trying to think of anything that i haven't already shared fdhrsef.... i imagine being a hobbyist vtu.ber for a little bit of extra money (some day... fiber internet pspsps), and the first time he watches one of my streams is during lunch hour. he immediately pulls it up, moving to put in his headphones. a couple of his coworkers are curious, though, so he turns up the volume because "oh this is my FRIEND my new FRIEND we're JUST FRIENDS!!! look at this art they did for their stream--" and this is the kind of shit i blast his and his coworkers' ears with during the "starting soon" screen.

Hiện tượng khớp kêu răng rắc, lục khục khi cử động là một trong những tình trạng thường gặp trong đời sống h��ng ngày. Các âm thanh phát ra từ khớp nếu không kèm theo các triệu chứng đau, sưng,… và bạn cảm thấy thoải mái thì không đáng lo ngại bởi đó là phản ứng tự nhiên khi các túi chứa dịch bên trong khớp bị kéo căng một cách đột ngột. Tuy nhiên, đây cũng có thể là một triệu chứng của bệnh lý xương khớp như viêm khớp, thoái hóa khớp, khô khớp,…

1. Nguyên nhân của khớp gối kêu khi cử động

Nguyên nhân chính gây ra hiện tượng khớp gối phát ra tiếng kêu răng rắc là do những tổn thương ở sụn khớp, tổn thương xương dưới sụn và giảm tiết dịch khớp. Tuổi càng cao thì sự lão hóa càng gia tăng. Vì vậy, ở một số người cao tuổi có thể các sụn khớp bị bào mòn gây ra hiện tượng rách bao sụn và biến dạng tổ chức sụn (ở lứa tuổi thiếu niên có thể bị khô khớp do sự phát triển không đồng đều của các dây chằng, gân, cơ và xương trong thời kỳ khớp đang lớn).

Vì vậy, bạn nên đến bệnh viện hoặc các cơ sở uy tín khám để được bác sĩ chẩn đoán chính xác nguyên nhân và đưa ra phác đồ điều trị kịp thời, tránh để bệnh tiến triển nặng thành các bệnh lý nghiêm trọng hơn.

2. Phòng ngừa kêu khớp gối như thế nào?

Dựa trên nguyên nhân gây bệnh, bạn có thể áp dụng những phương pháp dưới đây để điều trị và phòng ngừa nguy cơ bị kêu khớp xương:

Đảm bảo dinh dưỡng đầy đủ trong chế độ ăn uống hàng ngày: nên bổ sung collagen, canxi, Vitamin B12 và D từ tôm, cá, thịt, rau xanh, trứng, s��a, các loại hạt, trái cây tươi, ngũ cốc,…;

Thường xuyên tập thể dục: nhằm tăng độ dẻo dai cho khớp, hạn chế rủi ro mắc phải các bệnh lý về tim mạch. Bạn nên bắt đầu với những môn thể thao đơn giản như đi bộ, chạy bộ, yoga, tập bơi,…;

Duy trì mức cân nặng phù hợp: nếu đang bị thừa cân thì một thực đơn ăn uống lành mạnh và chế độ luyện tập hợp lý sẽ giúp bạn hạn chế lượng mỡ dư thừa một cách đáng kể. Điều này giúp giảm áp lực do khối lượng thân trên đè lên khớp, phòng ngừa nguy cơ thoái hóa khớp sớm;

Nghỉ ngơi điều độ, không làm việc gắng sức, không lao lực;

Sử dụng thực phẩm chức năng bổ trợ khớp theo hướng dẫn của bác sĩ chuyên khoa;

Tránh vận động mạnh, sai tư thế: việc mang vác đồ vật quá nặng sẽ khiến khớp và các mô lân cận bị tổn thương. Bạn không nên giữ nguyên một tư thế quá lâu hoặc vận động sai tư thế trong thời gian dài. Đặc biệt, cần chấm dứt thói quen bẻ khớp ngón tay, ngón chân, vặn cổ, vặn lưng,… vì sẽ làm tổn thương khớp về lâu dài, mặc dù lúc mới thực hiện xong khiến bạn cảm thấy vô cùng thoải mái trong tức thì.

Có nhiều nguyên nhân khác nhau dẫn đến tình trạng khớp xương kêu răng rắc, lục cục trong khi vận động. Tùy từng nguyên nhân mà sẽ áp dụng các phương án điều trị cụ thể. Nhưng để phòng ngừa nguy cơ tái phát thì người bệnh cần áp dụng một chế độ tập luyện và thực đơn ăn uống hợp lý. Nếu khớp xương kêu xảy ra thường xuyên, kèm với đó là hiện tượng khớp bị sưng đau, nóng đỏ, khả năng vận động bị hạn chế trong thời gian dài thì người bệnh cần đi khám càng sớm càng tốt.

i've been doing good overall <33 it comes and goes hddjkd last year ended up leaving a sour taste in the mouth, it's been quiet since 2024 started, not liking it but can't do much to change it either, can you tell i have a hard time letting things go lmao?it'll eventually get sorted out (i hope)

ANYWAY, i decided to join letterboxd community, i am a complete movie person now (if you wanna be moots there lmk), the recent one i watched was "call me chihiro", do watch it when you can, i liked it, AND AND AND there's this indian movie called "three of us" (2022) i'm still recovering from it, people who think 2521 was traumatic wouldn't be able to handle this movie at all, it's about this woman going back to her home town with her husband for a visit after something happens to her, to recollect herself and she meets her childhood friend there 😭😭😭 IT'S LIKE PAST LIVES MOVIE BUT ALSO KINDA DIFFERENT. i love both of them equally. please do watch it if you can't find link i'll send it you <333 there's too many gems i've been finding out about after making an account on letterboxd. ( also i finally watched kiki's delivery service, i had been meaning to but kept delaying it, it's soo good, the kid with specs annoyed me lmao but i got over it quickly (in the sense that i didn't care much about him or his plot hdjskss)
