50!!! FOLLOWERS!!! First time breaking 50 since I started. NO number is TOO small! Now I know one or two are one of those accounts that follows anyone indiscriminately but it's still a milestone reached. And for those who followed me because you enjoy what I do, THANK YOU!!! These last 14 years have been a rollover coaster and the last few hell to an extent. I had forsaken drawing because I honestly thought I was awful. That's how much "I LET" a Reviewer at Cooper Union get to me. Killed the only identity I could cling to that was authentic during that time of my life. Those few minutes stripped me of the one thing I was sure about, that I would be an artist. I baffle mental health professionals with the shit I've been through. And after a suicide attempt and a horrifying experience at an inpatient facility for trauma recovery -I was a broken thing. Broken. But it was being truly broken that I found the right MH professionals, with a more effective treatment plan bc of a more ACUTE diagnosis...I began to mend. They gave me something to take away the nightmares and I learned some coping skills. I found my way back to the one thing I was ever passionate about. Drawing. Those who have looked, liked, and the 50 who have followed -whether you stay or pass me by -Thank you. It's been therapeutic. Everyday I'm gaining back my confidence and everyday I draw I'm sharpening my skills. I might post the full picture in the morning since its night and I have no good light. This is a #character I've been working on for awhile and have just made some made headway into how she fits into the rest of the story. I think I'm about to basically finalize her back story and I've got a small little semi-redemption arc in the works for her. She's not exactly an antagonist, but she's not the nicest person around either. This my journey. From job as secretary to sandwich artist. I used to study for secretarial course for 3 years and then got a job as assistant secretary office. After 3 years of contract finally I made decision to resign. The covid came and I'm jobless for 4 month until I found another job. The salary is small so I worked for two month and change my to subway. That's why subway call the staff sandwich artist. It's just how neatly put in vegetables, dressing and wrap up with parchment paper. I will tell another story in my next post. I try my best to draw simple like this about my self. Since I don't have a tab to draw so I patiently waiting to buy it. I might draw genshin impact characters if I have time. It's been a long time since I draw them.
