March is a HUGE month in astrology! Prepare for significant events/changes in our lives and our world -- and hold the intention that these changes will be for our best and highest good.
We have lots of planets changing signs -- most significantly, Saturn and Pluto. On March 7th, Saturn enters Pisces (where it will stay for the next three years, roughly) on the same day as the Virgo full moon. And on March 23rd, Pluto enters Aquarius, starting a brand new 20-year Pluto cycle.

2023 Important Dates
AKA my notes on The Astrology Podcast’s 2023 Forecast_, hosted by Chris Brennan, Austin Coppock, Leisa Schaim and Diana Rose Parker. As a recap of previous events our hosts connect recent AI art controversies to Venus squaring Neptune (artists vs illusions), and predicts that the Pluto in Aquarius transit will intensify these debates. Saturn in late Aquarius has seen the first successful energy-emitting controlled nuclear fusion reaction, and Austin points out that new technologies often take around 30 years, or a complete Saturn cycle, to show up in everyday life.
Major Transits
Mars Retrograde -stations direct January 12th -egress to Taurus March 25th
Saturn from Aquarius -> Pisces -ingress March 7th -begins conjunction with Neptune In the writing previous runs of Saturn in Pisces have shown us influential fantasy worlds like those of Dune (without which there’d be no Star Wars) in the mid-1960s and A Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones) in the 1990s, as well as nonfiction like The Communist Manifesto in the 1840s. Saturn in Pisces has also shown up in drug news, such as the synthesis of LSD, which may connect to psychedelics starting to be legalized for therapeutic use today. If these significations seem Neptunian, that’s because Saturn is copresent with Neptune in this sign. They’ll be within orb in 2025 and '26, going exact in February of 2026. This sign will also be the Saturn return of Amazon and Fox News, and in biology that of the successful cloning of Dolly the sheep. In natal charts we have the examples of Robert Downey, Jr., whose Saturn return marked a turning point in his substance use issues and career, and Rachel Carson, a biologist whose book about the effects of pesticides in our world helped launch an environmentalist movement. In general we can expect “problems with chemicals.” Pisces wants us to all be one, but Saturn reminds us how one part is hurting people more than others.
How do you put boundaries on the boundless? You may feel like you’re floating, but even the ocean has a floor. Diana predicts we may see more collective grief over lost loved ones or what could have been during the height of the pandemic. It’s also worth noting that Saturn has been in his own domicile for the last few years. Now he’s ruled by Jupiter, who will be in a different sign every year, lending a different quality to Saturn’s transit.
Pluto in Aquarius (March 23rd - June 11th) A previous example of this transit is the Luddite movement against both the technology and labor conditions of the Industrial Revolution in the late 18th century. Austin predicts this to weigh on the AI conversation and Diana brings up that the recent labor movement will also factor in. Chris reminds us that Pluto takes the tiniest things and blow them up to wide importance. Pluto in Aquarius coincided with the Hatian and French Revolutions as well.
Jupiter in Aries until May 16th -in Taurus for rest of the year -begins conjunction to Uranus Jupiter immediately squares Pluto (0♒) when he enters this sign. Jupiter-Pluto contacts have shown us billionaires further expanding their wealth and explosions of conspiracy theories in recent years. Revolutions and movements questioning the good of the people & basic needs will be especially relevant in Taurus. Jupiter predicts cultural waves in both art and politics, which will be especially relevant now that he’s ruled by Venus. Similarly, Diana hopes we see new food inventions such as advances with fake meats (M&M’s were invented during the last Jupiter-Uranus conjunction in Taurus). Jupiter will come in and confirm things that Uranus has been working on, such as the rising labor movement (40 hour work week was standardized under one). In this case, the innovation is rest.
Venus Retrograde in Leo (July 22nd - September 3rd)
Venus transits are on cycles of about 8 years, so expect to revisit themes from around 2014. The US Supreme court legalizing same-sex marriage (conjunct Jupiter), and our podcast hosts started working together. Are any important relationships coming up on 8 years? (Austin, who met his wife and later got married on Venus in Leo, jokingly recommends waiting a full Venus cycle to commit). Shortly after entering Leo, Venus squares Jupiter and approaches Mars--but slows down and retrogrades before overcoming him (unlike in 2020). This retrograde is also tinged by a square to Uranus, though Jupiter’s copresence may stabilize things a bit. Sense of self will be a key theme here, especially in relationships. After the rx, when she enters Virgo early in October, where Saturn in Pisces will hit her like a cold bucket of water.
Eclipses shift from Taurus/Scorpio axis to Aries/Libra axis
Month-by-Month:
January
The Mars retrograde and direct station on the 12th hangs pretty heavily over this January. Mars is supercharged by the fact that royal star Aldebaran is nearby, which can bode better for personal charts than world news. However, keep in mind that the effects will move more slowly, and that a direct Mars is still a malefic--we march forward, but into battle just yet. Expect conclusions or major turning points in conflicts that began at the retrograde's start in early October. We'll still be seeing some cleanup as he enters the post shadow period (leaves degrees he retrograded over) on the 15th. Here's the graphic from Stella on Reddit:
Mar's ruler Mercury is also retrograde going into January, and stations on the 18th. It's almost like Mars won't be fully direct until Mercury is too. It might not be fun to cut things off, but it's better than flailing around wildly with the knife. Once both these planets are direct, Jupiter in Aries will pick up a lot of momentum. The Mercury retrogrades this year will mainly occur in earth signs, so prepare to reevaluate the material realms in your life.
It's also worth noting that the US Pluto return goes exact a few days before 2023 starts, and Pluto will return to these degrees when retrograding in September. With a conjunction to Mercury we can expect to see more disclosures around hidden information about those in power.
Speaking of outer planets, the Saturn (♒)-Uranus (♉) square that's been plaguing us for the past couple years will finally fade as we enter the year. The conflict of chaos & order over society and basic needs will finally fade. With Saturn in Pisces, no one's in control!
We've got an electional chart for January 25, 2023 at about 7:20AM local time. Adjust until the rising is at about 5 degrees of Aquarius, putting the Sun right on the Ascendant. This is one of the last charts for great Saturn elections for the next 30 years or so, as he's in domicile, in the first house and of the favored sect. Great for technology, rapid communications, and endeavors that will start out slow but last for a long time. Venus in the first house will help smooth over the aesthetics of this election as well. Here is the circle chart for Denver below:
February
Valentine's Day is a little weird with Moon opposite Mars, followed by a Venus-Neptune conjunction the next day and a Saturn-Sun conjunction even after, where emotional conflict runs into idealistic dreams, which is soon crushed by reality. The Full Moon on February 5th at 16 Leo close to Uranus at 15 Taurus activates the last of that waning Saturn-Uranus square, while the Saturn-Sun square on the 16th is the last Sun-Saturn conjunction in a Saturn-ruled sign for the next couple decades. We can clearly assess what's real and make a final inspection of the wreckage from Saturn-Uranus's stress-testing. Whatever made it through the Aquarius part of your chart has a lot of endurance.
March
March calendar. 3/2 Venus conjunct Jupiter, Mercury to Pisces. 3/5 Saturn to Pisces, Virgo full moon. 3/15 Sun conjunct Neptune, 3/16 Venus to Taurus, 3/17 Sun conjunct Mercury. 3/19 Mercury to Aries, 3/20 Sun to Aries, 3/21 Aries New Moon. 3/23 Pluto to Aquarius, 3/25 Mars to Cancer, 3/28 Mercury conjunct Jupiter, 3/30 Venus conjunct Uranus.
March is a big, dynamic month full of shifts. Mars (♊) leaves the mutable signs alone and tags in Saturn (♓) to do so instead. Medieval and Arabic astrologers often counted the Sun's ingress into Aries as the start of the New Year for the world, which fits with this month bringing so many new beginnings. We're going to get two New Moons during Aries season, one of which is an eclipse, so expect a lot of Aries energy. Around the Ides of March we've got Mercury conjoining Neptune at 25 Pisces, then the Sun, with Mars at 25 Pisces squaring them, al while Venus in late Aries square Pluto in late Capricorn. These transits also highlight the third Mars-Neptune square of the latter's trek through Gemini--it's our last chance to reveal what's been murky before Mars leaves his shadow period and the sign of Gemini overall. Mars-Gemini gives us fighting words and Mars-Neptune gives us deception, so be careful where you step in the fog of war.
Mercury is doing pretty badly at the beginning of the month, being combust, squared by Mars, and stuck around Neptune--our intelligence reports will not be accurate or timely. The next week Pluto moves into Aquarius. Chris wonders if this may result in a mass disappearing of certain kinds of technology. This area of Aquarius has seen a lot of activity from Saturn and Jupiter in recent years, and Pluto will deepen those issues for a couple months before retrograding in the fall. Venus will conjoin Uranus on the degree of November's eclipse in Taurus, which can make relationships more exciting. Mars moves into Cancer, trining Saturn on the 29th-30th. It's not a particularly glorious place for Mars, but we're finally getting back to Mars as usual (direct). We may be sullen, but at least we're not shooting ourselves in the foot anymore.
April
This month gives us eclipse season and the second Mercury retrograde of year. We also get a Jupiter-Sun cazimi in Aries, resetting the Jupiter cycle for the next year. The hybrid solar eclipse eclipse will be annular for some regions and total for others (visible over the South Pacific, mostly). Here are the eclipses for 2023:
Both eclipse seasons go back and forth between the Aries-Libra and Taurus-Scorpio axis as the nodes move. Additionally, the spring eclipses are in Mars-ruled signs with Mars in Cancer, while the fall eclipses are ruled by Venus in Virgo. Thus we're moving from one Mars-Venus axis to another, with the eclipse ruler in either fall or detriment. In personal charts, this will be highlighting two sets of houses for us all. Once April 19th or so comes around, we'll find ourselves between eclipses with Mercury retrograde and Jupiter joining the North Node--a bit of a hangover from the Uranus in Taurus issues we've been seeing. Definitely expect more shipping and supply chain issues. Mercury's retrograde cycle will continue through to the next month.
May
The first of the month gives us the Mercury cazimi, which is a halfway point & turning point for the retrograde. With Pluto's station, we've got a lot of changes occurring in May. The eclipse is at 14 Scorpio, echoing the previous Uranus eclipse in November in Taurus. However, this is the final eclipse in Scorpio (though there's one more in Taurus) for the next few years. We'd expect the pressure to ease from fixed signs now that heavy-hitters are moving into mutable and cardinal signs, but the fixed signs are still feeling some residual effects for the first half of the year. Jupiter ingress will attempt to stabilize some of the trouble as he enters Taurus. His squaring Pluto and later Mars in Leo will bring some tension as well, though. Diana thinks of forest fires with Mars in Leo, with Pluto in Aquarius serving as a sudden gust of wind. Jupiter is on the North Node as well, who'll cooperate with Jovian money endeavors but not his loftier pursuits. Pay attention to which house of your chart Jupiter enters, as he may provide some stability to the rockiness we've been seeing in Taurus since the lunar eclipse in fall of 2021.
When Jupiter conjoined Pluto in 2020 there was a massive expansion of wealth for the already wealthy, and now with a square between the planets we could see a more proletarian version of wealth expanding (or at least some kind of struggle around it). Pluto's station in Aquarius should also give us a picture of his trek through this sign over the next decade or so. Conversations around control and manipulation of information may arise, which Chris connects to social media as one of the richest men in the world just bought a widely used website. Diana brings up that these apps are often intentionally designed to encourage addictive behavior, so Pluto's compulsions and obsessions and tendency to expose the dark underbelly will manifest in the tech world. We may see a contraction in tech, as issues of power and control over social networks and other large scale communications arise. Is this paranoia or rational fear?
June
Venus now enters sign in which she will retrograde, hinting at the territory we'll visit multiple times. She's approaching Mars and opposite Pluto, intensifying relationship dynamics. However she's also applying to Jupiter in her sign of Taurus, stabilizing things a little. Venus and Mars will square Uranus together before she retrogrades. Meanwhile Neptune and Saturn slow down and station, bringing emotional drag as they square our chipper Gemini Sun. When Saturn enters Cancer, the sextile to Jupiter in Taurus may bring some fertile clay for creative, sensitive, or peaceful endeavors. The overall energy is pretty loud and extroverted: if people find something distasteful, they won't be quiet about it! However, we may not see the stormy emotional undercurrents underneath this acting out.
July
Venus will square Uranus at the beginning of this month, slowing down before going retrograde on the 22nd. Mercury enters Virgo, heightening the tension between Saturn (♓) and Mars (♊). Mars-Saturn squares in the fixed signs gave us new editions of a problem we already knew about (notably changes in lockdowns and restrictions during peaks of the pandemic in the US), but in mutable signs we may get introduced to new problems nearby. Either way, Saturn stonewalls Mars's impulses. Saturn and Mars get frustrated because one's hitting the gas while the other hits the brakes, but Venus stops the car entirely and starts driving in reverse towards unfinished business earlier in the trip. Pluto will also square the Nodes in Aries/Libra after regressing into Pluto. Chris points out that gay marriage was legalized in the US under Venus in Leo, so this retrograde may see challenges to Congress's recent Defense of Marriage Act. She's also stationing right next to Lilith and considering Pluto's activity, so Austin predicts abortion will come up again, as Lilith was right over the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
August
Venus retrograde hangs over this month, although her cazimi on the 13th marks its halfway point. Inanna confronts her sister in the underworld and begins to get carried out. Venus emerges from under the beams right as she squares supportive Jupiter. Mercury begins to slow down and stations retrograde with Mars as a neighbor. Constructively, we can edit and cut things down, but interpersonally we may share harsh words. The Full Moon in Pisces will be tinged by Saturn's copresence, especially because it occurs on the degree on which Saturn stationed in June. We get a taste of what Pisces is going to feel like for the next few years, though Jupiter's sextile immediately after provides some support. It's soggy and wet, but we can grow things.
September
Mercury is the only planet in domicile for the whole month: retrograde the first half and direct for the second. With exaltation in Virgo as well, he's at his loudest! Mars is also in Libra as we enter the month, approaching a square to Pluto and a conjunction to the South Node (Tail of the Dragon) towards the end of the month, as well as a sextile to Venus. The Aries Full Moon will be eventful as a result of all this Mars activity.
October
We've got two eclipses this month as we revisit Pluto in Capricorn themes (including the founding of the US--think bones of the institutions that built the nation). Mars conjoins the South Node in the days preceding the eclipse, and squares Pluto days before he stations direct. Venus in Virgo makes us eager to critique, which is especially relevant to the US's upcoming elections season. The eclipses in Libra and Taurus will also bring major beginnings and endings to these areas of our charts. The solar eclipse at 21 Libra is a South node eclipse, which usually brings up things we've already dealt with--think "the unquiet dead." The Taurus eclipse right before Halloween has Mercury conjunct Mars opposite Jupiter. Mercury-Mars can be combative with piercing words. They will spitefully challenge the peace, stability, and excessive comfort Jupiter in Taurus has been trying to bring. However, this is the last of the fixed sign eclipses that started in 2021, bringing a major ending to that chapter of our lives. There's one more wild card with Jupiter approaching Uranus, but it's a more constructive energy, like finally being able to implement the changes we want.
November
This new Moon is the first one for awhile that's not an eclipse, and Saturn's significations in Pisces should intensify as he stations direct. Venus in Libra sextile Mercury in Sagittarius will bring us some pleasant communications and decorum. "I didn't mean what I said when Mercury was conjunct Mars!" Mars's cazimi with the Sun acts like a coal nearby that's glowing with the potential for a fire that isn't burning right now--at least until he opposes Uranus, when the tension that's been building up may find an outlet. The Mars cazimi is also trine Neptune, which may add some ease.
December
Mercury will station direct a few days after Jupiter--things will move forward at the end of the year. Venus in Sagittarius and Jupiter in Taurus will be in mutual reception with each other, bringing the two goods to us after some brooding in Scorpio. During Venus in Scorpio we might get the kinds of fights started by someone misunderstanding what your words--you can't take back what you didn't say! The tight opposition to Jupiter at the beginning of Venus in Scorpio can be fun, if not particularly useful. A trine from Saturn can make Scorpio Venus's obsessions more productive.
And that's a wrap for 2023! Thanks for reading all of this (:

My prediction for Pluto in Aquarius, especially while Saturn is in Pisces, is that society will be experiencing transformations around technology and what it can be used for, but we will have to learn how to discern the truth from the illusions.
Something about AI and deep fakes, it is critical for humanity to learn to pick out the relevant truth out of a world where you cannot trust the authenticity or accuracy of most of the information you receive.

astrology observations 2 ☆。*。☆。
-saturn in the 4th house can mean an early loss of the father:(
-in my solar return chart 2023, moon square pluto was reallyyyy difficult. literally within 2 months of my new solar year i had been through a run of trauma and got a new mental health diagnosis
-ppl w aquarius & gemini venus live for the friends to lovers romances!!
-i feel when one has a jupiter-saturn conjunction, they will experience the energy of jupiter (the sign and house) more in their early years, and saturn later on (once they reach adulthood)
-super random buttt i’m watching love island usa szn 6, & leah is a triple leo!! i find this so fitting bc even the fact she goes on love island is accurate asf. and her hairrrr i’m telling u those w a lot of leo in their chart have the best hair.
-anyways
-i associate moon square neptune & venus square neptune in the natal chart with limerence. not that everyone with this placement has this issue, but it’s easy for them to attach themselves to the fantasy version of someone. the classic “i loved the idea of you”.
-there are so many talented actors/comedians with a gemini ascendant!! they are so expressive and natural at acting. ex. drew barrymore, sandra bullock, mindy kaling, will smith, matthew mcconauhgey etc.

Astrology Observations No.4

Mars-Saturn hard aspects struggle with sexual encounters at first and have a poor relationship with intimicy. They may loose their virginity later than others and that‘s good yk never loose sahahah
Mars in leo/degrees can be known for their drive (that one girl in my class is super intelligent and everyone knows that) Since leo rules fame it makes more than sence✮⋆˙
Moon in cancer (if developed) can talk about that they just cried over an quite little duck running around without being ashamed of pointing out their own vulnerability (ma sweethearts) That is because cancers ruler is moon
Venus in aquarius always have something to do with animes and they live for video games and their friends. Nevertheless you can be their partner but sometimes they put their friends first 𓂃 ࣪˖ ִֶָ𐀔
Mercury in taurus thinkkkk before they talk, might talk slow and come of as seriøs
Wait jupiter in 3rd house just get a lot of money from family members $♡
Venus in 11th house post their favorite things online ( your pets, your playlists…) 💋
4th house in aries: your home environment is wild, full of chaos and passion at the same time ✮⋆˙
Saturn-Pluto: The relationship to your father changed or transformed you. Some people with this placement are not in contact with their father anymore or just see him once in a while
Moon-Jupiter individuals get lucky if they show their emotions (others try to emphasize with them or they get help) also depends on other aspects ☼
Trust me libra mercury knows how to charm others or themselfes out of uncomfy situations with their words
Mercury in aries try to help you through telling you the solution to your problem (you might get mad but they just wanna help) lovely cookies of mine
Lilith-Mc no one believes that you are innocent. Oh you are a virgin, they will assume you have stds because apperently they assume that you fucked around the town and bānged your friend friends their exes and boyfriends/girlfirends plus their grandfather-mothers
Uranus-Venus positive =tip try to work if problems in relationships accure
How Uranus-Venus hard aspects behave= They may jump to the next person and think that working on relationships are not worth it if you have serious problems or if they don‘t see growth quickly. But that doesn't mean that they will leave you just that they do not have time for bullshit
Venus in pisces need a lot of time to recover if they get hurt but they will die for you

Why do aries individuals often have some type of allergy it isn't normal anymore hahaha
TW! Most borderliners have intense aspected moons or gemini, leo or aries moons. Gemini moons have a maze of mind and will overthink everything and then turn into an empty minded person in one split second (typical for BPD), leo moons suffer from people pleasing and having a high opinion of themselfes turn into low low self esteem issues, and them aries moons show their emotions impulsifly or act on them impulsifly. I am not a professional but I am here to make you aware, I observed it in soo many charts, you know best if you show signs! It is more than important to get help :)

★ aries rising ★ pluto’s move into aries rising’s 11th house of friendships and goals pushes them to face insecurities around group identity and social roles. shadow work here involves examining where they may have masked self-doubt with a bold presence, fearing they might fade into the background. they may discover a tendency to lead or assert control as a way to feel valued. meanwhile, neptune and saturn in the 1st house challenge them to question if their confident self-image hides deeper vulnerabilities, asking if they’ve built a facade to protect against rejection. addressing these dynamics will allow aries rising to embrace authenticity in both social groups and personal identity, finding strength in their true self instead of external validation. ☆ prompts: “where do i feel the need to ‘prove’ myself to others? how do i feel about the idea of taking a less prominent role in group settings? am i masking insecurity with confidence, and if so, where can i soften and allow my true self to be seen?”
★ taurus rising ★ pluto’s transit through taurus rising’s 10th house of career asks them to address attachments to public success and stability. shadow work involves exploring fears of failure, especially if they’ve tied self-worth to professional achievements or status. with uranus moving through the 2nd house of values and finances, taurus rising is also called to question if material wealth has become a substitute for inner security. they may uncover scarcity mindsets or a hidden fear of instability. by confronting these shadows, taurus rising can redefine their sense of success and security, focusing on inner values over external rewards and building a career path aligned with their true needs. ☆ prompts: “how does my career affect my sense of worth? where am i relying on material wealth for a sense of security? what do i fear losing if my career or financial situation changes? what would true inner security feel like for me?”
★ gemini rising ★ as pluto transforms gemini rising’s 9th house of beliefs, they’re called to re-evaluate core philosophies that may have limited their growth. shadow work involves confronting any fear of uncertainty or “not knowing” that could lead them to cling to rigid beliefs. uranus in the 1st house encourages self-reinvention, but they may hesitate to break free from familiar identities, fearing they’ll lose themselves. they’re invited to examine any habits of hiding emotions behind wit or intellect. by releasing these fears, gemini rising can embrace a fluid, open-minded approach to life that honors both their curiosity and evolving identity, allowing them to connect authentically with others. ☆ prompts: “what beliefs or ideas do i feel resistant to let go of? where do i avoid vulnerability by intellectualizing or using humor? who am i without my established ideas and perspectives? how would embracing change deepen my self-expression?”
★ cancer rising ★ pluto in cancer rising’s 8th house of intimacy and transformation encourages them to confront fears around vulnerability and dependence on others. shadow work involves addressing any control issues in relationships that may stem from fears of betrayal or emotional pain. with neptune and saturn in the 10th house, cancer rising is also asked to question whether their career choices reflect their true self or if they’ve sought “safe” paths to avoid risk. they may find they’ve neglected personal fulfillment for security. by embracing openness in relationships and honesty in career pursuits, cancer rising can create a life that aligns with their authentic self, balancing vulnerability with resilience. ☆ prompts: “how do i respond when i feel vulnerable in relationships? what control tendencies do i rely on to avoid emotional risk? am i compromising personal fulfillment for security in my career? what would true openness look like in both my relationships and career?”
★ leo rising ★ with pluto in leo rising’s 7th house of relationships, they’re invited to explore where their self-worth is intertwined with external approval. shadow work involves examining any patterns of people-pleasing or overcompromising due to hidden fears of rejection. uranus in the 11th house prompts them to shift their social dynamics and find fulfillment beyond admiration. neptune and saturn in the 9th house further challenge leo rising to question long-held beliefs that may have propped up their public image rather than supported authentic growth. by working through these dynamics, leo rising can develop relationships based on mutual respect and self-confidence, finding satisfaction beyond external validation. ☆ prompts: “where am i seeking approval in relationships and social circles? what beliefs about myself might i have formed around admiration or validation? what would it feel like to create connections based purely on mutual respect and authenticity? how can i affirm my self-worth without external reinforcement?”
★ virgo rising ★ pluto’s influence in virgo rising’s 6th house of work and health calls them to confront perfectionism and productivity-based self-worth. shadow work here involves examining any beliefs that their value is tied to their usefulness, revealing a fear of inadequacy. with uranus transiting the 10th house, they’re encouraged to redefine career goals and embrace innovative paths, shedding rigid ideals of success. they may uncover where they’ve sacrificed personal joy for others’ approval. by releasing control over outcomes, virgo rising can foster a healthier relationship with work, recognizing that self-worth isn’t defined by accomplishment, and embracing balance over perfection. ☆ prompts: “in what areas of my life do i feel driven by the need to be ‘perfect’? how does being useful contribute to my sense of worth? what would embracing imperfection allow me to experience in my daily life? where am i putting others’ needs before my own joy, and how can i shift this?”
★ libra rising ★ pluto’s energy in libra rising’s 5th house of creativity and romance brings up insecurities around self-expression, inviting them to confront fears of rejection or failure in love and creativity. shadow work involves exploring where they’ve stifled individuality to gain admiration. with neptune and saturn transiting the 7th house of relationships, libra rising is also asked to address dependency patterns, particularly where they’ve put their own needs aside to maintain peace. they’ll need to confront any fear of being alone, understanding that harmony begins with self-acceptance. through this process, libra rising can cultivate self-worth, finding freedom to express their true self in love and creativity. ☆ prompts: “where have i held back my true self in creative or romantic expressions? what am i afraid others will see if i show my full self? how do i compromise my needs to keep the peace, and what would happen if i didn’t? how can i practice self-acceptance in relationships, so my needs are honored?”
★ scorpio rising ★ with pluto in scorpio rising’s 4th house of home and family, they’re prompted to confront emotional security and past patterns that may limit intimacy. shadow work involves addressing fears of vulnerability and abandonment, particularly where family dynamics may have shaped emotional defense mechanisms. with uranus in the 8th house of intimacy, they’ll feel challenged to release control issues that limit trust, uncovering fears of betrayal. this period encourages scorpio rising to establish security within, understanding that true strength comes from embracing emotions fully. by confronting these fears, they can build a foundation rooted in openness and trust, fostering deeper connections and self-acceptance. ☆ prompts: “what fears come up when i consider being vulnerable with those close to me? how have family dynamics influenced my current relationships? where do i exert control in intimate situations out of fear of betrayal? what would building security within myself, rather than relying on external stability, look like?”
★ sagittarius rising ★ sagittarius rising’s 3rd house of communication is transformed by pluto, pushing them to address insecurities around self-expression and social dynamics. shadow work here involves examining fears of judgment or appearing vulnerable, which may lead to overconfidence or projecting a confident facade. with neptune and saturn in the 5th house, they’re also encouraged to explore where they’ve avoided commitment or depth in relationships, fearing vulnerability. they may realize escapist habits have kept them from genuine connections. by embracing authenticity and communicating openly, sagittarius rising can cultivate deeper bonds, finding self-worth beyond surface interactions and discovering the joy of meaningful connections. ☆ prompts: “where do i hold back in conversations to avoid vulnerability? how do i use confidence as a shield against deeper connection? what would it look like to truly engage in depth with those i care about? where have i avoided commitment in relationships, and how has this limited my sense of connection?”
★ capricorn rising ★ pluto’s shift into capricorn rising’s 2nd house of values and finances invites them to confront deep-seated fears around scarcity and self-worth, especially where they’ve linked value to financial stability. shadow work involves addressing attachments to success and control, particularly if they equate worth with income or status. uranus’s influence in the 6th house challenges them to release rigid routines and embrace a more balanced approach to work. by confronting fears that tie self-worth to external achievements, capricorn rising can embrace a sense of value that transcends professional image, fostering a life that prioritizes both accomplishment and inner peace. ☆ prompts: “where have i connected my self-worth to my financial or career success? what beliefs do i hold about success and control, and how have they shaped my life choices? how would my daily life change if i released my need for financial validation? what does a balanced approach to work and self-care look like for me?”
★ aquarius rising ★ with pluto in aquarius rising’s 1st house, they face intense transformation of self-identity, urging them to confront fears around authenticity. shadow work involves addressing any fear of rejection or being “too different,” particularly where they’ve suppressed their individuality to fit in. with uranus in their 5th house, they’re encouraged to embrace creative and romantic vulnerability, examining where detachment may have limited expression. by releasing the need for external validation, aquarius rising can redefine self on their own terms, embracing uniqueness and developing deeper, more honest connections. ☆ prompts: “where do i feel the need to conform to be accepted? what parts of myself do i hold back in creative or romantic settings? how would it feel to let my unique qualities shine without fear of judgment? where am i relying on external validation for a sense of belonging?”
★ pisces rising ★ pluto’s move into pisces rising’s 12th house of the subconscious triggers a period of deep introspection, highlighting hidden fears and self-sabotaging tendencies. shadow work here involves facing unresolved pain or traumas that may have led to escapism or martyrdom. neptune and saturn in the 2nd house of values prompt them to re-evaluate self-worth, particularly where they’ve linked it to spiritual ideals or self-sacrifice. by addressing these patterns, pisces rising can establish a healthier foundation for self-worth, discovering inner strength and grounding their spirituality in reality. ☆ prompts: “what fears or past pain am i avoiding by disconnecting from reality? where do i overextend myself, sacrificing my needs for others? how have i equated worth with self-sacrifice, and how can i separate these? what would grounded self-worth look like in my daily life?”

March 2023 Important Dates
AKA my notes on The Astrology Podcast's March forecast, hosted by Chris Brennan, Austin Coppock, and Leisa Schaim. This month is full of major shifts, especially in the outer planets. Our hosts connect the massive earthquake in Syria & Turkey to the Leo Full Moon (halfway between eclipses) activating the Saturn-Uranus square; Chris encourages listeners to donate to the rescue and rebuild efforts. Leisa connects the Ohio train derailment to the Sun-Uranus square going exact hours later, while the Mars-Neptune square indicates a chemical spill. Autsin points out Mars has been on the royal star Aldeberan very exactly for 6 weeks, indicating movement of large, heavy equipment. Mars in Gemini connotes "aerial threats", Austin had described the Mars-Neptune square as bubbles or balloons popping (especially economically), and one literally got popped with the weather and hobbyist balloons the US military shot down. The Mars-Neptune square hits three times due to the retrograde, and Chris calls to a metaphor of the planets being linked by a rubber band--the effects stay more prominent because it'll bounce back. Some of the anxiety about AI developments may be related to movements in Aquarius: the Saturn return of the Internet is about to end and Pluto's entrance may further unearth unpleasantness recorded there.
March 1st/2nd - Venus conjunct Jupiter, Mercury enters Pisces Venus-Jupiter in Aries brings a celebratory, initiatory energy to our new month. A Mercury-Saturn conjunction in Aquarius is one of the last aspects Saturn makes in this sign, allowing us to reflect on how far we've come. Saturn has been in domicile since late 2017 (and Aquarius specifically since 2020), so let's concretely think about all the changes of the last half-decade or so.
March 6th/7th - Saturn enters Pisces, Full Moon in Virgo Saturn changing signs will open up a new chapter for all of us. The ingress happens soon after the Moon and Sun conjoin at 16 Pisces. Leisa suggests the Virgo moon may bring in some facts to Gemini's frenzied information and Pisces' ambiguity, though overall the square will accentuate existing mutable tensions (we may see more balloons popped). The lunation will highlight Neptune squaring Mars, which we can think of as "the fog of war," being prodded to move without knowing where to go, or overly idealistic actions.
Back to Saturn, for the rest of the year he will be hanging out in the first decan of Pisces, of which he is decan ruler. Austin compares it to The Truman Show or The Matrix, where we are aware that what we've taken for reality is a constructed thing. A confusing but illuminating journey that we're ready for. Saturn will also be copresent with Neptune, which Chris describes as "reality-bending." Between Pisces and Aries, we're going to have 5 years of Saturn-Neptune. Leisa also predicts a restructuring of faith, using the play Waiting for Godot as an example. She also brings up that the Fukushima power plant damaged in the 2011 earthquake & tsunami is now announcing it needs to release the water it's stored, but there's concerns over one of the tanks being untreated. There's some further Saturn in Pisces discussion in the year ahead forecast.
In a personal level, focus on what house of your chart Saturn will enter. It will bring consolidation and restructuring or a need for more structure due to heavier weight, whether that is unwanted or long-sought-after responsibilities. Saturn is reliably heavy, sober, and austere. What do you actively want to put a lot of time and energy into? It's like swimming with weights on: how do we stay buoyant while being weighed down?
March 15th - Sun conjunct Neptune This activates a Neptune-Mars square with Mercury involved the next day.
March 16th - Venus enters Taurus Mars also squares Neptune exactly on this day while Mercury is conjunct Neptune, which our hosts consider the most important configuration of the month. Things will be confusing and messy. A best case scenario would be vigorous experimental poetry, though you don't have to go out of your way to participate in difficult transits if you're not already caught up in it.
Mercury is getting a heavy beating in the month, but Venus is in okay position: in Aries she's copresent Jupiter, and while dogged by Uranus and the North Node in Taurus, she's in domicile. There's some relief in the fixed signs now, at last Venus no longer has to fight Saturn in this sign. (She does square Pluto, however.)
March 17th - Sun conjunct Mercury
March 19th - Mercury enters Aries
March 20th - Sun enters Aries
March 21st - New Moon in Aries This foreshadows the upcoming eclipse in Aries and continues the focus on Aries we've been feeling all month. This lunation is also within 3 degrees of an out-of-sign square to its ruler Mars. Seeing no path to our goals, we'll be cut our own way through the fog instead of trying to find an existing one.
March 22nd/23rd - Pluto enters Aquarius Saturn hands things off to Pluto. Leisa brings up the Gonzalez vs. Google and Twitter vs. Taamneh cases being heard in the Supreme Court, the rulings of which have serious outcomes for who has control over the Internet and who's legally liable for content on social media. Pluto spends so long in a sign it retrogrades over every degree, so the changes are lasting. In a few years Uranus in Gemini will trine Pluto, bringing questions around technology into more focus. On the optimistic side, we can think of emerging medical technologies vastly improving standards of living for everyone.
March 22nd - electional chart for the month
Around 2PM local time on March 22nd with Leo rising, this takes advantage of the Sun exalted in Aries in the 9th along with Jupiter, the Moon, and the Midheaven (try to get the MC applying to Moon-Jupiter if you can; otherwise focus on keeping Leo rising). Venus is in domicile in Taurus. This is a good general-purpose chart, especially good for 9th house matters, though friends & alliances specifically won't fare as well with Mars in the 11th house. Here Chris also mentions it's important to consider how similar electional charts are to your own birth chart.
March 25th/26th - Mars enters Cancer This usually isn't an ideal sign for Mars, but it'll be a relief to get away from Neptune and move at regular speed after 8 months in Gemini. We're closing down one major chapter and entering into a new one, though not a space of satisfaction so much as a morose, moody space as we wait for the next thing. There's a trine to Saturn in fellow water sign Pisces, which may add some structure and subdue tensions. Jupiter in Aries is also overcoming Mars from the superior square (with reception), further keeping conflicts in check. Using a physical exercise analogy, we're not reaching a new level so much as rehabbing an old injury or strengthening muscles to prevent future ones. Think security, like making emergency kits for times of natural disaster.
March 28th - Mercury conjunct Neptune
March 28th - Venus conjunct Pluto This occurs on the degree of a recent eclipse and may therefore be more prominent that usually expected.

🫶🏻 astro observations II;
wheww back with another observation post
you guys really blew up my first one and im very grateful you were able to resonate and have discusions hehe
it genuinely made me happy ;w;
so again like before, these are all for entertainment! take what resonates and if something doesn’t lets talk about it beloww
alright enjoy friends 💞
for almost all aquarius and scorpio’s i’ve met theyre either open to astrology or are completely opposed to it, hyper fixated on calling it bs without willingness to at least listen to the complexities that they’re not “just a scorpio or aquarius” but they have traits and qualities of other signs due to degrees, decans, house etc..
cancer moons, i love you guys sm but at the same time once someone's hurt you, you never go on to forgiving them even if you say you have
i’ve noticed a lot of 1st house stelliums/inner planets in the 2nd house, have full lips? like they’re really nice and plush and plump? ofc other placements can indicate that but yeah
cancer mercury's have really nice voices, soft and calming
almost all gemini placements i know are well groomed; hairs done well, nails are nicely kept, and if not theyre typically dressed well too
if theres one sign that reminds me of hard work and consistancy it'd be sagittarius in the big 3 , and i feel like it goes unnoticed?
neptune 1st house placements, how often do you get projected on by others whether its by friends, close aquantences or even family? or even after awhile of getting to know you suddenly they go, "oh i thought you were like..?" and how does that affect you? its important to remember to not take what they say about you as truth, just because they thought of you one way doesn't mean you're actually that way.
venus square/opposition saturn, my babies you guys deserve love, so much love. and no, love isn’t conditional you don’t have to give or do something to get it. you can receive love for being as you are. when venus harshly aspects a planet such as saturn, known for restriction, individuals often feel like it hard to be loved or even in love. this can also manifest into low self-esteem, and even self-image. its important to know that you are capable of being loved for who you are and love will eventually come. "love myself" is a theme in your life time, and is a concept you'll have to work on in all aspects to you. ofc this also applies to other venus aspected to saturn, its just squared and opposition babies have it slightly harder.

astro observations pt. iv
✧ more saturn observations ✧
✧ Whenever Saturn moves into Aries, I feel like that’s going to be a “no bullshit” season. I’m not sure of the details but in theory, it sounds very blunt, upfront, and in your face. Whatever this karma is, you can’t ignore it.
✧ If the writers currently don’t get their well-deserved justice during this Saturn transit (which the more I think about would be very weird if they didn’t), I think the dust will finally settle—end-all-be-all— during the Gemini Saturn transit since Gemini rules over writing.
✧ Speaking of Gemini Saturn, I feel like the internet for politicians in the states is like the Wild West. I fully believe they have no clue what they’re doing. If they do lay down some form of structure (maybe restrictions but I’m not sure) during the Gemini Saturn transit would make sense.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK INTO SATURN TRANSITS IF YOU WANT TO MAKE CAREER MOVES!!
✧ As a student in computer science, I saw so many people getting jobs in tech left and right, getting certificates, and going to boot camps and everything (made me feel like shit but I digress). Also, we all saw the major influx of influencers too. I highly recommend looking into what sign Saturn is transiting to help you in your dream career. It’s not like a boost overnight, but it is stable and if you work hard and stay disciplined, Saturn will reward you. The only warning is that you must do it the right way, I wouldn’t consider any shortcuts or cheating. ✧ Though a lot of people got jobs in tech in the last few years when Saturn was in Aquarius, a lot of people (mainly project managers) lost their jobs when Saturn moved into Pisces. I think this because PMs were the easy way in, it’s basically like being a general manager in tech, no programming or code is really involved in their role.
Here are some benefitted professions for the upcoming transits. Note: If something doesn’t align right now or doesn’t at all, these transits aren’t end-all-be-all! There are so many transits happening all the time that can be beneficial as well.
✧ Saturn in Pisces (March 2, 2023 - February 13, 2026) : for my creatives (especially my singers, musicians, actors, photographers, and visual artists), spiritual workers, mental health workers, etc. ✧ Saturn in Aries (February 14, 2026 - April 12, 2028) : for my entrepreneurs, models, athletes, trainers, any profession that requires physical activity and/or competition and challenges, etc. ✧ Saturn in Taurus (April 13, 2028 - May 30, 2030) : for my bakers, cooks, chefs, designers of all kinds, fashionistas, beauticians, and anything to do with beautifying, etc. ✧ Saturn in Gemini (June 1, 2030 - July 13, 2032) : for my bloggers, writers, teachers, journalists, anything to do with communication, media, language(s), etc.
that’s all for now. see you later!

Astro Observations: Solar Return Synastry II
@ This theory was discovered by @estrella1111
જ⁀➴ how to make a solar return synastry
‧₊˚✩彡 Me and my FS had/ still having a rough SR Synastry in 2023-2024, and I'm not surprised. We have Chiron conjuncting Chiron in Aries, mine conjuncting his Briede Asteroid, and his conjuncting my moon. It's in 9H for me and 11H for him, making us have fight mostly because I initiated the fight. And it shows the fight was big because I blocked him on social medias (11H) and we both went back to our country (9H).
‧₊˚✩彡 For 2024-2025, his Venus is in 5H and falling in my 3H, and how familiar is that? The year before, I had my sun in my 5H and falling in his 3H, and I said I sent him some love letters, even declared my love for him. Now, look at who will do the same that year? And it's not his sun, it's venus! So there could totally be a love declaration happening from him to me. Moreover, his pluto & mars are also in his 5H falling in my 3H, but in Aquarius, so it could mean he changed a lot, and has a lot of drive and confidence when it comes about his words. Because his Pluto conjuncts mine, he could express his feelings out of the blue, I will not be prepared at all.
‧₊˚✩彡 His Sun and Mercury are in Aquarius 6H falling in my 4H, there is a sense of belonging to each other, familiar and being at home with each other. He healed (6H) and is "coming back home" (I find it so cute). It will feel like "finally you are back home" kinda.
‧₊˚✩彡 This year he has Saturn 7H in Pisces in my 4H. He will look at his view on marriage to be way more important and way more serious than before. Because it goes on my 4H, I will feel it too. It could mean wanting something serious and long term too.
‧₊˚✩彡 Talking about Saturn, mine is in 5H also in Pisces and falls in his 7H! So our Saturn conjunct each other. To him, it would feel like wanting to be in a relationship with me, longterm style.
‧₊˚✩彡 I also asked one of my friend, and she noticed something I didn't lol. She told me since he has Chiron conjuncting his North Node in 8H in Aries, it means having zero s3x life. And it both falls in my 6H, meaning it will be a sign of him healing, I will see it like that.
‧₊˚✩彡 My Neptune falls in his 8H, he could have steamy dreams of fantasies about me... lol. And his Neptune falls in my 5H, which means romantic dreams. I could fantasize about going on dates with him or being in a relationship with him. We could remember our moments together a lot at that time.
‧₊˚✩彡 Our North Node conjunct each other again, meaning we are bound to find each other again that year!
‧₊˚✩彡 His Moon falls in my 6H, meaning he is healing, and I may not be very innocent in this story. There are a lot of his planets falling in my 6H, which means healing wounds because of this person.
‧₊˚✩彡 Now, his Jupiter and Uranus falls in my 7H all in Taurus, meaning we could enter in a serious relationship that year. The sign it is in makes it even more possible. Jupiter is like taking a chance, and Uranus is sudden change, but very spontaneous like. Transformation.
‧₊˚✩彡 Let's say that it must have been planned this way originally, since I also have Uranus in my 7H, meaning I def have to experience transformation in this field. It also falls in his MC/ 10H, which means a relationship that will be public (so friends, family and other people know about it).
‧₊˚✩彡 My Jupiter, Mars and Groom falls in his MC/ 10H too, making me feel like he will be the once asking me out? Mine are in 8H, making things mr hidden, I would maybe want us to keep it a secret while he will want us to make our relationship public.
‧₊˚✩彡 Now, he has Union and Briede asteroids in Leo 12H, which conjunct my natal sun. There is def a spiritual awakening for him happening! And since his Union and 12H conjunct my Sun, Moon and 10H, I'm 100% we will see each other again that year. He def wants to. My Sun and Moon falling his his 12H make him realize more stuff that he refused to see before, making some stuff about me obvious now. It's intense spiritual connection, divine union, and intense emotional connection. It gives off telepathy. Also intense s3xual attraction... uhm uhm.
‧₊˚✩彡 My Venus and Mercury falls in his ASC/ 1H, meaning he would love to see me again. He will be very happy and might feel kind of love at first sight again? We might be more expressive when we see each other again.
‧₊˚✩彡 Also, my union conjuncting his juno in his 1H, is also why im so sure we will meet again.
‧₊˚✩彡 So, moving on to 2025-2026. This is the year I understood I will get engaged, and guess to who! lol it's showing since my briede (in my 1H) conjunct his boda in his 3H.... proposing? anyone? AND my boda and pluto also falls in his 3H, major transformation about marriage.... yes. (and it also conjuncts his pluto there). It's a transformation for him because he expresses it/ ask it (3H) and it is for me for my identity (1H)
‧₊˚✩彡 His Sun and Mercury in his 4H falls in my 2H, talks about stability. Maybe it's a year to moving together, a year of thinking long term but financially. Moreover, his Saturn exactly conjunct my North Node still in the same houses. His NN also falls in my 2H. Literally we will be deciding about seeing bigger than just dating, or be in a relationship. That's some adult talking there lmao.
‧₊˚✩彡 My Saturn falls in his 5H, making our relationship way more serious than before.
‧₊˚✩彡 His venus Aries in 5H falls in my 3H, once again, love declaration from him to me. In Aries this gives the passionate guy who spontaneously does romantic stuff for you. Aggressive yet passionate love.
‧₊˚✩彡 Now, listen to me. I told you this year I'm sure I'll get engaged. Another reason is that I have Jupiter, Sun and Mercury in my 7H. Jupiter means opportunity and luck, expansion. Sun, the main focus that year (7H= partnerships, relationships) and Mercury (communication)= getting proposed. He also has Uranus in his 7H (changement, transformation, unexpected) and Jupiter too! Moreover, his Jupiter falls in my 5H, and his Uranus in my 4H. AND my Uranus falls in his 7H.
‧₊˚✩彡 My Venus falls in his 8H, literally being obsessed with each other, it's a deep love and deep connection there. Not for everyone.
‧₊˚✩彡 AND his moon falls in my 8H, literally another level connection. It's the couple that is SO connected to each other, always in their own bubble. mygod
‧₊˚✩彡 My Union Libra 9H falls conjunct his Union libra 12H= can I make it more divine union than this????? 9H and 12H are the most spiritual houses to me.
‧₊˚✩彡 My Juno falls in his 1H and his Union falls in my 10H, both in Scorpio (= conjuncting). He will show me off, and his being in my 10H, it's another way to make it official for us.
Thank you for reading!
