the first time star realized she liked girls was when she met paulina sanchez. everyone's first love. at first she just wanted to play with her hair and do her make-up. it was normal stuff friends did. then star realized her eyes were lingering more on her lips. anytime paulina told her about her crush of the week star felt a grip in her heart. she was jealous. she liked paulina, she liked her so much. but she never acted on her feelings and somehow got over them when they were juniors.

the next time she had feelings for a girl was sam manson even though she would NEVER admit this to anyone. at least she wouldnt admit it willingly. star always admired sam in a way. she was always herself, unapologetically herself. star wanted to do that too but she couldnt. there were too much to lose in her eyes. she was scared to lose her friends. she knew realistically paulina wouldnt leave her but her mind was telling the opposite sometimes. but sam was herself even though she only had two people by her side. and still would be herself even if she didnt have anyone by her side. she was just like that. it amazed star. then she realized how loyal and caring she was. after ghost attacks sam would be the first one to run to check on the injured people. other than her best friends she always ran to help people. thats how star realized her feelings. after an attack she was injured on the leg, it wasnt necessarily bad but it did make walking much harder. sam ran to her and treated her wound best she could. even helped her to walk. sam talked with a smooth and soothing voice with star that day. star knew it was a habit to keep injured people calm but for star it felt something. she wanted to listen to her talk like that for hours. she liked sam. but she could never admit it nor could she confess it to the goth. eventually she moved on.

after graduating highschool and enrolling in a college of her choice she felt free. no expectations for her to act a certain way. dont get her wrong she loved her friends but the rules were stupid. why were there even rules? at first years it was more comfortable to play by the rules but as she grew up star realized how much of a shallow thinking it was to obey the rules of being popular. she grew to hate it. in college she was free from that. she was also free to explore herself. the part of her she knew but was too afraid to admit. star met a girl. she was beautiful and funny. they met at a party maybe it was the beer she was drinking but star wanted to make a move. they clicked right away and ended the night in the dorm rooms. thats how her first relationship with a girl started only to end with a heartbreak. star adored the girl, she was there though it all. when she fell sick and couldnt attend her classes, star was there with notes she bought and medicine that she will need. when her period cramps were too much, star was there to make her tea and chocolate for her cravings. star did everything to make her happy only for her to say it was something casual and that she wasnt even into girls that way. it broke star's heart into million pieces. she was inconsolable for a month. too much that paulina stayed with her for a week to make sure she was fine. star started to talk more with her old friends. she would call paulina almost everyday, would talk to valerie, kwan and dale times to times and sometimes would text dash. she was getting better even starting to go to parties again. she was over her.

when star went back to amity park on her summer break of her third year she felt weird. everything was the same but also so different at the same time. the park they used to go had more benches and people were having picnics like she used to do with her friends. she smiled at the memories. as she was driving to her house she got a call from paulina asking if she arrived. she let her know there would be a part at dash's house just like highschool days but it was more of a little gethering than a party. they both knew it was a lie. when dash held parties it was never little or quiet. she decided to go just to see her friends. when she got there most of the people had already arrived. she took herself some beer and searched for her friends. she saw dale with a beautiful girl, he introduced her as his girlfriend. she was a really sweet girl. dale was telling her about his days in highschool. star joined just to embarrass dale a little and she really liked reminiscing her highschool days. after a little time kwan and paulina joined them. to no one's surprise paulina get along with dale's girlfriend very well quickly. it was like her super power. star smiled at them and excuse herself. she needed some fresh air. the garden was too crowded so she went to the balcony in the second floor. thats where she saw sam all those years later. she had a beer in her hand, sitting on the rails, enjoying herself. sam looked beautiful. she dyed the back of her hair purple and wore a beautiful black dress that looked like a bat. a bold eyeliner with red and purple eyeshadow with almost black red lipstick. she was beautifully and unapologetically herself. when she saw star, she couldve swear that sam checked her out. sam smiled at her and pat next to her for star to sit. they talked about how years went by. sam looked happy, star wouldve lied if she said she didnt envy her. they talked for hours while drinking their beers. star thanked and cursed the boost of beer when she accidentally told sam about her crush on her when reminiscing the highschool days. it caught sam off guard. at first there was an awkward silence until sam broke it with a laugh. sam told her how it felt unreal to learn one of the most beautiful girl in highschool had a crush on her. star adored that laugh and joined her embarrassed. when their laughs died down sam looked at her in the eyes. star wanted to blame it on the alcohol that she wanted to kiss her. when her eyes fell to sam's lips, she grinned. sam kissed her. it was a sweet but passionate kiss like both of the girls wanted this for a long time. after the kiss sam gave her her number and get inside the house again leaving star as a blushing mess.

Now Jason would like it known that there was no mpreg situation going on. He isn’t even sure where people got that idea in the first place. Sure, he had taken a few Cores from the goons-in-white who had dared to set up in his turf. 

And sure maybe the excess energy from the pit (no wonder he’d been so irritable) was what said baby halfas (Okay, so they’re half human? Alright) had used to reform. And maybe the oldest is visibly less than a year old. 

But there Was No Mpreg Situation! He is this close to shooting someone! It was annoying (and slightly amusing) when it was just his goons, but now the Bats have seemingly got it in their heads! Dear Gotham it’s a good thing he’s not planning on like, ever revealing who he is because he would never be able to live this rumor down.
