I like to think Dick would react like a crazy big brother when he found out about Jason and Roy getting together.

Like he'd feel so betrayed, how could his best friend and his baby bro start dating and not even tell him for months? And oh god now he'd have to see them kiss? He could never get that image out of his head. He'd have to get used to seeing Roy at the family dinners and sure Jason looked happy but couldn't it be with literally anyone else? Didn't Roy know better than to go after his little baby brother? I mean seriously he's just a baby he is not ready to be a dad. How could he take care of Lian if he can't even take care of himself and-

And that's when it hits him, that technically Jason's her dad now, given the seriousness of the relationship and the fact that he did overhear the girl calling Jason Jaydad, so Dick is oficially her favourite uncle.

He is suddently very ok with their relationship.

He cuts off mid-sentence. Slowly, Kent turns to pin Beard with his harshest glare. Beard, already slumped low in his seat, sinks lower, refusing to make eye contact. Lasso gawks at his compatriot. Monica has no idea what is going on.

“Coach?” Lasso says gently. "Is there something you want to share with the class?"

“Fine! I did it! I’m the one who rigged the lotto. But that’s only because I assumed that you two-,” Beard points accusingly between Jamie and Roy, “-were sleeping together.”

Silence takes a jog around the room while they each take turns processing that.

The HR rep gapes, her pen clutched tight in her hand like a freshly strangled goose. “You…rigged the roommate draw results…to guarantee that one of Richmond’s assistant coaches would have access to a player you believed he was sexually intimate with.”

Beard has the decency to guiltily avert his eyes back towards the ceiling. “It sounds worse when you say it."

Jason and Monica are lowkey both neat and control freaks (obviously more Monica) and both feel under appreciated by their parents. They both discover who they are and learn to love and accept themselves of course with the help of their silly sarcastic boyfriend who just happens to be their older brother’s best friend. Roy and Chandler, 1, have had past addiction issues (chandler and his smoking, not matthew perry, rip) but both choosing to right their addictions. 2, Both use to be in a band *teehee* and 3, both want love but find it hard and have bad luck.

(super sappy looks between the two)

I'm late to the party but I cannot stop thinking about J&R getting so used to Roy feeding Jamie (let's say because he cooks for him everyday now and he always lets him taste it while cooking) that one day, when they are at Sam's restaurant celebrating a match with the entire team, Roy orders something that Jamie wants to taste and makes his sad puppy eyes at Roy, so Roy simply starts feeding him without second thought, cause that's a normal thing to do for them, right? And the rest of the team is like... are we interrupting? Should we leave cuz daaamn get a room

Yessss, I love this! 😂 Another thing the team must add to the list of Weird Shit Roy and Jamie Do.

There are two scenes in my fic where they're in public/semi-public (not with the team, though) and it very much involves Jamie's sad puppy eyes and Roy eventually caving. 🥰
