Comments on House of the Dragon S02E04

- I'm so fucking pissed... WHY THE WRITERS CAN'T GIVE SOMETHING TO THE BLACKS????? It's so unprofessional that is infuriating.

Rhaenys and Meleys fought bravely against two dragons, one of them being Vhagar and she almost won. She almost kill Aegon II. Her death is the definition of going out in a blaze of glory.

Not only did they make her look like a traitor sometimes, giving terrible ideas to Rhaenyra (that could get the queen killed), but also sometimes it felt she was with tb just because it was convenient not because she actually believed in their claim. Now they even took away her amazing and heroic death? What was the reason for her suicidal attack on Vhagar??

The writers could spend those 4 episodes showing us how she felt guilty for not killing and ending Aegon II bloodline in the coronation scene, something that would stop the war that was coming. But no, they instead gave us two unnecessary Alicole sex scenes.

They want Aemond to burn Aegon? Fine. Lets do a scene, showing Rhaenys experience as a rider and warrior. Let's make her swing and redirect Vhagar's attack on Sunfyre.

It's not that hard! Omg seriously.

For the writers, everything is for team green. Only they can be "cool" and "developed" and here is one more proof. Again taking something from team black and giving it to the greens.

-The writing of HOTD it's giving season 7 and 8 of GOT and if it continues like that we all know how it's gonna end. They are choosing unnecessary sex scenes, cgi and spectacular action sequences over decent writing. And guess what, even spectacular action sequences can look dumb without decent writing (just look at the Long Night episode from GOT)

And the "funny" part is that the majority of the audience don't give a shit about writing anymore. Which makes me think that if Game of Thrones had come out today, it would be cancelled after 2 or 3 seasons.

- Aemond high valyrian improved a little, while Aegon's sucks.

-I love that Lord Darklyn insulted Cole. That's what that whinny bastard deserves.

-Jace pulling Daemon's mannerism is so cool to see. He has every right to be angry at his mom but also he is too anxious to fight, fight for their claim and his family. This and his inexperience in battle is what will lead him to his death

-Aegon II is a pathetic drunk, dude is bored with the war he helped start. He was always so anxious for the war, talking like it was a simple game, something that contrasts with Rhaenyra doing everything she can to prevent a war that already had started.

-Is Alicent already starting to lose her mind?
