So like people’s bodies physically changing in response to them healing is just. Maybe my favorite thing ever??? So in Good Ending Lee changes quite abit between when he’s yoinked out of the apocalypse and when he’s finally on a steady path to recovery.

He’s sleeping, eating, and drinking enough for the first time in like 20 years!!! And it shows!! And yeah he’s still got some stuff to work out (the arm baggage is real) he’s doing SO much better than the guy on the left.

It’s his owie era. At first he does NOT cope well with a) being one of two people to survive something he blames himself for and b) the fact that his body’s very suddenly and noticeably changing on him (needing more sleep, weight gain, chronic pain getting harder to ignore, etc.) One day he wakes up and his prosthetic straight up doesn’t fit and it’s kind of rock bottom for awhile. BUT ITS OK. HE GETS BETTER. LOOK HOW HAPPY HE IS BY THE END OF THIS!!!!
