can i hit three birds with one stone?

if that stone is called "sauna /cold shower/ steam room/cold shower" for an hour a day 5 days a week

that hour will be worth more than a day's worth of healthy kidney and liver function; you will sweat that wine out, liver is fine ;D

your elevated heart rate in the sauna burns a ton of fat and you'll struggle to keep pounds on, second bird hit ;D and also much body positivity no matter what your body type is, some people are just built certain ways and I'm here for fat positivity and body positivity too. But either way sauna is going to help one be healthier

your skin also releases mad toxins in this process and the cold showers bring nutrients to the skin from deep within; third bird hit with the stone and yes I agree enjoy that sunshine (shea butter for skin care always too) ;D

since i did traditional art last year and since i've started studying again and so have less free time, this year i'm doing pale gamkar week a little differently than my usual art (in the hopes it'll save me some time ; -- ;) i'm aiming for a little more cartoony and a whole lot sillier! i didn't have time to draw yesterday so today i'm posting both day 1 and day 2 of @pale-gamkar-week 2024 prompts: laughter and bath!

I sent a screenshot to my betrothed and they had the audacity to ask if we were gonna stay in the “Spooky a little” place. You think I’m not gonna heed their warning? They said spooky a little! Someone took the time to write a review about the little spooky. I want a hotel that’s no spooky. Zero spooky vacation, please.

this is such a tiny stupid petty dumb sticking point but why do people act like hot-water baths are ludicrously unrealistic in a DnD setting no matter what the setting or context actually is

one time in melliwyk's campaign we were staying in a luxury inn in a dwarven stronghold partially populated by warforged and built inside a volcano and each room had its own private bath with running water on tap and when I/ melliwyk was like 'hot water? 👀' the DM gave me a scathingly incredulous 'no??' like that was the world's dumbest question

what do you mean NO. they've figured out PRESSURIZED INDOOR PLUMBING but not GETTING THE WATER HOT????
