As the players stand in the middle of spawn with no tools and food they go off and find the land case filled with mods of all kinds of different foods and trees all over the land they had 3 lives to start

All the pain was too much for most of the players in the game but they had to kill each other to win the crown of the game

Grian and mumbo base together as a team as everyone was doing some work around the world as the game played out

As the sun was about to set before the war began they had some issues with scar being the bad guy and killing most of his friends

Hello author nim! I read the michaeng poly-oneshots and saw that you welcome ideas so I was wondering if you would entertain mine? My idea was an au where chaeng is the bodyguard of mina who is a CEO and mina spoils her bodyguard a lot in and out of her work.. but when an attempt at mina's life is made chaeng saves her but gets heavily injured (shot by a bullet or something) .. mina must have become devastated but chaeng is rushed to the hospital and manages to survive... And then mina starts fussing about taking care of chaeng and keeps her with her at all times , even taking leave from her office coz she has already worked nonstop for years... Mina is protective but she won't stop chaeng from insisting on continuing her bodyguard duties to her

[Diabolik Lovers HDB LVE] Manservant & Brute Endings ~Subaru🗡️~

Am I doing this after only doing the vampire ends of (almost) every Sakamaki brother? Yes. But I wanted to get it out of the way bc surprisingly, getting the right amount of S points was slightly tedious for me LOL (literally tried 3 times to get Subaru's manservant end b4 resorting to just look up how to get it)

Manservant End

Running away from the castle after Subaru killed Christa, Yui and Subaru arrive in the forest. Yui laments how she couldn't listen to Subaru's wish for her to wait for him while he does what he gotta do, and notices how depressed he looks. She asks him if he's alright as, seeing your mother dead on the ground would probably warrant such a reaction, only for it to come as a surprise that Subaru himself was the one who killed her, because he wanted to free her from the Hell she was living. He goes on to talk about how his "filthy" blood "dirtied" the white rose, driving her to insanity (it wasn't your fault, Babuಥ_ಥ).

Christa was deemed the most beautiful of the family, so that's the title she was given. But then, KarlHeinz r-worded her and Subaru was born then she 'wilted'. He says although it was them (*cough* KarlHeinz's, let's be real) who ruined her and she loathed them, she couldn't kill them nor take her own life. So due to time flowing differently for vampires compared to humans (and trauma), she eventually was driven to insanity. So to release his mother from being held captive by KarlHeinz in her eternal life of mental instability, Subaru followed the plea she gave him from a young age and killed her.

There's small implications once again of the connection of Yui's heart and Cordelia, but when questioned Subaru brushes it off and says to just forget about it. To his frustration, he can't kill his father because he doesn't have the power to do so yet, so Yui tells him to drink her blood as that makes him more powerful so one day he will gain the power to kill KarlHeinz. He's hesitant at first but Yui expresses he can lose his self-control because she broke her promise and didn't wait for him and wants to help him, not minding that she's his prey... Under the condition that he's not allowed to drink anyone else's blood, of course. Subaru agrees and promises to never let her go, drinking her blood in the moonlight.

Brute End

Yui wakes up and Subaru hasn't come back yet, so she starts to get worried. One of Subaru's(?) familiars flies in carrying a pouch which holds Subaru's silver knife, AND A WHITE ROSE!ಥ_ಥ Yui finds blood on the rose, and that's when it hits her that Subaru's most likely dead:') Screaming, she blames herself for not stopping him from leaving, and begs someone to save him, she'd even throw away her belief in God. This is finally where Cordelia actually comes into play herself, and tries to take over Yui's body, bc apparently she couldn't all this time since Yui hadn't given up her faith until now?

They talk for a bit and ofc Cordelia gotta rub everything in her face, saying that if Subaru had continued to drink her blood, "maybe he wouldn't have died so pathetically"╰（‵□′）╯ she wants to take over Yui to use the power to kill Karl Heinz (valid, honestly. Dude can drop dead). Yui takes all this information, and calls for Subaru, apologising for saying smth that dishonoured his kindness of wanting to protect her. Silently pledging her life to Subaru, she follows him and implacably stabs herself(┬┬﹏┬┬)

Phantomhives eldest daughter

🚢Lau became friends with Ciel around 1887 if I recall that right, to be specific a penfriend of his and that's how he would probably meet his darling for the first time. He as a talent for popping up unannounced every once in a while, including in the Phantomhive manor. Lau in general is mainly interested in Ciel since that guy helps him and his business and since Lau is mercenary, he listens to him a lot.

🚢But he finds himself still curious about Ciel's older sister, the only person who Ciel still seems to be truly attached too and it is not often to see him being that respectful and open as when around her which fascinates the chinese man a lot, knowing how Ciel usually is. Of course he knows from the very beginning that she is already betrothed to Edward which makes sense since her little brother is engaged with Elizabeth Midford. Though with you it is easier to tell that you're happy with the decision of your father, when with your fiancé always looking happy whilst your litte brother struggles a bit with Lizzy, but you definitely try to bring both of them closer.

🚢Whilst you might not be directly the guard dog, it is mostly not like you just sit around and play the obedient and brave housewife which Lau admires on you. You have the brains as well, help Ciel in his cases and just like your husband and brother, you also possess the art of swordplay, Edward probably teaching you a bit. So you might be a mix of your mother and father, you can be shy and very gentle when around people you trust, but are also smart and manipulative, charming your way into people's heart if it is for the tasks, a business woman through and through. This is what iterests Lau so much and since he is assossciated with Ciel and a part of Aristocrats of Evil, just like his darling is.

🚢So whilst you are very nice and friendly, you are also not easy to fool, seeing behind that eternal smile of his and knowing why he is so interested in Ciel, ready to work for the person who entertains him and helps him getting profit and also being aware of his propensity for violence and the excessive amount he is ready to use it which might be tasteless in your opinion.

🚢Lau in general is pretty hard to read and predict which might make you more warily around him, something he definitely notices and whilst he is a bit amused to see you being overly suspicious, liking to mess with you a bit, he also wants you to trust him which is why he tries to be closer to you and befriending you. He is good in fooling people and with his more goofy personality it might be hard to tell where exactly he crosses the platonic line to a romantic one. He is not really shocked nor disappointed or embarrassed when realizing his feelings, he has strong nerves and will just take it the way it is. He can't do anything about his feelings anyways, so why bother?

🚢But no matter from where you look it, Lau mostly only acts in what he thinks will be for his personal best iterest which is why he decides to break the whole engagement somehow off, though knowing he has to be careful since his darling's little brother, someone he is allied with, has a tight connection witht he Midford's and would want to avoid raising tension between his and their family. He knows it won't be easy, you're smart and you and Edward love each other, but there is always a crack, even in the most happiest lve stories. And all he has to do is find that little flaw and stir it up until everything falls apart. Lau has patience and doesn't waver, not acting bothered when seeing you and your fiancé being all lovely together, he keeps that smile because he has indeed a will made out of steel. He knows that eventually his time will come.

🚢Killing Edward would of course also be an option and afterwards he could use the chance to court you and be your shoulder to cry on, but that idea bears a lot of risks because his death would cause a commotion with everyone being dead set on finding the murderer and he would be finished when he is exposed, all his money and his business would be shattered mercilessly and he might risk getting killed himself. There are too many unknown factors and the fast road is not always the best, the longer one works in most of the cases better which is why he chooses to wait for longer and plan everything better.

🚢He has to become a close person of yours at first, fightng his way slowly into your heart. It doesn't have to be love for now, a friend should be fine, preferably a really good one as well since Lau likes spending time with you, you're funny to be with and he sincerely enjoys your company a lot. Additionally he often brings you presents, hair ornaments with expensive patterns, ointments for skin and alos many clothes, somewhat spoiling you. This is a sign that he likes you and is probably the reason why you refuse, not wanting to awaken in Edward the wrong impression by accepting presents of another way, but Lau insists, guaranteeing it's merely a sign of his respect for you as a good friend and daughter of the Phantomhive's. He has his ways with words which is why he somehow manages to convince you to reluctantly accept them.

🚢Ciel might be more protective despite you being the older one and also being protective of him. But Ciel kind of does not know what to feel when seeing Lau growing so close to you, not being able to tell if he truly likes you or just wants to test him a bit which is why he as well is a bit more warily with him when around you. He just can't tell what Lau is really up to and whilst that guy follows his demands and works together with him, that doesn't mean that he has to trust that guy around you. Kind of tries to seperate you two, with both of you noticing what he is up to.

🚢 And it is not like Lau doesn't keep an eye on you even when he isn't physically present, he has Ran Mao stalking you a bit, though she has to be careful with Sebastian being around and additionally she also spies on the Midford's in an attempt to find something out which he might be able to use against them and the engagement. It is not like Lau doubts Edward will treat the s/o good, it's just that the only person he would be truly able to share with without having to work on plans to eliminate the other person is Ran Mao herself since he sees her as his sister and has faith in her, though he is ready to share when the stakes are against him. But as long as he knows there is a chance, he grabs it, just like he always does.

🚢In the end it comes all honestly down to whether or not his darling knew about "Ciel" and Ciel because that will ultimately decide how good of a chance he has. Because if she knew and kept quiet about it, it might hint that she would later on decide to flee alongside with the rest of the servants, although she might have been shaken up when seeing her brother who she had thought of dead. Because that would put her herself in a tight spot and there might be a bounty on her as well which might lead the Midford's to declaring the engagement is broken off. So whilst she fully understands why they made that decision, it doesn't keep her from breaking down which is somewhat the cueword for Lau to become active when saving his darling and her brother. It's literally his opportunity to shine without even having to do anything.

🚢If she didn't know and would feel betrayed by her little brother who kept it a secret from her as well as absolutely devastated that she never realized this despite being their older sister, she might be too confused to really do anything and stay which makes things for Lau more complicated since he didn't see this coming at all. He needs to change his plans afterwards and if "Ciel" has a similar sense of possession over his sis like he has over his little brother, this will get complicated since he won't let her off the hook easily.

Our love started good, it was like finding someone you’ve known all your life. It’s like we picked up where we left off, even if we are virtually strangers. I honestly don’t know what made me fall for you, perhaps its how you decided that you want me, and no one has ever wanted me that surely before. Perhaps it’s how easy I found talking to you is, it’s like I’ve known you all my life. It wasn’t awkward even if I’m all but that. Initially, I thought that it’s weird that I had feelings for you because it didn’t make any sense at all. But all I knew is that I want to be with you. Wanted. For the first time, I actually saw a future with someone. I actually wanted to be with someone. I spent a lot of time alone, I was not desperate to be with anyone. Like I told you when we first started talking, I wasn’t planning on looking for a relationship. I was just honestly there cos I was bored and wanted to talk to people. Then I met you.

When you first encountered problems, I told myself that it’s time to leave. It was too much too soon. I wanted to comfort you and be there for you even if I knew you didn’t want to. My stupid mouth slipped and accidentally told you that I love you. Maybe that was the start of the end, beginning of nothing, because it was too much too soon. Perhaps you only got carried away by how I feel so you decided that you also felt the same, even if it wasn’t the reality. Regardless, I pushed that anxiety down because you said you loved me. It felt amazing, like a breath of fresh air. You were telling me things that I’ve never heard anyone say to me, making promises that sounded like I’m the only girl in the world. Too bad they are just words.

I immediately got used to being around you, even when the signs said that you’re not fond of it. I felt like I was bothering you all the time but then you would have moments where you would act like you’re so in love with me. I told myself that maybe the good times are worth it. The best part you did that made me feel like maybe you truly do care is when you spent time with me even after your long shift from work, just to make sure I’m okay. I was holding onto this, so much. Every time someone says that I’mbeing treated like shit, I always tell them no because I’ve seen this part of you that cared. But that’s the thing, I can’t keep holding out to when you decide to be like that again.

February came around and I was so excited because it will be the first time in years that I will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with a boyfriend. The day came and you didn’t even greet me, you said nothing. I felt stupid for hoping that you’d care. I brushed it off, the pain, because I knew it was your birthmonth. I said maybe you’re just not a valentine’s day person. Maybe you’re just not romantic. I pushed all the hurt and anxiety down. I worked tirelessly to earn enough to send you some gifts to make you feel special on your day, because you told me that no one has cared enough to give you a gift. I wanted to make you feel special, even with the distance. I was so happy because I succeeded! You were happy, you felt special! That was the goal. You started being warmer and sweet towards me, I was happy because I thought hey it’s turning around finally! Yay. But I didn’t know that it would last only for a couple of weeks before we got back to you ignoring me again and making me feel as if I don’t matter. I thought that you getting a Nintendo Switch would save our relationship, cos we’d spend more time together. But it didn’t last for long. You got tired of it and we’re back to our normal routine. Maybe you deleting the stupid post I made on your game was enough premonition to me that you didn’t want people to know you’re taken. You explained everything then, I thought to myself – wow he didn’t just shut off. This is progress. I thought you were telling the truth. I believed you.

Admittedly, what I did next is wrong. I listened to people who said that you weren’t serious with me. I didn’t want to believe hem, believe me. But after seeing what they had to show, it was hard not to believe it. Especially knowing that it was a romantic thing that never panned out. It made me feel like you were still hoping to someday be with them. That you’re only with me because I’m the one who’s available. Maybe that’s another problem of mine, I’ve made myself so available to you. Even when I’m busy or not feeling my best, I would always run to you the moment you need me. Give you whatever you need even if I have nothing. Because to me, that’s love. While I was loving you, I forgot to love myself. I started picking on myself, maybe if I look more like them then you’d pay me enough attention. Maybe if I act more like them then you’d feel as if it’s not a chore to be with me. Because those are the things that you made me feel. That I have to act a certain way to be with you. You only wanted Happy me, not the sad depressed mei. Which is so unfair. But I said, hey maybe that’s what lve is. And god, I was dumb to think of that. I tried to push the negativity out again, after we talked. I tried to tell myself that I can do it. That I wouldn’t want to lose the potential future we have. But then I saw you looking at other women, you said you enjoy their content but their content is porn. It made me feel horrible yet again. It made me feel disgusted and disgusting. That maybe you only liked me because of what I am. I felt sick to my stomach seeing you enjoy ABGs shaking their ass on screens, I felt fetishized. You were acting as if you’re single, looking at these women with their tits and asses out. You were giving them the attention that I wanted. Even after promising that you won’t. I tried to bargain against myself, thinking that maybe you’d change but it just doesn’t feel right. I was willing to look the other way and take what you say and believe it. But at the end of the day, those are just words right?

I guess its too much for me to ask to be respected? I don’t know. All I know is that when I’m with you, I feel small. Insignificant. Ugly. Unwanted. Unloved. I’ve never felt this pain before, and I’ve been through so much. Maybe it’s my fault because I ignored all the signs. But I was so in love with you, you don’t even know it. I put you up in a pedestal, thinking you won’t do anything to hurt me. Because I thought we saw each other eye to eye. I didn’t know I was wrong. I guess red flags are just flags when you’re wearing rose colored glasses. All I wanted was honesty, all I offered was honesty. Never have I ever lied to you in the duration of our relationship.

I don’t know why I’m writing. I don’t even know if I’ll send this. Maybe.  Maybe not. Not sober, at least. I doubt you’ll even care. I doubt you’d even read it. I doubt it. Maybe this is the universe’s sick revenge, karma, for all the guys I’ve ghosted and hurt before you.

I want you to know that I really did love you. I’ve given you my all. And this is the same reason why I want you to stop pursuing me. Especially if you’re not ready. Because I will always come back to you. Because you will always have a space in my heart. But if you truly love me, please spare me the pain.

I really wanted it to work. So bad. That I was willing to look past how much I’m hurting. I guess you’re right, maybe I’m too emotional. But it’s something I’m proud of, especially after being robbed of emotions all my life. It’s not wrong of me to feel things, I worked so hard for it. I was so vulnerable with you, completely no walls barred. Maybe that was wrong of me. Maybe I should have left some for myself. That’s just how I am, I love so hard and selflessly. I’m sorry if it was too much for you.  I’m sorry I had to leave the way I did. I needed to save myself of the pain. I just can’t handle it anymore.

Maybe one day, if you find yourself here or I there, maybe we could try again. When we’re both ready for each other. But for now, good bye and thank you for everything. I’m sorry for everything as well.

PS- don’t forget to cut yourself some slack. You are trying your best with what you have, you have overcame a lot and you should be proud of that every single day. As I am.   You will live a fruitful life with someone who will love you unconditionally and understand you completely, without it being so difficult.

A Dumb Draft Exercise

It's a Friday night and we're all locked in so I decided to do something a touch different. I took the current NFL draft order and then looked up the last five NFL drafts (2015-2019) to see who was picked at spots. Using the teams as they stand after one long (and it feels it) week of free agency, I picked ONE player selected at that set position to try and do a retro draft. Each team picked ONE player picked over the last five years at that specific spot (so at 1 overall, you could only draft 1st overall). How different would your favorite team look? Welll.....

1. Cincinnati- QB Kyler Murray (2019)

The first round picks of the past five years consist of four QBs (Jameis Winston, Jared Goff, Baker Mayfield and Murray) alongside premiere edge rusher Myles Garrett. As is often the case with top pick QBs tasked with saving bad franchises, each becomes less and less attractive as the years go by and they hit the ceiling of "damn good but not quite franchise saver" over and over. I went with Murray because while I think Goff is vastly underrated by most fans, Murray's got the ability and personality to drastically change an organization that feels like it's been hankering for a chance over the past five years. Murray was one of the NFL's brightest stars last year and figures to only improve, especially if you put him under the watchful gaze of an offensive guru (of sorts) in Zac Taylor.

2. Washington- DE Nick Bosa (2019)

Was REALLY torn with Carson Wentz and Nick Bosa for the Redskins. There's a lot of dead-ish weight here with Mitch Trubisky and Marcus Mariota and while Saquon may be the best player in theory, no team needs to take a running back in the top 5 (or in the first round at all). Assuming the Redskins are truly comfortable with Dwayne Haskins then taking Nick Bosa and pairing him up in the front four along with the likes of Montez Sweat, Matt Ionidis and Daron Payne would probably be a formidable ass crew.  Basically the Chase Young strategy.

3. Detroit- DE Joey Bosa (2016)

How about the Bosa Bros going back to back! One would assume tht if the Lions wanted a QB, they're GOING to have their pick of the proverbial litter on the back end. After all after Cincy, they'll have Tua, Herbert and Love at their disposal if taking a QB so amuses them. Instead operating under the belief that the Lions feel comfortable with Stafford for MAYBE one more year, it leaves us to choose from Joey Bosa, Solomon Thomas and Dante Fowler. Bosa is likely on his way to a multiple pro bowl career while Thomas may just grade out as average and Fowler is on his third team now. Easy choice if ya ask me.

4. NY Giants- WR Amari Cooper (2015)

The Giants would be picking from a variety of offensive players; two of which are current Dallas Cowboys. You have Amari Cooper, Zeke Elliott, Leonard Fournette on offense and then Denzel Ward at cornerback as pretty much your only other option. Give me Amari Cooper as he'd immediately step in and make an offense consisting of Daniel Jones, Barkley, Golden Tate and a two tight end threat of Evan Engram and Kaden Smith a pretty damn formidable one.

5. Miami- OLB Bradley Chubb (2018)

This WOULD be easy in theory. Cornerback Jalen Ramsey would've been a FINE choice here but the Dolphins have Xavien Howard and Byron Jones on the back end. With Jalen Ramsey out of the picture, you have an interesting linebacker in Devin White, a superb guard in Brandon Scherff and my selection Bradley Chubb. With so much locked in on the defense, Chubb (if healthy) steps in as an immediate premiere pass rusher. Barely edges out Brandon Scherff. BARELY.

6. LA Chargers- OG Quinton Nelson (2018)

Man! The Chargers would have their glut of talent to choose from if they so desired. Want an elite strong safety? Jamal Adams was picked 6th in 2018. Want a QB to groom and develop? Daniel Jones went here in 2019. If you want a flexible havoc inducing DL piece? Leonard Williams in 2015 went 6th overall. Ronnie Stanley is a pretty damn good tackle as well.  Quinton Nelson is a top 3 guard in just two seasons and figures to continue to improve. It's not a premiere position for a lot of people but Nelson bucks the trend.

7. Carolina- QB Josh Allen (2018)

Funny bit? We have two Josh Allens here as Josh Allen from Wyoming and Josh Allen from Kentucky both went 7th overall. Both would be tremendous picks given the Panthers needs (an elite edge or a QB). Deforest Buckner finally hit on his potential and got paid paid for it as well, fitting in interestingly here as a potential flexible front line piece. The Panthers just paid Teddy Bridgewater relatively big time money but if you have the chance to take a really athletic strong armed QB who has shown strides in two seasons, you should do it. Imagine Allen throwing it to the likes of DJ Moore and Christian McCaffery.

8. Arizona- RB Christian McCaffery (2017)

THIS one was hard given the lack of obvious options. Do you need more receiving options? If so TE TJ Hockenson was picked 8th. Christian McCaffery is probably the best player at this spot but again, running backs and top 10s and etc etc etc. Nuke Hopkins, Larry Fitzgerald and Christian Kirk are on paper a superb trio of WRs and you also have Kenyan Drake at RB. Vic Beasley is a good pass rusher who has sort of lost his way as a player (hence the one year prove it deal). Give me McCaffery I guess. I think he'd do wonders in Kingbsury's offense and I suppose you can make he and Drake work together. That's why head coaches get paid.

9. Jacksonville- OT Mike McGlinchey (2018)

There's not a lot of obvious fits for a tanking team like the Jaguars. DT Ed Oliver would be intriguing but I have no idea how he fits in with the Jaguars defense. The likes of Leonard Floyd (recently released), Ereck Flowers (failed tackle turned kinda failed guard), John Ross (oft injured speedster) are other options. Lastly there's Mike McGlinchey who was starting at right tackle for the Super Bowl 49ers. The Jaguars have spent picks at both tackle spots but McGlinchey is better.

10. Cleveland- QB Patrick Mahomes (2017)

Fuck. Would the Browns even with Baker Mayfield flirt with taking Patrick Mahomes? Who cares. Mayfield can be traded. If you have the chance to grab the best QB in the NFL, you do it. Easy peasy.

11. NY Jets- CB Marshon Lattimore (2016)

This one came down to Lattimore or Minkah Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick can do so much across a secondary and his swiss army knife toolset was amplified in a Pittsburgh secondary that left to his devices where he could roam free and fuck shit up. On the other hand, Marshon Lattimore represents one of the NFL's rare commodities; a star shutdown cornerback. Plus with Marcus Maye and Jamal Adams tie up the safety spots pretty well.

12. Las Vegas- QB Deshaun Watson (2017)

The Raiders are openly flirtatious with moving on from Derek Carr. Deshaun Watson would step in and be a massive upgrade. There's also not much here either given how 90% of the players are DL and the Raiders have plenty of names and faces they like there. Maxx Crosby, Maliek Collins, John Hankins and Clelin Ferrell to name a few.

13. San Francisco f/IND- OG Laremy Tunsil (2016)

Take the 49ers OL with Joe Staley, Mike McGlinchey and Laken Tomlinson and then slide in Laremy Tunsil at RG. That's an absurd OL. There also weren't many options to really delve into either depending on how you feel about Da'Ron Payne and Vita Vea.

14. Tampa Bay- DE Marcus Davenport (2018)

Pick 14 over the past five years is a bit of a dry spell unfortunately. The best player on the list is DeVante Parker and the Bucs clearly have a collection of damn good WRs. Shaq Barrett and JPP are in place for 2020 but could the Bucs use Davenport as a third rusher and move him inside on pass rush downs. Not a lot of good ideas here unfortunately.

15. Denver- RB Melvin Gordon (2015)

Easy peasy! I mean Denver just signed him! That's a bit of a cheapie but let's keep with it. Gordon fitshere (and nobody else does).

16. Atlanta- LB Tremaine Edmunds (2018)

Edmunds with Deion Jones? Sign me up! The only other option that makes sense here is Marlon Humphrey at corner which would be an equally fine pick.

17. Dallas- S Derwin James (2018)

Given that Arik Armstead and John Allen would be 3-technique types in this defense, it makes sense we would ONCE again look at the safety market! Yay! The Cowboys scheme in 2018 apparently didn't like Derwin James as much as the media thought they did but this is a brand new scheme and a new way to play. Derwin James would edge out Keanu Neal (who BTW when healthy is an amazing safety) by virtue of being more of the chess piece the Cowboys need.

18. Miami f/PIT- C Ryan Kelly (2017)

Again there's a glut of corners here but the Dolphins have their fair share. As such, turn your attention over to a glut of centers---who they also just signed a guy for. Ryan Kelly is a pro bowl center though and you can make exceptions for that.

19. Las Vegas f/CHI- LB Leighton Vander-Esch (2018)

One of the better linebackers in the NFL prior to his neck injury, LVE was a friggin' elite athlete who could still redefine what NFL linebackers look like. His defensive coordinator is there as well (as the DL coach) and I bet Gruden would love his leadership and his ability as an off ball linebacker. This one is easy enough.

20. Jacksonville f/LAR- TE Noah Fant (2019)

The Jaguars are in the midst of a rebuild of sorts but unfortunately there's no immediate building block pieces at 20. It came down to Frank Ragnow (a versatile OL with upside) or Noah Fant and I opted for tight end Noah Fant since Minshew could use a reliable safety blanket. Assuming Fant can control his drops of course.

21. Philadelphia- WR Will Fuller (2016)

The Eagles could REALLY use some targets for Carson Wentz. Last year in clutch games they were relying on JJ Arceaga-Whiteside and Boston Scott for targets outside of their tight ends. Wouldn't have a problem going with FS Darnell Savage either who also went at 21.

22. Minnesota f/BUF- DE Bud Dupree (2015)

I don't know if the Vikings NEED an edge but even if they don't, there's really no options here. Josh Doctson was a flop in Washington, Charles Harris was a flop in Miami, Rashaan Evans plays the same spot as their glut of damn good linebackers and Andre Dillard is an unproven tackle for Philly to this point. Hit or miss here.

23. New England- Isaiah Wynn (2018)

I mean they drafted him here. Easy enough. Although would they take TE Evan Engram all things being equal?

24. New Orleans- WR DJ Moore (2018)

The Saints did grab Emmanuel Sanders but DJ Moore, Sanders and Michael Thomas is a whole different world of WR depth. There's also pretty much nobody else here worthy of snagging either.

25. Minnesota- WR Marquise Brown (2019)

HOLLYWOOD! The Vikings just traded away Stefon Diggs and could use an infusion of playmaker at their WR spot to help assist their TE room, Dalvin Cook and Adam Thielen. Marquise Brown would give Kirk Cousins a souped up version of Jamison Crowder; a WR-3 he relied heavily on in Washington.

26. Miami f/HOU- DE Montez Sweat (2019)

So the Dolphins have signed a lot of DE and we also gave them Bradley Chubb earlier BUT Montez Sweat is going to terrorize the NFL for the next 5-10 years and so he and Chubb combined? That's big time pass rush. Also, again, not much to really select from here either.

27. Seattle- CB Byron Jones (2015)

If you drew up a make and model for a Seahawks DB? It looks like Byron Jones. Byron just got paid big time money by Miami It's Byron vs Tre White and Byron fits the mold a bit better. Could also see Seattle liking Kenny Clark. Lots of good defensive players at 27.

28. Baltimore- OG Laken Tomlinson (2015)

Let Tomlinson battle it out with the interior OL the Ravens have currently. There's really not much here, it's either Tomlinson or DT Jerry Tillery.

29. Tennessee- TE David Njoku (2017)

Funny story, the 2016 1st round pick here was forfeited via deflategate. With just four names to choose from (and not really much to talk about either way), the Titans take David Njoku. Njoku has struggled with his role in Cleveland and the Titans do have some solid tight ends already in place but Njoku would be a pretty nice flier. Most of the guys here at 29 are just not good unless you're a Taven Bryan truther.

30. Green Bay- LB TJ Watt (2017)

And Cowboys fans across the globe shudder in horror. Yes, the Packers have two really good DEs in the Smith brothers. There's nobody else here who comes remotely close to the pure value TJ Watt has. Let him rush from the left side and rack up the sacks. You can figure it out somehow I figure. Let Preston Smith play 3-tech or something!

31. San Francisco- LB Reuben Foster (2017)

On one hand, the less said about Foster the better. On the other, there's really nobody else here who would come close. Unless you're a Germaine Ifedi fan?

32. Kansas City- DT Malcolm Brown (2015)

For any other team in any other league, this is Lamar Jackson. The Chiefs are really set at QB for the next 10-15 years so we'll have to take a pass. Instead Malcolm Brown is pretty much the only other really good value play. Big thumpy 1-tech/nose tackles are usually found later on in the draft but Brown is a good one and the Chiefs truthfully don't need much else either.

jeepers! meet rowan ‘ro’ sharpe, tenant of room 3b, college student tentatively majoring in history and wholesome all-american boy learning to stand on his own.  this is legiterally the worst ™ intro, but it is also everything i applied with! 

·      ☆ ⤻ logan shroyer. meet ro sharpe. he is/are a 20 year old history student, who’s been residing in apartment #3b for a year. usually , you can catch him on the subway listening to a whiter shade of pale  by procol harum and their roommates insist that he reminds them of rumpled sheets, sunlight streaming through a half-opened window and tangled earbuds. the libra has been described as candid & guarded but since he’s known as the all-american, i guess we’ll just have to wait and see .

a brief intro

think basic white boy. now more basic. even more basic. if ur at fuccboi, ur going in the wrong direction. 

he is absolutely the kid in high school that you wanted to hate, but that you couldn’t. his parents raised him right and that frustrates others around him to no end.

he’s as american as apple pie and just as sweet. if you met him in his native environment, he’d probably be somewhere in between a state fair and a football game. picture like any movie where the underdog leads his team to state. that was him in senior year.

he had a mom and stepdad and two little siblings that he left behind in ohio. (and sometimes, though he hates to admit it because it sounds like something a coward would say, he wishes he had never really left them.)

the world is bigger than he thought it was. and there’s times when he’s in the apartment and people are walking by that he can’t help but be a little afraid.

on social media, if you scroll back in time, before the apartment, all his posts before got is pictures of these two little kids and like football cleats and like terrible shaky videos of performances he did with the awful band that he made with his friends. he never thought he was going to go to new york city for college. he never thought- that this would be his life.

the drama that goes on, the messiness of the rest of the people who live in the apartment—as much as he never expected it to be, this is a vibrance that sucks him in, that has a hold on him that he can’t really explain. there’s a joy to it, of course, an intenseness that he can’t deny. 

just a fish out of water here in the city. part of him wants to go back to when he just had one girlfriend for like four years and they were going to go to college together and get married and he was going to be an actuary or a tax auditor or something. part of him still believes that he will– 

but he also knows. he loves this life. he’ll never be able to go back. 

I”M LITERALLY CRYING I LVE HTIS BEAUTIFUL WHITE BOY. HE LIVES SUCH A GOOD & WHOLESOME LIFE. I BET HIS MOM WENT ON HIS FIRST DATE WITH HIM WHEN HE WAS 14 AND, WHEN HE WAS 7. HE WALKED AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND GAVE EVERYONE THEIR MAIL FROM THEIR MAILBOXES EVENTHO THAT’S A FELONY. HE JUST WAS A GOOD WHOLESOME KID.

1.       His mom and his bio dad never got married and, while his dad did his best to be around while he was really young, his job eventually took him away to nyc and both of them agreed it would be best if he didn’t look back.

2.       though he remembers missing his biological father terribly at first, he was young enough that it hardly mattered. within the next few years, his mother got married, ro was adopted by his stepfather, and he would get two new half-siblings. 

a.       by the end of the first year of the marriage, ro had already taken to calling his stepfather ‘dad’. after all, it was his stepfather who took him out to backyard and taught him to play catch. it was his stepfather who helped him with his math homework and bought him christmas gifts. it was his stepfather who was there. and to ro, that was all that mattered. 

3.       he never once thought his childhood was missing anything. he took bass guitar and swimming lessons; he played on the local baseball team and, then, after deciding it wasn’t for him, joined the football team. he had a good group of friends and even did fairly well in school.  

4.       it wasn’t until he got into high school that things started to fray at the edges. after pulling a prank at school and getting into trouble, his stepfather sat him down and asked if he were acting out bc he missed his real father. he hadn’t been– at least, he hadn’t thought he was, but, when the gate was opened, he admitted that he wanted to at least meet the man who he had so few memories of. 

5.       so he did. and it went okay. There were no hard feelings. They agreed to keep meeting up.

6.       ro was lucky, though. as he was forced to navigate through this complicated relationship with his father, he was able to escape the perils that usually plague teens in  high school. 

a.       he was smart enough to talk with the academically-inclined and creative enough to hang around the arts kids, but his true saving grace was his position on the football team. he was good at it— enough that by his junior year, he had gotten an offer to join the reserve team for his dream school. it was a good scholarship and it also allowed him to pursue the degree that he was interested in (econ and math). 

7.       but despite accepting the offer almost immediately— he never ended up actually enrolling. Because he had also secretly applied to a nyc college to spend more time with his bio dad who lived in the region. And when he got accepted, he just knew-

a.       i don’t think he understood what he was getting into. the college he is going to has technically a better reputation than the state school he had originally wanted, but he just wanted– to know his dad better. to have a real relationship with his dad before it was too late.

b.       it weighs heavy on his mind that he threw away the larger college scholarship, the chance to be with his friends, the football offer — all just to spend some time in nyc for the more frequent opportunity to he feels guilty, as if him just being here is some kind of betrayal to the family that raised him. 

8.       lastly, ro absolutely calls his mom and stepfather every week, but still finds himself struggling to hold a conversation with his father. They don’t meet up as often as he thought they would. School takes up too much time for him. And his father is always working. And though his father is the one paying for his rent and also a chunk of his tuition, he still longs for a better connection.

9.       he’s really just a small town boy from ohio and here, where it seems like everyone parties and engages in a rock star lifestyle, he’s incredibly out of his depth. he’s sweet and he’s young and he’s responsible. he’s not here to spiral out of control or be number one  he’s just here to learn what it means to be a student. And also… if he can, someone’s son.

       he stopped drinking soda when he turned 17 for a dare and never picked it up again.

       he knows how to knit.

       he’s a hardcore romantic. his mom took two tries to get it right, but she got it right.

        Did he have a high school gf that lasted for almost the full four years? You betcha. Did they break up because he went to NYC? You got it. Is he heartbroken over it and trying to fill the void? Done and done.

       In the apartment, he’s definitely trying to be the voice of reason. That’s not to say he can’t get down with the best of them, but he’s also always trying to get things under control.

        Since he’s 20, that also means—he’s not very good at standing his ground.
