There seems to be an unfortunate tendency for many secular musicians to dabble into the occult and side with the Devil, one such example would be His Infernal Majesties/Majesty. The band even has a modified pentagram for a sign or something, that it shouldn't come as a surprise if some of its band members are involved in Satanism or some such. But that's not only them who do these things, more surprising examples include Taylor Swift, Michael Jackson, Beyonce Knowles and possibly more than those four.

Marianne Faithfull admitted to dabbling into the occult herself when she was younger, David J from Bauhaus and Love and Rockets also dabbles in the occult himself, Jimmy Page from Led Zeppelin's also into the occult himself and David Bowie has done no differently from them too. It's not necessarily wrong to like secular music, but you have to be really cautious with those because many of those musicians you listen to or have listened to have ties to the occult at some point or another.

Shane Lynch from Boyzone was into the occult himself and is currently a Christian. He even said that producers would do Satanic rituals to get this much profit, though I think it would be all the more horrifying if the Backstreet Boys (which also has a Christian member) were to show up as demons in a concert. But this would be them being far from God, mostly due to their own pride that no sooner or later scandals will attract them. One will be outed for adultery, the other for sex trafficking.

While it's true Christian musicians aren't any better, since of them might do shady things themselves, but to paraphrase Paul even if it seems good one mustn't partake in it if they know it's not good at all. This is something that I give into and struggle with at various points, but this would be no different with other people really. Like the Devil would make us get to him, though not without unwanted side effects as it did to me and others before. This really has to be said, because so many secular musicians get into the occult themselves.

Britney Spears had visited a psychic before, dabbled into Kabbalah and lately has read the Eliphas Levi book, it's possible somebody in her family is praying for her salvation. But it remains to be seen if she could turn out for the better, who knows if she's ever going to be saved at all. Likewise Katy Perry's own family have prayed for her to return to God, perhaps in due time she will. Perhaps even releasing a Christian album again in a long while.

If Britney does get saved by God, she could do something new and different. But in a way that betters her in the long run, where she could be running a ministry reaching out to unsaved people in other countries. She wouldn't be a singer again, but at least she might find her true calling in somewhere else. She might even reconcile herself to her sister, finding common grounds in worshipping God together. If something better's planned for her, then she might something else more satisfying than the music industry really.

You just have to wait for God's answer to show up, since he tends to answer according to his own timing and to one's needs. Even then, the number of secular musicians who make deals with the Devil is rather staggering and this involves unexpected characters like Taylor Swift for instance.
