Everyone is connected in Phantogram's brand new video for 'Into Happiness.'
Directed by Floria Sigismondi, the clip takes its inspiration from the Chinese concept of 'the red thread of fate,' where destined lovers are connected via mystical string tied around their little fingers. But as the duo demonstrate, friends, too, can be fated to be together forever, offering love, healing and guidance.
The video proves especially poignant in the aftermath of vocalist Sarah Barthel's sister's suicide, a tragic event which greatly influenced much of Phantogram’s 2016 album Three.

Feb 6-7
Last days in Toronto. It was fun to just be at home, and take some chill time. I like being home like that. Just no plans, and just be with the fam for a week. Began planning for my 8 day retreat, and also trying to complete some of my Woman School content.
Feb 8-11
Novena for Lola Floria continued. Back! Surprise Vday gift massage for Jeffrey! <3 Trying to be romantic aha! Costco with Jeffrey. Bought so much food I feel for just the week. Bought myself a whole tuxedo cake oh yaaa!
Feb 12-13
8 Day ignatian begins! Miss Jeffrey every night for sure. First few nights I was legit like okay I can see myself living alone. AHA! Decided I won't be taking pictures and just be totally off screen for this trip. First day was to do a "Creation Walk". Realized there's a lot of "shoulds" in my internal voice as soon as things weren't going as expected. Wow I have expectations for myself.. surprising.
Feb 14
Todays theme was on Sin. Seeing that actually our root desires are GOOD, it's just finding it in the wrong place. So actually knowing what the good desires are will lead us to find things and not shame ourselves. Inviting Jesus into the hidden closets of my hearts. Relieved I can invite Him. See me Jesus!
Vday surprise by Jeffrey. Swoony. Gosh I love him so much! Flowers and chocolate! Woow!
Feb 15
"What is conversion if there's not healing?" Wow this line struck me. Found a new creative way to reconcile past hurt memories. Woah cool practical stuff. Essentially reimagine the memory and invite Jesus in, change the colours of at the atmosphere, and see bubbles. It's cute.
Feb 16
Discipleship. Okay I was totally comparing myself to the Saints now. At the heart I want to live a great, impactful life. What will be my legacy, what will be my spirituality in this life? I have shall embrace the uniqueness where God is calling me.
Feb 17
Nativity and Jesus childhood. Seeing the simpleness of Mary, Joseph, Jesus. I want that simpleness and in my nothingness I can receive Jesus more. I was reminded of Jeffrey at this point. Lent begins! Bread and water fast begins. In this Lent I am committing to slowness, and compassion for myself. Baths & dinners are my commitment aha!
Feb 18
I learned to exercises with no music or youtube. Wow found a new routine that I liked actually. Jesus and His adult ministry. I learned to accept who I am. Give compassion. To not be afraid of myself. I am not "holier" if all the sins are gone in my life.
Feb 19
Passion. There was more "distractions" here. I was thinking about the future. Went on hikes and walks on different days. It was so nice!
Feb 20
Resurrection. Giving myself graces in all the moments.
Feb 21
Celebrated! Made a fort! So fun! Saw Jeffrey. He brought my breakfast food. So nice!
Feb 22
Picked up my new pot allll the way from Burnaby :( dang amazon cmon. But made the day better by going to Jeffreys <3
Feb 23
Prepared talk with Melissa. Excited that I have a new project I am able to implement on the campus. I am fired up about this!
Feb 24
Cool I’m coaching Discovery leaders at St. Matthews. Getting to work with Amber will be cool! Looking forward to it. Also got to meet the other coaches!
Feb 25
IA session training went well! Yes! Wow I’m pumped what this will do for our leaders!
Feb 26
Got to work on my testimony today! Ahaha funny to look back. Got to share it with Andrew Nobouer. Cool guy. Got good feedback. Would love to get to share it publicly again.
Camping with Jeffrey <3 such a fun sweet date! Watched 2 of the all the boys I’ve loved before. So cute
Feb 27
Watched the 3rd To all the boys with Megan, Rachel, MK, Rysa. So fun! Such a good movie actually. Feels! Also the music though! Getting to catch up with the gals :)
HBD Nathan! It’s nice to be with the Gache gang, especially the sibling dynamic is fun to see. I can’t wait to have my own 4 children :P Getting to see such different personalities is fascinating!
Feb 28
Got a bunch of amazon purchases! Memory foam for my bed. Aha finally investing in nice house stuff for myself. Caught up with Kim & Nicole! Watched the office with Jeffrey
Mar 1
Caught up with Sarah! Wow so much good news! Jesus yaass!!!

Note
11: Describe your character's childhood friend
((Sarah is a Bronto Burt that Luna was practically inseparable from when she lived on Floria. She was only a toddler when the two met and around nine when Luna and her family moved away. One of the things she loved to do with Luna was to make up stories that they would both play through, normally as two brave heroes. After Luna’s move, the two gradually stopped contacting each other and it’s been over a decade since they last spoke. This left a lasting impression on both of them, but Sarah has been using this loss as an inspiration for a book she’s working to self-publish. She has a faint hope that Luna will read it and they’ll get back in touch.))
