currently thinking about how in sign of the moon, rushtail (riverclan) becomes a warrior and then around a year or so later (IF my math is correct) in bramblestar's storm he's listed as an elder. what happened man

Rushkit and Oatkit were the kits of Runningbrook. Rushtail became a stoic warrior, who almost never talked until he thought he had something important to say. He believes 'small talk', (aka talk) is useless and a waste of time. Rushtail and Oatwhisker lived through the Windclan exile together, and Rushtail helped raise his niblings when Oatwhisker was too struck with grief from his mate's death to take care of them. Rushtail was pleased when his apprentice became deputy, although there wouldn't be a way for you to tell that.

More worrier catz yay. Up first is Stonepelt, Bluestar's first mentor, and Seedpelt from Pinestar's Choice, both Thunderclan. Then is a whole lot of Riverclan, with Rippleclaw, Mudthorn, Troutclaw, Duskwater, Milkfur (the medicine cat), Whitefang, Heronwing, Perchwing, Rushtail, Pouncetail, Troutstream and Mossyfoot. I found it really strange and a bit funny that Milkfur (MV) named her daughter after herself. Next is Furzepelt and Webfoot, both from Windclan, and then Ferretclaw, Starlingwing, Snaketail, and Stoatfur from Shadowclan. I love Starlingwing's name. Also incredible how Stoatfur not only changed genders, but changed appearance completely between books. Wild.
