after watching twelve seasons of this stupid show i still do not understand why everyone hates Sammy . everything he does has good intentions for it. he was tortured by lucifer and implied raped and then he just has to suck it up when lucifer comes back. when he let him out in the first place he was being manipulated by ruby whereas dean does so much shit with bad intentions and people just like don’t care. sam gave everything in his life up for dean.. like he got out. he stopped hunting for four years and then jess died and he got sucked back into everything. thats actually like horrible. sam is such an interesting character i swear supernatural is like the only fandom where o actually prefer the tiktok fans to the tumblr ones cuz at least they like sam. plus people just love to like give dean sams personality and then be like ‘i love dean so much’ like girl that is SAM. it’s probably cuz like the show is written in a way so dean is almost always presented as right even when he obviously isn’t and sam will do the exact same thing but when he does it its then wrong?? its like when the show tries to parallel dean and benny to sam and that monster girl he met when he was a kid who dean killed.. on the topic o genuinely don’t understand how people like benny. sorry but like i didn’t care about him at all. he added nothing to the plot and he just didn’t really have any like plot points that weren’t dean related. i know he did technically but they were boring and genuinely uninteresting.
