He just sort of hovers around when you're cooking since he can't really cook the way you do.

Ieri una ragazza turca ha fermato me e una mia amica al supermercato chiedendoci quale formaggio avrebbe dovuto provare
Che difficile spiegare la differenza tra la robiola, lo stracchino e la crescenza in inglese
Che shock rendersi conto che non tutto il mondo conosce il gorgonzola (un'ovvietà certo, ma a pensarci è comunque strano)

Made a charcuterie board for a day of relaxation.
Pictured: Soppresata (top left, round meat), Prosciutto (rolled, in random spots), Genoa salami (bottom right, cut in half moon slices), drunken goat: goats cheese with a wine-soaked rind (top right), jalapeño havarti (far left), honey lemon wensleydale cheese (center; yellow wax), Irish cheddar (right middle; green wax), herb marinated mozzarella balls, espresso bellavitano (bottom left), dippable naan bites, raspberry jam, garlic stuffed olives and pineapple honey mustard.
Not pictured: the very pretty glasses (three for each of us) of the cider, white wine & red wine pairings. Nor did I get a picture of the melty ooey-gooey robiola bosina (think brie but a bit mellower & made with sheeps & cows milk in Italy!) drizzled with honey & topped with some homemade candied pecans or the tea that we also had alongside our "flight" sized (2ish ounces) glasses of alcomahols.
It was all delicious and a very nice break from work & life stuff, just enjoying time and eating yummy stuff with my bestie 💜

🐚Tuesday 11|06|24 🌊
Running day!
Fortunately I have done a lot of "work yesterday so that today could be a little bit more easy, but unfortunately it's a rushing day.
In the early morning I accomplished my task and also shop for some little home things than I go to guide school for my lesson, today it's a little bit noisy but that's it.
After lunch I sleep a bit 'cause in the night I sleep not so good, I don't know if it's hot fault or something else.
Afternoon spent with music and retiring my F.R.I.EN.D.S. merch which is so cute!!
For dinner I search to do new dish and I cooked robiola and sausage pasta, not the better recipe but taste good.

Paccheri alla crema di funghi cardoncelli
Grande pasta per dei funghi ottimi
Ingredienti (x3):
240g paccheri
300g funghi cardoncelli
80g robiola
1 spicchio d’aglio
olio evo qb
sale e pepe qb
Preparazione:
Solita acqua bollente abbondantemente salata. Tagliate i gambi dei funghi (non lavare, mi raccomando!) a cubetti e mettere in padella con olio e uno spicchio d’aglio in camicia (che poi toglierete). Quando rosolati aggiungete la robiola facendola sciogliere e regolate di sale. Appena sciolta mettete tutto in mixer frullando fino a raggiungere la consistenza di una crema, se serve aggiungendo un po’ di acqua calda. Buttate la pasta nell’acqua facendo cuocere al dente quanto indicato sulla confezione. Mettete in padella le teste dei funghi tagliate grossolanamente e fate rosolare bene. Scolate la pasta direttamente nella padella coi funghi e saltate. Aggiungete la crema e mescolate bene fuori dal fuoco.
