meet my oc

main relations: sebastian by @pjo-hoo-toa-freakazoid , nico di angelo, jason grace, and perseus jackson. her relationships later broaden to add leo valdez, soyee by 💌 anon, & lisel by @theevanparker.

arriana lacap: age twelve, mixed race, 5'6", born nov 27, daughter of cupid & legacy of mars.

backstory: she arrives at camp jupiter at the age of eleven, where she is placed in the care of the fifth legion and later the ambassador of pluto. nico is never truly around so she takes it upon herself to go 'adventuring'. this is where she meets her halfbrother, seb. after on of his attacks he is at the top of jupiter's temple and she believes him a blessing from the god to protect her. while she is aware he is only begrudgingly fond of her, she wholeheartedly adores him.

the same cannot be said for her other greek siblings. while cupid kids are naturally loving she is also a legacy of mars (discovered early on as she is granted his blessing whenever in combat). this makes her see any on similar to her as competition. so siblings (that aren't seb)? competition. female aphrodite/venus children? competition. all competition must be crushed and sent to the underworld by her own hand in the most excruciating way possible.

when jason grace disappears, she does as well. they all assume that her adventuring had finally gotten her killed and think nothing of it until she returns on the argo. she accompanies the lost trio as tasked by juno and speaks to percy in dreams while all this happens. the seven, due to the attack on camp jupiter, leave her with the romans. during that time period she figures out that sebastian is the camp killer and so she does the obvious: helps him cover any and all tracks without letting him know she's discovered his secret. she's a good sibling like that.

the power she obtains from cupid is called unrequited love, meaning she can curse any and all loves. platonic, romantic, sexual? you name it and she can take it and absolutely demolish it.

personality: she has a bubbly personality and constantly wishes to please her inspirations/family figures. she is cupid/eros's favourite child because she will do anything he wants as long as it does not interfere or hurt the people she holds dear. strangely enough she is scared of harmless harpies and fawns but adores sirens and any such monsters.

present arc??: she reunites with the lost trio at camp j v camp h. and the rest of he story goes from there!!

So I revamped Jason's backstory but also Reyna's and Octavian's. I also changed New Rome and the Camp Jupiter because it made no sense to have teenagers leading when adults were there.

Here the praetor is called the Wolf (it's a woman) and she's training Reyna, Jason and Octavian to become the next leaders and form a triumvirate. The idea is to have a prophet, a soldier and a king: one to take care of the prophecies and their link to the gods, one to fight and raise army and the last one to lead and deal with politics. In respective order, Ocatvian Reyna and Jason.

The Camp is now violent and strict because adults who had a hard times surviving as teenagers resolved in violence and grew up to think the only way a demigod can make it to their twenties is by training and be a soldier. If they can fight back, if they have an entire army behind them, if they don't leave the Camp and do not involve themselves with the greek, everything should be alright, shouldn't it?

At the Camp, there aren't that much adults. There isn't a whole town, but it's starting to build slowly. Obviously, the Wolf's actions seem to be the right thing to do, especially to the Wolf. She grew up like this, and everytime they tried to do something else, people died. Kids are trained young, by Lupa "the Other Wolf", because everyone know they might have to fight soon. She's very cautious of strangers too, especially ones like Nico di Angelo and Percy's arrival won't be seen in a great eye.

Also, the Big Three don't have Roman kids. They did the pact too and contrary to their greek counterparts, are described as more martial and ready to follow the rules. However, there are legacies and Octavian is still one.

I do think the implication of Reyna and Jason in the war against Luke ans Kronos wasn't authorized by the Wolf. However, they were much younger and I'm going to say why now: I'm making the Heroes of Olympus set two years after the Battle of Manhattan, mostly to fix the messy timeline (especially concerning Nico). So here, Jason was 13 and Reyna between 13 and 14. I thought about having another kid with them who would be a child of Apollo and the original prophet of the Camp before they died and gave their place to Octavian, but I do think it would be a little on the nose.

Anyway, this secret mission was Jason's idea. In the Wolf's own words (to Reyna) he might be too soft for the role he was assigned to, and she considered making Reyna the next praetor instead of Jason. Multiple others died during the quest and he realized how his actions and his responsabilities should not be taken lightly. He changes entirely, became more and more of a rule-follower and was very cautious: he would only risk his own life carelessely, not his friends and allies'. As a punishment, the Wolf made him leader of the worst cohort and in some years he was able to make it the best.

Also, Jason is the future Praetor because of Juno. If it was up to the Wolf, Reyna would be. First of all because in her eyes, leadership is gained through power and being able to lead an army. But she does think Reyna isn't friendly enough, while Jason is easily able to make friends.

So yeah that's the backstory, kinda all over the place but I'll clean it when all plot holes are filled.

This wasn’t the first time someone had tried to kill Nico, and he was fairly certain it wouldn’t be the last. Still, it kind of sucked.

It had been 7 months since the war with Gaea and not everyone was happy with the new relationship between the Greek and Roman camps. Even more people were unhappy with Nico once it got out that he had known about the two camps before anyone else.

So, by all accounts, he should have seen this coming. Still, he had gotten soft over his months at camp and wasn’t prepared when 4 Romans had jumped him one night as he exited Pluto’s temple.

The feeling of eyes on him made him freeze. He spun around but had no time to defend himself before a bat was swung straight into his chest. The air was knocked out of his lungs and he was sent flying into the dirt. Gasping, he attempted to get up before his arms were kicked out from under him, sending him back onto the ground.

“Nico di Angelo, how do you plead?” crooned a voice from behind him. Slow footsteps made their way in front of him. He pushed himself onto his knees, chest screaming in pain, vision blurry from the impact. No one hit him again, giving him a view of the person- people before him.

He recognized 2, though only in passing. A legacy of Apollo by the name of Jamie, a tall girl with tan skin and uneven freckles holding a bat. The other was a son of Minerva named Zack, who was of the Second Cohort. He had extremely curly hair and round glasses, though Nico only remembered his name since he thought he looked a bit like Hazel. Now, they couldn’t seem more different.

The other two girls were unknown to him, though one was clearly a decadent of Mars from her tattoo. She had bright blonde hair and wore a pink tank top with sparkles on it. The other girl had her forearms covered but clutched a dagger in one hand and a bag in the other.

“Well?” asked Jamie, her voice still mocking, as if she was speaking to a child. Nico considered his options. He could shadow travel out of there right now, or even fight back, but he likely wouldn’t figure out what they wanted, and if he was honest, his head was still spinning slightly from banging it off the ground.

“I have no idea what you’re talking about,” he replied, voice still wheezy from the hit.

“For committing espionage against New Rome, and for the death of my cousin, Octavian, how do you plead? Guilty or not guilty?” Jamie had a mad glint in her pale eyes as she spoke. Behind her, the unknown girl shifted nervously, the contents of her bag clanking.

Nico’s blood went cold. He hadn’t realized anyone but those he was close with knew of what happened with Octavian, but he supposed it was only a matter of time before it got out.

“Oh, I don’t care, get the bonds on him,” Jamie barked at the descendant of Mars, who grabbed Nico and pulled him forward. He struggled to push her off, not wanting to take anyone with him when he shadow travelled. The blonde girl pulled harder and he dug his feet into the ground, nearly slipping out of her grip before he felt something cold and sharp against his neck.

The unknown girl had dropped the bag and held her dagger to his throat from behind him. Warm blood dripped down his neck from where she pushed too hard, her hands shaking. He froze, his entire body locked up. She was flighty, and that made her dangerous.

“Good work, Julia. She’s quick, isn't she? Children of Mercury often are,” Julia took a deep inhale when Jamie said her name, dagger digging further into his neck.

Zack picked up the bag Julia had dropped and pulled out what looked to be thick handcuffs with inscriptions on them. He didn’t recognize all of the words on them, but enough to know their purpose.

He wouldn’t be able to shadow travel.

Rushing panic filled his veins. Shadow travel was his only way out of here. He needed to keep those cuffs off him and get the knife away from his neck.

“Neat bracelets, but they won’t work,” Nico taunted, praying to Hades and any god who would listen that this would work.

“And how do you know that?” sneered the sparkly-shirt girl, stepping forward menacingly. Now he could finally see her resemblance to Ares, the expression on her face one of bloodlust.

“Because Zack here is working with the Greeks,” he said, forcing a cocky grin. It wasn’t true, of course, but all he needed was- there.

Julia let out a shocked noise behind him, and her grip on the dagger loosened for just a moment. Nico seized his chance, slamming his head back towards her into her stomach, causing her to drop her knife in a clatter. She collapsed behind him, wheezing, as he pulled the shadows over him, vanishing to the sound of furious yelling.

Begging the shadows to take him someplace safe, he stepped out into Cabin One and immediately fell to the ground as his knees gave out. No one was inside, and the exhaustion tugging at his mind was strong. He passed out where he lay on the marble floor, cold and alone.

Nico woke up not that much later to a door ramming into his ankle. His tired brain took several seconds to register the impact before he finally jerked his leg back and pushed himself onto his knees to look at who had entered the cabin.

Part of him screamed at being in the same position as he was when Julia held a knife to his throat, alarm bells ringing in his head. The rest of him, however, was too tired to care. Peering through the darkness of the cabin, the figure standing in the doorway was impossible to recognize for a moment until they turned to face him, and-

Jason.

Whatever piece of Nico that was still terrified finally disappeared, leaving him drained and achy. The half-dried blood on his neck itched.

“Who is- Nico?” Jason gasped out, immediately moving towards him and pulling him to his feet. He fumbled for the light switch by the door, before finding it and flicking it on and looking down at Nico.

Whatever he saw clearly wasn’t good, because his expression darkened immediately. He ran his thumb gingerly over the wound on Nico’s neck and stared down at the blood smeared on it.

“Nico,” Jason said, his voice deceptively calm, “who did this to you?”

“Jason, I-” Nico started before his voice gave out, his eyes suddenly burning. Embarrassed, he went to swipe at them, but Jason grabbed his hand before he could. Then, as if the night couldn’t get any stranger, Jason pulled Nico in close, his face tucked into the crook of Jason's neck.

Inhaling the scent of pine, he felt his body go limp in Jason’s grasp.

Touch has never been easy for him, but recently he’s been better. With Jason, it came all too easy.

“It’s okay, you’re safe now. I have you,” Jason whispered into his hair, rubbing a hand in soothing circles on his back. It’s then Nico realised he’s shaking in Jason’s arms.

“I thought- I thought I was safe, and then she had a knife, Jason, and I was so scared, I-” and it’s true, for the first time in a long, long time, Nico had been genuinely afraid to die.

Jason shushed him and pulled him in impossibly closer, just holding him. Just being there.

Many demigods feared death, perhaps more so than the average person. Nico was different. The Underworld was his father's realm, and he knew when it was time, he would be safe. So he wasn’t scared of death itself, no, it was something else entirely.

Nico was scared of leaving everyone. Of maybe never seeing them again. Hazel, Reyna, Will, Frank, Percy and Annabeth, gods, even Leo and Piper. And Jason, he didn’t know what he would do if he had to leave Jason, even temporarily.

After an unknown amount of time, Jason pulled back. Nico mourned the loss of his warmth before Jason began to speak.

“Come on, Nico, we have to get you cleaned up,” Jason murmured, leading him over to his bed and sitting him down. A deep blush warmed his face as Jason turned away, digging in the drawer next to the bed. He pulled out a medium-sized tin and placed it beside Nico, opening it to reveal medical supplies and a small bag with 3 cubes of ambrosia.

“How did you get all this?” Nico asked, attempting to rid his face of its flush as Jason briskly walked off to the bathroom.

“I have my ways,” he called from the other room. Nico could hear him digging around, cabinet doors opening and closing, then the tap running before turning back off.

When Jason left the washroom, he was holding a wide bowl filled with water and a washcloth. Setting it down on the side table, he pulled the cloth from the water and leaned over Nico. If his cheeks were burning before, they feel molten now. Jason’s other hand tipped back Nico’s head and he began to dab at the wound with the rag, causing Nico to let out a pained hiss.

“Sorry, sorry… I want to clean this up first before it gets infected,” Jason whispered, his own expression pained. A few minutes pass in silence as Jason cleaned his neck, then his knees and arms where the fall had caused scrapes.

“So, what happened?” Jason asked, his voice casual as he paused to look at him. Nico hesitated. If he was honest, he was embarrassed by what had occurred. He got too comfortable and had let his guard down, letting a bunch of amateurs get the jump on him. He had taken down monsters far more powerful than all of them combined, gods, he had walked through Tartarus alone, he could take 4 teenagers. But instead, he had been on his knees and panicking, then ran away.

Something must have shown on his face because Jason stopped cleaning his left knee and put the cloth down. He placed a hand on the side of Nico’s neck and leaned forward in his chair.

“Nico, whatever happened, it wasn’t your fault. You don’t deserve to be attacked or hurt, and you didn’t do anything wrong. Whoever did this is the wrong one,” he peered up at Nico as he spoke, his words ringing with honesty.

“There were 4 of them…” he whispered, avoiding Jason’s eyes. A sudden shock from Jason’s hand caused Nico to jump, and Jason jerked his hand away, eyes wide.

“Sorry, sorry, I’m just… upset,” Jason said in a rush, leaning back. He rummaged through the kit on the bed and grabbed the bag of ambrosia, opened it and handed Nico a cube. “Maybe I should keep my distance while you tell this story. To avoid any… shocking issues.”

So Nico told him everything. He explained how he left Pluto’s temple and had been hit with the bat. Being on his knees, and when he recognized the magic on the bonds, panicking, trying to get away. Julia with the knife on his neck. Barely escaping and desperately going somewhere safe. By the end, Nico feels exhausted, despite the ambrosia in his system. Jason, on the other hand, looked furious. Embarrassed, he got up and began to walk toward the door.

“Well, this has been fun, thank you for patching me up, I’ll go back to my cabin now, see you tom-” Nico starts, but he doesn’t make it 5 steps before Jason is in front of him, gently taking his arm and leading him back towards the bed.

“Absolutely not. It’s late, the harpies are out, and you’re in no condition to shadow travel. Just sleep here for tonight, Nico,” Jason wasn’t asking, Nico realises as he’s pushed into bed and Jason is already covering him up with a blanket before he realised what was happening.

The urge to protest is strong, but the pull of sleep is stronger. He nearly drifted off immediately before he remembered something.

“Where are you sleeping?” He asked drowsily, sitting up slightly. Jason looked down at him with a soft smile, and Nico was far too tired to think about the implications of that right now.

“Nowhere right now. I have something I have to do,” Jason said, his voice just above a whisper.

For a moment Nico is confused about what Jason could be doing so early before he realised what he meant.

“Jason, no, come on, we’ll call Reyna in the morning and she’ll take care of it. There’s no need for you to try and deal with it tonight,” Jason doesn’t look convinced, and Nico is exhausted and unwilling to argue with him, so he simply says “Jason, please.”

He watched Jason’s shoulders drop. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, before taking off his glasses and placing them on the side table beside the bowl and washcloth. He then, much to Nico’s confusion, climbed into bed beside him and pulled Nico into his chest.

“Okay, Nico. Go to sleep,” Jason murmured, and Nico wanted to ask him what he was doing, why he was holding him like this and being so kind, but he really was tired, and Jason was warm and safe and it was so easy to just… drift off.

Nico was sound asleep when less than an hour later Jason slowly, slowly, let Nico go and slipped out of bed. He leaned over Nico and hesitated for a moment, before pressing a light kiss to his forehead. Grabbing his coin off his dresser and placing it in his pocket, he quietly moved towards the door, before stopping and looking at Nico again. Just Some of my headcanons of the Di Angelo(s) in the 30's

(that honestly are pretty delusional but sometimes i just want to think of them as a happy family before the Washington DC event and the lotus casino ok??)

- Maria is the oldest sister of the 3 daughters of the marchese Stéfano Di angelo and her father little gem as the only daughter of his first "marriage" (*Cof* *cof* daughterofVenusMariadiAngelo *Cof*)

- Hades proposed and married Maria because no fucking way that he let a woman of her status being judged for having a long term relationship without a ring and even less having kids with her out of wedlock ( in fact the ring was what make that Persephone don't like Maria, she couldn't care less if only she stayed as her husband girlfriend, i may explain this in another post some day)

- Hades was there for Bianca and Nico while they grow up, living with them during the spring and summer and being always looking up for them in some way during winter , they really got to be a family, Family vacations around Europe, little and silly baking days, Nico and bianca trying to convince the house personal to helping them to spy their parents dates, that kind of things

-Alecto has been the kids babysitter and bodyguard since they were born, her job is just slay anything that it dares to try attack them, even in hades presence in order to him doesn't get distracted from the family activities

-Stéfano really loves his Son-in-law, for him is the son that he never had, he doesn't know that hades is a god, but he's concius that just like his lover he is something non human and that his grand kids are also especial like his daughter, but he doesn't seem in hades the intention of letting behind Maria like Venus do it to him, and Hades is probably the only man wealthy enough and with enough class to be of his liking for his little princess, so he isn't complaining

-And don't make him talk about his grandchilds, because you're gonna be stuck hearing him talk of them for hours, Bianca and Nico are the first since that maria is the only one of his daughters in age to have kids and he couldn't be more happy when the nurses anounced that Nico was a Boy, he may be a girls father but he really wanted a male from his blood, and sice he didn't get a son he was rejoicing for his grandson he really spoiled those little things

- Nico and bianca were homeschooled and The family end up getting the reputation of being "really hard" towards the personal tutors of Bianca and Nico, actually they just dont tolerate the bullshit of entitled people calling their kids stupid or lazy because they couldn't read right lenguajes that weren't romances or Greek... Needs to say, they fired a lot a people until they find people that really were disposed to teach the kids and not just screaming at them ,Even getting people that weren't from Italy for that because their kids only would have the best and would be treated with the respect that they deserved

- Bianca plays the piano, Nico the violin, I'm not elaborating, just trust me

- in fact their music instructors end up being zagreus and macaria, they were introduced to everyone except Maria and the kids as hades cousins because there isn't a logic and no controversial way to say that the full grown adults over there are his children

-Bianca used to have a Best friend, she lived in Switzerland so they only could see each other every once in a while when one of them was allowed to stay with the other for a time, the last thing that the girl know about bianca is that she moved to the US and then... Well, we know what happened there ( in some place in Switzerland there's and old lady that still concerned about what happened to her friend)

I saw your tags about Nico being a Roman Legacy and got to thinking of how in Son of Neptune when the Lares were reacting to Percy's presence and calling him a "graecus". Meanwhile we know Nico's been in Camp Jupiter for a while... you COULD say they're keeping quiet because he can command them to but what if they're not reacting because he has Roman blood in him?

Would you be willing to elaborate on why you think hoo broke the rules of the world? I didn’t like the series bc of what it did to the og character arcs but I never caught onto it breaking the rules. No pressure to do so I’m mostly just curious

Big Three Kids!

The whole point of PJO was that there was nobody like Percy. That they were rare and were destined to be hunted to death because they weren't meant to be born. So then, of course, you assume they don't exist! The ones who are alive each paid a heavy price- Bianca and Thalia died, Thalia chose immortality, Bianca and Nico each lived in a weird universe where they missed out on their own lives.

There was no real reason for Jason to be a child of Zeus other than to put him in a position of leadership, but the thing about New Rome is that they have a different system about these things anyway with their cohorts and stuff and him being Thalia's sister adds so little to anything it was just a really stupid move imo.

I get what Riordan was trying to do with Hazel by circumventing the rule-- but it feels cheap and tacky. ESPECIALLY because Hazel's powers are so badly plotted out that she could have just as easily been a child of Hecate lol.

The most baffling one, though, is FRANK who is for some reason a legacy of Poseidon? I would have thought that was cool-- like being a legacy and so many generations before you having lived out their lives despite being demigods? SUPER cool. In that case. Why is he also a son of Mars?

It feels like too much is being packed into too little and when you don't have the time to explore these things, they just seem like he's saying hey. I know I said it's rare for demigods to grow old. But that's GREEK demigods. The ROMANS are super cool and super fun and they don't stand by the same rules!

2. The actual powers themselves.

Leo, son of Hephaestus and brother of Charles Beckendorf who died in a fire- now has control over fire! Piper can basically brainwash anyone because she's got Charmspeak but wait! There's more! Her sister Drew ALSO has Charmspeak!! Both of them are, of course, sisters of a girl who was manipulated into betraying all her friends <3 Hazel's a daughter of Hades? She's magic. Also she has power over gems and knows her way underground (I cannot even begin to think of WHAT made him decide the black girl needs to play ANY of these roles but I digress). Frank's just an average son of Mars who can turn into any animal he wants, which is totally cool and normal!

Do you remember how special Percy was in PJO? How hard other demigods had to train in combat because they would be killed if they didn't learn it? Remember how absolutely rare it was to see demigods with that kind of power, to the point where Chiron didn't want Percy and Thalia to be near each other because he feared they'd destroy everything? Not anymore <3 Super Powerful Demigods can now sit together on a ship and face no consequences at all, even when they have minor disagreements because they all come together very organically !!

3. Character arcs

I know you said it, but I can't talk about HoO and not bring up Nico di Angelo. Tell me why he went through his arc TWICE in two series? Here's the reason: because Mr. Riordan didn't want to make any of the main cast gay <3 He did it for woke points, so he was like hey hold on what if. Instead of any combination of the FIVE new characters I introduced being gay... I can retcon my Straight Series so it looks like I'm far more inclusive!

Great job, Mr. Riordan. You have raised a bunch of rabid fans who like Nico now because he's Gay and not because at one point he was an innocent boy who loses everything and fights to find his way back home. His story in PJO was a large part of the Great Prophecy, and yet... all of that was washed away in order to make him Gay Gay Gay.

Percy and Annabeth, we know-- it's a travesty. Stupid Percy and Robot Annabeth we've been through this a thousand times fuck that shit but it's so disappointing because as readers WE know these characters. We know them from PJO where they were each their own person and they had some good moments but HoO effectively wiped off the super strong friendship they already had going.

4. A HALFBLOOD'S LIFE!!!!

WHY has that been cheapened to the point of a joke!! It's literally so insane like the first series is about how difficult it is to be a half-blood. Greek and Roman mythology are not as different as Greek and Egyptian, see, so TKC ad MCGA can afford to change up the rules but HoO can't. That's like. The whole point!! So to randomly say hey actually this group is perfectly fine and the reason they're living so well is because the Greeks aren't as organised is so offensive to the reader because up until now all we had was the Greek camp! He flips it over and then somehow blames US for being stupid enough to think that's the only way to live.... and still decides to give the Roman camp child soldiers?????????????????????????????????????????????? make it make sense im begging

5. The bloody GODS

What did HoO do. Like. What did it do.

Because I can tell you what PJO did. PJO was about the gods learning to hold themselves accountable for the lives they create, drew a parallel between mortals, demi-mortals and immortal beings and dissected the value of life. It was a learning curve for everyone involved: for Luke, for Percy, and for the gods he so unwaveringly served. That was the point. That Luke was right, that the gods were primarily to blame because they don't care enough about human life. That they don't even care about minor gods. They swore to change.

And HoO is like aha I know I made it a whole thing and it was a huge sacrifice on Percy's part because he was offered immortality in place of the gods being held accountable-- but sike they haven't changed, even ONE YEAR down the line.

It makes the ENTIRE first Great Prophecy a TOTAL joke. Like what was the point of ANY of that happening if the gods were jut going to revert to being the exact same???

6. Harrowing realities of war

According to the wiki, there were forty campers fighting at the Battle of Manhattan. Forty. That's how many demigods there were. Yeah, the Hunters helped and the party ponies also came in- but it was a small team of campers. Between BotL and TLO, I can think off the top of my head about Lee Mitchell, Castor or Pollux (whichever one) Charles Beckendorf, Michael Yew, Silena Beauregard who died. A lot of these characters have been mentioned before as well! And they died. Because children shouldn't be fighting a war, actually, and yet here they were, dying before they could apply to college. The finale was just this horrible moment when Silena dies and Kronos attacks Chiron and everything seems so bleak and it's when Annabeth loses faith that you know everything is going to change.

Meanwhile HoO is the most absurd final battle, I think, because if I'm being honest, I don't even know who the enemy is. First they're fighting giants then the gods arrive and Fix it for them and then they're fighting Romans and Greeks and then there's monsters in their armies? And SIKE it's actually Gaea who's the Big Bad and defeating her fixes everything as though ANY of that makes sense!! So what, then? All the work that they did in PJO- the friends they buried and the enemies they spared-- that is stupid, right, when you can just get some girl to come and scream "please stop fighting"? What is the point of the war then?

Just because it's more complicated.... doesn't make the writing good.

7. What Theme.

Percy Jackson is about finding your place in the world. It's about home and it's about hope and it's about knowing that you're never alone. That love is always the answer, that faith and belief are the only motivators and that all darkness can be defeated with light. Someoe tell me what HoO is about. Earth Bad, Teenagers Good? It's not even about bridging the gap between the Greeks and Romans which is what it ostensibly claims is the core of the series. Makes it feel like PJO was dumb to have a theme at all. <3
