you took a breath as the elevator came to a stop, heart hammering in your ears. the doors rolled open and you gasped. the beautiful rooftop bar in itaewon was just as you remembered it: the mellow lighting from the walls and the bar the centre, the minimalistic tables and the cushioned moon chairs scattered across the floor in a way that didn’t seem organized or cluttered, but like home. the height of the building opened up the sky and you could see the stars as they glittered and gleamed, something otherwise next to impossible in the city.
subin, who had been anxiously checking his watch as he awaited your arrival, perked up from his spot at the bar when you walked in and jogged toward you.
“you’re late,” he offered you a smile, his stating of the obvious clearly more directed to your two friends standing behind you. haewon simply ignored him and walked themself to the bar, while suhyeon merely returned his smile with an accompanying flip of their finger.
“it’s my fault,” you chuckled, your shoulders easing as the atmosphere felt a tad more comfortable. you gestured to your outfit in explanation, “i don’t usually do all this.”
“we literally had to force them into it. never again i tell you,” suhyeon declared, playfully bumping your shoulder with theirs before they moved off to join haewon at the bar.
some popular korean rnb music played on the speakers as subin navigated you through the restaurant. you would have thought the front section completely empty if it were not for your eye catching the few couples smiling softly and enjoying each other’s company in the tables fixed into their own little corners. you noticed a few more people sitting around the bar when you passed by, sharing drinks and jest, throwing their heads back in laughter. majority of the customers were packed at the back of the restuarant, some standing with anticipation radiating off from them, surrounding a little platform you figured was the band stand.
“you don’t seem all that surprised to see me,” subin remarked as he pulled back a seat at a table just before the crowd, gesturing for you to sit. you obliged and subin called for drinks.
“no thanks, i’m fine. i don’t have a high tolerance,” you said, slightly embarrassed. “and why would i be surprised? you are part of alice, aren’t you?”
he chuckled, “i guess you’re right. as for the drinks, how about just a little? you know, for just in case?” you looked at him quizzically and he waved you off, “stop being so skeptical! live a little!”
“i don’t need to drink alcohol to enjoy myself,” you rolled your eyes. he sighed, pouring only a glass for himself when the waiter arrived. you tried squinting through the crowd and then frowned. you turned to subin, “i thought this was a company event? so why are there some students from my campus here, too?”
subin swirled the alcohol around in his glass, ice cubes clinking together, a smirk pulled onto his lips. the volume of the music lowered until it was drowned out the buzz of the crowd; that too toning down as feet shuffled onto the bandstand. he looked toward the crowd and took a sip of his drink, “do you really think this is happening... just because?”
you were startled when the lights suddenly went off. the chords of a guitar you know all too well are struck, the high reverb making the windows rattle and adrenaline rush through your veins. bright white floor spotlights turn on and you slowly raised to your feet, your ears ringing with excitement.
“goodluck, sweetheart,” subin whispers as he leaves, smiling at your back in farewell to his first love.
the silence breaks with five voices coming together in perfect unison, echoing through the universe like a call to all those lost and in pain, like a beacon of strength and hope. and then kai and yeonjun bring the first verse, lyrics which comfort and soothe your worries and fears, telling you that they will never let you feel such despair again.
you realized, as the masterpiece that is dear sputnik resonated through your system, that you missed this. you missed seeing them play live and not through the television screen. there was nothing quite like witnessing their passion before you, feeling it clench your heart and take your breath away.
and then you spotted beomgyu. his fingers moving gracefully across the guitar, his damp hair falling across his face, his eyebrows pressed together as he immersed himself into their performance — he was an utter work of art. that dangerously addicting smile rolls onto his lips as a few people in the crowd scream his name; it’s almost time for the bridge.
“are you breathing?” haewon grins in amusement, and again, you almost don’t hear them over the crowd and your racing heart. you turn around and make a mess of an attempt at a response, making them chuckle, “you really are so very grossly in love with him”
beomgyu puts an arm around taehyun and they laugh as they step up to the microphone for the bridge. beomgyu’s darts across his lips and he pushes back his bangs, forehead glistening under the moonlight, his eyes glazed over with adrenaline desperately search the floor. he grabs onto the microphone and, just before he sings, his eyes lock with yours. your breath hitches, fingers clenching onto the sleeves of your shirt.
he froze in place. there they were. those eyes. those eyes he searched for in a crowd even when he knew you weren’t there. those eyes that made him feel like someone. tears sprung into his eyes and he completely missed his cue. the boys quickly realized the situation and extended the instrumental in relief that you actually came. beomgyu took the mic from it’s stand, eyes not once leaving yours, and slowly made his way from the stage to you.
the crowd parted and his heart ached as he took in your magnificence. your pretty brushed back hair that let him see more of your face, the beautiful sundress you wore that was only really beautiful because it was you who wore it, and the way you looked at him like he was the only one there.
back then he could only look up to you from the field as you cheered him on from the bleachers, secretly hoping that you’d be able to feel the way he felt for you without having the courage to approach you himself. but that wasn’t happening today. today, in front of your friends, in front of the company and underneath a sky of stars making the heavens his witness, he’d make sure you knew just how much he loved you.
your eyes widened when he took your hand into his, lifting it to his lips. his thumb brushed across your knuckles and he intertwined his fingers with yours. his lips curled in a smile, but his eyes were nothing but sincere as he lifted the mic to his lips and sang,
“in a crumbling world,
i found a star called you,
i need you, my love ”
over a hundred times. that’s the amount of times you had listened to this song. you had heard this song over a hundred times, yet in that moment you swore it felt like the first time. those beautiful lyrics were a mere container for the raw emotion poured into them, emotion that left your chest throbbing and tears brimming your eyes. the band stopped and beomgyu pinched your chin gently.
“i’m sorry,” beomgyu started, giving your hand a squeeze, “i’m sorry for being a terrible boyfriend. for arguing with you and embarrassing you in front of all of those people, for the horrible things that i said, and for not appreciating the effort you made trying to understand me and coming to that party for me.”
“b-beomgyu,” you breathed, tears prickling at the corners of your eyes. you wondered how long he’d sit up at night, thinking about what had happened and being hard on himself because of it. you wondered what his face looked like when he sent those letters to the show, telling you to cheer up and be strong.
he cupped the side of your face and brushed away your tears, “i love you, yn. so much. you kindness, your selflessness. the way you trigger me with that person from anthropolitics,” he joked.
you laughed, “anthropology, beomgyu.”
“yeah, yeah, smarty pants,” he rolled his eyes playfully, the tops of his ears dusted pink. he tucked hair behind your ear and took a breath before continuing, “who else am i supposed to banter with, if not you? doing anything without you feels wrong. not saying goodnight to you at the end of my day leaves me awake, feeling like there’s something missing.” he sighed, a tear rolling down his cheek, “other people... they look up at the north star to help them find their way home, but i look for your eyes in the crowd and when i find them i’m there.”
“cheesy idiot, i forgive you,” you sniffled, stepping into his arms as the crowd, you both completely forgot was even there, cheered. taehyun and the boys gave one another high fives, relieved that the two of you had reconciled. you leaned back, “i’m really sorry that i didn’t talk to you either. i felt like it was selfish to impose my feelings on you, but i realize that that is what relationships are all about. leaning on one another on times of difficulty and sharing joys and happiness,” you lowered your eyes in shame of your mistakes before lifting them to plead with his, “you forgive me, too?”
beomgyu smiled, leaning forward and planting a kiss to your forehead. then the tip of your nose. then he looked into your eyes and slowly tilted your head back before he pressed his lips to yours. he took your lip between his and tightened his arms around your form. you wrapped your arms around his neck and kissed him back with everything you had.
a droplet of rain landed on his face, making you both break away in surprise. within seconds it began to pour and the everyone shrieked, all rushing to the elevator to get off the roof.
beomgyu held out his hand and grinned, turning back to you, “sorry i waited for the rain”
you both burst out into laughter and you shoved his chest playfully, “is anything you say original, angel313?” beomgyu’s face fell and you giggled, ruffling your hair until it was hanging over your face. you stood tall and pushed out your chest, “hey poppy! i’m so in love with you, i can’t stop thinking about you and so i’m writing this letter!”
you squealed as beomgyu chased you through the rain, “i never said that! get back here right now, yn!”

Till Death [Part 2]
... cont'd from Till Death [Part 1].
You will definitely need more loyal followers. Alone, I’m not enough to protect you all the time, my love.
Loki's words from the previous month had echoed, over and over, across Gellert's mind. It had been exactly the catalyst he'd needed - because Loki was right.
If Gellert was going to achieve his ambitions, he needed to surround himself with other like-minded individuals: witches and wizards who, like Loki, would put themselves in the line of fire if it meant saving him. Their leader. Their guide. Their saviour.
Gellert tried to ignore the uneasy prickling of his skin as he admired the evening view from the private rooftop restuarant, his gaze taking in the sparkling, lit outline of the Eiffel Tower nearby. It wouldn't always be easy, but collecting loyal expendables was only the first step of many cold-blooded decisions he would have to make.
Avoiding the gaze of the one sat across from him, his fingers reached for the rolled up parchment on the table between them, before tucked it discreetly into his black robes.
"Merci," he said, returning his thoughts to the matter at hand. "I'll pass these names onto my lieutentant." It had been a while since he'd spoken French, but he was surprised how quickly it had come back to him over the last day. "Now if you don't mind, Vinda... I'll be needing that seat. My lieutenant will actually be here any minute, and I'm sure you have somewhere else to be." He smiled. "After all... it is Valentine's Day."
The witch sitting across from him lowered her head in a short nod. Her rosy lips pulled into a smile, but he could see in her eyes that she would prefer to stay and talk business with him for another hour. From the research that Loki had done on her before their meeting, they knew her to be a young pureblood socialite with an unerring hatred of muggles. Upon their meeting, Gellert had quickly sensed the deep well of malevolence that simmered beneath the guise of sophistication.
She was a monster wearing a pretty skin, just like him.
"Of course. I'll be in touch," she promised, her voice like honey. "It's been a pleasure to meet you, Monsieur." She got to her feet, and casually brushed a crease from her silky robes. The ruby red of her heels, lips, and leather gloves all matched impeccably. Despite being so young, she was already a master of keeping up appearances.
Before turning to leave, she held his gaze. "A friendly word of advice, Gellert. Do not allow your attachments to deepen any further than they have already. Not to anyone, or anything, except for your goal. Distractions from your cause, at this stage, could become dangerous." Her eyes glittered knowingly. "Have a wonderful evening."
As the clicking of her heels disappeared through the Renaissance-style French doors, Gellert thoughtfully lowered his gaze to the candle in the centre of the table.
Tumblr media
Clever girl, he thought. Perhaps it was the expensive cologne Gellert was wearing, or the artful way he had styled his blonde curls - just how Loki liked it - that had slipped him up. He had hoped that holding his business meeting here would disguise his true intentions from anyone who might recognise him... but Vinda Rosier was clearly no fool. She knew why he was really here tonight.
"Excuse me, Monsieur - a gentleman has just arrived, and is asking to see you."
Gellert felt a rush of excitement flood through his veins. He'd been looking forward to seeing Loki all day.
"Bring him through," he replied, forcing a mask of indifference. When the MaĂźtre d' had gone to fetch Loki, Gellert reached into the inner pocket of his robes and took out his wand.
"Orchideous," he whispered, moving his wand in a neat circle beneath the table. A pink light briefly bloomed from the tip, then faded to reveal a small collection of beautiful red roses. He casually added them to the small vase of pink and red flowers already on the table, hoping no one but Loki would notice them.

What's the most romantic spot in Vesuvia for you, Valentin? Any cute coffee shops or restuarants you like to frequent on dates?
The canals at night are very romantic, but only if one of you knows how to row a gondola - unless you like a random third person listening in on your date conversation. My go-to coffee shop for dates is the White Bean in the Temple District: great menu, not too big, but you can always find a table, and they rotate their selection of beans based on what their merchants bring in, so you can try something new almost every time you go. And for dinner, I love Seaweed & Sesame. It’s the best sushi in Vesuvia, and they recently moved to the Flooded District as part of the rejuvenation initiative. Their new space is gorgeous - it has this terrace that looks over the water, and they pass floating lanterns back and forth with the other rooftop restaurants, which gives it a great atmosphere. - V

@wreck-n-rocker asked:
The city of was so cool! It wasn't all that different from back home, in Tokyo. But at the same time, it was filled with all sorts of new things to explore. Though she missed all the weird vending machines, much better fries. For now, restuarant made would do. She sat perched on the rooftop of the apartment she was staying in for her transfer program, eating take out and sketching out various buildings. Before she heard a voice on the roof, sounded young. Maybe another teen to hang with?
Donnie had honestly been thrilled. As cool as his gadgets and new home station were, nothing could replace the feeling of being on a rooftop, watching the city that never slept from a vantage point few of its residents ever took the time to indulge in.
Sure, he couldn’t run across rooftops with his brothers anymore, but for the first time since the accident, he felt genuinely back in the game. And he’d been excitedly telling Mikey this over the comm when he realized he wasn’t as alone as he thought he’d been up here. He stopped dead, sweeping his gaze around, and looking for a good spot to hide.
Tumblr media
Quick, and quiet, as he could, he moved himself into the shadows near a rooftop shed, peering out at the girl who he honestly had not seen, and hoped his chair didn’t squeak.
Nope, no one up here but very late-night pigeons.

3 bullet points for dates with my biases minhyuk and shownu, pls? i love you.
Hyunwoo:
Late night dates that involve fancy rooftop restuarants or classy bars, low buttoned Tom Ford shirts and him walking you home.
As you say goodbye, he places his fingers either side of your face and pulls you in for a quiet, stolen kiss beneath the glow of the streetlamp outside your door. He smells sexy; deep and manly, and you’re instantly swooning.
He leaves you wanting, his fingers sliding down your arm to take your hand and drop it so very gently as he walks away. He looks back about ten times.
Minhyuk:
Dreamy lunch dates at boutique city hotels where you sit in greenhouses or conservatories and eat foreign cuisine, flirtily nudging one another’s feet beneath the table.
Afterwards, there are cycles on tandems through the park to feed the ducks and cuddly, kissy waits in foodcart queues to buy big chocolate dipped waffle cones of salted caramel and pistachio ice cream.
He brings a blanket so you can lie on the grass and watch the clouds lazily float by, sweet acousitc music lilting from his phone. You hold hands, his thumb tracing love hearts across your knuckles without you even realising.

Float is a new Moroccan themed restaurant on Marathalli Outer Ring road. Being on a rooftop gives it an advantage to a ‘ Hip ‘ place to be in among it’s competitors on the vicinity.
Awesome ambiance, with great music, a bar and a rooftop view makes it a perfect hangout place.
It has a “Fish Spa” too which catches up a lot of attention by the patrons. The best part is they don’t charge anything extra for it.
I visited the place with couple of my foodie friends few weeks back and had a great time hanging out, drinking, eating, experiencing Hookah and not to forget the crazy fun in the Fish Spa. Here is my take on the place about the drinks and food that they had to offer us.
Mocktails:
Mango Madness: A mango infused mocktail with cream and grenadine, perfect for Summers.
Orange Virgin Mojito: Such a light refreshing drink, nothing more to explain about it.
Flying Kiwi Mocktail: A colourful layered mocktail with kiwi, litchi and lemonade. A little too sweet for my taste.
Pinky & the Brain: A mocktail with guava juice, cranberry juice and spiced lemon mix. This was more to my liking cause of it’s slight spicy twist.
Cocktails:
Love You Like a Woman: A vodka and white wine based drink with a dash of cranberry syrup and peach schnapps. A sweet cocktail.
Black and White Martini: A vodka based drink with caramel, cream and dark chocolate. It was like falling in love with chocolate.
Scotch Float: A scotch whiskey based drink with red wine, pineapple juice and sweet and sour syrup. This is a drink which I really liked.
Bar Man’s Signature: This was by far one of my favorite drink there, tequila, Chillies, ginger and Indian herbs. A spicy cocktail just as I like them to be.
Dirty Martini: Nothing more to explain here, it’s a classic one with Olives, and every woman’s favorite.
Fiery Tower: The famous flaming tour of cocktails, a Bar Man’s Special. The whole act was mesmerizing.
Chilli Chocolate Bar Man’s Special: A drink with Gin, Dark chocolate and green chillies. This was one which I loved as I prefer my drink to be hot and spicy.
Fire Bull: Drink with tequila, red bull lemon juice and Tabasco sauce, went well with the starters.
Shots:
Rasagulla Shot: A flame shot for those who love their alcohol and desserts together. Spongy rasagulla with Bacardi and Brandy.
Three Eye: A flaming shot with three layers, blue curacao, litchi and whiskey.
Bubble Gum Shot: This was one light pink color shot loved by people with a sweet tooth. Fresh bubble Gum with vodka.
Hajmola shot: This was something which I never tried earlier. It had Gin, blue curacao and amchur masala ( dry mango powder ). A perfect “Chatpata” shot. Though I requested the mixologist to not add blue curacao for me, instead added some lime juice for that extra tangy kick.
Let’s talk about food now, they have an amazing collection of finger food and a very Innovative mains to offer. Some of the combination are really amazing and they have twisted some old chakhnas what we use to have during college time ( due to lack of funds😜😜 ), and turned them into legit finger food according to youth’s liking.
Starters:
Feta VS Watermelon: A perfect starter for the heat in Bangalore. Cubes of watermelon on the bed of rocket lettuce, some herbs, balsamic dressing and a generous helping Feta cheese.
SnowFall Nachos: Crispy Nachos with so.e Mexican salsa on top with Mozzarella dust. A perfect snack with the booze.
Melted Chips: This is the twist I was talking about earlier. Turning plain salted potato chips into something amazing. Chips loaded with Mexican salsa cheese. It just melted in my mouth. My favorite veg starter for sure. A must try.
Jumping Cheese Balls: Cheese Balls coated with batter and fried till crisp. A melting delight in the mouth.
Paneer Crackers: Paneer mixed with herbs and onion then coated with batter and deep fried. A favorite among the vegetarians.
Crispy Corn Pepper: This crispy corn was just right and loved by all. We liked it so much that we ordered ourselves a second helping.
Tarragon Tart: Crispy colourful tarts with Mexican salsa and topped with sour cream, a perfect non messy finger food, and our group loved it.
Onion Fantasy: The good old onion rings, nothing more to say on this but to just enjoy it.
Rainbow Bite: Cute, small, colourful sliders with veg Patty inside. It’s there signature mini burgers.
Exotic Veg Pizza: A thin crust pizza with exotic veggies and corn loaded with cheese.
Hot Bird in the Nest: Crisp fried chicken tossed in hot chilli soya and served on deep-fried noodle basket.
Chicken Tangdi Kabab: The good old Tangdi Kabab enjoyed with beer. I felt that it could use some more marination.
Mutton Seekh kabab: This is again a trusted Mutton starter and loved by every non vegetarian. Succulent kababs with perfect spicing.
Tempura Prawns: Nothing can go wrong if you have prawns with your drinks. My favorite and trust me, I had five😂😂. Crispy batter fried prawns goes perfectly with any drinks enjoyed mostly with beer.
Toro Mexican: This was a filing starter and a must try in Float. Mexican chicken preparation with Indian spices and cheese filled in between pita breads and toasted. They have a paneer one too if you want a vegetarian option.
Boundary Batted Chicken Wings: A perfect snack, hot and tangy chicken lollies, batter fried and tossed with sauce.
Chicken Tikka Pizza: Thin crust pizza with a tandoori chicken tikka bits, Indian spices and cheese.
Mains:
Paneer Tikka Biryani: This is something I’ve never tried earlier, buttery paneer Tikka gravy in served in between dum biryani.
Spaghetti Dal Makhni: If you take twist to new level then this is the dish for you. I was amazed that my absolute favorite Dal Makhni was served with spaghetti. To my surprise, the dish was delish. A must try for the vegetarian out there, you’ll not regret it.
Butter Chicken Biryani: The quintessential butter chicken, soft and succulent boneless chicken with buttery gravy to be served with the dum biryani rice took the concept of fusion to the next level.
Canadian Chicken: Boneless chicken breast cooked in creamy paprika sauce and served with steamed basmati rice. An absolute favorite among our group.
Penne chicken Basil Pesto: Penne pasta tossed in a basil pesto sauce with strips of herbed chicken served with toasted bread. A perfect choice for pesto lovers.
Chicken Piccata: Crumb fried chicken breast served on a bed of penne pasta tossed with extra virgin olive oil and Italian herbs and some cheesey creamy sauce on the top. This one was again my favorite.
Desserts: An array of desserts were served to us. With all of us being ardent dessert lovers, it was the moment we were looking forward to.
To name the few, there was Tiramisu, Strawberry Chocolate Mousse, Choco Lava Cake, and one of my favorite Pan Panna cotta with Rose infusion. Various pastries and chocolate brownie.
My personal rating for the place will be : Location : 5.0 Ambiance : 4.5 Taste : 4.5 Pricing : 4.0 Overall : 4.5
My overall experience was great. The service was commandable. Kudos to the executive chef and the mixologist for creating magic with food and drinks.
A fun evening with great friends and good food, amazing drinks to keep you going, what else do you need on a weekend. They have a valet parking, which is useful. A quick trip: the place is packed during the weekend so an advance reservation would be advisable.
Some more pictures of the fun evening:
A very best of luck to the whole team and looking forward to such great evening here again.

Day Two
It is our second day in Athens. Today we all had our first class assignment, a map quiz over Greece and parts of the surrounding Mediterranean. Despite my lack of studying I got a 10/10, thanks Assasin’s Creed Odyssey and previous Greek and Mediterranean classes 😂
After our quiz and a brief instruction on water safety for when we go to the islands next week, we were giving three free hours to get some lunch and do some shopping. Before the group that I went with went to get lunch we stopped at a place famous for their traditional Greek leather sandals. It’s a family run shop originally started by a man called the Poet whose son now runs the shop. This shop has made sandals for people like Jackie O, Sarah Jessica Parker, Bob Saget, John Lennon, and Ringo Star. You can order custom sandals or pick from the styles they already have and then they’ll custom fit the sandals to your feet. They were 55 euros, but totally worth it for custom fit traditional Greek leather sandals. I’ll post a picture later. While out shopping I also got a mug (of course) and bought a couple shot classes for some people.
After our shopping trip we visited an archaeological site. This site was part of Ancient Gymnasia of Athens and the Lykeion. Aristotle, himself, taught here. After the site we went the Benaki museum. The museum used to be the home of a man who collected Greek artifacts. Eventually the house turned into a museum that has tons of Ancient Greek artifacts and other more modern artifacts. I will post pictures in another post. After we were done viewing the artifacts in the museum, a few of us decided to get dinner on the rooftop restaurant that the museum had. I had some greeattt chicken from this restuarant.
After we were done eating we made the long track back to our hotel and have pretty much settled down for the night. A group of 16 of us met at the rooftop bar to plan our trip to Santorini. Since this trip is optional we are in charge of the planning and expenses for the trip ourself. The 12 girls of our group got an air bnb at an apartment complex that is pretty nice and cheap and in one of the major cities. We are all super excited for this trip. It will be two nights in Santorini where we hope to visit the beaches and the volcano.
Tomorrow classes start. I have a mythology class from 10:30-11:20 and then a Day to Day life in Ancient Greece class from 11:30-12:20. After that I don’t have to meet with the group until 3 where we will be leaving to go see the Acropolis (where the Parthenon is) and the Acropolis museum. If it rains tomorrow, like it currently says it will, we may switch our plans and go to the National Archaeological museum instead.
Overall, today was a fund day filled with a lot of walking, but of course there will be a lot more walking in the future. Now I am ready to go to bed and have another day full of actual class time and museum and site excursions.

For dinner last night on our ventures, we went to Alma. Really cute mexican restuarant with outside seating and rooftop. Got the frozen hibiscus margarita and bbq pork tacos with sweet plantains. For dessert couldn't resist getting the tres leches cake. (one of my favorites)😍 (at Alma Restaurant/ B61 Bar)

Renovated Lakeview 2-Bedroom Loft Still Available 7 Months Later: 3201 N. Seminary
This 2-bedroom duplex up loft in the Lakeview Lofts at 3201 N. Seminary in Lakeview came on the market in July 2018.
We chattered about it last year when it first came on the market.
If you recall, this loft was completely renovated. Many of you liked the changes that were made but we debated the renovation and what value the improvements brought to the property.
See our prior chatter here.
As a reminder, the Lakeview Lofts were converted into condos in 1992, making them among the older of the loft conversions.
It has 20 units and parking (the listing doesn’t say it’s a garage, just that it’s “onsite.”)
This loft has authentic loft features including 34 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls and timber ceilings and oversized windows.
The listing says the loft has been “completely renovated” and that includes putting in a new kitchen with white cabinets, quartz counter tops, professional grade appliances and a wine fridge along with an island.
The staircase also has been renovated and has a new banister.
The second floor has the two bedrooms and laundry room. One of the bathrooms has a “newly renovated” Grohe bathroom.
There is a common rooftop deck.
The loft has all the finishes buyers are looking for including central air, washer/dryer in the unit and onsite parking.
At 1400 square feet, this loft sold with it’s older 1990s/2000s finishes in 2015 for $395,000.
Originally listed in July 2018 for $579,000 it has only been reduced $4,100 to $574,900.
Near the Belmont El station and restuarants/bars/Wrigley Field, why isn’t this selling?
Jeremiah Fisher at Compass Real Estate still has the listing. See the pictures here.
Or go to the Open House on Sunday, January 13 from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm.
Unit #209: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, duplex up, 1400 square feet
