_____"Mutton Pulao"____ . . Bohut hi dheeema masala perfect for iftar .... . . What is your iftar menu ???. . . METHOD: Yukhni Mutton ,water,GG paste ,random cut 1 onion 1full garlic ,salt to tase 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cloves 1 tsp cumin seed 1 tsp fennel seeds 1tsp corriander seeds .....presssure Cooker thw above mutton stock . . MASALA: 1 medium size onion fry it till golden brown ,add GG paste 1 tsp ,5 greeen chiilies paste ,saute these than add 250gram yougurt,1 tsp salt ,1 tsp white pepper ,now add the meat from above yukhni /stock fry them , than add rice priory soak for about 20 mins and quantity 2 cup full now add yukhni till rice is fully soak in yukhni keep ur stove medium high when all the yukhni dries than simmer for 20 mins in low flame ... After 20 mins it will ready serve with farnish fried onion above the pulao ... . . So, Here is my version of Ice Coffee ( Dalgona ): . . 2 tbsp instant coffe 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp hot water 1 tbsp cream Half a cup of chilled milk Ice cubes Little chocolate syrup for garnish . METHOD: Add coffee ,sugar and hot water and beat ,beat ,beat till its color turns light brown and fluffy add cream at this point to give it more creamy texture ...Now ,put ice in a glass add chilled milk than add the above beaten coffee mixture and at the top just squeeze little chocolate syrup or caramel as of ur choice .. . Tadaaaa... . . 🥂ICE COFFEE CUM DALGONA COFFEE🥂 is ready ..... ____ Tip _____ Serve chilled i keep it in refrigerator before serves for 10 mins❤ . . .
