might be an unpopular opinion, but I think Molly unfollows the dancers because of all of the offseason speculations. I think that Molly genuinely wants dancers to stay if they want to be there, not because their instagram followers saw them get unfollowed and freaked out

tbh they'd probably save money taking him out

and it’s not like it’s really hard to take out travis out of nuvo memphis schedule:

cancel his optional class (or give this time to whoever wants to run an extra class that weekend)

make hannahlei do minis/juniors (i’m sure she can do it)

make jason do teens/seniors

do a q & a with ray about the situation as teachers class

yes, it will be more work for others, but you can pay them for it too

they won’t even need to change the schedule, just edit the names for 8 classes

been a ~while~ but I wanted to come on here and say Break the Floor needs to take action. The dancers who attend these conventions are young and look up to their faculty for inspiration. They should have people on their staff who they’re proud to have represent them because of their character,  not how many Emmys they’ve won or how big their name is. That  shouldn't be any reason to keep these faculty members on their staff. Do better BTF.

also as a former competitive dancer who did auditions a lot more goes into it! theres staff all around and even though i doubt a lot of these kids may do this, but a bad attitude or lack of commitment to classes at the conventions can have an effect too!

I think the ballet/jazz audition should be live because with my own eyes too many people are forgetting combos and still making the top 20/25. It’s really unfair. Plus teachers/studio owners can watch and the chatter is the same.
