Saproling becomes an actual creature type on a creature card! This is amazing. It certainly helps me wanting to make Saproling decks now. Now I just need need Killian Lu's inkling, Doco to get a card so that I can work on an Inkling deck.

i like having answers to things in magic the gathering, but not in the "my deck is so specialized on one thing like aggro or control it can handle any situation by ignoring it" but like, playing a card to deal with a problem. this means my deck is kind of a generalist mess that isn't excellent at any game pace, but it's so Fun drawing the one card that will get you out of a situation

So as previously mentioned here is round two! I really love the Bleeding Tooth Fungus but I was unhappy with my previous drawing so i decided to revisit it here! I hope you like these cute Bleeding Tooth Saproling Sprites!

1A-Plant token: whole, complete plant, may or may not be ambulatory.

1B-Plant-based Saproling: Mobile, detached plant parts, like leaves, flowers, even seeds and fruit. May take root later.

2A-Fungus token: Wholly or mostly fungus.

2B-Fungus-based Saproling: Mostly fungus, but physical structure incorporates the media that it is growing on, such as plant matter, animal remains, etc.

Here's the first (of probably several) Saproling token designs. I wanted to emulate the classic squirmy toothy worm Saproling but with some extra plant/fungal textures. Since Saprolings can look like pretty much anything, I've got others I'm toying with, but these toothy little guys will be the first batch.
