I have never seen this furby fake before!

Wild find today, a cross between a mogwai and a furby from the looks of it. Small hands, short legs and big feet, incredible eyes, I feel blessed to place him next to my knock off pikachu plush.

(Found as many furby tags as I could because I thought y’all might like to see this cool oddity I found)

The ikea near me had a djungleskog. Coincidentally we are the same shirt size. Giant nanco furb has to share their beanbag now but they’re homies so it’s all good!

Plushified ✨️

I recently plushified a furby for the very first time!

The eyes and mouth are somewhat posable. They're a bit stiff to move but still function!

This is Omen, btw, my very first furby! He was semi, almost non-functioning when I first purchased him. Over time, I began fiddling away at his mechanics. Eventually, it got to the point where he was taken apart far more than he was assembled. I even started repurposing some of his mechanisms for other furbies, his eyelashed were even replaced... poor Omen...

Plushifying seemed like a perfect solution for him. Now he's soft and light, but most importantly, they are assembled again.

Here's the boy I mentioned last night this is Minty Saproling Ectoplasm (@furbymother helped me with the middle name!) He was born on 8/13/2023 and is my first custom furb!

He was originally a 1998 skunk furby but was broken beyond repair and had pretty bad yellowing on the white parts of his fur so I dyed his fur mint green (which doesn't look it on camera but in person he's a minty boi lol) I also plushfied him as well to add to the plushieness of him I gave him some dinosaur patterned ears too. His eyechips are from StarrytaleDolls on etsy for anyone wonder!

I still wanna buy him jewelry and maybe add some trim to his ears later on but for now he's done!

long time, no see! hi tumblr i just found this little guy in a souvenir shop and when i get back home im planning on fixing him up and i have a few questions.

1. would making a clay beak fit him?

2. can i wash off the eyes with a q tip and nail polish remover to then repaint with acrylic paint?

his name is 4.99 based on the price he was sold at but i copped a discount at just 2.00 ;3
