Know what, being mean is not that bad. I can’t just sugarcoat everything to make it easier to swallow. I was doing it with the person I just blocked but thanks to a lovely friend of mine, I understand the whole thing better.

She shouldn’t have been online. She got too attached to the people on here and then continued to make others feel guilty even though she NEGLECTED change.

I at least fucking know my flaws, trust issues, lazy, blunt. But I’m working on them. She didn’t even try to change her ways.

"Where are you going again?" Jack questioned, staring down Rai like she was on trial. "I'm going out to Elaines. She planned some kind of party for everyone." Rai mumbled, looking like she just rolled out of bed. After a minute of thinking Jack just decided to let her go, telling her to be safe.

As Fray started up the van she was stopped by a familiar yell, she sighed and stopped the van while rolling down the window. "Where are you going?!" Rosa shouted, "You know you aren't allowed out without asking!" "Relax ma, were just going to Elaines." Fray shrugged, Rosa didn't seem to approve though. "Amara will be there." Lara chimed in from the passenger seat, only then did Rosa seem relieved. She let them go without any more argument.

"Okay and you're completely sure you have everything? Because I'm working late, I can't come by and drop anything off-" "It'll be fine, I don't need much anyways." Amara interrupted her brother, still trying to find one more thing. "I know, but still. You hate being away from home and I want to make sure you're alright." Rowin muttered as his sister grabbed her keys. "I'll be fine. I'm gonna go out and wait for Fray to come pick me up, bye!" Amara waved goodbye before running out the door.

Water dropped off the plant leaves gently, the simple spray bottle hitting every small area. "Okay, and make sure the ones with the red sticker form touch the plants. The ones with the orange sticker need to be fed in an hour. Then the ones with the purple sticker need to be let out for a little but- just don't lose or kill any of them." Heather instructed her little brother, who just stared back with boredom. "Why do I have to take care of them?" He groaned, "Because you're younger than me and because auntie said so." Heather grinned, grabbing her bag and running out. Max watched as she ran off before shutting the door. "They'll be fine."

"Dad! Where's the big plate?! Everyone's coming over this time!" "Check the cabinets over the fridge!" Elaine groaned before grabbing a nearby step stool to reach the plate. Once she found it she immediately went to put all the snacks together, something for each of her friends. They arrived soon enough, Elaines dad greeting them while she finished getting stuff ready. They all seemed tired, not very energetic like normal. Especially Rai however, they all knew she had been staying up every night. She wouldn't tell anyone why though.

"Why did you invite us? Did you find something else for that book or anything that could help us?" Rai questioned, beginning to pull something out of her bag. "Nope! Nothing of the sort! I simply brought you all here to relax!" Elaine happily showed off the array of snacks, Fray was the first to grab a cookie off of it. Rai looked confused, trying to ask more questions, but Elaine just shushed her and led them to her room.

Throughout the night the girls did many things, nothing like their normal hangouts though. Normally they would be fighting for their life, both tonight it was just cheesy movies and snacks. They even played games. Lara and Fray kept arguing over most of them though. Heather spoke so much about her plants and bugs that Fray almost passed out, Amara happily listened when she mentioned her daffodils and how she took care of them. Rai however, just sat to the side. She looked happy though, just being with her friends must have helped in some way.

Eventually it got late, most of them were asleep. Fray and Heather cuddled up together in a chair, Amara at the edge of the bed, and Lara on the floor. Elaine and Rai were still wide awake, both sharing the main part of the bed. "...thank you." "Thank you?" "For doing this. You didn't have to, but you did. You helped them, it was nice of you." "Well, I didn't want to help just them. I wanted you to be here as well. You're a very interesting person, you don't know when to quit." "That isn't always a good thing." "It is with you. Y'know why? Because you have us to tell you when to quit." "Oh. Well..goodnight E." "Goodnight dummy." The last light went off before everyone was asleep.
