I came up with "War Frogs" back when I was in 5th grade, as an obvious spoof of Peace Frogs. The original "War Frog" from waaay back then was just a Peace Frog image I'd found, but with angry eyebrows and a spear added in MS Paint or some similar program.

Road Gnomes are like regular gnomes, except instead of naturally occurring clay or mud they're made from asphalt. And instead of pointy hats and wizard robes, they wear cones and high-visibility safety vests.

A couple of spoof Pokémon. Yes, a shiny Doglett is the one with the rare ketchup streak instead of mustard (and otherwise looks exactly the same.)

I've drawn "Evil Potatoes" like this a lot, going back as far as... maybe 2004, 2005ish? Possibly even a couple years earlier, but definitely sometime in the range from summer 2004 and early 2005 at the latest.
