Why did I make this? Idk

The little pink monkey is Rin Rin a character from Saiyuuki a 1960’s movie

Here she’s just a regular monkey demon along with other monkey demons who lived in flower fruit mountain with Macaque and Wukong . She has an innocent little crush on Sun but he’s completely oblivious to it so they just stay friends. Also this comic is really just to show Wukong had a hard time realizing the difference between romantic partners and battle partners and it really sent everyone up the wall.

(Also i wanted to experiment with wukongs facial design 🙃)

So I recently found the 1960 movie "alakazam the great" which is an animated film about Wukong in JTTW with Rinrin being his main love interest.

Now, of course I wanted her to appear in my story, and think that if Macaque hadn't appeared on FFM to seek help during the war Wukong would have probably kept Rinrin as his love interest and would've married her after JTTW. Since that wasn't the case though, he has her around still as a friend to talk to, and Macaque decided to have her as an advisor of the palace, since she knew more of the mountain and it's people longer than either one of them.

Rin rin is a monkey flower demon

The flower she has on her head is not just a hair ornament, it literally grows on rin rin's head as a part of her body

The flower reflects her mood

Rin rin does not need to eat as long as she can care for her flower with enough sun and water

Even if her doesn't need to eat to live, her likes to eat anyway.

She loves strawberries and is his favorite fruit

Her family name is rin

People don't know that her family's last name is rin assume it's a nickname without actually knowing it's her last name as well

He loves botany

Hmm...*looks up which numbers are lucky in China*, okay, so 4 is actually unlucky, which is probs why the 4 Celestial Monkeys are also called the Monkeys of Destruction.

But the lucky numbers are 6 and 8, with 7 being a generally good number, but being also that the 7th Month is called the Ghost Month and it sounds close to 'to deceive'...hmmm...

Oh, and it sounds like a vulgar way of saying 'penis'.

Okay, so, Duke of Thunder, Long Armed Gibbon, Red Buttocked Horse Monkey, Intelligent Stone Monkey and Six Eared Macaque make 5.

Including our little Harbinger of Chaos, that makes 6, which is a lucky number.

But MK being the 7th Celestial Monkey would make it more fun - at least a part of me thinks so - so, who the hell could be the Sixth Monkey?

Wait...Wuxing has Earth and Wood be different elements...

Rin-Rin!

In Saiyuuki, she has similar eye markings to SWK - much like how Macaque has a similar one to SWK - which should mean, she is also a Celestial Monkey!

I once saw somebody headcanon that Rin-Rin is a flower monkey demon and her flower do give me Cosmo (a plant alien) from Sonic X vibes...that could work.

She's just chilling somewhere, never knew what she is and just exists, vibing along the way, not knowing all the bullshit that is going on, like:

Rin-Rin being that friend in the group who never got into any drama, and is still living their best life at home.

I even plan on her (at least a character based on her) still being alive/youthful in the TMKATI au, and the other monkeys are confused af. She's like the aunt/cousin in the monkey village who just... never aged?? They think maybe she ate a peach of immortality and didn't know about it.

Someone like Erlang (all seeing eye) peaks in and is like "Whoa. That monkey came *out* of a tree of immortality. Thats new. Wonder if anyone else knows about this... Best not say anything and cause a fuss."

I'm deciding whether or not I should make mini comics of my SixGoldenLotus Au. I have yet to write the storyline but I do have a mere idea of what it is. This au is gonna be more of a spin off I guess as it won't exactly follow the main plot of the Nezha Reborn movie. It has some few scenes from the original but will mainly be what happened after the ending.

These are simple headshots for 3 of my ocs(Kage,Lùshuǐ,Lian) and my versions of Rin Rin(from saiyuuki) and Liu're Mihou. I have yet to make them outfits and may change their designs a bit, since it's not finalized just yet.
