Last OOC update bout my TEEFS.
Overall everything took three hours. I got a lot of xrays done cuz they seem keen on helpin ALL my teefs. Turned out the root canal would've been a bad choice, as the tooth was fractured at the root. A root canal would've resulted in emergency surgery and possible complications involving _bone shrapnel_.
My face hurts, but it's a different hurt from when the tooth was hurting. This is an ache, not a sharp pain. Which is the lesser of two evils. Basically the Biden in this situation.
I'm going to be RIGHT AS RAIN for my birthday next week. I'm really hype cuz two of my VRC/Streamin pals are comin to visit and we're doing STARFLEET HQ and KALAHARI. It's sooo gonna be fun. I didn't want this pain ruining my time.
Antibiotics are probably gonna kick my ass, so this is a fair warning if I drop off the face of the earth within a few days. I'm fine, just probably sleeping a lot.
Aaaand the dentist told me that my Hashi will be causing further dental problems in the future, so they'll help focus on my treatment.
The sensory friendly experience? Amazing. I was told when sensations [cleaning, drilling, scraping] would be done, and treated with mad respect. The doc and nurses loved my wit and voices, and hoped I could still do them with this back toof missin.
I'm due back in a few weeks for more work and discussin' preventative measures goin forward. I'm still freshly new to Hashimoto's but I'm doin my best with what I got.

Painless RCT Treatment in Gurgaon
Why RCT?
Alright, imagine this—you’ve been avoiding your favorite treats (yes, even ice cream) because of that annoying, sharp tooth pain. But guess what? The pain just won’t quit. That’s because your tooth is throwing a tantrum, and ignoring it won’t solve the issue. This is where Root Canal Treatment (RCT) comes in, like a superhero of dental care. Think of RCT as that reliable sidekick that swoops in to tackle the infection causing all the tooth drama.
Here’s the deal: When the pulp of your tooth (the soft tissue that holds the nerves, blood vessels, and all the essentials) gets infected, it sends out signals in the form of pain, and trust me, you’ll feel it. RCT steps in to clean out that infection, save the tooth, and restore your smile. The best part? You get to keep your natural tooth. No fake replacements. You read that right—you don’t have to bid farewell to your trusty tooth pal.
What’s the Alternative?
Without RCT, you don’t have many appealing options. Sure, you could live with the constant pain—like having a grumpy tooth 24/7—or you could just have the tooth pulled. But unless you’ve got aspirations of becoming the Tooth Fairy, losing your tooth isn’t ideal. Even the Tooth Fairy herself would probably choose RCT if she could.
Why RCT is a Game-Changer:
Here’s why RCT is the real lifesaver:
1. Preserves Your Natural Tooth – Forget about dentures or implants; RCT saves your natural tooth. There’s just something special about keeping the original, isn’t there?
2. Eliminates the Pain – That throbbing, unbearable pain? Gone. Once the infected pulp is removed, it’s like hitting the refresh button on your dental health.
3. Prevents Infection Spread – Leaving an infected tooth untreated is like letting a fire spread. It’ll only cause more problems like abscesses (and trust me, you don’t want that). RCT puts an end to the infection before it gets worse.
So, next time you’re debating whether to endure the pain or fix the issue, remember: RCT saves the day, lets you keep your tooth, and allows you to enjoy that bowl of ice cream again, pain-free. Sounds pretty great, right?
What Happens If You Delay RCT?
Picture this: Your car starts making a weird noise. Do you keep driving and hope it magically fixes itself, or do you head to the mechanic? Delaying a root canal is basically like ignoring that noise. Spoiler: It’s not going to fix itself. In fact, things are only going to get worse (and yes, more painful).
Here’s what you’re risking by delaying:
1. The infection spreads – If you put off that RCT, the infection won’t stay put. It’ll spread deeper into the tooth and surrounding tissue, potentially leading to a full-blown extraction.
2. More pain – Hoping the pain will just disappear? Sorry to say, but tooth infections don’t believe in magic. The pain will only get worse, possibly to unbearable levels.
3. Higher costs – The longer you wait, the more damage occurs, and the more complex (and expensive) the treatment becomes. What could’ve been solved with a simple RCT might turn into a much bigger job.
Bottom line: Don’t procrastinate. Get the RCT done sooner rather than later to avoid a dental disaster!
Modern RCT with Rotary Technology
• One-hour treatment – What used to take multiple visits can now be completed in just one sitting. Yes, just an hour, and you’re out the door.
• Minimal pain – Thanks to modern anesthetics and the precision of rotary tools, the entire process is surprisingly easy. You might even ask, “Wait, that’s it?”
• Efficiency and precision – Rotary tools work quickly and accurately, cleaning out the canals with precision, ensuring every bit of infection is removed.
Rotary tools are like that high-tech gadget your tooth didn’t know it needed. They make root canals faster, more efficient, and as painless as possible. Forget multiple visits; one session, and you’re good to go.
The Difference Between Classic and Rotary RCT
To put it simply, comparing the old RCT method to the modern rotary technique is like comparing a bicycle to a Ferrari. Sure, the old method worked, but rotary technology does it faster, with much less pain, and a lot more efficiency.
Here’s how they differ:
• Speed – What used to take days can now be completed in an hour.
• Comfort – Rotary tools are far less invasive, meaning less discomfort during and after the procedure.
• Precision – These tools allow for accurate cleaning of the root canals, ensuring the job is done right the first time.
In short, rotary tools have revolutionized root canals. It’s like upgrading from an old flip phone to the latest smartphone—once you experience the difference, you’ll never go back.
Choosing the Best RCT
Here’s what to look for in a dental clinic:
1. Experience – Choose a clinic with experienced dentists who know modern RCT techniques inside and out, like Dr. Khullar’s Dental Clinic with over 35 years of expertise.
2. Technology – Make sure they’re using the latest rotary tools and anesthetics for a smooth and pain-free experience.
3. Patient reviews – Check what past patients say. Were they comfortable? Was the procedure quick and painless?
4. Follow-up care – Good post-treatment care is crucial. A great dentist will make sure you’re taken care of after the RCT is done.
5. Comfortable environment – A clean, modern clinic can make a world of difference. You should feel at ease as soon as you walk in.
6. Results – If your pain disappears within 15 minutes after the procedure, you’ll know it was a job well done.
The Future of RCT is Painless
So, is RCT painful? Not anymore! With advancements in dental technology—especially rotary tools—what used to be a dreaded, painful procedure is now a quick, almost routine treatment. No more multiple sessions of discomfort; now it’s just one hour, with little to no pain.
At Dr. Khullar’s Dental Clinic in Gurgaon, we’ve embraced the latest rotary technology to ensure your RCT experience is as smooth and painless as possible. With over 35 years of expertise, we guarantee effective and comfortable treatment. By the time you walk out, you’ll wonder why you ever worried!

Wealthy Toronto couple seeks $11.5M as five-year feud with public health officials goes to court
A five-year feud between public health officials and an Ontario dental surgeon and her colourful millionaire husband is bringing unusual allegations of abuse of public office into court through a multi-million dollar lawsuit.
Dr. Rita Kilislian runs a Peterborough specialist clinic and other dental offices in Ontario together with her husband, Andy Curnew, who calls himself a “millionaire playboy philanthropist.”
Kilislian and Curnew are an oddity among Peterborough couples. Their luxury custom remodel, creating a spectacular $3-million apartment in an historic downtown building around the corner from her Water Street clinic, prompted a real estate agent to declare, "I've never seen anything like this in my life.”
They are rare birds even in Toronto. Curnew is known for throwing opulent, brassy parties at their Bridle Path mansion, a few doors down from Drake's in the most affluent neighbourhood in Canada, including a bash for Curnew’s friend, Jeremy Bieber, at which his pal’s famous son, Justin Bieber, attended.
His high society presence comes despite spending nine years in prison, “off and on” by his account, after conviction on assault, drug and gun charges laid in 2003, which he disputes and is pursuing a conviction review.
He since received his MBA and have become a “serial entrepreneur” and philanthropist, with obvious success.
Kilislian has been a registered specialist with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario since 1997 in endodontics — a branch of dentistry dealing with dental pulp and tissues surrounding the roots of a tooth, such as root canals.
Kilislian and Curnew married in 2009, and Curnew helps run her clinics and often represents her in public.
Kilislian filed an unusual lawsuit in July against three medical officers of health in three Ontario regions, alleging they abused their public office and personal ties, conspiring against her in a vendetta.
She is suing the Peterborough Public Health (PPH), and its head, Dr. Rosana Salvaterra, as well as Dr. Robert Kyle, head of the Durham Region Health Department, and another medical officer of health, Kyle's wife, who is not directly named in the suit but is clearly Lynn Noseworthy, head of the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit, which surrounds Peterborough on three sides.
The suit claims Salvaterra "had a personal vendetta” against Kilislian and her family, in league with Kyle and his wife.
None of the allegations have been proven in court. “Peterborough Public Health emphatically denies each and every allegation and will defend against them thoroughly and vigorously,” PPH spokeswoman Sarah Gill said. Neither Kyle nor Noseworthy responded to the National Post’s requests for comment.
Although the Ontario Superior Court registry has not yet processed any statements of defence in the case, a copy of a statement of defence on behalf of PPH and Salvaterra was sent to the Post by PPH.
That document says Kilislian is "the author of her own misfortune" and if she suffered any damage from the incidents, it was “a result of her own negligence.” The statement asks the court to dismiss the lawsuit as frivolous and vexatious, with costs awarded.
The root of the dispute is a root canal. In 2016, a patient came to Kilislian’s clinic, Kawartha Endodontics, for a root canal and about 10 days later came down with a serious internal infection that required emergency hospitalization and treatment.
The patient, according to records before the Health Services Appeal and Review Board, was Noseworthy.
Concerned his wife’s infection was caused by infection during her root canal, Kyle complained to the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. After an investigation, the college was satisfied there was no need for action.
Kyle appealed that finding to the Health Services Appeal and Review Board.
After a hearing, the board said that despite Kyle’s medical background in public health, the board accepted an opinion from an infectious diseases specialist from St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto that the patient’s illness was not caused by any lapses in Kilislian’s infection control practices.
The board’s decision, in July 2018, ruled there was no risk to patient care or safety.
Kilislian and Curnew allege the couple remained unsatisfied and have since waged a campaign against Kilislian.
“I believe that they have continued to act in a conflict of interest by using their powers to influence other dental practice closure campaigns," Kilislian said in an affidavit. She calls it a “witch hunt.”
One year after the board's decision, almost to the day, a complaint against Kilislian to PPH sparked a health inspection of her Peterborough clinic. The inspector reported several possible infection and control concerns and issued a closure order. The clinic was cleared for reopening 10 days later.
That didn’t end the matter, though. In September 2019, Salvaterra called a news conference and said past patients of Kilislian’s clinic might have been exposed to hepatitis and HIV, although there were no known cases of such transmission linked to the clinic.
Patients were encouraged by Salvaterra to see a doctor. At the time, Salvaterra said they were alerting the public months after the inspection because the clinic was appealing the inspector's decision, which would delay a formal finding.
PPH said in the document sent to the Post that the alert was issued on advice from Barbara Yaffe, Ontario’s associate chief medical officer of health, and a provincial health opinion that the clinic's "deviations from accepted standards” noted by the inspector posed a risk to past patients.
This time it was Kilislian's turn to complain to the health services review board.
In proceedings before the board, Kilislian, represented by Curnew, alleged the public alert was designed to ruin her business and that the inspection was not in response to a complaint from a patient or a member of the public, but by a public health nurse who’s worked with one or more of the public health officers being sued, using her maiden name, as part of a campaign against Kilislian.
PPH refused to identify the complainant, even to the review board. The PPH statement sent to the Post refers to the complainant as “a member of the public who had attended at the practice.” It says the complaint was made “in confidence” and the agency is prohibited from releasing the person’s identity.
Kilislian and Curnew also said the inspector went into area separate from her clinical settings, and included items they use for teaching infection control in a “spot the error” scenario, where things are purposely arranged incorrectly to quiz students.
“At no time did any public health official ever inspect my clinical treatment rooms in Peterborough,” Kilislian told the Post. “What they inspected was an unrelated training facility in the same building.”
The dispute got dirtier. For his part, Curnew took his complaints to social media, where his Instagram account, with 153,000 followers, called Salvaterra “a disgraceful liar.” Another of his posts says: “Whats the difference between a medical health officer and God??? Answer, God doesn’t think that God is a Medical health officer.”
For PPH’s part, at a board review hearing last year, its lawyer handed out documents detailing Curnew’s past criminal convictions.
In late July, the board’s decision was released. It sidestepped many of the accusations. The panel said the board’s mandate is only effective to “confirm, alter or rescind” public health orders, so many of Kilislian’s requests were beyond its jurisdiction.
What the board did rule on was whether PPH’s order for Kilislian to turn over information on her patients was reasonable, which the board found it was.
Just as one file was closing, another opened. Kilislian’s lawsuit seeks $11.5 million in damages and an injunction preventing the defendants from speaking publicly about the complaint or the inspection of the clinic.
“I am a victim of harassment and have continued to be treated unfairly because of public health fear mongering,” Kilislian said about filing her lawsuit. If the court rules in her favour, she said she plans to start a fund to support other dental practices and local businesses hit by COVID-19 losses.
No date has been set for the hearing.

September!!! and 3/3 passed!!!
hiya guys, gals, and pals! wherever you are i hope you're happy, healthy, and loved :D
i'm here for an update and yes, yes, i know this is a very late/mid of the month September update but i purposely held back an update just so i can deliver all the good news in one post! hehehe
so first up, on September 9th i finished ALL of my requirements! yes, the root canal treatment and the fixed partial prosthetics! i remember when me and Vanesha (the best partner ever we all know that, right) greeted goodbye to our patient after inserting his 'new' teeth in, we literally collapsed on the floor of the negative room clinic, still in full third level PPE, just hugging each other in silence T___T so overwhelmed with feels, our hard work and clinical journey since May 2019 finally ended that day in September 2021... all those sweat, blood, tears we exerted to make it all to this very day... our very last patient, very last case, very last negative room clinic schedule, very last requirement. i can't believe we did it. WE DID IT!!!!!
today, September 13th i finally got the result of my Oral Surgery exam: i passed!!! this marks 13/14 departments exams i've passed... i'm so proud of myself, i still remember the old days of me wondering will i ever survive the clinical years aka the jungle of dental med school, but here i am now, so close to finishing everything T____T i can't upload a memento here since my prof announced it verbally, but i remember i was shaking so much when she said i passed with good scores :,) as always super grateful to be able to pass this exam in my first shot, though still sad seeing lots of my friends didn't pass in one go and have to redo it all over again :(
so now i'm left with Prosthodontics exam (the September exam period is somehow pushed back to undefined dates) but i'm readying myself for it already. also for November, if it's truly my time, i'll go for the national dentist competency exam. i'm gonna say this again and again, but it feels surreal to be in this position i am right now. maybe for you my dear readers it's not that relatable, but if you were in my shoes you'd understand haha it's really a battle to be right here. i talked with my mum and dad about me as in me since elementary school until now, looking back at all the decisions we made that lead to this very moment. i used to frown at the way my parents brought me up, but as i grow older and felt the harsh jagged lines of reality, the life lessons they taught became the very foundations of my successes today.
the hardships i went, the perseverance i had... i mean even for the last two requirements it didn't go that smooth haha for my root canal treatment i had to do THREE visits instead of two, because unexpectedly my assistant fainted midway of the treatment!? how in the world is that even happening—her N95 mask was too tight so she had a brief case of hypoxia, lack of oxygen concentration in the brain—but i mean it's such a rare case that no one saw it coming :,) but i learned a lot from that, got to be supervised by a very meticulous yet caring professor on my third visit. for the fixed partial prosthetics, me and Vanesha, at first we were SO hopeless, because our assigned professor didn't even bother to reply to our messages!? T___T but then miracle happened: after numerous Tahajood 'appointments' she somehow replied to my message, i confided in her how we really need to finish our last requirement, and she decided to help us by speeding up the treatment plan into just two visits (normally three to five)! but that's not even the only drama, we somehow mistook a step in the treatment that almost got us starting all over again but thank God we managed to salvage and averted the crisis T___T so here we are now, done with the reqs. Alhamdulillah...
this is quite funny in a way but: i applied to be an associate assistant for my profs in Oral Pathology department and i got accepted HEHEHE i know it's super late because i'm already at my last year but i'm super happy i got to interact with 3rd semester pre-clinical students, supervising their exams and grading their assignments. i also get paid :P that's the major motivation on taking the job tbh hahaha i love my life rn
i got my 3rd vax shot, a booster one, and it’s Moderna! i’m fine 7 hours after the injection but at night i got high fever huhu it went up until 39,2 C i was so worried! then i took a high concentrated paracetamol and it died down after two days :,) though it left me with no appetite, severe headache, and nausea... but i’m fine now! all of you please get vaxxed NOW and keep everyone safe ok ;)
more on the fun stuff: so Cristiano Ronaldo is back as a Manchester United player and last week we won 4-1 to Newcastle!!! what a scene... in tennis, for the US Open 2021 we have a major upset? turmoil? but the champions are the new pals, so proud of Emma Raducanu, she brought it home!!!
ALSO, it's 32 DAYS to coldplay's new album Music of the Spheres out on October 15th!!! today they just announced the collaboration with BTS! i'm so happy this is gonna be super big, everyone's gonna love it! it's gonna be a new hit song i'm sure.
ALSO LAST BUT NOT LEAST: tomorrow is September 14th aka MY DAD'S BDAY!!!!!!!! we're still unsure what to surprise him with but we'll make do on the spot lol the most important thing is i'm super grateful the families get to be together for the special day.
anyways, Rich Brian did most of the Shang-chi soundtracks and all are absolute FIRE so now Run It is my anthem. though of course Earth, Wind and Fire's September is an absolute legendary classic!!! since September brought so much happiness and i can't wait for even more to come. bring it on!!!

Dental Cavitations: Definition, Facts, & Myths
Have you heard of dental cavitations? They can be big problems in your jawbone, but you may never know you have one.
What are dental cavitations?
There’s a lot of misinformation out there about dental cavitations. Some patients have been “led astray” because their doctors have misdiagnosed a dental cavitation.
Also, the fact that two major dental conditions sound similar can be confusing: dental cavitation and dental cavity.
A dental cavitation is a term that is used to describe an area of damage in the jawbone. The dictionary defines a “cavitation” as an empty space formed within a solid object or body.
“Cavitation” is not a medical term, although it is used by dentists and other healthcare professionals.
A dental cavitation is an area of infection, inflammation, or necrosis within the jawbone.
If not treated correctly, it will fester, and toxic elements could spread to other areas of the body.
On the other hand, a dental cavity (known by dentist as “dental caries”) is an area of break down in the structure of a tooth caused by acids produced by specific bacteria. It also is known as tooth decay where infection is eating into the enamel, dentin, or the root structure of a tooth.
If you truly have a “dental cavitation” in your jawbone, this can be a serious problem. Proper treatment could lead to an expensive surgical procedure to “repair” it.
But some patients are misdiagnosed with a dental cavitation. The dentist might see an area of “demineralization” in the jawbone that is not pathologic. If this demineralized area is treated as a true dental cavitation, it could lead to unnecessary surgery and significant expense.
Since “cavitation” is not a recognized dental term or condition, there is much confusion revolving around its diagnosis and treatment. In my opinion, misdiagnosis is an error that may be understandable. Yet, overdiagnosis of dental cavitations is fraud in my opinion and could lead to unnecessary treatment, high cost, and pain.
Let’s take a deeper dive into this area. I’ll describe some facts about “dental cavitations”.
Medical Terminology
The accepted medical term for a dental cavitation is “cavitational osteonecrosis” or “ischemic osteonecrosis”.
Some professionals that are not in the “know” will classify this jawbone disease as a sham. However, it is definitely real and definitely could cause isolated as well as systemic destruction.
This type of lesion may be a hollow space surrounded by dead bone, or it may be filled with various inflammatory, toxic, or infectious elements.
One of the problems with a dental cavitation is that most of these lesions are painless. However, if there is pain, they are usually called “Neuralgia-Inducing Cavitational Osteonecrosis” (NICO).
As I mentioned, these bone lesions must be diagnosed correctly. “Cavitation lesions” that are only areas of demineralization with no pathology rarely need to be treated. A good dentist will not convince you to treat this kind of demineralization if s/he knows there is no pathology.
Diagnosis of Cavitations
As I have suggested, dental cavitations may be difficult to diagnose. It is difficult or impossible to see these lesions when viewing a regular single dental periapical x-ray or a panoramic dental x-ray.
A panoramic x-ray shows the upper and lower jaw, the teeth, and the sinus spaces. (See Figure 1, which shows a 2-dimensional periapical dental x-ray with a difficult-to-see cavitation within the red circle.)
Figure 1  Cavitational Osteonecrosis in lower jaw (within red circle)
Most dental x-rays are 2-dimensional pictures of specific areas of your jaw and teeth. However, the jaw and teeth are three-dimensional structures. So, a 2-dimensional x-ray flattens the 3-dimensional object into a picture that shows minimal detail. More detail is required to identify potential areas of cavitational osteonecrosis.
To see this lesion in detail, the dentist should have the patient receive a 3-dimensional picture of the jaw. This can be done with a Cone Beam CT Scan (CBCT) of the potential lesion.
But before any x-ray is taken, the dentist must review the dental and medical history of the patient to determine the possible causes of the bone lesion before making the diagnosis.
Causes of Dental Cavitations
Dental cavitations in the jawbone could be the result of a variety of insults to the bone. Here are 5 possible causes:
Some type of trauma to the bone causing a blockage of blood flow could cause bone cells to die, thereby creating a hollow space within the bone.
Following an improperly performed procedure to extract a tooth could leave infection or debris in the bone socket, which could result in a dry socket and eventually a dental cavitation.
Overheating the bone during a dental procedure using cutting drills could cause the bone to die, leading to cavitational osteonecrosis.
A tooth abscess penetrating into the bone and becoming isolated within the bone could form a bone lesion.
Continuing infection at the base of a tooth root, which has a failing root canal, could be the culprit.
Linking Dental Cavitations to Chronic Disease
When harmful bacteria and toxic substances accumulate in the hollow space in a bone lesion, the immune system is activated via the mouth-body connection. Various biologically active chemicals are produced which can travel along nerve sheaths, through bone spaces, within lymph, and into the systemic bloodstream.
These biological chemicals and toxic substances can affect other cells and organs in the body — creating chronic systemic inflammation, chronic diseases, and chronic pain.
It is important to realize that pain and chronic disease could occur a distance from the jawbone lesion. This is another reason why it may be difficult to understand that the dental lesion caused an area of pain and chronic disease somewhere else in the body.
Published Research
Researchers have uncovered some facts you need to know. Most published articles use the terms of “cavitational osteonecrosis” and “NICO”:
In this 2010 peer-reviewed paper, the authors discussed 22 patients with NICO in the jawbone. They described the progression of the disease and treatment for this bone lesion.
In a paper published in 2012 in the National Journal of Maxillofacial Surgery, the clinicians described their diagnosis and treatment for a patient, whom they diagnosed with an isolated lesion of NICO in the lower jawbone.
The authors of this 2015 study evaluated 15 patients with unusual facial pain and trigeminal neuralgia. Their research suggested that the jawbone lesions, described as “cavitations” and “NICO”, might be the cause of the jaw pain as a result of the inflammatory cytokines that these lesions produced.
In this 2017 article published in Implant Dentistry, the surgeons covered their treatment for 34 patients who experienced dental cavitations in the area where dental implants were to be inserted. The dentists explained how these lesions were treated prior to placing the dental implants.
These articles are important because they discussed human case studies exhibiting these jawbone lesions and their potential threat to patient’s health. Most of the general public and many dental practitioners are unfamiliar with these lesions or have previously been misinformed.
Treatment of Dental Cavitations
Treatment of cavitational osteonecrosis consists of entering the lesion and cleaning it out thoroughly. The fluid and tissues removed from the lesion should be sent to pathology to be identified.
The dental surgeon may use a laser to decontaminate and debride the lesion. S/he may place a biologically active material into the bone space to enhance its healing.
In addition to surgically treating the bone lesion, it is important to support the patient’s immune system. There should be an integrative approach including a non-inflammatory nutrient-dense diet and various spore-based probiotics to support a diverse and abundant garden of healthy microbes in the gut.
Sometimes, it will be necessary to determine if any toxic substances already exist in the body like heavy metals, which may need to be reduced or eliminated.
My Final Thoughts
While the medical and dental professions are not completely convinced cavitational osteonecrosis exists, the few published research papers reveal it is true.
These lesions go undetected because they usually do not develop immediately after the bone insult.
And most importantly, various diseases and pain can manifest in areas of the body other than the jawbone. The medical literature needs more documented cases from researchers to wake up the healthcare professionals who are the ones to diagnose and treat this problem.
