Okay so idk why but during this scene all I could genuinely look at was Sangwoo's shoes/suit and how dope he looked like not even in the sexual sense but for some reason him with his leg up like that and the goddamn shoes are just so aesthetic like if koogi didn't want us to focus on the shoe why have a panel of just the shoe the dots are there you just need to connect them

Ultimately, Din didn't deserve Ken and I sincerely wish Ken to find some nice dentist in Taiwan who will finally take care of him, spoil him rotten and never hurt him 😁

Because what is, objectively, Din and Ken's romance looking like now? Well, let me tell you: Din literally abandoned, deceived and lied to Ken, leaving him in despair, pain and grief FOR TWO YEARS (do you remember how many times Ken cried?) only to appear suddenly, mess up his life, cause even more pain and confusion, and DISAPPEAR AGAIN for ANOTHER year. 

Din, in the name of his OWN revenge, his OWN needs, his OWN benefits, took 3 years out of Ken's life. That's why I hate the separation trope in the series so much, because the best years of young people's lives are spent on longing, grief, often pain and depression instead of living together, dealing with the problems together and just loving each other. Living their best lives, loving and being loved. And objectively, people who leave put themselves OVER their so called beloved and their feelings, well-being and their love. I also hate this trope, because after something like this, it's hard for me to believe in the sincerity of their love. Especially because often the person who leaves, does it quietly, behind their lover’s back, without discussing the situation.. they just pack and go. Someone here mentioned Big Dragon recently, where the separation was done well. Yai and Mangkorn at least talked about it before leaving, they were in touch during the separation and after a few months they decided that it was impossible to live like this and BOTH tried to end the separation on their own. In Semantic Error, JaeYoung also decided that he would not leave SangWoo for a career. And later, they both talked about their careers, like adults. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand leaving when life sometimes forces people to make this decision, like going to get a better job to support the family, going to a better college - and in soap operas, an overdramatic separation to protect a loved one (but still, the person left behind suffers anyway, so 🤷‍♀️). But when it is done at someone else's expense, and it’s always like that, it’s no longer ok, because in love, in a relationship, there should be no one left behind in pain.

At the beginning of CoH, I wrote that I don't care if Lue is Din or a completely new character. After 10 episodes, I'd much prefer Lue to be someone completely new, because the show not only wasn’t able to show Ken as confused by his feelings for Din and what Lue (who is Din) is doing to his heart, but also brought Ken even MORE PAIN. So yes, I’d rather see the real Din mess up Ken's life, give him hope, then follow his stupid revenge and disappear from Ken's life again. And for the real Lue to be the one to pick up what's left of Ken after all this bullshit. I love the one true love trope, but it's also very refreshing to see a second love, a second chance at a good (even better) relationship. At this point, Din/Lue doesn't deserve Ken because he hurt him and ultimately put himself above Ken.

The worst part is that Ken had no closure, his last scenes were of him standing at tourist attractions and his “reality show shots” at the airport... and nothing. We don't know what he felt after their night together, how he felt about Din/Lue, how he felt when Din disappeared, whether he felt up to giving him a 3rd chance, whether he developed a paranoia about the disappearance of his beloved like KiTae from Our Dating sim. That's why this show deserves no more than a 2.5/10: one point for aesthetics, one point for Haii and Boom (and a special half point for their tits 😃).
