In 1982, quite by accident, a zookeeper at Izu Shaboten Zoo in Shizuoka Prefecture discovered that capybaras absolutely loved soaking in hot water, and the practice of providing them an onsen, or traditional Japanese hot spring, was born. Source Massimo; video @yu_haradakei.

Was armour really as useless as it is in fantasy?
Remember, if armour was easily pierced, it wouldn’t be worth the cost and weight, but if it was NEVER pierced, it wouldn’t have been worth the effort and cost of making and training with weapons. The truth must always lie somewhere in the middle.
But for fiction, sometimes the story is more important!

If you want to get stronger faster, consider adding isometrics.
They allow you to train with high forces while still recovering quickly - so you're able to train them more often and progress faster (the tradeoff is range-of-motion, but not as much as we'd think)
As usual, I'll add that OF COURSE you don't have to replace your exercise with isometrics. You probably shouldn't - movement is an important part of life. It's just another tool in your toolbox that you can use.
