To change Rotom into his alternate forms in the games Heart Gold and Soul Silver, Rotom must be your following Pokemon. Having it there with you while inside of the Silph Co. building will allow you to enter the normally inaccessible broken elevator and go into a room containing the appliances it possesses.

I adore ghost types and have really wanted more rotom forms- so why not make one myself

When comparing the existing forms I noticed they’ve used all but pink in the color scheme so why not use pink ^^ it fits for poison types and fits well with orange in some cases

Edit: I forgot that its main typing was electric but I felt this would work best for it ^^ plus it gives opportunities for even more forms focused around just its ghost typing

Now that I'm drawing Phoebe more often, I touched up an old artwork of them in Heat form I did for a Pokemon Gijinka Collab back in 2015.

They have other forms, but Heat is my favorite and it's the first one I designed.

Ahh thank you! I am glad you like my art 😊 And fun fact! I have been making merch like stickers and charms, I just need to find the time to open my shop over on kofi ^^;;

Both charms have the shiny versions on the otherside! I still want to make some more option for stickers and such, but the ones I have I like a lot!
