Hey! RSV bachelor's/bachelorette when jealous please??
Sure thing :3
I didn't know, dear anon, whether you meant jealousy romantic or any other kind, so I stayed on the romantic. Also since there are hints in the mod about the relationships of some of the candidates (Paula/Anton, Zayne/Irene, etc.), some headcanons will list the candidates' partner as Farmer and others will be neutral. Hope it's ok! Thank you for your ask! 💕
_________________________________________
RSV bachelors/ettes when they're jealous:
If Jio had the ability to sizzle anyone he didn't like or those who let themselves get too much with his lover, there would be a whole circle of ashes around Farmer of all those losers. He has his trusty katana, though... Not that the elf doubts his partner's fidelity, it's just that sometimes they don't realize they're being flirted with. And Jio sees everything. He'll be a bit possessive near Farmer.
No, Corine won't keep quiet about the jealous feelings that have arisen. If something doesn't suit her, she points it out to Farmer directly, without all these games and guesses. She's not the jealous type, but she won't stand for boundaries being violated either by Farmer's interlocutor or by Farmer themself.
Despite all the Amethyst family drama throughout Zayne's life, with jealousy, cheating, and other not-so-nice things (thanks to his parents for a "happy" childhood), the future head of the family himself, fortunately, has not adopted all of this into his worldview about relationship with his partner. He doesn't feel jealous, trusts his partner, and believes that if someone is worried about something, they should share their problems with each other, because healthy relationships are built on honesty and communication.
Faye won't act directly, but she won't miss the opportunity to make passive-aggressive comments and snort in the direction of someone who allows themself to cross the line with her partner. That's the kind of nerve it takes to pry into a taken person's life, especially when she's standing right next to them! Her jealousy, however, Faye will deny if caught off guard with the question.
Anton is afraid. Afraid that he is not good enough for his partner, as his self-esteem has been low lately, to say the least. He's gotten it into his head that he's a total loser and still doesn't understand what his partner saw in him. Won't say his fears out loud, but will start constantly questioning if his partner really loves him and if he's good enough for them.
June, when jealous, stands away from people and starts smoking more than he should, as it helps him to distract himself a little bit from his negative thoughts. This is bad for his health, and Farmer can immediately notice it, to which June will not hide his jealousy. But then he'll apologize and admit that he should have shared his worries with his partner instead of withdrawing and soaking himself in tobacco smoke.
Blair's feelings of jealousy toward Farmer manifest themselves in a huge desire to prank the person who is flirting with her partner. The fisherwoman usually only restrains herself with her mischievous thoughts, as she doesn't want Farmer to think she is jealous and controlling. But if anything, she has stink bombs and itching powder at the ready. Don't mess with her and with Farmer.
Oh, Daia want to teach the cheeky one who's messing with her Farmer a lesson, and have some fun in the process. The ninja will appear out of nowhere, and immediately start flirting with Farmer, giving them a quick kiss on the cheek, putting a hand on their shoulders or waist, saying "I missed you so much, love~ Oh, who's this, your friend? Nice to meet you~" More often than not, the "suitors" will back off. If not - she has shurikens and a katana for those stubborn ones.
When feeling jealous, Shiro will stare silently and glare, but will not share his worries aloud. He already feels like a burden to the family because of his injuries, and that includes his relationship with Farmer. Somewhere inside his head there's a voice saying he's not good enough for Farmer and what they've ever found in him, a cripple. It's not true, but until Shiro voices his thoughts, he's going to think that way all the time when someone tries to hit on Farmer.
Poor Alissa... The girl only once saw some tourist trying to flirt with Farmer (to which they said they were taken btw), and that was enough for her to feel insecure. She realizes it's a stupid and irrational thought, but still.... What if she's not enough for them? Alissa will try to be with Farmer more often for fear of losing them.
Sean is not a jealous person, and doesn't see Farmer's friends and acquaintances as a threat to his and his partner's relationship. On the contrary, new friends, that's neat! Naturally, if someone starts openly flirting or hitting on his partner, the man will remind him that Farmer is already taken. Otherwise, he trusts them and doesn't feel jealous.
As the Governor's bodyguard, Bryle has excellent situational awareness, quickly recognizing threats and people's behavior. He can see both his partner's body language and the body language of the person his partner is talking to from afar, so if someone does start to do wrong moves, all Bryle has to do is stand next to his partner. After all, by having Bryle, they also have the 'scary dog' privilege. Bryle is confident enough in himself and his partner, so not jealous.
The jealousy takes Ian by surprise, as he hasn't felt anything like it before. It was hard for him to know if that person was trying to hit on Farmer or if it was just a casual conversation and he wouldn't want to chop off his shoulder and throw accusations. But if the feeling of jealousy arose again, he'd be blunt about it.
"Maddie, you-" "No, I'm not jealous!" "...want some blueberry pie?" Oh boy, because of the betrayal and pain of her past relationship, Maddie still has insecurities about herself and suspicion of her current partner's loyalty. The lab assistant is well aware that these are irrational thoughts underwritten by low self-esteem, making her angry with herself and, most unpleasantly, likely to snap at her own partner. Maddie tries, but she can easily become jealous towards Farmer.
If Philip feels jealousy, he won't say it to Farmer directly. But he would tell his close friends over a mug of something strong, trying to figure out whether hie is overreacting or it was justified. On the other hand, though, Philip realized that discussing the problem with anyone but Farmer was a foolish and unjustifiable decision. He would try to make amends.
Paula is lost, not knowing what to do with her feelings of jealousy. On the one hand, she wants to share her concern and talk about the time when the doctor thought that the situation was out of line. On the other hand - she's afraid that her insecurities and remarks will only make the situation worse. It's going to take her a little while to get her act together, but she does spill everything to her partner, hoping that communication will solve the problem.
Kenneth isn't too pleased when one of Farmer's friends is clearly trying to be something more than a friend (even though he and Farmer are officially a couple!), but the electrician trusts his partner to work things out for themself and draw the boundaries. Not to say he's trying to eavesdrop on the conversation anyway, he's just curious. Only asks who it was and what they wanted with Farmer. A sliver of jealousy, but nothing serious for accusations.
"Already taken, if you don't know." Maybe a bit blunt and harsh on Kiarra's part, but the girl didn't want to be left with ambiguities and misunderstandings. Farmer's friend, who had been a little too touchy-feely for a friend lately, might take offense at Kiarra's words, but the graphic designer would ask how Farmer's friend would feel if she was trying to flirt with their partner like that. Nothing personal, but respect boundaries.
Does Flor realize that jealousy is a desire for the undivided control of all the time and all the strength, mental and bodily, of another person, which is not healthy for her relationship with Farmer? Of course. Will she begin to address this issue with Farmer? Well... yes, but not right away until she's prepared to voice her thoughts. The red-haired girl is afraid to express herself in such a way that Farmer will not only not understand her, but will take her words to heart, so she wants to be careful. Maybe there isn't really a problem here?
Wait, someone wants to take Farmer away from Ysabelle? No on her watch! It might have been a simple misunderstanding, but the jealous feeling in the girl already surged like fire, and it made her do something about it. She would be by Farmer's side, holding their hand (they are a couple), kissing them and complimenting them (they are a couple, after all) and gently hugging them (they are. a couple. got it?). Wha- Of course not, she's not jealous!
Jeric isn't jealous type, and he knows from himself when just someone shows a mastery of eloquence without any hint of taking his partner. But he's also a virtuoso at speaking and complimenting, so he really doesn't mind battling someone in conversation. Of course he'll win, since he's charming and Farmer thinks so, right dear?~ Though a little later he'll apologize to Farmer if it was a little awkward. Jeric believes them, he just wanted to have a little fun.

rsv marriage candidates and whether they can drive
why? bc i'm bored... feel free to send me any other prompts if you have them!
alissa: no, but she occasionally drives her dad's truck around the orchard for chores.
anton: yes, but his car has been broken down for months now, and instead of getting it fixed, he's just been mooching rides off his siblings.
blair: nope! she just gets her mom or sean to drive her places instead~
bryle: absolutely - he's certified to drive cars, trucks, motorcycles, and armored vehicles.
corine: yep! feel free to call her if you ever need a ride, okay? :) (seriously, you can call her at like 3 am and she'll be there, no questions asked.)
daia: no, but luckily she's a master at guilting people into offering her rides - the world is her uber.
faye: got her license only recently after having hired drivers most of her life... she's the type to obliviously cut across three lanes of highway traffic to her exit with a bumper sticker that says "silly goose on board".
flor: yes, when she has to... but if anyone honks at her she *will* pull onto the shoulder to cry
ian: no - he can't pass the written test...
irene: yes, and she's also an avid collector of cute bumper stickers! this one is a strawberry with a smiley face!
jeric: well, he has his motorcycle license... why, you want a ride? ;)
jio: jio doesn't know what cars are.
june: um, no? what do you take him for, a str*ight???
kenneth: yes, but he's more interested in building motor vehicles than driving them...
kiarra: yup. she drives an old subaru outback with a zillion bumper stickers that say stuff like "support your local pollinators" and "no human being is illegal". oh, and her car's name is sally ride.
maddie: yes... but she road-rages like overworked ex-military trucker. do not ride with her unless you've made your peace with god.
paula: not only does she have her license, she's one of the best drivers you'll ever meet. (years of driving MEVs across gotoro battlefields will give you that.)
philip: yes - his dream car is the incredicar, as seen in the first movie adaptation of incrediman, "incrediman vs. the royal serpent" - but right now he drives a handicap-accessible minivan, yknow, for work...
sean: yeah, he has a truck he can use for work stuff - but don't look in the backseat. it's littered with empty gatorade bottles and fruit gummy bags.
shiro: no... but he used to...
ysabelle: nope. hashtag corine's passenger princess 4 lyfe ^^
zayne: a license? like the chauffeurs have? why would he need that??

I'm working on another Lance x Faye fic but I already have notes going for my next June x Autumn fic. The way the last one ended is just begging for a continuation I can't just leave it like that. I get the feeling I'm going to be doing a whole series of one shots for these two at various stages of their relationship much like I'm doing for Lance and Faye. Feel free to comment if there's anything in particular you would like to see me write about for either couple and I'll see what I can come up with. No promises though.

MDNI: I will not roleplay with you if you’re a minor OR an ageless profile.
Hello! I’m a 20 y/o genderfluid person. I’m looking for a fandom romance plot. I’m looking for someone 18+ to play one or more characters for my oc. If you played two or more it would either be a love triangle or poly relationship, we can talk about which would be preferred. If discussed, I’m not opposed to doubling up and am willing to play multiple canon characters for your oc as well. I’d play a girl or non-binary OC. Please be open to smut with build. I will not do bxb smut. This will have mainly romance and drama in it. No one liners. I’d like at least 1 paragraph and for it to be in 3rd person. I don’t have any specific plot in mind, but I’m down to discuss one. I’ll definitely take suggestions for how you want the plot to go and we can brainstorm more ideas together. I roleplay mainly on discord, but I am new to roleplaying on there, so if you’d prefer somewhere else, that can be discussed. Comment or like this post if you’re interested and I’ll reach out!

Hello, welcome to my silly lil side blog ✨
- My name is Maya, I’m 22+, and my pronouns are she/he/they. This is like my silly little side blogs that mostly focused on Stardew Valley (with expansions like SVE + RSV ♡).
- This is the only tumblr blog that I posted arts + sketches, along with occasional yaps here and there about my Char x OCs.
Before you followed me, here’s few things to note:
- This blog will contains Char x OC ships in Stardew Valley, if this is not your cup of tea please feel free to block/mute/ignore this account ✌️✨
- Absolutely no minors allowed ✋🛑, though I don’t post it often, there might be slight suggestive themes in my posts from time to time so be aware.
- I’m really strict with my dynamics in ships and shipping in general, so absolutely no switching + mentioning other couple please 😔✋
- My writings or my characterizations on certain SV characters might be a bit different/OOC so keep in mind KSGSGAG (I mostly writes to be silly and enjoy my fantasy ill be fr 😔✌️)
Side notes/A few extra things:
My current favorites are:
- Base game: Sebastian, Shane, Emily and Sandy
- SV Expanded: Lance, Isaac, and Jadu
- Ridgeside Village: Kenneth, Jeric, Faye, Maddie and Daia.
Tbh I like most characters (EXCEPT CLINT, LEWIS AND JOJA RAHGHGH 👹👹👹), but I’ll be real Lance and Isaac are currently the two that gives the sparks for me the most right now hehe🧍‍♂️✨✨
My main farmers + their spouses/bfs, along with their infos. (i will have tags for each of them so djb ✌️✨ )
- Kang Ji-hoo (28, he/him, married to Lance): A tired af linguistic teacher (who is secretly a mage) that went back to his hometown to farm and relax, only to get rope into weird and bizarre situations and somehow gain a husband in the process (Lance:🧍‍♂️✌️)
- Kang Ji-won (22, he/him, dating Isaac): Ji-hoo’s younger brother, he took over Aurora Vineyard during Y2 and helped out his brother occasionally. Until SVE 2.0 is out, he and Isaac are just in in-denial stages with each other (LETMERIZZHIM 👹)
- Sasha Agapov-Trần (35, he/him, married to Kenneth): Scientist/researcher with his adopted daughter (Mischa, 20) and beloved cat (Matcha). Move to stardew for samples and somehow gain a husband on the way as well (Kenneth)
- Persimmon Dương (26, he/him, married to Sebastian): [lore is hidden for now ✋👁️👁️]
That’s all for now, I will update more when there’s new things 🥳🎉

note: while i drew this portrait from scratch, the art style itself is by shie, who made a wonderful portrait mod for the stardew valley characters that i'm trying to add on to for the RSV characters.
irene's base portrait is done :) i still need to do the rest of her expressions, and her other two outfits, but i'm happy that i've made some actual progress on something because i feel like i've been going through a huge art block since last month. i'm working on shiro as well, but it's taking me a lot longer because i'm not very experienced at drawing men to be honest...
when he's done, i'm going to move onto zayne, and then... i should probably do faye and bryle as well, because i definitely won't be done with the other bachelors by the time their update is released, but i'd like to release the mod with all the bachelorettes complete at least... but also i can't just leave zayne and bryle for later because them and the other two girls are kind of a package deal, right? that's my thought process here.
i haven't posted anything for ages, mainly because somebody reblogged one of my drawings with a really nice comment and i felt too shy to respond (if they're by any chance reading this, i'm sorry, i'm still working up the courage to thank you properly!!).

He'll be interesting for sure!
2.3 RSV Spoilers below:
In the mean time I'll just enjoy the enemies to lovers/fake dating trope he's got going on with Faye 😆
Happy for my girl. She was the first friend I made in Ridgeside.
I've been posting a lot about Maive and Zayne, but I also gotta give a shout out to Bryle bc every single one of his events so far is just me going

Hello! I've recently taken the plunge and downloaded Ridgeside village for one of my save files. I'm enjoying it so far and I am eyeing some of the romanceable candidates 👀.
So I was wondering, you know the ask a while back about the farmer being oblivious to all of the bachelor and bachelorette's being in love with them? Could you do the same with the Ridgeside characters? And maybe expanded?
Eyyyyy glad you liked the Ridgeside Village mod, dear anon ☺️
I've added both SVE and RSV candidates as well. Sorry if the headcanon came out a bit stilted (wasn't sure what the best format was lol). Thanks for the ask and enjoy 💕
RSV bachelors/ettes with oblivious Farmer:
After the young Pelican Town candidates failed miserably to win the heart of Farmer, who must be the most oblivious person in the world, the bachelors and bachelorettes of Ridgeside Village decided that their time had finally come. They're the ones who can get the Farmer's attention, aren't they? Oh, but they didn't, because they didn't count on two things.
First, there were still competitors in Pelican Town - it was just that the other residents hadn't immediately joined the "hunt". Although Sophia and Victor weren't even sure what was even going on, they just wanted to spend more time with their friend Farmer. Victor, however, tried to give a couple compliments, but the gist of the content of his words apparently didn't get through to Farmer. It's a shame of course, but both Sophia and Victor just get over it and just switch to their own lives (and maybe even each other). Claire also threw a loving glance in the direction of the eternally energetic Farmer, but due to uncertainty and constant fatigue she decided that she had almost no chance (it's not true, but *sigh*). Olivia, of course, could show all these young amateurs how to properly compliment and hint at the object of their affection, but feels it's not her age to go after Farmer. She will respect Farmer's choice, and may even push Victor toward Farmer a little bit so that her son will be more confident.
Second, Ridgeside Village residents doesn't really realize how painfully oblivious Farmer is. All the advances and compliments the Farmer (unknowingly) dodges like a spy film protagonist dodges enemy bullets and lasers. And Jeric and Blair will be the first to question their own flirting abilities. Maybe they should have been more.... assertive?
Standing nearby the restaurant, Corine, Ysabelle and Paula greeted the Farmer more flirtatiously, asking to spend time with them just a little bit more. The girls decided to play fair: to whom the Farmer would pay more attention - the winner. Except that Farmer thanked "their good friends for the compliments" and ran off on their farming business, leaving girls in shock. Paula at least laughed at the comicality of the situation.
Faye and Irene thought that the way to the Farmer's heart was through their stomach, so when the girls found out what were the favourite dishes of the daredevil of the entire Stardew Valley, they immediately began the preparation. The Farmer thanked them not with dates, as the two girls had hoped, but with... fresh fruit from the greenhouse. Shit. Okay, well, at least the fruit is delicious. Bryle, passing by, decided to tease Faye and show her the "real master of pick-up", since he himself had had his eye on Farmer for a long time. A complete fiasco, as you might expect, causing Faye herself to start laughing at her friend's failure. The two will then argue again (but will become a couple in the future, but that's another story).
Anton... Doesn't even look in the Farmer's direction. He wants to try, wants to give them at least one good compliment, but... Why? So that Farmer will be disappointed in him like his ex-fiancée? No, Anton won't risk their friendship for that.
Apparently Yoba itself (or other magical forces) are protecting Farmer from flirting, because there's no way they couldn't pick up on Daia's hints. The girl is almost directly flirting, proposing to become something more, trying to kiss and, pardon my language, "get them into the nearest bush for some fun." "Into the bushes? Maybe we'll find a cute bunny there!" ....Bunny, huh.
But that's at least some effort, though, because Jio didn't come up with anything better at all than to express his flirtation in the form of... completely ignoring Farmer. Like, the more he ignores them, the more interested they'll be in him. Weird logic, and then the grumpy will have a face like "Wait, that's illegal" meme when Farmer ignores his ignore (and Kiwi is now constantly teasing him).
Ian, Kenneth, Phillip and Shiro decide not to act without haste, but to learn from the mistakes of other candidates who have failed on the love front. Slowly but surely, they try to spend more time with Farmer without making any drastic moves yet. And honestly, even if they too fail to endear themselves to Farmer, a caring and loyal friend would be enough for them. Sean also wanted to take leisurely steps at first, but he didn't have the patience and so he heads to the bench with the other losers. Better luck next time!
Zayne is a rather well-mannered young man, and he is not going to impose his company on anyone without their desire. If the Farmers themselves approach him, then he will try to make small talk and apply all his knowledge of flirting. It's a similar situation with June, but he may be a little more stubborn as he, unlike the others, has limited time and will be less likely to do so when he goes back for two whole seasons.
Flor, Alissa and Maddie are pretty shy in that regard, so they'll leave the flirting and sighing heavily when Farmer walks by. It's just that Farmer is a very close friend to them all, and to demand anything more from them is somehow wrong. If only they would notice... *Sigh*
For Kiarra, the best way is to be herself: no intrusive flirting, no those innuendos. Just have a nice time with a (so far) friend and not worry about anything. And then - just ask Farmer straight out. Do they want to date? Yay, Farmer and Kiarra have become a couple. They don't want to date? Yay, Farmer and Kiarra remain best friends. It's simple.
Magnus, who decided to introduce Lance to Mr. Aguar, became unwitting spectators of an oblivious Farmer being chased by a crowd of admirers. It's a funny situation, really. Heh, maybe Magnus would have joined them, but he decided to let fate take its course. If he's meant to be with Farmer in this dimension, then so be it, but if not, well, just suck it up and move on. Lance, on the other hand, believes he's in charge of his own destiny, and his sly smile suggests that he'll take matters into his own hands once the competition has died down. He has a couple of trump cards up his sleeve....
...............
And somewhere nearby, the much-admired Lenny is sitting on a bench, eating popcorn and watching the whole thing like a favourite comedy show. "Huh, and they said there'd be no fun in old age!".

Other RSV Spirit's Eve costumes ideas
Since it's October, and just over a year since the RSV seasonal outfits mod was released, I thought it'd be fun to share some of the costume ideas we didn't end up going with from our brainstorming doc. These ideas were ultimately passed over for a variety of reasons (already worn by a different npc, too real world-specific, liked a different option better, etc.), but still would've been great to see... soooo here you go!
(If a character isn't listed, that's just bc we didn't have any extra ideas for them. Also, in case you wanted a refresher, here's a list of the costumes we did end up going with! Also also, bc I can't help myself, I added in some ideas as I was making this post - those ones are in [brackets].)

freddie and lola: quasimodo and esmeralda
ian and sean: [shrek and donkey]
keahi and trinnie: sharkboy and lava girl, pokemon to match blair and sean (probably meowth and jigglypuff (trinnie insisted on being a cute pokemon even though jigglypuff's not part of team rocket))
kimpoi and malaya: easter bunny and tooth fairy, popeye and olive oyl
maddie, corine, and ysa: [sanderson sisters], [totally spies]
philip and shiro: [mario and luigi], [purple cobra and average joe uniforms (from dodgeball)], [dug and russell (from up)]
sean and blair: rock'em sock'em robots and they just beat each other up the whole time, [chuck and tiffany], [bluey and bingo], [thing 1 and thing 2]
sonny and irene: lumiere and mrs. potts (bc they're the help)
yuuma and naomi: [minions], [ash ketchum and a low-effort pikachu]
I'm curious to hear others' ideas too, so if you have any, feel free to share in the reblogs/replies! ^^

Hey Mousey! It’s been a while since my last ask. Hope everything’s going well there. (◍•ᴗ•◍)
Anyway, I just had an idea. After reading your headcanon about the Farmer going full beast mode and absolutely wrecking the kidnappers to save their spouse, I couldn’t help but think… you’ve already done for SDV and SVE, so how about an RSV version?
I can totally picture the Farmer ready to throw hands if someone like Daia or Jio got kidnapped by Gabriella’s minions. Would love to see your take on it!
Hewwo again, dear moot :3 Glad to see you again in my askbox ❤️ I'm doing well, thanks for asking! Have a great day as well, and enjoy some more Ridgeside Village headcanons! (sorry for late reply 😅)
RSV bachelors/ettes reaction to their kidnapping for revenge/ransom, where their spouse Farmer, furious, comes to rescue them
_________________________________________
RSV bachelors:
The kidnapping of Zayne had been long and carefully planned, as the bandits realized that the disappearance of such an important figure would echo throughout the Republic. But the ransom for the young head of Amethyne made the gang dare to do this. Zayne was naturally shocked, though his Grandmother had warned him not to go out alone without servants/guards. The bandits were patiently waiting for money from Maive.... Huh, Farmer? They don't care about a farmer, even if they're Zayne's spouse. Big mistake. In half an hour Farmer whirled through kidnapper's lair, leaving a bootprint on the face of each lying scoundrel. Zayne even felt bad for mobs...
Hah! Those sneaky assholes think they can intimidate Bryle that easily? This isn't the first time he's been kidnapped to get information about the Governor, and the bodyguard will never reveal- "Screw your Governor, we want Farmer." W- what? They want... his spouse? "Don't know why Gabriella needs this farmer fool, but she pays well." They're so openly telling him the name of the client, those stupid bastards... Five minutes after furious Farmer appears, though, the smiles are gone from the kidnappers' faces (as their teeth as well). The freed Bryle immediately began to question the bandit who was still conscious, for he was worried about the whole thing.
Damn it... Jio let his guard down for a moment and the world before his eyes turned into darkness. He woke up in an unfamiliar place, surrounded by Gabriella's minions - not soulless husks yet, but soon enough.... "You and your spouse will pay for all the troubles you've set up for our queen!" Jio, unfortunately, couldn't answer anything with the gag in his mouth. And he couldn't warn his spouse about the trap, but it was unnecessary - like a ferocious bear, Farmer knocked out their husband's kidnappers, while Jio, who had already managed to free himself from his bonds and joined the fight, looked at them with admiration, because he had never seen them in battle before. Farmer indeed is an excellent fighter.
"I don't want to spoil your fun, but I'd advise you to let me go before my beloved gets here." The bandits, jubilant at the prospect of future profits for their dark deeds, looked at the rather calm June and laughed loudly at him. "Ooooh, how frightening! The little farmer who planted tulips in their spare time would come and punish us, ha!" "The little farmer" showed up immediately after gang's leader words, with their body making a huge hole in the stone wall, all red with anger. The kidnappers turned pale with fear and looked at June, to which the pianist responded by giving them an “I warned you” look. "Hey June, in the mood to play piano? You're about to play a funeral tune for this fuckers..."
"Fucking hell- why the fuck is he so big!?" Well, what did the kidnappers want - Ian is a big and strong guy, and he may not have any fighting skills, but thanks to his physical strength he was able to fight back some of the kidnappers quite well. Although, they took him in numbers. Ian was a little worried at first, but Farmer coming to rescue him gave the handyman a burst of confidence. "Ok, two of us against twenty-five mobs, that's even now." The gang leader thinks this Ian is a complete dumbass, but Farmer knocks four of the thugs out of the fight with one punch. Fuck...
"Why are you all so tense... There are other ways of making money, what's the point of kidnapping people?" Anton's feeble attempts were met with a loud cackle from the leader of the mobs. "Yo, boys, did you hear that? Hilarious. What did that Farmer even see in a loser like you?" Ouch. The architect muttered that he himself didn't know what Farmer had found of him, but a moment later a screaming and sword-waving Farmer burst into the last room of the gang's lair. "Where the fuck are you keeping my husband? Anton, my soul, I'm coming for you!" Anton forgot for fear and blushed slightly. And looked at Farmer with adoration throughout their fight with the gang.
"Hey, what are you so angry about, you got it all wrong.... "It was just a harmless prank! Yeah, we wanted to prank our old mate Sloan!" "I'm Sean," the poor bandit who had kidnapped Sean to get revenge on Farmer for some reason unknown to the handyman ("I should ask the Farmer for that...") instead of a confident man immediately started looking for ways to retreat when Farmer alone handled an entire army of his minions. The pity worked, but partially: Farmer didn't break the leader's neck, but broke his nose and sent him off to watch dreams. "So hon, how about some dinner at Pika's?" Farmer would gladly accept husband's proposition.
"Search him, boys. Maybe he's got something valuable on him." At the order of the head of the kidnapping gang, the two henchmen began rummaging through Kenneth's pockets, and the tickling sensations made the electrician squirm. "What's that?" One of the thugs found a strange device that looked like a bug. "Ah, it's just my little invention, lets my spouse know my location." "What..." An explosion went off in the next room, causing everyone to jump abruptly in place except Kenneth. "Oh, looks like I'm going home soon." Rest in peace, poor bandits.
During the kidnapping, Shiro managed to knock out one of the mobs. If it wasn't for his health problems, he would have knocked out the others without even breaking a sweat. Alright, Farmer should be arriving at the bandits' lair soon. "You seem a bit too confident for a man in your position..." "My spouse returns almost every day covered in the blood of giant monsters. What do you think they will do to you?" Such a statement made the gang leader stagger back. And went they completely pale when Farmer arrived (who had managed to beat up leader's minions). "Maybe if you ask for mercy, Farmer will forgive you..." (spoiler: Farmer hadn't forgiven them for kidnapping their husband).
Jeric had been forever telling Bryle that he had nothing to worry about him and that he didn't need any guards. Now, tied up in mob's lair, he somewhat wished he had listened to the advice of his adoptive father's bodyguard. "So pretty boy, how much would your daddy give for your life, hmm?" The bandit brought the dagger quite close to Jeric's face, causing the young lad to lean against the wall. A moment later, though, the cold steel of the sword was already close to the mob's own throat. "Farmer!" "That bastard hurt you?" Farmer made sure the freed Jeric was okay, and the two walked towards the exit, stepping over the bodies of the kidnappers that Farmer had knocked out with their bare hands.
Philip knows that he is in a rather dangerous situation. He knows that these kidnappers can hurt him and torture him. It's a stressful situation, no time for jokes. But he knows for aure Farmer will come to the rescue, and he wants to shout one phrase. "Philip, stop it, you're mature, you're mature, you're mature, you're mature..." The angry Farmer bursts in, knocking out one of the gang of kidnappers with one leg kick. "Call an ambulance, but not for me! Hah!" Heh, that brought a smile to Farmer's face before their grimace distorted again with anger as they saw the rest of the gang. Well at least Philip was alright and even managed to make a joke.
RSV bachelorettes:
"Why are you smiling, bitch? Soon you and the rest of the Cult will be no laughing matter!" Gabriella's minions stood next to Daia's cell and spat venom, promising torture and suffering, but nothing seemed to be able to wipe the innocent smile off her face. She knows her spouse is coming soon, and it's going to be truly fun. A trap for Farmer? Hee hee, it's not Farmer who ends up with the bandits, but the bandits with Farmer. And before they could say anything, they found themselves knocked out by Daia's spouse, who opened up their wife's cell and as a powerful couple started getting their asses kicked by all the kidnappers in the den. Daia was so excited by both rescue and how fiercely they fought, so strong! Maybe even a little too excited. "There's a bed in my cell, by the way~" Daia, no-
Maddie tried to be brave, but honestly, she wasn't very good at it. Just as the lab assistant was leaving her and Farmer's house to go to work, someone put a bag over her head, tied her up, and carried her off to an unknown location. With wolfish grins, the kidnappers wrote a letter to Farmer demanding 400 iridium bars or they would get their beautiful wife in pieces, while laughing at Maddie's attempts to hold back tears. To the rescue came an enraged Farmer, who beat up all the rascals, violently breaking noses and knocking out teeth, when he noticed tears on their wife's cheeks. Maddie is crying... those kidnappers will envy the dead.
"Boss, what if this farmer doesn't even have a coins?" One member of the kidnapping gang with a broken nose (thanks to Corine), was already doubting his boss's 'brilliant' plan to make a quick cash. The gang leader was about to bark at their subordinate for doubting their plans, but immediately their conversation was interrupted by the shouts of other members falling to the ground. "My dear spouse is here," Corine calmly summarized, she had no doubt that Farmer would quickly come to the rescue. "If I survive, I'll drop everything and start breeding roses." The poor gang member thought meekly, taking a second fist bump from the angry Farmer.
"Aha! Our sleeping pill plan worked! Good job, guys!" Sleeping pills... what? Flor thought she was still dreaming, as instead of a bedroom in her and her spouse's house, she sees a black ceiling in strange room, lying on an uncomfortable bed while men unknown to her sit nearby at a table discussing something. "200,000 gold!" "No, write 300,000 gold! This farmer is definitely rich!" Definitely a strange dream, Flor thought. And after a couple of moments the next thing she sees is the Farmer standing next to her and cautiously examining her. "Farmer, good morning. I'm about to make us some coffee- Where's the kitchen? W-where are we? Who's lying unconscious on the floor?!" Not a dream after all... But she's safe.
"Let me go, you brute! Scoundrel! Bandit!" Though the kidnappers had no trouble capturing Faye during her return from Ridgeside Village to Pelican Town, there was no way to shut the waitress up. The first time they gagged her, she spit the piece of clothes out, the second time... the thugs were afraid they'd lose their fingers. But when Farmer appeared before the whole company with a sword in their hands and fire in their eyes, the bitten fingers became the least concern of the kidnappers. "Can you imagine, dear, they put a filthy rag in my mouth! Yuck, disgusting!" Faye complained to her spouse, completely forgetting the fact that she had been kidnapped.
In general, Irene's kidnapping was accidental: the mobs were aiming for Zayne or other Amethyne grandchildren, but then mobs thought that this rich family would give a decent ransom for their personal chef as well. Especially since she was mumbling her spouse's name in fear.... So they'll give them money for her too, double profit! Right? Yeah, double trouble... Not only did the family members get the detectives, police and adventurers, but Irene's crazy spouse turned out to be an adventurer! In the end, a couple of kidnappers who had not yet had their legs broken by Farmer escaped while Farmer themself freed their wife from her restraints.
"AAAAAAAAA!" Instead of the desired revenge for Farmer's past actions, the leader of the gang got a headache. They caught Blair, Farmer's wife, but the fisherwoman somehow got out of the cage and now instead of logically trying to escape, she chases the leader's henchmen with a sword (where'd she get that?). Most of all, the leader is disappointed by their subordinates, since they can't catch the fisherwoman! They weren't surprised by the appearance of the enraged Farmer, because of course things are going to get even worse! "I just want a little revenge!" Frmer even felt a little sorry for them when they kicked the leader into dreamland and went home with a grinning Blair. The girl wasn't scared, even had a little fun.
Alissa had never seen a person so angry and furious. The two bandits who were holding her and preventing her from escaping were mocking the poor girl in every possible way, telling her that she would soon say goodbye to her spouse, while the leader of the gang waited patiently for Farmer. She thought she saw pure hatred when the leader told her that Farmer will pay for all his humiliations in the past. But pure hatred she saw in the eyes of her arrived partner. Hatred for the bandits who had stolen Alissa, made her cry, possibly tortured her. And with what hatred they would break the hands of the scoundrels. The girl was even a little afraid of Farmer after that rescue.
In kidnapping Paula to demand ransom from her spouse, the mob members underestimated her. They knew she was a doctor. They forgot that Paula is a military doctor and knows perfectly well how to defend herself. They didn't even get to their lair - Paula broke out of her restraints again and started knocking out her captors. Farmer joined the fight, knocking all the villains down, breaking their bones, and chasing them away. "I've done pretty well for myself here, dear." But she's so glad Farmer came up. Her duty as a doctor, by the way, calls for at least basic care for those they've knocked out.
"You will regret about that..." Ysabelle's words sounded unconvincing to the gang of kidnappers, who only laughed at the girl and went on with their business. So she just sighed heavily and waited. Ysabelle had nothing else to do but to wait for rescue from Farmer and her grandfather. But she didn't have to wait long: as if materializing out of thin air, Farmer used the element of surprise, kicked half of the bandits' asses, freed their beloved wife, and teleported home with the farm totem, leaving the other half of the bandits with.... 50 megabombs. The explosion was loud... "Yikes, kinda feel bad for them." "I don't. Do you want to visit your grandfather first?"
"Ti prenderò a calci in culo!" The kidnappers have no idea what Kiarra yelled at them throughout their time in their lair, but one can guess that the words were clearly not very polite. They generally tried to ignore it, consoling themselves with thoughts of a large share of the ransom gold they had received. Farmer, angry as a swarm of hornets, quickly interrupted their sweet dreams by appearing out of nowhere and literally throwing a few bricks (the bricks came from a hole Farmer had made with a single punch) in the direction of some of the bandits. All this to the delighted exclamations of Kiarra. "Give 'em hell, darling!"

Hello Mousie ✨
I read your (extremely adorable and wholesome) headcanons about SVE spouses reacting to holding there newborn for the first time and I would like to request the RSV spouses and there reactions as well if that's okay ✿
I hope you had happy holidays and don't forget to take care of yourself (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*.✧
Heyyyy, dear anon! Thank you so much for your ask and kind words, glad you like my headcanons, hehe 😊
About that previous ask... I misunderstood anon a bit and made a reaction only for the first child 😅 (they asked for first and second), but since you specified only the firstborn here, I'll make reaction only for one child, like in previous ask. Hope that's ok!
_________________________________________
With a big smile and little droplets in his eyes, Ian greeted his little one. But no sooner had he said anything than the baby started to cry (wanted to eat) and poor Ian panicked and tried to calm the baby (in vain), which made him cry too. Farmer came to his rescue. "I'm already letting you and the baby down, aren't I?" Yoba, Ian, it's not like that at all. He would be more confident with his baby the next day.
Honestly, June would never have thought he would become a family man with his past lifestyle, but taking his precious child in his arms for the first time, the pianist felt such immense happiness that it overwhelmed him all over. There it was, his place, his home, his loved ones, and his little son/daughter.
Bryle was cautious at first, as he had not held babies before, and was a little afraid that he was holding his baby in the wrong way somehow. Even after the preparations for the baby's arrival, he was somehow worried. But all worries were lifted like a hand when the little bundle in his arms started moving and agooing. Whoa, he's a father. He can't believe it, he's a daddy!
"Honey, look, look, look! Our son/daughter grabbed my finger! Already so strong, right, little one?" Without stopping laughing, Jeric played with the baby as he grabbed his father's finger with his little hand. He held the baby in his arms for another half hour or so until the baby started crying because he wanted to eat.
"This is my son/daughter and I love him/her!" Everyone in the Ridgeside Village and Pelican Town already knows what a proud father Sean is and that his baby is beautiful and look how cute he/she is, as the young father marched down the street with his child in his arms and beloved partner by his side. Well what can you do - he's so happy he'll be talking about it everywhere.
Jio stood as still as a statue, listening to the quiet breathing of his and Farmer's baby, whom he held in the arms for the first time since their long-awaited arrival into their family. A smile spread across the elf's face, so rare a sight that usually only Farmer caught, and he cradled the little body more tightly in his arms. "Welcome, little one. We've been waiting for you."
"Hey, shh, shh, shhhh. It's okay, don't cry, daddy is here." It may have taken longer to lull the child to sleep, but still Philip was able to soothe the baby who started crying immediately in his father's arms. Even after the cries stopped, he continued to gently rock his son/daughter while looking at his kid. "See, you're doing great. You're going to be a great dad," and Philip's doubts were finally dispelled.
"Hello, little one. I'm your mum, Farmer and I have been waiting for you for so long." For the first time Kiarra took her beautiful baby in her arms while Farmer lay back and rested, watching with a smile as Kiarra continued to talk with the baby. At first the graphic designer was afraid that she would make some mistakes while holding her child, but after taking them for the first time, she held them confidently, close to her, and didn't want to let her precious little one go.
"I don't deserve you. It's too good, I don't deserve both of you," went through the mind of a crying Anton as he sat on the sofa with a laughing baby in his arms and Farmer sitting next to him. As if reading his mind, Farmer hugged their husband, causing Anton to cry even harder. "You and our baby... I'm sorry, I still don't believe in my own happiness." He made a vow to himself to be the best father to his baby boy/girl.
Farmer had been insistent on not letting any of the Amethyne family and their servants anywhere near the baby. Not that they had anything against their in-laws, no, it was just that they wanted to let their partner Zayne hold the child first. And the young head of the family, eyes wet with tears, smiled broadly as he called his and Farmer's baby by the name they both had already chosen. His son/daughter, how beautiful they are, and how much they look like Farmer!
The baby got tired and started crying loudly, so Shiro began to gently rock the little one, humming the song. Once the baby was asleep, the veteran put them back in the crib, watching them sleep, surrounded by the toys that he and Farmer had made, for another minute. A few droplets fell from his eyes on some of the plush toys as Shiro couldn't hold back the tears of happiness, but he moved a little further away so as not to wake the baby with his growing cries.
"Oh, our baby is smiling! Honey, get the camera, our son/daughter is laughing!" Kenneth and his partner decided to capture all the 'firsts' that are associated with their baby. The first baby holding - and Kenneth caught their first laugh (already!), which they managed to capture on the video camera. Kenneth's face, slightly wet with tears of happiness, was also caught on film.
Poor Blair was crying so much that her mom and Farmer even had to calm her down. She accidentally woke the baby with her sobbing, who also wanted to cry, but the young fisherwoman quickly pulled herself together and rocked the baby to sleep. Blair didn't want to wake her baby, just... Holding her little one and surrounded by her family she felt a whole tsunami of emotions that she couldn't control.
When Corine was asked to hand the baby over to another person (not Farmer), she squeezed the baby a little tighter, giving others a slightly wary look. To which her father Ezikel laughed, because Helen, his wife, also behaved a bit careful and protective when she took little Corine in her arms for the first time. He knows for a fact that her daughter and her partner will be the best parents in the world.
If Corine is just a little bit overprotective mother, Faye is not a little bit at all. The waitress has held her baby boy/girl in her arms like the most fragile and precious treasure, not letting even her closest friends get near her and child. Only she and her partner can hold the baby, the rest of us - shoo! She'll be a little longer in 'super protective mum' mode, but she'll be a little calmer.
Paulo rocked her baby gently, lulling them to sleep so the child wouldn't cry. The military doctor's smile hadn't crept off all day, and her gaze, full of tenderness and adoration, was directed back and forth to her adorable baby that she was holding for the first time, and to her beloved partner who was with her every minute of this special day. "I think the baby is asleep now. He's/She's definitely got your eyes, darling."
"My little baby, at last we meet! How adorable you are!" Irene finds it a little hard to contain her emotions of joy, but she and Farmer have been waiting with anticipation for the baby's arrival into their little family. At everything the baby does, the Amethyne family's cook shrieks with happiness and wants to capture everything on camera. She will die of cuteness when she hears her baby's laughter.
In one breath, Alissa spells out that she will be the best mother to the baby, that she and Farmer will protect and love their precious little one while her baby sniffles quietly in her arms. Well, in general Alissa was crying so hard that you could not make out much of her words because of her tears, but oh well, she's just so glad that her and Farmer's baby is healthy and happy.
Maddie usually denies that she cries when someone catches her with tears on her cheeks, but right now she doesn't care at all what others think. Her beautiful baby, who she and Farmer have been eagerly awaiting, is quietly sleeping in her arms. The son/daughter is so beautiful, she has become a mother, she can't believe it, Maddie still can't believe her own happiness.
"Oh, this screaming little thing is my screaming little thing." Daia though joking, but for her, this is one of the most exciting and long awaited moments. Having dedicated almost her entire life to serving Lady Belinda, she thought she would never know a normal life and family happiness. Until Farmer showed up in the Valley, and now Daia is holding her and her partner's baby, promising to be the best mom ever.
At first Flor was speechless. She stared at the baby in her arms for a minute and tried to say something, but just can't for some reason. And as soon as Farmer became worried that something was wrong with their wife, Flor began to cry and whimper quietly. But it's from happiness, it's just that she's been so overwhelmed with emotion: so much excitement and worries, preparation, and now this moment has come - their long-awaited baby. She's happy, honestly, just overwhelmed.

Mousey, I'm sure you've done the reaction of the vanilla and expanded spouses to the farmer's curse from Mr. Qi, but how about the rsv spouses? I'd be curious to see what they'd do about it ~~especially you know who *wink wink nudge nudge*~~ Also ngl I've been trying to come up with more silly ships with the vanilla and mod characters and having a blast in my mind. I've been throwing in Isaac, Jadu, Camilla, and Alesia there too for good measure because I think Isaac especially would suffer with certain characters 😂 istg it's like I'm a dog and he's my chewing toy
Hehee, I wouldn't mind hearing what other funny ships you have in mind 👀👀👀
Sorry for a long reply, it turned out WAY more than I had planned. Anyway, enjoy some headcanon, Lotus! And have a great day! 💕
RSV spouses react to the Qi fruit:
_________________________________________
Ian had been standing still for about two minutes now, keeping his eyes on the strange blue fruit that was ripening in the Farmer's seedbed. Because he could have sworn that the fruit winked at him.... with 'glasses'! And the handyman thought he'd seen it again. But at the third minute, Ian gave up and reckoned he was just wasting time. "I really don't understand anything about farming," Ian told Farmer, kissed them, and went to work.
Daia isn't the type to be surprised by strange magical fruits, flowers and berries. The Ridge Forest alone is filled with interesting plants with unusual properties. But this 'Qi' fruit... Hmph, even she hadn't seen anything like it. Being around this smirking blue fruit makes the ninja feel a tingling sensation on her skin - a sure sign that magic is involved. Oh, she can't wait to ask her dear Farmer to give her the fruit to examine, because she's so curious about it! She wondered if it would interest her Lady too...
"Wow... I knew you are a true professional at farming, hon, but to do something like this..." Honestly, Jeric was delighted at what his partner had grown and horrified at what his partner had grown. Because on the one hand - fruit with a face and sunglasses, that's awesome! And on the other hand.... why? He certainly wouldn't have imagined something like this on his own little farm in Ridgeside Village. And it's unlikely he had the knowledge to grow something like this. "....So, what does it taste like?"
Bryle was ashamed to admit it, but the first thing he did when he stepped onto the farmhouse porch was reflexively draw his service weapon and prepare to defend himself. Because the Governor's slightly sleepy bodyguard mistook the blue-faced crops in sunglasses for invaders or even dark spirits. Having already recovered from his shock and seeing the calm Farmer watering this very crop, Bryle felt that by asking what it was, he would get more questions than answers. So he was like: "Nope, not today" and went back to the farmhouse.
When some time ago Irene had only seen the sprouts with the not yet formed blue fruit, she was even intrigued to see what kind of 'unusual fruit' Farmer had planted and what the crop would taste like. Sweet, or maybe with sour notes? Only when she got the ripe fruit on the kitchen table, the Amethyne's personal chef was no longer so enthusiastic. This... fruits looks like a head and was looking at her. Irene's afraid to even touch the 'Qi' fruit, much less taste it. Her Madame would definitely not want such an.... exotic crop for dinner.
Sean decided it would be a hilarious to wreak havoc in the local social media groups with this fruit. So, with Farmer's permission, he took a picture of the ripened 'Qi fruit', posted the picture to social media without any description, and waited. An hour and a half in and Sean and Farmer were dying of laughter reading people's reactions, all sorts of conspiracy about the harvest and even memes (lol). He was also hoping someone would leave a comment about what the fruit was, because Farmer's explanation of "blue fruit from blue seeds from a blue man" wasn't a very clear answer.
"Alissa, my dear. What is this?" Alissa can't give a clear answer to her mother when she shows her the unusual fruit. It seems to Alissa that her dear spouse Farmer themself does not know the answer to this question. The girl was utterly perplexed, and neither her own knowledge of farming, nor a single book from the library about crops, helped her to find the answer. She hoped that Farmer had not used something harmful to grow this fruit...
"What's this abomination growing in your garden? Why is there foreign magic coming from that thing?" Jio is in full earnest preparing for a defensive pose with his katana, because that 'Qi' fruit looks like it's about to pounce on him and Farmer. Elf doesn't trust this crop, whatever it is in the first place. And when asked how Farmer grew this stuff in the first place, the answer struck Jio like lightning. "You... took strange seeds from a suspicious man and thought it would be a great idea to plant them?" Yeah, It's going to be a long conversation...
Not even strength and persuasion from Farmer will be enough to keep their spouse Maddie from her determination to get into the Water Research Facility & Laboratory with this strange fruit. Because the ginger girl has to find out what it is in the first place! After all, the lab assistant was also watching the process of the Qi fruit's growth, for she was curious about what Farmer was growing. And when the already ripe fruit showed its face with sunglasses, Maddie wants to show it to Aguar to see how to even classify it. Sigh, not Aguar, if he found out there was magic involved...
"Whoa... So creepy... It's like some kind of comic book villain." Phillip kept twisting and twisting the "Qi" fruit in his hands, looking at the "face" of the crop, and even tried to take off the "glasses". It didn't work, however, because it was like they were super glued on. Oh, well. And although the physical therapist is eager to find out what this miracle fruit tastes like, he still wants to take precautions and find some information about the Qi fruit, because maybe it's poisonous???
Blair nearly died laughing when she saw the face of the ripe blue fruit. "Yoba, what a bogeyman!" And how on earth did her partner Farmer manage to grow a fruit with a face like that? Oh, she wants to take a few if Farmer agrees. To taste it? No, the young fisherwoman had thought of a more fun use for this crop.... Such an ugly fruit would definitely be a good way to prank Keahi for the last prank, hee hee hee... Just a harmless joke, Blair promises!
...Anton thought at first that he hadn't fully woken up in the morning, and that he had just imagined a blue face on the kitchen table. Except that when the architect came back from the bathroom already fresh and invigorated from a cold shower, the face had not disappeared from the kitchen table. ...Ok, and then what? How should he even react? And should he even be reacting to this? Because Farmer is not perplexed by the strange fruit in any way, they treat it like a normal apple or banana. ...Alright, then. Anton silently hopes he doesn't get "sunglasses" from this fruit in his portion of salad.
Well done, Farmer, just great! Making Flor nearly faint because they decided to put some ripe Qi fruit on the dinner table before going to bed, without warning the red-haired spouse for doing so. The poor, sleepy girl wanted to drink a glass of water at midnight, but she ended up throwing it all on the floor and screaming, mistaking the fruit for human heads. Now Farmer is ashamed now... And rightly so - they shouldn't scare Flor like that!
Kiarra's face twisted at what she saw. "Honey, you didn't use any fertiliser or seeds from Joja, right? You didn't take anything from them?" Her first guess as to the origin of this strange fruit was immediately the much disliked greedy company with the blue logo. Joja always like to spoil pump vegetables and fruits with all sorts of harmful substances of unknown origin to make them bigger, and as a consequence - to sell them for more money. Even when Farmer explained to her that it wasn't Joja, the girl still remained sceptical. Because it's... not natural. Something is wrong.
Zayne thought that it would be at least tactless and rude of him to voice his first thought out loud when Farmer presented them with the 'fruit of their labours'. Especially since he loved his spouse and knew what a wonderful farmer they are, unrivalled in the entire Republic. But... What is it? The Amethyne family heir has seen some rather unusual and sometimes even strange delicacies on his own dinner table and on the tables of other noble families. But a fruit with a face... Someone, who apparently ordered Farmer to grow the fruit just so, has... a very specific flavour.
"Ew," was Ysabelle's only reaction, and to be honest - many would have agreed with her conclusion about the blue fruit with the snickering face and sunglasses. Even Farmer didn't argue with their partner's opinion about it. Really, ew (no offence, Mr. Qi). The girl simultaneously wants to ask what this fruit is and doesn't want to know anything about it, figuring it will be further questions than answers. People in the hotel have demanded stranger foods and delicacies, so the blue face fruit isn't too much of a shock to her. But still - ew.
"Hmm, why the face?" How does Farmer know, Paula? When they took the assignment from a, ahem, familiar person, they had no idea that the 'Qi fruit' would turn out to be exactly like this - a bit creepy, with a human face (but cool glasses!). The military medic wasn't too surprised by this weird crop (she'd seen much stranger food), and if the fruit wasn't poisonous and wasn't an allergy sufferer's worst nightmare, why not give it a try. "Heh, I wonder if anyone would dare to try this food on a dare"
"No, thank you, my soul. I'm good with an apple," June politely declined as Farmer, having harvested a ripe crop from the greenhouse, brought June a whole basket of different fruits and berries from all seasons to the farmhouse. His favourite apples, strawberries, oranges, pomegranate, a blue fruit with a face- Wait, what? Did he see that right? Yeah, the pianist's eyesight was not deceiving him. Later, he'll be asking Farmer questions about the blue weird fruit. In the meantime, he just wants to enjoy the apple.
When Faye thought of fresh fruit salad, she imagined cutting up a juicy and sweet mango, a ripe, with the sour notes pineapple, a delicious banana, and fill it up it with fresh orange juice. And at the sight of the Qi fruit, the waitress honestly lost her appetite. Is it... really a fruit? Why does it look so scary? It's also smiling... Oh, yuck! Farmer, that fruit winked at her! Brrr! No weird blue fruits on the dinning table, they're scary!
Shiro jumped up sharply, almost scalding hot, when he saw a field of a hundred blue smiling heads from the porch. Everywhere he turned his head, there they were: smiling, the light bouncing off their... Glasses? What the hell is that, anyway? "People want to buy fruit like that? With a scary face?" No, he's not going to try it, and the Farmer isn't advised to either. It doesn't look good, and it probably doesn't taste good anyway- No, Farmer, making this 'Qi' fruit into a smoothie isn't a good idea either... Just don't, please.
Corine never thought people could come up with something like this with crop. Well, she'd seen square watermelons, heart-shaped pears, and even star-shaped peaches on TV. But a melon-sized blue fruit that also had a human face..... Even she didn't expect that. Really, she doesn't understand why the Farmer glued it on. "Oh, I didn't glue the glasses on, dear, they grew with the fruit!" Sorry, the glasses did what?
"No offence, dear, but I'll probably pass." Oh, Farmer didn't grow this fruit for food, but for someone personally? Whew, what a relief... Um, Kenneth didn't mean to be rude or offend Farmer in any way, but the mere thought of that Qi fruit that very much resembled a head being cut with a knife made him cringe and disgusted. The inventor doesn't understand who needs fruit grown in this way, but he's not good at farming, so Kenneth will leave the matter to his spouse.

Hello Mousie✨ this is a random one but u know how Kent randomly sends you bombs in the mail, and how the farmer is just like "yo thanks bro I'll use them in the mines" and is really chill about the fact that there is a whole bomb in their mailbox? How do you think RSV marriage candidates would react to it? Like maybe they wake up before the farmer and go check the mailbox and there is a whole bomb just sitting there? Would they not care? Throw it in the farm lake? Call the cops? (I was specifically wondering how Shiro would handle it but you can add whoever else you like✨)
Anyway that's all, don't forget to take care of yourself and have a great day 🎀
Oh yeah, of course I know about Kent sending us bombs..... Because almost every time, I accidentally activate a bomb that destroys my crops, sprinklers and rarecrows 🥲 Always a little paranoid about it so I don't destroy everything again.
Anyway, thanks for the kind words, dear anon, and for your ask! 🥺 Enjoy, and have a great day as well! 💖

RSV bachelors/ettes react to mailbox bomb sent by Kent
RSV bachelors:
Opening the mailbox door, Sean thought at first that it was a firecracker, the kind he with Blair and Keahi often used for pranks. But when he saw the sender and the rather serious warnings on the bomb, he was a little taken aback, and slowly closed the mailbox. "Hon, I don't think our neighbor likes us very much." Because... how else do you explain this?
Shiro wants to have a very serious talk with his comrade and war veteran, because with all due respect to Kent, why the heck is he literally sending weapons to him and Farmer? Yes, Shiro's spouse will find a use for that bomb, but you can't just move an explosive device carelessly through the mail. So this is the first and last warning. No drastic decisions for now tho, it's just that Shiro got worried.
Bryle opened the mailbox door just a little, and his practiced bodyguard reaction worked at once. Bouncing out of range, he immediately sprinted over to Farmer, ordering them to move away from the window and drew his service weapon. "Someone is trying to kill us. Be careful, they might be on the farm property." "If you mean the bomb in the mailbox, it's probably from Kent." "???" Though Bryle later clarified the situation with Kent, he kept a bit of an eye on him. A drop of caution never hurt.
"Dear, did you cross some local criminal organization or what?" That was June's first question to Farmer when the pianist saw a round object with a wick instead of the usual letters and packages in the morning. June really thought it was some kind of sign or warning from the criminals, because it didn't occur to him who could have sent the bomb in the first place, other than ill-wishers. He's a little worried, but no panic from him.
Jio reaction was fast, and the place where the mailbox of his and Farmer's house had stood was now just a blast site, a small fire (which the elf put out at once) and broken windows from the sound wave. He calmly announced to his dazed spouse that "the threat has been eliminated". After learning from Farmer that this Kent has sent bombs like this many times before, the elf wanted to "talk to him really badly" ("Jio, put the katana away-"). Of course he'll see it as an attempt to hurt him and Farmer, because that's how some of his enemies have tried to hurt the Cult before.
One, two, three - and Kenneth carefully removed the wick of the bomb, rendering it non-threatening. He wasn't too pleased, to say the least, that Kent had sent them a bomb like that without warning. Sure, the veteran had just given away an item that Farmer would need in the Mines, but what if they opened it and accidentally activated it? What if their children activated it? Kenneth is afraid to even imagine that situation. So no bombs, okay?
A quiet morning for Ian: day off, morning tea, beautiful weather, bomb in the mailbox, cooked breakfast- Stop. Bomb... in the mailbox. Ian looked carefully to make sure his eyes weren't lying to him. From Kent? Ian burns with a great desire to write a letter back, and he certainly doesn't need much knowledge in to write "Kent wtf".
Oh, no no no no no. With all due respect to Kent, Philip will not tolerate Kent sending any more dangerous bombs that could accidentally activate and explode, harming Farmer, him, or their children. Why is the veteran even sending them anything dangerous? Yes, Farmer uses bombs, but they are stored in a special place where it is safe and no one but themself has access. It won't come to a scandal, but Philip will stand his ground. No offense to Kent.
Zayne is sure to be taken aback by such an interesting package, not knowing how the head of the Amethyst family should even react to such a thing. He'll inform Farmer about the bomb in the mail and express his concern about the dangerous object on their farm, and then write a long letter thanking Kent for the gift but asking him not to send bombs to their address, worried for the safety of himself and his family. Even if they're "not too dangerous".
"Uh... Honey, there's a package for you, but I don't think we should touch that." When Anton found a bomb in the mailbox instead of letters, he would gladly run with Farmer away from the mailbox, not wanting to test fate. Will had a mini heart attack when Farmer went to the mailbox and picked up the bomb as it was just a regular package. "Oh, Kent sent it over. Just what I need for my trips to the Mines." Anton and Farmer need to talk.
Jeric ran from the mailbox to Farmer, dragging them behind a thick wall, and quickly contacted Bryle for some backup. He reckoned someone wanted to get rid of him as the Governor's son, and he feared for Farmer's life and his own. But then Farmer told him that it was probably another bomb from Kent. "Hold one, Bryle, I'll call you back." *Click* "Farmer, darling, what do you mean "another"?"
RSV bachelorettes:
"Heh, someone wanted to play a trick on us. Definitely Keahi." Blair calmly tossed the bomb with her hand, showing the attempted prank to her lover. To which Farmer said it was a real bomb. The fisherwoman nearly dropped the explosive thing on the floor out of shock. That's... hardcore, to say at least. So... what now? Throw it in the river? No, wait, the explosion would definitely kill the local fish, and that's no good.
Well, Paula won't be surprised by a bomb - she's seen it all in her time in the army. Except the doctor can't understand why one of the war veterans thought it was the good idea to make such a parcel. It's dangerous, and Kent himself could be in serious trouble. "Paula, that's how I send people a parcel like that too." "A bowl of soup is one thing, and bomb is quite another." Paula will ask Kent to at least give her and Farmer a warning about mails like this.
Faye bounced away from the mailbox as if scalded with boiling water at the sight of the bomb. The waitress quickly rushes over to Farmer, panickingly babbling that they need to call the bomb squad/emergency services and get as far away from the mailbox as possible and warn everyone to stay away from their farm. "Kent sent me a bomb again?" "What do you mean again????"
Irene tries to stay calm, believing that panic will do no good, but she can't shake the growing worry about the dangerous package from Kent. Like, okay, if their neighbour had sent some cookies, or even a battery, that's fine, but a bomb? The chef will try to politely ask Kent not to send them any bombs in the mailbox.
Farmer doesn't even have time to say anything before Corine picked up the bomb and made it so that it definitely won't explode. "Well, it no longer provides a threat" Yes, except the bomb has become useless, and you can't use it in the Mines anymore. It's a pity that Kent's gift is gone. "From Kent, you say?" Corine didn't intend to get the veteran in trouble, but she couldn't help herself when she caught a slice of panic on her spouse's face.
"What the actual fu- Who send this?!" Maddie's not sure who thought of sending Farmer a bomb in the first place. In the mail! A dangerous object, and by post! The lab assistant took the letter to read who the sender was, and walked with quick steps to Kent's house, to tell him what she thought of his "package." Nothing would stop her rage, not even a loving spouse.
Flor is always a little drowsy in the early morning, so she goes to the front porch first to get the mail, hoping the morning freshness will wake her up right away. You can't argue with that - she's really perked up... by the sight of the bomb in the mailbox. Panic seized the girl, and she took hold of her hands, then realized what exactly she had taken hold of, and, afraid to make sudden movements, began to call to her spouse for help.
Poor Alissa was at a complete loss. First she opened the mailbox door, closed it, then opened it again to convince herself that she had actually seen what she had seen, closed it again. And after half a minute she opened it. She was scared to touch the bomb, but the girl didn't want Farmer to touch it either. But she couldn't leave it like that either. What's she supposed to do?
"Did I hear you right: our neighbor from Pelican Town is sending you... bombs in the mail?" Honestly, Kiarra doesn't know what she's more surprised about anymore - the dangerous package, or the fact that, according to her spouse, this wasn't the first time such a package had been sent. The graphic designer will try not to take drastic action and will invite Kent to their home for tea, talking about the topic and trying to find a compromise for safety reasons.
"Cutie, a package from Kent." You'd think Daia would be cautious, considering the Cult's house has already been tried to be destroyed by sending the same kind of packages with an explosive object in the mail. But the ninja shows no concern about that. She's studied Kent enough to know that such gifts are no way to harm her and Farmer, plus Daia knows how to defuse bombs instantly. Besides hey, a free bomb.
Ysabelle isn't sure if she should call the bomb squad or not. She's seen all sorts of things in the Farmer's mail: plates full of (still hot!) soup, statues made of gold, elixirs and gems, but a bomb is something new. And this new thing she doesn't like, because at least soup can't explode and hurt you. "But you can get burned by soup, too." "Not the point, Farmer." Ysabelle is going to insist that Kent not send bombs in the mail anymore. Better safe than sorry.
