echo kissing for the first time in 1x09 was just perfect in so many ways and it being the same episode og m/l kissed in the original roswell directed by shiri appleby aka og liz was just everything!! what max says to her and the song it was just all so perfect, definitely one of my all time favorite first kisses and kisses in general!! god I miss them so much!! and malex and kybel and the entire show lbr!!

This is probably one of my favourite episodes, that's why it's so long, so let's get to it:

-Maria is so freaking pretty

-Now I kinda want a donut

-I really like this whole scene

-How did Michael know where she was if they were avoiding each other?

Cause it feels worth mentioning:

I had 1x09 playing in the background while my brain was preoccupied and when I heard “fire burned just so” my brain translated that to Louise being called “fire bird” idk why. But also, an alternate reality where they borrowed the reincarnation aspects of Roswell 1999 and had Louise’s whole “he has come so I may leave” be here transferring into the pre-made version of herself to protect/guide the savior, as his guiding ‘angel’ and so forth. And Louise was Isobel and Isobel Louise, always designed as one character. While Max was a facsimile of her abuser and Michael his heir.

It would’ve made a twisty reality for the pod squad
