I'm not going to say hate to be that guy because I don't hate it but timeline wise it does actually make sense for Adler to be Graves' father rather than grandfather unless Adler had his kid rather young and then that kid had Graves also quite young. Graves' age isn't confirmed but guessing he's about Warren Kole's age (so... 45-48 or smth) that'd give them a 39-42 year age gap.
