomes interracial here. Why so?
On one side, Jannat was barred for ‘Gair-momins’, on the other side Aamir was matched to Reena, Kiran, Saif to Amrita, Kareena, All the children of Salim Khan were married to non-Muslims. Lord, isn’t this a matter of double standard?
Tumblr media
Now there is society— which shouts to the core, that couples are formed in heaven but as soon as their son/daughter married a Muslim boy/girl – They raise the flag of Love Jihad and start to wail. When a Hindu daughter-in-law or son-in-law comes to a Muslim house, they start preparing to teach them Kalma and if a Dalit boy/girl marries an upper caste boy/girl, they do not delay in killing them with sword/gun.
Where did religion come from and how logical from the point of view of science?
In every such situation, the ‘Couples are made in heaven’ is wrapped, folded and hidden.
Look, brother— if you still believe that God makes couples, then face this accusation on God, or assume that we make the pairs, not God.
Religious books are not science research books
Religious books are not the books written on scientific research, but they are actually there so that people take the lesson from the things related to them, not to hold their stories and start searching science in them, whereas unfortunately people sit and start looking for science in those books which were written in those times when the knowledge about Earth or the Universe was very limited and very nominal. Now if people make claims, then those with a questioning nature will also raise questions.
Similarly, in my view the Quran is that instruction manual— it is a book of instructions, which is not meant to earn the reward but to read and to implement its instructions, to implement its teachings in one’s life. It tells you that as a human being or as a society how do you have to stay, how to live life and how to make decisions — through different events, it tells you the things you can apply in your life by learning through them. It is not any theory book which was written by Darwin or Einstein, that you start finding the rules of science in it.
what possibilities are there in the universe outside our planet
Tumblr media
In any book, only the scientific rule or formulas can be entered of the time it was written, in which the corrections or radicals changes can occur with changing times. So it is obvious and natural to develop an error in the theory written in those old books— but the faith of the people is so strong that in the name of error their feeling gets a punch as hard as of Muhammad Ali’s, and the tarnishing and squealing feeling is relieved only by a bitter certificate.
If you really think that religious books written hundreds of years ago are science-based, then let’s consider a question. I hope that by not taking it otherwise, just considering it as a curiosity, we must solve it with our scientific cum religious intelligence.
There can be Up and Down on just one planet
In Surah-al-Bakra of the Quran, Allah while commanding the Adam, Eve and Iblees the devil, orders a punishment while saying that now you all get down and stay on the earth for a certain period of time (Verse No. 30-38)— This verse makes it clear that everybody is somewhere in the ‘Up’ and they are being asked to get ‘Down’. Even in normal language, we call him the ‘One above’. Similarly, the stories which are in the Vedas and Puran’s does also state that Devlok is somewhere ‘Up’ there and from there they come ‘Down’ as Deities themselves, and sometimes in the form of an Avatar.
If God is there then how can it be from the point of view of science
Tumblr media
Now let’s get to the basic issue— in science, the law of ‘Up-Down’ is according to the Gravity, which applies to every planet. Till the time you are on the ground, you are in the restriction of ‘Up-Down’, but as soon as you step out of the planet and reach into space, the rule of ‘Up-Down’ ends automatically.
Now do an experiment— in the very centre of a room, hang a ball tied with thread. Suppose room is ‘Universe’ and the ball is your ‘Earth’… now because Gravity keeps you standing upright in every part of the planet and on your feet side is ‘Down’ and head side is ‘Up’ then according to the direction of the heads of humans present in different parts of the land according to that determine the exact ‘Up’.
How to write a book in Microsoft word
According to the gravity Indian man’s head (above) is in the East direction (towards the front wall), the Jamaican man’s head is in the West direction (towards the back wall), an Algerian’s head in the South (towards the right wall), Hawaii’s man’s head is in the North (towards the left wall), the head of the person standing in Norway is (towards the roof) and the head of the person standing in New Zealand is on the side of (floor)…
So to say that the ‘Up & Down’ for the people standing in six different parts of the Earth are not equal, but at different angles— so now you have to tell that “Up & Down’ written in your books is on which side according to human beings on the earth? Also, do notice here that the universe is not as small as your imagined room, but it is so wide that from one end to the other It will take billions of years for light to reach.
Do not say here that your God or God ‘Above’ is everywhere because the celebrity outside the room (whatever name it has) can only be on one side of the room, while there are six directions in the form of front, back, right, left, top, bottom of the ball hanging in the middle of the room… so finally which side is your ‘Up’?

Faithful Muslim to Atheist
So let me start of by giving a general introduction on what I want to talk about and my personal journey out of Islam.
Without wasting much time let me begin:
Throughout my life I have been a very sincere Muslim and never had a single doubt in Islam, I would pray five times a day and would always ask for forgiveness from God if I ever sinned, and I was also planning to become a Muslim preacher.
My doubts begin
In my early teens, I started having serious doubts about Islam and would ask several questions to my Muslim parents like why did God create humans when he knows a lot will go to hell, and some of the other similar forbidden questions which were looked upon as not righteous because you would have been deemed as questioning God.
So my parents started showing me lectures of Zakir Naik, a famed Muslim apologist who is famous for quoting references very quickly. I started to admire him and became a big fan of his work and most of my doubts went away, for the moment. As he would quote unbelievable scientific miracles in the Quran which I was shocked to hear, and every time I would always think to myself how deluded was I to have such thoughts in the past, or so I thought.
During my mid teens, I wondered why don’t I try to find some scientific facts in the Quran, since I was led to believe that the Quran was scientifically flawless and me examining the Quran would allow me to find undiscovered scientific knowledge which we humans have yet to discover.
Reading the Quran with meaning for the first time
So I read the Quran, for the first time with meaning (since Muslims are taught to read the Quran in Arabic without knowing a word we are say). After reading the Quran I found things which were deeply disturbing, there were several scientific errors in the Quran, a lot of morally wrong ideas and many logical errors.
So my doubts came like an avalanche at me, and I sort of started to get depressed and started to have thoughts like God is looking at me and he is going to punish me for the kind of thoughts I am having, or what would my parents do if they found out what I was thinking. Then I thought to myself, I have to be rational and distinguish what is true and false and I will study Islam to its core and come to my own judgement after I have studied Islam.
Deep study of Islam
I started doing deep research on Islam, and would read the Tafsirs (Quranic Exegesis), Hadith (sayings and traditions of the Prophet Muhammad), Seerah (Biography of Muhammad).
The more I read, the more new things I found out, but more importantly, the more I learnt about Islam the more my faith would grew weaker and weaker.
I studied Islam deeply for approximately three years and after all that research, after all that studying,  I finally sat down and said, “I don’t believe in Islam, I don’t believe in Allah (God) and I don’t believe Muhammad was the prophet of God”.
After that I felt free, I felt that I found out the truth, and found out about the lie which has devastated the life of Millions believing in this lie, the lie that caused so much pain and problems in the world, the lie that forces people to wear the types of clothes, the lie that forces people to eat only certain foods, the lie that forces people to pray in a weird way five times a day, the lie that forces people to starve for hours a day during the month of Ramadhan, and the lie which I grew up believing.
Pfst, I really did take out a lot of my emotion in that paragraph, but If we do think critically, the major victims of Islam are Muslims, not the west where many Muslims have found asylum to live in, not where wars are fought in the name of this lie. If it is anything these Muslims who are born in warzones are the unluckiest people in the world and the west should be opening their arms and helping as many people as they can.
So coming back to the topic;
Reasons why I left Islam
I can break this down into three broad reasons why I left Islam, including a few slaps on the face which really did wake me up:
Morals thought in Islam
Scientific errors in the Quran
The logical and historical errors in the Quran
So those three are the three broad and main reasons why I left Islam. I will be going into deep detail about each in future blogs.
So in my next Blog I’ll be talking about a few major moments when the stuff I was reading slapped me in the face, and truly did open my eyes for the first time about Islam.

False Religion: Islam
Islam is one of the major world religions that, along with Christianity and Judaism, teaches monotheism which is the doctrine that there is only one God in all existence. Islam teaches that Allah is the one and only deity in all existence (Qur'an 5:73; 112:1-4). He is supreme, all-knowing (40:20), ever-present, different from all of creation (3:191), and in complete control of all things. According to Islam, Allah created the universe in six days (2:29; 25:61-62), and all that is in it continues to exist by his permission and will. Allah is non-Trinitarian (5:73), but he is absolute and eternal.  Compared to Christianity, Islam has some similarities but significant differences. These differences make Islam a false religion.
Muhammad:
Muhammad (c. AD 570—632) was from Mecca, a city near the Red Sea in what is now Saudi Arabia. Muhammad was a religious man, often going on retreats to the mountains where he would pray. During one of these retreats, he reported being visited by the angel Gabriel, who supposedly gave Muhammad a revelation from Allah. Muhammad reported having several other revelations from Allah as well, and Muslims regard him as Allah’s last and greatest prophet to mankind. Muhammad claimed to have continued to receive revelations from Allah until his death, and Muhammad’s revelations were compiled after his death and canonized into what is now called the Qur’an, the Muslim holy book. Other respected writings in Islam include the Hadith, which is a collection of teachings, deeds, and sayings of Muhammad; and the Tafsir, which is a commentary of sorts on the Qur’an.
Qur’an or Koran:
The Quran or Koran is the sacred book of Islam and is broken up into 114 chapters called Suras which cover the subjects of ethics, history, law, and theology. It is highly revered by Muslims as the direct, literal word of God and without error. However there a lot of problems and contradictions in the Quran. Some examples are:
Can Allah have a son?
Yes: Surah 39:4, "If Allah desire to take a son to Himself, He will surely choose those He pleases from what He has created. Glory be to Him: He is Allah, the One, the Subduer (of all)."
No: Surah 6:101, "Wonderful Originator of the heavens and the earth! How could He have a son when He has no consort, and He (Himself) created everything, and He is the Knower of all things?"
Allah forgets yet Allah know all?
Forgets: Surah 32:14, "Taste ye then - for ye forgot the Meeting of this Day of yours, and We too will forget you - taste ye the Penalty of Eternity for your (evil) deeds!"
Knows all things: Surah 24:60, "Such elderly women as are past the prospect of marriage—there is no blame on them if they lay aside their (outer) garments, provided they make not a wanton display of their beauty: but it is best for them to be modest: and Allah is One Who sees and knows all things."
Scientific problems in the Quran:
Sperm comes from the chest of a man: Surah 86:5-7, "Now let man but think from what he is created! He is created from a drop emitted-Proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs."
Birds can talk: Surah 27:16, "And Solomon was David's heir. He said: "O ye people! We have been taught the speech of birds, and on us has been bestowed (a little) of all things: this is indeed Grace manifest (from Allah)."
Ants can talk: Surah 27:18, "At length, when they came to a (lowly) valley of ants, one of the ants said: "O ye ants, get into your habitations, lest Solomon and his hosts crush you (under foot) without knowing it."
There are 7 heavens and 7 earths! Surah 65:12, "Allah is He Who created seven Firmaments and of the earth a similar number. Through the midst of them (all) descends His Command: that ye may know that Allah has power over all things, and that Allah comprehends, all things in (His) Knowledge."
Mary is the sister of Aaron and Moses: Surah 19:27-28, "Then she brought him to her own folk, carrying him. They said: O Mary! Thou hast come with an amazing thing. 28 O sister of Aaron! Thy father was not a wicked man nor was thy mother a harlot."
Having just outlined just a handful of many problems and contradictions to the Qur’an as a divinely inspired work, we are forced to reject the Islamic claim that the Qur’an represents an error-free word of God to humanity. However, when a similar standard is applied to the Bible, the result is self-vindicating, for the Bible emerges flawless.
Islam, the religion of peace:
Is Islam a religion of peace? Many of its advocates say that it is.  Let's see what the Qur'an actually says.
The Qur'an tells Muslims to kill and go to war to fight for Islam: Quran, chapters (Surahs) 9:5; 2:191; 2:193; 3:118; 4:75,76; 5:33, 8:12; 8:65; 9:73,123; 33:60-62.
Fight for Allah: "And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from whence they drove you out, and persecution is severer than slaughter, and do not fight with them at the Sacred Mosque until they fight with you in it, but if they do fight you, then slay them; such is the recompense of the unbelievers, (Quran 2:191).
Muslims are to battle for Allah: "Those who believe do battle for the cause of Allah; and those who disbelieve do battle for the cause of idols. So fight the minions of the devil. Lo! the devil's strategy is ever weak," (Quran 4:76).
Kill those against Islam: "The only reward of those who make war upon Allah and His messenger and strive after corruption in the land will be that they will be killed or crucified, or have their hands and feet on alternate sides cut off, or will be expelled out of the land. Such will be their degradation in the world, and in the Hereafter," (Quran 5:33).
Beheading: "When thy Lord inspired the angels, (saying): I am with you. So make those who believe stand firm. I will throw fear into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Then smite the necks and smite of them each finger. 13That is because they opposed Allah and His messenger. Whoso opposeth Allah and His messenger, (for him) lo! Allah is severe in punishment," (Quran 8:12).
Slay non-Muslims: "Then, when the sacred months have passed, slay the idolaters wherever ye find them, and take them (captive), and besiege them, and prepare for them each ambush. But if they repent and establish worship and pay the poor-due, then leave their way free. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful," (Quran 9:5).
Allah urges war: "O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness; and know that Allah is with those who guard (against evil)," (Quran 9:123).
Allah urges killing: " . . . the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease and the agitators in the city do not desist . . . 61Cursed: wherever they are found they shall be seized and murdered, a (horrible) murdering. 62(Such has been) the course of Allah with respect to those who have gone before; and you shall not find any change in the course of Allah, (Quran 33:60-62).
Allah loves those who fight for him: "Truly Allah loves those who fight in His Cause in battle array, as if they were a solid cemented structure," (Quran 61:4).
As you can see, the Qur'an definitely teaches that its people are to fight for the cause of Islam. This list of verses is important because they are within the holy book of Islam. What are we to conclude if a Muslim is to take the Quran seriously? Is he not obligated to slay non-Muslims, to go to war, to kill those against Islam, etc.? Isn't this what the verses are teaching? Yes, they are.
Jesus:
Muslims claim that Jesus was one of the most important prophets—not God’s Son. Islam asserts that Jesus, though born of a virgin, was created like Adam. Muslims do not believe Jesus died on the cross. They do not understand why Allah would allow His prophet Isa (the Islamic word for "Jesus") to die a torturous death. Yet the Bible shows how the death of the perfect Son of God was essential to pay for the sins of the world (Isaiah 53:5-6; John 3:16; 14:6; 1 Peter 2:24). So since they do not believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ they are lost and damned to hell, unless they repent and put their faith in Jesus Christ.
Works Salvation:
Islam is a religion of salvation by works because it combines man's works with Allah's grace. Consider the following verses from the Qur'an.
"To those who believe and do deeds of righteousness hath Allah promised forgiveness and a great reward," (Surah 5:9).
"And He answers those who believe and do good deeds, and gives them more out of His grace; and (as for) the unbelievers, they shall have a severe punishment," (Surah 42:26).
"O you who believe! If you are careful of (your duty to) Allah, He will grant you a distinction and do away with your evils and forgive you; and Allah is the Lord of mighty grace," (Surah 8:29).
In Christianity, we appeal to the work of Christ on the cross (1 Pet. 2:24) completely and totally and in nothing in ourselves as a basis for forgiveness because no good thing dwells within us (Rom. 7:18), that is, apart from Christ. We sincerely believe in Christ, but we never claim that forgiveness is in any way merited or gained because of our sincerity or our works. Rather, our forgiveness is based on faith and trust in God in what He has done for us in Christ. Salvation in Christianity is God-centered. In Islam, forgiveness of sins is man-centered in that it is dependent upon man's sincerity and man's works in combination with Allah's forgiveness. Both Christianity and Islam teach that we must have faith in God. But in Christianity, this faith in God is enough to save us (Rom. 5:1; Eph. 2:8-9). In Islam, faith in God is not enough.
Conclusion:
Christians and Muslims disagree on the nature of God, salvation, prophets, the true Scriptures, and many more things.  I know most Muslims will not change their mind about their beliefs while reading this but I am a Christian, saved by the grace of my Lord and Savior, Jesus. In obedience to Christ and according to the Bible, I seek to expose error and teach the truth. Therefore, I must say that Islam is a false religion. I say this to convert Muslims to Christ so they may find salvation in Him and find everlasting peace.

Narrated Abu Dharr: Once I was with the Prophet (ﷺ) in the mosque at the time of sunset. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Abu Dharr! Do you know where the sun sets?" I replied, "Allah and His Apostle know best." He said, "It goes and prostrates underneath (Allah's) Throne; and that is Allah's Statement:-- 'And the sun runs on its fixed course for a term (decreed). And that is the decree of All-Mighty, the All-Knowing....' (36.38)
https://quranx.com/36.37-38
And a sign for them is the night. We remove from it [the light of] day, so they are [left] in darkness. And the sun runs [on course] toward its stopping point. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.
The author of the quran doesn't understand how the sun works. That's either the stupidest, tiniest god in the universe, or an ignorant pedophilic warlord.

My atheist rituals
My atheist rituals:
First I start my ritual with saying the classic "fuck your sky daddy" 3 times, which won't be accepted unless I'm drinking alcohol and eating pork, I then go to my worshipping place; reddit's r/atheism where I make fun of theists (most of the time Christians and Muslims only) and insult their beliefs and look down on them, then I go to Facebook and laugh at religious posts, I also like comparing God to the tooth fairy and Santa
I then proceed by sharing the hashtag #taxthechurch everywhere for more 7asanat
And the finally step is watching "genetically modified skeptic" to strengthen my faith, I also like watching abdallah rushdy and making fun of him/insulting him in the comments
I end my day by repeating "I'm not scared of hell or your sky daddy you brainwashed fucks" til I sleep
Bonus ritual: Every year on the month of no nut November the holy month, I buy a Bible, Torah and a Quran just to burn them and spit on them, at that time of the year I gain more science points than ever and all my scientific errors are forgiven
I'm only doing this for science, I'm hoping to go to scientific heaven 😇
I M THITNKIN YOU DIDINT EVEN WRITE THOIS SHIT,

I supported death penalty for apostates before leaving islam! via /r/atheism
I supported death penalty for apostates before leaving islam! I was a born Muslim. Always believed practiced. Prayed 5 times a day until 3 months before leaving Islam. I didn't know much about Islamic law or Sharia until 16 years when there was terrorist attack occured in my country. I became interested in learning Islam. And quickly became radicallized. I was supporting death penalty for exmuslims and blasphemers, stoning gay people to death or throwing them from tall buildings, enforcing hijab like in Iran, lashing people who drinks alcohol and stoning adulterers. I was also became fond of offensive jihad against all non Muslims and founding a global caliphate. I began to learn my former religion more and more deeply. And found some of the most absurd scientific errors in Quran like flat earth, sun resting under Allah's throne at night, sky falling in parts, moon splitting and gazillions of people separated by a wall erected between mountains on earth. And began to doubt Islam and ended up leaving Islam when I was 18 years old. I feel cringe and ashamed about my past self. Now I understand how other people feel and empathize with them. I think I am a prime example of how religion can make someone into a terrible person. Submitted April 13, 2024 at 04:05PM by Accidenttimely17 (From Reddit https://ift.tt/wgaWqkz)

Quran Lessons
The recent pandemic altered the path of how people conducted their lives. People tried to adapt to the new structure, but still, many forgot to understand the Quran. The Holy Quran is a crucial component of Islam. Quran lessons are essential for Muslims of all times. Muslims, however, are inclined to acknowledge otherwise. They still hold to old paths, which has impacted and harmed the ecclesiastical texture of Islam. The Holy Quran is the most crucial element of faith for Muslims. So, understanding the Holy Quran is very valuable for practicing Muslims. Quran lessons include the following advantages.
·        It will Set your Priorities Right.
We are frequently caught up in all the false preferences. The Holy Quran establishes them right. It notifies you precisely where your life’s stress must be and what you want to do to accomplish that emphasis.
·        It will Connect You to your Creator.
The Holy Quran comprises the message of Allah Almighty. It is like Allah speaking to you. When you browse it daily, it will maintain your connection to the Only One who matters – Allah Almighty.
·        It will Improve your Hereafter.
The Holy Quran can brighten your dark grave. It can intervene for you on the Day of Judgement and add many excellent deeds to your ranking.
 Online Quran Lessons
Learning the Holy Quran is every Muslim's most crucial and primary obligation. The Holy Quran is the final Book from Allah Almighty and disclosed on the last Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the Holy month of Ramadan for the guidance and directions of us. The only means to learn the Holy Quran in ancient times was a mosque or the Madrassa. The Quran language is Arabic, and non-Arab People don't understand it; there are many Quran institutes for online Quran lessons, but the most preferred is https://www.tarteelequran.com.au/. On these platforms, Quran is taught online to make you familiar with the actual announcement of Allah Almighty.
The appointment criteria for online Quran lessons are very formal and precise as we only select those leading teachers who excel in all sessions and trials. They have devised numerous unique schemes and techniques for our Quran learning courses. These strategies are used to bring out remarkable results in all Quran lessons.
Online Quran Lessons for Kids and Adults
Online Quran lessons for kids and adults give an enormous benefit: you will get all the information you want without any difficulty. Every parent wants to give their children a wealth of education, whether it's scientific or religious, but sometimes due to lack of time and business matters, they cannot give much time to their children. We are offering an online platform of https://www.tarteelequran.com.au/ for the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
Thus, online Quran classes have a significant role to play confidently. In online courses, all the facilities are found at home. To claim to have the most incredible online Quran program, we must uphold a high delivery standard. We offer several learning opportunities for children. They learn through engaging interactive games that are fun for them. Memorization and application of knowledge and wisdom are two different types of learning. Moreover, online Quran classes are very peaceful and safe for the children.
Online Quran lessons for kids and adults allow them to recite the Quran exactly like native Arabs at the end of the online Quran course. They may be able to recite Quran fluently and confidently. They can memorize the Quran or portions of the Quran with error-free revisions in the Quran memorization course. They may be capable of overcoming all the errors that Non-Arab Muslims usually have in their recitation. They may implement all the Tajweed rules while reciting the Quran in prayer. All of these strategies make learning very simple for children.
 Online Quran Lessons with Tajweed
The evolving uncertainty among Muslims is because of their distance from the Quran. We admit that we can break out the dark times by connecting ourselves to the Holy Quran. Fortunately, technology has come as a knight in glowing armor for most of us. We can now attend online Quran lessons with Tajweed, expose ourselves to the Quranic language, and listen to plenty of recitations worldwide. Each phase you take in this attempt makes you fall in love with your religion and Allah Almighty.
The first step to build your connection with the Holy Book is proper Recitation applying Tajweed rules. It has to do with the laws regulating pronunciation, wrapping Arabic lexical approaches. The students learning Tajweed are exposed to a simple metaphor of every symbol in the Holy Quran. They characterize the root organ of every word, which eventually directs to obvious recitation.
The Holy Quran came down to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) through Angel Jibrael (AS). The grand angel recited every letter specifically, teaching it to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), who later endorsed it to the companions.
In online Quran Lessons with Tajweed, after the teacher has ensured that the pupil has a comprehensive comprehension of the principles, they move on to the recitation of the Quran. The most delicate thing is that we can adapt our teaching methods and pace to a student's level of comprehension.
