As someone who is usually seen as the "golden retriever" person I totally agreed with Brett when he said he didn't like Ron. Honestly if Ron was a real person I wouldn't like him either (I actually don't like him outside of the relationship he had with Reagan.) I don't think it was cause Brett had "subconscious jealous" at all but it's an interesting perspective

So, some people have been saying that it seemed out of character for Brett to not like Ron considering he's a golden retriever in human form, but considering that the episode takes place after Brett learns to stand up for himself and voice his own opinions, it's not totally out of left field.
