Par curiosité je me suis demandé qu'est-ce qu'il se passe quand t'as une rqth/un dossier MDPH et que t'es intermittent du spectacle. Les intermittents doivent faire 507h/an donc spontanément je me suis dit "évidemment l'équivalent d'un mi-temps thérapeutique serait de réduire le nb d'heure à atteindre". Est-ce que vous penser que c'est ce qui est fait en réalité ??? Hahahahaha non. Non!!!!!!! 1) il n'y a aucun aménagement des heures de travail, c'est 507h pour tout le monde même ceux qui auraient un mi-temps thérapeutique avec n'importe quel autre statut. 2) la pension d'invalidité est débloquée à partir de 600h/an donc en réalité il faut travailler PLUS que si tu veux l'intermittence !!! Isn't that funny!!!! 3) le calcul du montant de la pension d'invalidité se fait normalement en fonction des revenus des 12 derniers mois sans prendre en compte les indemnisations de l'intermittence alors que recevoir ces indemnisations est genre. Tout le concept du statut. Le concept est que tu cotises en travaillant pour recevoir ensuite ces indemnisations. Si tu prends en compte que les revenus salariés -> le montant est médiocre, donc la pension est médiocre. 4) dès que tu commences à recevoir les indemnisations pôle emploi parce que t'as fait tes heures, la pension d'invalidité est recalculée et abaissée en fonction de ce que tu reçois de pôle emploi. Il n'y a aucun moyen de cumuler les indemnisations (pour lesquels tu as cotisé) et la pension d'invalidité (à laquelle t'as droit parce que t'es handicapé). Pour savoir combien exactement tu vas recevoir, personne comprend rien et internet est plein de forum avec des gens qui se demandent combien va leur verser la CPAM et combien va verser pôle emploiFrance travail et très peu de réponse et beaucoup de désespoir face aux deux organismes qui se renvoient la balle.

Trop refaite, mon dépôt de dossier va pouvoir se faire plus rapidement 😭

En tant qu'autiste, travailler dans la cuisine d'un fast food est la meilleure chose qui pouvait m'arriver.

Chaque recette est claire est nette et est toujours pareille. La méthode est très routinière, une fois passées les premières semaines ou on galère parce que tout est nouveau ça devient ridiculement facile.

Pourtant au début j'en ai eu des meltdowns parce que j'allais pas assez vite à mon goût ou parce que j'étais submergée par le nombre de commandes.

Aujourd'hui, j'y travaille depuis 6 mois et je n'ai même pas l'impression de travailler, j'y vais chaque jour avec bonne humeur et pour moi ce travail est plus un jeu qu'autre chose. Toujours super satisfaite de mes journées !

Mais tout ça c'est aussi grâce à la RQTH et à la directrice qui est très à l'écoute. On a pu adapter mes horaires pour que j'aie toujours les mêmes, et les managers m'autorisent toujours à m'isoler un peu quand ça va pas.

Aux cartésiens à la française.

J'ai beaucoup appris de mes 7 ans d'errances medicales. J'ai appris la condescendance du milieu médicale. J'ai appris qu'apparemment expliquer un document médical écrit comme si c'était du chinois pour mes yeux non avertis n'était pas une option. J'ai aussi appris que si ça ne se voit pas alors c'est que c'est "dans ma tête" même si j'ai envie de crever, selon le corps médicale. On m'a gavé de médicaments à la suite sans que personne ne se demande pourquoi aucun ne fonctionne. On a douté de ma parole "mais non mademoiselle (parce qu'on m'appelle mademoiselle évidemment) ce médicament ne peut pas faire cet effet secondaire". Personne n'a pris en compte ma souffrance psychologique. On m'a dit que je ne pouvais pas avoir d'arrêt maladie pour mes problèmes et encore moins que je pouvais avoir le statut RQTH.

Un rdv chez son médecin généraliste c'est 15 minute craché plus vite que l'éclair. Autant te dire que c'est pas assez quand tu as plus qu'une grippe. Un rdv chez la neurologue c'est pas avant 6 mois. 6 mois pour un malade c'est pouvoir crever entre tant un nombre de fois incalculable. Un rdv dans un centre de la douleur c'est un 1 an d'attente. Un an d'attente pour un douloureux chronique c'est un monde parallèle. Je n'ai pas testé le psychiatre mais je ne veux même pas savoir.

Pour info, c'est une ostéopathe qui m'a déchiffré mon scanner du cerveau et une naturopathe qui m'a expliqué mon analyse sanguine. C'est encore une ostéopathe qui m'a mis sur la voix de problématiques liées à mon cycle menstruelle. C'est ma psy qui m'a dit que ce que je vivais ce n'était pas normal.

Aujourd'hui ça va un peu mieux, le chemin est encore long mais j'avance.

Je suis tellement traumatisée de l'incompétence de la médecine. Les médecins sont des bêtes de concours certes, mais leur métier n'est fait qu'à 50% de connaissances, les autres 50% sont de gérer des humains à l'agonie et iels sont clairement incompétent.e.s à cette tâche.

Je ne mets pas la médecine alternative au dessus de notre médecine classique. Je suis d'ailleurs sous médicament et loin de moi l'idée de me contenter de plantes ou autres. Mais j'avoue que les cons bien cartésiens qui ne croient qu'en la médecine scientifique et qui discréditent les autres ou qui te prennent de haut, allez bien bouffer bien vos morts, faites 7 ans d'errance médicales et revenaient en rampant.

Vous ne savez pas ce que mon cerveau sait faire, dans "marche ou crève" je marche et que les cons qui viennent me parler le sachent.

FO conteste ce projet de réforme injuste et brutal et mettra tout en œuvre pour qu’il soit retiré. S’agissant de la #retraite anticipée des travailleurs handicapés, pour FO le maintien des âges de départ actuels est très insuffisant. La suppression de la condition de durée validée améliorera vraisemblablement très peu l’accès au dispositif (moins de 3 000 personnes par an seulement). Pour FO il est indispensable de : • Réintroduire le critère RQTH pour accéder à la retraite anticipée, • Diminuer la durée de cotisation exigée, • Bonifier les droits à retraite pour chaque année travaillée en situation de handicap, • Faciliter véritablement la validation de tous les trimestres travaillés en situation de handicap (avant la première reconnaissance de handicap, ou entre deux périodes de reconnaissance). L’accès à cette validation doit être ouvert dans les MDPH, sans passer par la commission nationale, sans limitation des trimestres, et sans taux d’incapacité opposable. Salut, j'ai déjà un bon psychiatre (je suis sous Solian 50mg, Xanax 0.25mg, Tercian et Zopiclone 7.5mg) le plus dur ça va être de trouver un emploie et de justifier de devoir s'absenter pour aller voir le SPIP ou le juge d'application des peines.

Ça fait déjà un bon mélange tout ça, j'espère que tu espaces les prises de Xanax et de Zopiclone. Ça fait combien de temps que tu es sous neuroleptique ? C'est bien d'avoir un traitement de fond pour te réguler mais ce serait bien de le coupler à un suivi neuro-psychologique et de la réhabilitation.

Prends éminemment contact avec le Centre Medico-pdy (CMP) de ta ville ils te feront un suivi et t'enverrons vers un centre plus spécialisé si besoin il y a. Bien sûr tout est entièrement gratuit et tu n'auras pas à sortir un euro de ta poche.

Pour ce qui est de l'emploi tu devrais aller voir la maison du handicap de ta ville (MDPH), tu peux au mieux toucher une compensation financière selon ton degré de handicap (AAH) au pire être éligible à la certification de travailleur handicapé (RQTH) qui te permet d'entrer plus facilement dans le monde du travail et d'avoir un environ de travail adapté à tes soucis de santé.

Je suis moi-même passé par tout ça si jamais tu as besoin d'aide administrative ou d'une épaule sur qui compter tu sais ce que tu as à faire :)

⁃ Compétente sans être sur-qualifiée

⁃ Savoir se projeter sans être ambitieuse

Et j’en passe...!

J’ai été refusée sur de nombreux postes aux motifs suivants :

- Trop affirmée 😎 (mais en manque de reconnaissance 😳)

- Trop qualifiée 👩🏻‍🎓 (mais je ne sais pas tout faire 😵)

- Trop atypique 🤪

- Trop bienveillante (surprenant mais véridique 🤷🏻‍♀️)

- Et le meilleur : incompatibilité d’humeur avec les dirigeant.es (sans me laisser les rencontrer, c’est de la voyance ? 🤔🔮)

⁃ Trop GROSSE !

Dans l’imaginaire collectif, être gros c’est « voulu » car c’est bien connu, quand on veut on peut. Donc ce sont forcément des gens mous, qui manquent de dynamisme, qui ne savent pas travailler et qui ne veulent pas s’en sortir. Rhooo ... les clichés ont la vie dure ! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Je ne rentre peut-être pas dans les cases mais je sais arrondir les angles, pourquoi ne pas me donner ma chance ?

Ceux qui l’ont fait auparavant n’ont jamais regretté d’avoir travaillé avec moi pourtant, demandez-leur 🔝😇.

Mon identité n’est pas mon nombre de kilos ! Je suis avant tout une personne dynamique, optimiste, professionnelle, efficace, autonome, impliquée, intelligente et... heureuse !

Oui on peut être grosse et heureuse ! 😁(Enfin un peu moins quand on ne retrouve pas de travail en pleine pandémie 😬)

On prône partout le développement personnel, l’affirmation de soi, être en accord avec ses émotions, ouvrir le champ des possibles, penser out-of-the-box. Et en face d’une personne qui a compris tout ça, c’est la peur qui surgit car c’est trop peu conventionnel 🤨.

Un bonus pour finir : j’ai le statut RQTH. J’en parle peu (« elle est grosse, forcément qu’elle a des problèmes de santé » 🙄) car ça ne m’empêche pas de travailler (scoop : ça n’est pas non plus lié à mon poids!), mais puisque là, je vous dis tout 😁.

Abandonnez les préjugés qui guident vos choix et acceptez les rencontres différentes 🦸🏻‍♀️.

Prenez une longueur d’avance sur vos concurrents 🤫.
