And THIS is the best escargot dish I’ve had. Unfortunately I didn’t get a pic of the inside because it came out blurry and I couldn’t wait to get it in my mouth but this is, escargot in puff pastry with crème belle paesa (delish) and this tarragon sauce that I could literally drink.
