This purple coat with a leather collar was created for Lily James to wear as Elizabeth Bennet in the 2016 adaptation of the Seth Grahame-Smith novel 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒋𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒁𝒐𝒎𝒃𝒊𝒆𝒔.   The coat was seen again in the 2019 eighth season of 𝑯𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑯𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔, where it appeared on Jessica Ransom as Mary Shelley in 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝑷𝒐𝒆𝒕𝒔 𝑺𝒐𝒏𝒈.   Finally in 2022 it was spotted in the second season of 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒐𝒏, where it was worn by Charlotte Spencer as Esther Denham.   Where do you think this costume will appear next? assuming you have rewatched bridgerton & queen charlotte many times and need a show to fill the gap i highly suggest the buccaneers it is my favorite and a must see!

i just started harlots and i’m already hooked plus Hannah Dodd & Nicola Coughlan are in it! i watched reign forever ago and loved it. haven’t watched sanditon yet but there is a mlm couple.

This lovely, angelic white gown was seen for the first time in the 2005 production of Pride and Prejudice where it was worn by an extra. It was seen again on the actress Charlotte Riley during her take on the character of Cathy in the 2009 two-part television series adaptation of Wuthering Heights. It wasn’t seen again until 2023, when it was worn by Rose Williams as Charlotte Heywood in Sanditon.  It was seen again in 2024, where it was worn by Calypso Cragg as Mary Bennet in An American In Austen.
